The hotel itself and outside grounds are beautiful. However, I thought the cost was expensive for the room overall. The bathroom had an odor, toilet seat was stained and the shower head sprayed water everywhere when used and needed to be repaired. I reported these items to the front desk, but the attendant did not seem very concerned. This is not the service or attention to detail one would expect from this type of hotel.

No true gardens just a lot of greenery. Did not feel the staff was cheerful. Felt more like they were tolerating the guest. Room was clean and quiet. Shower was adequate but I couldn't wash my hair using it as stream too poor. Tub nice. No microwave in room . Not a lot of plug in's. All in all ok but not worth the inflated price.

It's a GORGEOUS Place to visit but they need to improve in hospitality, I arrived in the middle of tornado alert, and the guy in the valet he didn't let me say any word and ask me to move my car because it was only valet area, and la lady at the front desk she didn't show any hospitality at all she makes me a sign with her head to approached to her and she never greeted me or welcomed to the Callaway, also one of the bed wasn't in good condition, But I GREAT time at the Cason's restaurant the hostess was so friendly, and Marion was exceptional, the food was served at perfect temperature. They were 10/10. The beach lake have a lol activities for all ages.

Wonderful hotel. Relaxing and beautiful
-
Wonderful staff, helpful and friendly. Great food in all the restaurants. Everything was perfect for my wife's birthday. And considering the first-class facilities, prices were reasonable.

Our air conditioning went out 2x and we had to get maintenance at night. They said it happened across the cottages. Great trip other than this

We came here for our 10 year wedding anniversary hoping to just relax and enjoy our time in Georgia. Well that’s exactly what we got . The staff was amazing and very polite . They made it feel like a home away a from home. Lots of things to do on the property and really never even had to leave. 10/10 definitely recommend. We can’t wait for our next trip!

Although it is fairly expensive to stay and eat in the restaurant, it was good food and good service. We had a room with two queen beds, and both beds were overly firm for our liking. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was surprised at checkout with the $40.00 per day resort fee.

Great place to visit

Amazing stay! Plan on taking advantage of all they have to offer. If you plan to do any of the ropes courses make sure to bring tennis shoes. They do not allow sandals or crocs.

This is a truly beautiful place, it’s all about relaxation. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are very attentive. I wasn’t able to utilize many of the amenities because I was there for a wedding so I was preoccupied, but I definitely plan to come back when I can spend a few days exploring, riding a bike on the trails and just relaxing. The butterfly garden was pretty. The beach and pool looked fun. The gardens are definitely worth a few hours to enjoy. I highly recommend!

Honestly not even worth the price. The don’t even offer free breakfast. There was no one helpful to lead us around.
