Cute hotel for a Christmas theme!

We stayed 3 nights this time, but rest assured, God willing, we will be back and stay longer the next time. Everything is first class and we had no complaints whatsoever.

Everything was nice about this hitel

Beautiful hotel with the most exquisite Christmas decorations. We enjoyed going to each floor to see the different displays. The pool was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable.

This hotel is amazing! I loved every minute of our week there. The property, pool and breakfast is great. I would highly recommend staying here. I will definitely come back.

What an amazing hotel and staff. Everyone was as pleasant as can be. Rooms were great and decorated wonderfully. Whole hotel experience was top notch. We will definitely be coming back and bringing more family with us.

My wife has been asking for over 5 years to go to your Inn. Finally went this past April. It was incredible. Place is geared more for family, but as a couple, we enjoyed it as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very satisfying and plentiful. We definitely will be back!

I loved my stay here. The lazy lagoon, hot tubs, and ore places were amazing. The breakfast was very good and a great start to the day. Also it is within walking distance to the island. Great place to stay and highly recommend.

Parking was safe and easy. Lots to do, restaurants and shopping within walking distance.The Breakfast Buffet was delicious and had lots of choices for breakfast including someone to make you your own omelette.

From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere wrapped us up like a holiday memory you never want to end. The decorations, the music, the lights—everything is magical, no matter the time of year. The staff goes above and beyond in a way you don’t see often anymore. They’re kind, welcoming, and make you feel like you’ve been part of their family for years. You can tell they love what they do, and it shows in every interaction. The food was amazing, and the homemade cookies were a hit with all of us. The kids had endless activities to enjoy, and of course, Santa himself made the experience unforgettable—singing, visiting, and bringing that true Christmas spirit to life. The location is perfect too. There’s so much to do right around the hotel, and it’s only a short drive to Gatlinburg, which made exploring the area easy and fun. One of the things that stood out the most was the sense of community. Many guests come back several times a year and stay connected throughout the seasons. It says everything you need to know about this place—it’s more than a hotel, it’s a tradition. We can’t wait to come back again soon. This place has become a part of our family story, and we’re already looking forward to the next visit.

What a delightful themed stay. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. All the staff was kind and helpful. The food was delicious. Also, the pool does not close.

The staff made you feel right at home it was the perfect country Christmas. The room was very clean and the decor was phenomenal. Throughout the entire hotel was different decorations you couldnt see it all in one day.Even during the snowstorm the hotel had many amenities large Christmas movie selection board games and a singing Santa will definitely be going back.

Everything about Christmas Place is excellent and amazing. From the decor to the staff, cleanliness, great breakfast and just honest and genuine hospitality. Great place for young and old. You will not regret booking this hotel as it delivers total satisfaction.

The only complaint my roommates and I have is the water pressure wasn’t good. Otherwise we very happy about our visit!

Beautiful from entering the lobby, pool area, fire pits, and room!! Staff was friendly. Breakfast much better than other hotels free buffets. Definitely coming back!

Breakfast was BAD...potatoes were cold, not even warm, sausage was extremely overcooked (fried?). The only good part were the fresh omelets (which I put on my potatoes to try to warm them up). Pools were great, even in October.

Stayed here for an anniversary trip and fell in love with The Inn. Beautiful Christmas decorations and beautiful new outdoor pool area. I highly recommend this place.

This place is very clean, from the parking lot to the hotel it self rooms was awesome . The staff was very helpful from checking in to helping out with breakfast and then the check out . Staff kept plenty of cleans towels for the pool areas. Definitely will stay here again and highly recommend this to others

The inn at the Christmas place is amazing it’s so amazing we checked out of our hotel on our final day and went to eat and head home and decided we wanted to stay another night, went back and got a room for another night and the staff was extremely helpful and amazing!

Loved it! The Inn at Christmas Place is really well done! It’s like a resort destination. The decor, the facilities, the lazy river, the Christmas music playing in the background, the class A breakfast, the staff. All of it was amazing. We had never been there before, but feel like we found the best place to stay in PF by far!

Property is very unique. Christmas all year. Pool area is very nice, complete with a lazy river. Complimentary breakfast is very good along with the complimentary sugar cookies. Location on major parkway through town and close to Dollywood. Highly recommend.

Awesome Hotel!

Oh. My. Lanta. I've never been legitimately sad to leave a hotel before. It might sound dramatic, but this place really is magical. The detail in the decor is flat out unmatched. Santa was precious. Who wouldn't want to sing Christmas carols in April? A monster, that's who! (lol) Every member of the staff was delightful. The beds were super comfortable. The entire place was spotless. Inside and out, there was happiness around every corner. Seriously. Book the room. Eat the cookies. Borrow the Christmas movies from the desk. Read the different Night Before Christmas books. Sing with Santa. Make the memories. You won't regret it.

The moment you walk in, you get the feel of Christmas. The breakfast with omelet bar is phenomenal. Great location and definitely a must for everyone.

Nice place but not updated

Personnel are gracious, very patient with lots of children in the resort, and highly knowledgeable about the surrounding tourist sites. Rooms are cozy, with lush holiday decorations that inspire a nostalgic Christmas experience. Breakfast offers abundant choices including custom omelets. So much fun here!

Brought the feel of Christmas like it was December.

Our stay was amazing. We had a wonderful weekend. The Inn is close to so many restaurants and attractions, you don’t have to travel far to find what you are looking for. The room decor was fantastic! Every staff member we came in contact with was extremely nice and helpful. We will stay again!

Everything at the Inn is wonderful. All the staff is helpful and joyful. They are the perfect people to project the happiness of the Inn.

It was amazing we were awe struck, it is the coolest place.

The lights and festivities on the property were gorgeous. The outdoor heated pool areas were a family favorite! Breakfast was good and great functionality to keep it germ-free. Check in was a breeze. We had a king mini-suite and we loved it. The kids enjoyed the jacuzzi tub after long days of walking at Dollywood.

Amazing hotel especially for families with children.

Inn at Christmas Place is the best hotel in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Especially during the Christmas Holidays. Breakfast included, Santa and Mrs Claus. Unbelievable Christmas decorations inside and outside. You will never be disappointed!

Very clean and the Christmas theme is very good.

Beautifully decorated and the Christmas environment is magical. The room amenities were basic in relation to the daily fee. Enjoyed the experience but would not plan future reservations.

This hotel is everything I wanted it to be! When you walk in, you are immediately surrounded by the joy and peacefulness of Christmas spirit! The decorations are BEAUTIFUL! The breakfast is phenomenal with an omelet station, hot bar, fruit station, pastries, waffles and drinks. The coffee and apple cider are delicious! Cookies are served in the evening at 8 pm, along with a bedtime story for the kids. The rooms are beautiful and unique. Some have full Christmas trees, some have small ones. The fireplace is turned on at the TV, along with Christmas songs. I don't think that I have ever been so happy with a hotel experience. Highly recommend!

This was a great property!! Very convenient to everything Pigeon Forge and the Christmas theme was great! Very, very clean with a great outdoor space for relaxing and the new pool was a great addition for the kids.

The overall theme of Christmas was a great escape and we highly recommend; however, given the price per night we were disappointed in how much we could hear outside noises (cars) and other guests in the hallway and adjacent rooms (specifically doors closing).

Our stay was really enjoyable. The one thing that really SUCKS was the shower had hardly any pressure. When you turn the lever to shower head it would not fully engage. Water would come out of shower head and tub spout making for really really really low pressure at the shower head. That was our only complaint.

Staff was filled with good down to earth fun folks. My lady friend was celebrating her Birthday on July 25 was a nice gift left for her at our arrival a Christmas ornament of the inn with Happy Birthday on it . Great surprise!! We hung it on the Christmas tree in our room during the stay.

The room itself was immaculate. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's dining options. The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of delicious choices, from fresh fruit to made-to-order omelets, all served in a bright and inviting dining area. The quality of the food was outstanding, and the service matched, with attentive staff making sure that every guest had everything they needed. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better for exploring. It was conveniently located near several major attractions and within walking distance of great restaurants and shops. The concierge was also very helpful in providing recommendations. Overall, my experience was absolutely five-star.

Conveniently located near all the attractions in Pigeon Forge and within walking distance to numerous restaurants, the inn still managed to offer ample, easy-to-navigate parking. We truly loved our stay and can't wait to return! ---

It is an excellent place to stay! Not "cookie cutter " The cleanest ever! Super friendly everyone! So Much for the money I can see why so many of their guests make this hotel a destination for their families and return year after year. We will be returning with our kids and grands. If you have kids they will love it! In door pool & Jacuzzi run 24/7 Santa is on sight, fresh cookies nightly, a calendar of events each day of the week! Breakfast everyone will love including their blend Christmas Coffee not (hotel cookie cutter)is included for everyone its a "Real Buffet " with servers! The price is comparable to other places they have a website the inn at Christmas place where you can see events etc... Marcie

The building renovations.

My stay at the Inn at Christmas Place was my granddaughter's 8th birthday gift. She has wanted to stay here for quite a while. We were both very pleased with out stay!. The place is beautifully decorated, clean peaceful, and the staff/employees are wonderful, oh and the breakfast was wonderful also! Needless to say we loved our visit!!

It was amazing, everyone was so friendly. The decorations were outstanding and it was like a guest of family. This was our second year and we hopefully go back this year again.

This was a first time visit for my family and we absolutely loved it. The breakfast, was excellent as well as the staff. Very beautiful inside and out. Family oriented for sure. I highly recommend this spot for Christmas.

The cleanest room we've stayed in. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Checking in was easy and fast. Christmas decorations were beautiful. We were surprised (in a good way) how many families came to Santa's concert in matching Christmas PJ's. Santa was great with all the kids. The hot breakfast was very good.

The property outside was under construction so we could not go outside so I can’t give a fair review because of that. I noticed some of the decorations were dusty and although the inside was pretty and lit up the outside could have been more lit. It definitely doesn’t look as pretty as it does in the pictures. The inside was very pretty where the waiting room was however the place had a musty smell to it and the spectacular breakfast was less than pleasing. The food was buffet and certain portions were served to you like eggs, fruit, etc. There wasn’t as many options as advertised no bacon, sausage or anything. If you wanted any waffles you had to wait in line and make them yourself as well as wait in line for toast. By the time we sat down the food was cold and eggs were mushy creamy. The coffee creamers were spoiled as well. The indoor pool was awfully cloudy. Overall I think the place is overrated and over priced. Would not stay there again.

Everything about our stay was great but the staff deserves the highest marks. From the Santa who was a true pro coaxing our youngest out of her shell with a fist bump, to our room cleaner posing our girls' stuffed bears (fresh from a nearby gift shop) on top their blankets from home with Hershey kisses all around, the bellman, front desk, breakfast crew, just literally everyone we interacted with. This place is just plain charming. We'd stay here again for sure.

This hotel was a complete Hallmark Christmas movie lovers dream!! We loved everything about our stay here and would definitely stay again. Our girls loved all the decorations and enjoyed the cookies from Santa and all the activities we could do. The hotel was super clean but undergoing renovations for the courtyard. We can’t wait to see how it looks finished. These beds are the best beds you can sleep on! Staff was great and helpful. And the location was super convenient! We are hoping to find another reason to come back and visit again! 10/10 would recommend.

I reserved a room for my fiancée's birthday and she absolutely loved it!!! She was so happy she insisted we move. The staff was super friendly and the rooms are incredibly beautiful. Highly recommend!

OMG! Christmas in July here was simply magical! The hotel, the room, the staff, the breakfast, the pools (yes two pools and a slide), the decorations, the location, the programs and events, and Santa! Wow! Just wow! My wife and my granddaughter absolutely loved this hotel and yes, we will go back! Highly recommend!

Christmas themed hotel with crafts, Santa, music, games, and free breakfast.

I couldn't expect how amazing this place was - simply magical! We went in July during their "Christmas in July" and took advantage of some of their festive offerings. We absolutely loved the scavenger hunts because then we got to see all the hidden displays around the property. We also did their gingerbread house making, some of their concerts and, of course, meeting Santa. Breakfast offerings provided a wide variety including an omlette station with a chef among other things. You can't help but feel merry and bright.

This place is incredible and an attraction on its own. It is beautifully decorated!! The added touches such as warm cookies and hot apple cider just add to the experience. The breakfast is delicious. Santa showing up was a delight for all of the kids staying there. I would highly recommend this hotel to all travelers with kids or who love Xmas!!

Beautifully decorated and cozy. When we opened the door to our room we were greeted by soft Christmas music and a yulelog. Santas live concert was extremely magical! Overall an excellent visit!
