The breakfast was good, and the location was perfect. The room was cozy. Very comfortable. I didn't like that someone was able to open our door with their key. They quickly apologized as they shut the door. I never found out if it was housekeeping or someone else. I didn't bring it up to the front desk since I was minutes away from going to check out.

The front desk staff was friendly, great location, and good breakfast buffet. The only issue was that the ice machine on our floor was not working.

The room and the entire establishment were very clean and well maintained. The only suggestion I have is to install a wall safe in the rooms. Our room did not have a safe.

Nice, clean & good location to many shops, dinner shows, restaurants and activities. Nice staff and greeted us when passing by in hallway or at checkin desk. Coffee & breakfast were great also. Our first floor suite was wonderful with 2 queen beds, roomy bath & shower space. Nice sitting & TV area & microwave, fridge & coffee area. Also, a large closet. After checkout & just hitting the highway my husband said we should have booked it for next year! Great idea - we will be back!

The pillows were not comfortable and we were missing a cord for the phone so we could not call down to the front desk. The gate to the pool was broken.

Room was in good shape and everything appeared to work. Water pressure and shower head were absolutely the greatest ever. Would definitely stay here again when in Pigeon Forge.

My family loved our week long stay at this hotel. It's in the perfect central location to the strip and there was plenty to do with in walking distance. We plan to stay again in the near future!

It was well maintained. The breakfast good. I’m overall pleased except the front desk woman was extremely unhelpful. She was so aggravated that several of us were asking for coffee at 10 am. After 20 minutes, still no coffee. Maybe she was mad to work on Easter… when someone walked up to her she would say “yes?” no smile, no how can I help you.

Breakfast needs an upgrade. Encountered problems were addressed right away (appreciate staff for that). Please ensure hot water stays filled throughout the day for tea and hot chocolate drinkers. Would book here again, very conveniently located near family friendly activities.

Front desk folks would tell us housekeeping would refresh our room; but they never did for 4-night stay. WE had to go to front desk for soap, towels, T.P. through trash in hallway for them to pick up. Would have left if not prepaid.

Great stay! Wish there would have been more convenient outlet solutions and the restoration of a few products (i.e. tissues / towels) during our four nights, but otherwise the hotel was great. Nice indoor pool, nice staff, quiet lobby and decent breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of many wakable things. Our room was great and to our surprise the couch was a trundle so we actually got 1 aditional sleep soace because the couch itself is a comfortable firm style twin bed plus the pullout. We slept as a family of 4 comfortably. The breakfast was amazing and both staff we met for breakfast were so kind and readily answered the questions we had about allergens.

The hotel offered a varied breakfast at a convenient time and coffee/tea/hot cocoa was available in the lobby 24 hours a day.The hotel is conveniently located near a variety of shops, restaurants, and attractions.

Staff was friendly, facilities were clean, breakfast was pretty decent, room was clean...sorta... I don't know why, but the heater in room 120 smelled like urine. Not a little bit, but a lot and it was horribly strong. Even my teen son who is the epidome of smelly covered his nose. We notified the desk, but the hotel was full and no options. A cleaner came to spray the filter with "febreeze" and left the bottle with us to use. I went to spray around the unit and the "febreeze" was just water...I guess to pacify us. I don't get it. We don't complain hardly ever, but this was just nasty and a big frustration. We didn't have another option, so we just elected to open the window to air it out and sleep without the heater in our cold room. Can't say I'll be back given the no follow up or apparent lack of concern to not having a heater for our stay.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Very modern and clean. Convenient to everything, yet off the main road slightly. Highly recommend.

This was a great place to stay! Only issue was the loss of water pressure in the showers. Not sure what the situation was but during our 3 night stay we consistently experienced little to no water pressure. Otherwise - would recommend for future.

We (two adults and two teenage daughters)stayed three nights in June 2025 and loved it! The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly. The free hot breakfast was great! The location was perfect, close to everything. In short, we were very pleased with the hotel and had great fun!

Stuff is friendly. But they didn’t clean the rooms daily. We had to ask for clean towels ourselves.

This was my first time staying in this location and it was very comfortable

I found the hotel to be average. The hotel could have been cleaner. The elevators were consistently dirty with dustballs and old gum stuck to the floor. We used the indoor pool and found a dirty diaper with fecal material floating in the vent on the side of the pool we were grossed out by this and never used the inside pool again. The out door pool was okay. The hot tub was full of scum suds and there was food floating around inside. That was a turn off. The room was clean and had plenty of hot water and clean towels, good soaps shampoo and body wash. The breakfast was typical food you find at a hotel breakfast, industrial but fresh. The staff was very nice and very accommodating. Hotel is close to all the attractions.

Was a great place! Middle of everything!

It turns out this hotel was under construction during our stay. This was a huge disappointment. Within minutes my husband was notified that the pool would be closed for the next 3 days for painting. We have young children; that is one of the things they look forward to at a hotel is the pool. We were able to swim the first day, but the pool water was disgusting. The water was green with a film on top. It looked like a pond. The lobby was half covered by a tarp hanging from the ceiling the entire time. The floors were always covered in dirt and debris.

This hotel was under construction during our stay. We did not have the option of a hot breakfast, just grab ‘n go style. The room itself was clean. It just seemed older in a lot of ways.

I’ve stayed at worse, but this was not the best.

I wish I had known they were in the middle of remodeling; however, the staff was quite kind and helpful. They were extremely accommodating with everything going on. The remodeling mostly affected breakfast. All the items were of the grab, heat, and go instead of their usual. Like I said though, the staff was very kind.

Great location, friendly and accommodating staff but the hotel was under a massive renovation and we felt like it should have been communicated better but none the less once completed we would be fine staying here again

Great price and very clean. Good / friendly service as well. We were very happy with the hotel. We inspect every bed when we check in at a hotel, and this was by far the cleanest hotel that we have ever stayed at.

Enjoyed my stay here. Check in was extremely easy. The breakfast was hot fresh and plentiful being that I was with an extremely large group. Even with construction going on the stay was pleasant. Will definitely stay again. The staff was pleasant and always visible to handle any issues or concerns (which only one issue the television happened but they handled it as soon as it was reported.) Thank you SpringHill for making my yearly winter experience a great one.

My wife and myself stayed here with our 3 kids. The room was plenty large enough for us all. Beds were clean and comfortable, pool was kinda small so it did get packed but my kids had a ton of fun swimming every night.

This was the worst stay ever, the hotel front desk, worker gave out room keys to anybody who came up and asked for my last name and room number, We were with a football team and this happened to multiple peoples room very unsafe!!!

Our room was clean, and everything in good condition. We had a small problem with housekeeping failing to replace used towels, however this was quickly rectified by staff. Overall, we had a good stay.

I liked how close Restaurants and the main strip were. I disliked the mattress for the pull out couch it was more like a box spring.

We enjoyed our stay here!

Front desk lady was great but the room was dirty. The pull out bed had blood on the sheets and a used mouth guard that was stuck to the bed. There we no blankets either. Also, the breakfast is advertised from 6-10am, but the lady said it ended when it was 9:45am. The food was not stocked back up when it ran out either. Very disappointed in this hotel.

Absolutely no complaints. Room was very clean, check-in was fast and easy, indoor pool was well heated, walking distance to many attractions. This was the first time we stayed here, but still not be the last. Very good time.

I would stay here again. The room was clean and very quiet. The facilities were also very clean. The free breakfast in the morning had a lot of hot and cold options. Easily accessible to the island and Dollywood.

Check in was a little slow. Only one person working during the busiest time for check ins. The associate that checked me on was very nice and helpful. Hotel is in a good location and clean.

The staff at this hotel is so friendly and helpful. From check-in to check-out, the process was easy and quick. The breakfast was hot and good and the staff was there cleaning and making sure everything remained stocked the whole time. The hotel is within walking distance (or a quick drive) to a lot of the attractions of Pigeon Forge. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Overall great stay! Clean, nice room, friendly staff, easy check in. Free breakfast was great, had a nice setup with variety.

Food quality was excellent and kitchen staff was excellent.

The property was in a good area. Close to shopping and dining. However, the inside was not in good condition. The carpets were all filthy and stained and the room smelled like an ashtray. If I had known this before checking in I would not have stayed.

This is a great location! The layout of the room was perfect for our family, as well! The only thing that I would improve was the friendliness of the gentleman working the desk when we arrived. I would also love to see some sort of protocol that prevents guests from having to give their address and phone number aloud in front of other guests.

Over recent years it has been preferred property, BUT it is declining, finishes comforts , quality of staff/ training , no longer exceeds expectations..

Never again!!!! Marriott .. I was told by the ass hole at the desk at check in , I pull out a cash envelope, start laying out 100$ bills , he said I don’t know what your doing but at the Marriott we do not take cash. You will have to go to Walmart and put your cash on a card. So , ummm no. I work my ass off for the money I’ve got. It was the Rod Runs weekend. No one excepts cards to buy from vendors or even a cash buy on a hot rod. So I left and found a vacancy at the red roof inn. They gladly took my cash and did put the security deposit on my debit card… also booked the spring corvette show and rod runs for next year. No more Marriott for me anywhere anytime…. If my hard earned cash is not good enough for your business. I’m not good enough to grace your door….. sincerely E. M. Sparks ROBERTS .

All the staff we met were very friendly and everything looked very clean. It made it much easier to relax after a long day. Hopefully they get the hot tub fixed so we can try again another time.

Charging not included with stay, I think that should be disclosed. Bathroom not clean, bathtub looked disgusting towel left on door from previous customer, exposed nail in carpet my wife fell over thinking it was something serious, stains next to my side of the bed, wore out towels. There was blood on the sheets (room check). The gentleman at the front desk moved us to another room quickly. The hot tub was not working. Other than that, it was ok.

The condition of the bathroom was terrible. Grout was practically black as well as the grout around the tub area. Mirror had dust on it. Just looked and felt dirty overall.

I have stayed at many Springhill Suites before. Many in Pittsburgh PA. All of them were amazing. This one though my wife and I were disappointed. As soon as we walked in the room we were met with the strongest musty smell. The pillows were as flat as pancakes. I want pancakes for breakfast not for my pillows. The room had no towels to take a shower with so i had to go down to the front desk to get two. Overall ill give it a 5 out of 10. The service was very good but the room not so much.

The staff was wonderful and attentive. Had left another property because it was so dirty so came to Springhill Suites because I had been there in the past. I was not disappointed. Wonderful facilities and love that there is an indoor pool and outdoor pool. Front desk personal and housekeeping were great.

I wouldn’t recommend. Needs a deep clean with stains on everything. Mold and water damage. I’ve noticed a couple of Springhill Suites in poor condition on our long road trip. Desk ladies were awful to us and other folks. Laundry machines were broken. Only one guy really doing any real work. The lobby women we’re talking about customers and coworkers negatively.

I can't say enough good things about this property. If you are headed to Pigeon Forge, I suggest looking into this property. The location can't be beat and the place has two pools and yet somehow, it is still quiet. The staff is friendly especially Junior. The views from the higher floors are also very nice. The only thing I did not like about this place is that you have to ask them to clean your room, it does not happen automatically. The breakfast was adequate nothing to write home about but appreciated when you have hungry kiddos in tow.

My husband and i stayed here for my birthday weekend getaway. There was ample parking and our check in process was effortless and swift. Customer service was professional and friendly. The grounds were clean and beautiful. The decor on the inside was nice, clean, and inviting. Our room was spacious and the floor we stayed on was very quiet. The bathroom had great water pressure. We also loved that the incidental fees were very low. This is very important to us when we stay at various property chains. My only disappointment was the breakfast options did not align itself with the amount that we paid for the room. Fortunately, we stayed in a touristic area and there were a plethora of restaurants in walking distance from this property. Checking out was a cinch and the customer service agent was very courteous and friendly. We would absolutely stay here again. Please consider upgrading the breakfast features.

Outstanding young man was our desk clerk and made us feel welcome

Staff behind front desk were not very welcoming. The housekeepers and breakfast help were very friendly. Breakfast was good, room can use some updating, couch is hard with stains, and pull out bed is very uncomfortable, the actual bed is comfortable, pillows need replaced (lost their fluff), over all it’s a decent hotel just not worth the price.
