We were just passing through TN and needed a place to sleep. I opted for something affordable but had good ratings. I am so glad we chose this place. The staff was helpful and very sweet. Chris made sure we had what we needed. The continental breakfast was small but good and the thing I noted most was how clean everything was. My husband and kiddos said the pool was great too! No negative feedback!

Everything was good except for the breakfast coffee was cold not hot plus it took a long time to get to eat breakfast suppose to be between 6:00 am to 9:00am it was 7:30 before everything was done this is from Tuesday morning to Thursday morning needs to be improvement in that area. The staff were nice and helpful and it seems they did their best, but the property, although it looks nice in pictures, is disrepair. The carpet is old and smelly. The pool area is unusable because it is in such bad condition. It was a very cheap place to stay and we had a good time, but I would never book it again

There was hardly anyone present at the front desk. They were frequently seen taken multiple smoking breaks outdoors. The room was clean and modern, but very cramped. The air conditioning/heating unit was barely two feet from the side panel of the desk. As a result, it was difficult to get proper airflow throughout the room. The wi-fi was so slow that it was barely usable. I kept getting an error message from the wall-mounted TV and never could get it to work. If you're looking for just the basics, I'd give it a passing grade. Just don't expect a superior experience.

Tinest room ever. Queen bed barely had room on each side to walk. Desk with chair and counter with fridge under crammed at bottom of bed. Bathroom was nice and pretty large for such a small room but we only stayed one night while traveling through.

room was dirty. shower floor never wash it had hair and scum in it. we should of never been charged for a dirty room . we were planning two day left the first night . the staff said he would clean it that night and never showed to do it. the staff was really bad the guy that was going to clean bathroom was in a chair looking at his phone something was totally wrong with him. he took a bunch of photos and then did nothing. waiting to hear from management nothing yet.

The room was clean. That's all I can say. We had to ask for clean towels and bedding for the pull out couch. The facet covers in the bathroom were just hanging. There was no shampoo (just conditioner) provided. The breakfast was a joke. There was never enough food cooked. On the last day the food, if there was any, was taken up 30 minutes before breakfast was over. You had to go outside to find staff to help you. They were smoking.

The general location is good it’s between Tanger outlets and the island shops. The room had ants, how the ants reached the third floor is beyond me they must have climbed. They only clean every third day of your stay and upon request so please keep that in mind.

Hot tubs weren’t in working conditions. There was a trash can in the hallway by my room that was there from the ceiling leaking that was very dirty. Had cigarette butts, old wood, and very dirty water.

Overall everything. Rooms have recently been renovated. However it was as cheap as possible. The paint look as though a child did it with no guidance. Plumbing was questionable. Pipes were exposed that shouldn't have been. Underneath the sink had a leak, onto the towels/washcloths. The shower faucet was installed backwards, the cold was hot and the hot was cold. The continental breakfast wasn't good. Especially the hot/cooked portions.

The rooms were dirty and small , I won’t be staying there again. The jacuzzi wasn’t even open that’s why I went there and of course the price wasn’t bad, I guess you get what you pay for! It served its purpose 👍

There were cockroaches. The hotel was cheap but misleading. I’m disappointed in Expedia reviews and questioning whether they are real. There was no hot water. The hot tub does not work, why even have one? I understand closing the pool for winter but you should really have the hot tub running all year. People at this hotel were sketchy. Heard all kinds of weird grunting in other guests rooms and people looked like they were on drugs. The staff were nice and we never ended up getting breakfast. I thought it was cheap because of the area but it’s cheap because it’s really gross. I felt itchy in the bed. I would not stay here and pay extra for a nicer hotel. Not sure why it has 8/10 of Expedia! I plan to do further research on other sites before I trust Expedias reviews again.

Although the building was non smoking our toom smelled like an ash tray. The bookong link stated would.sleep 3 in the king room, but only if yiu want to share the king size bed. The facility felt dated and they have coffee out at all hours but dont keep it filled. I was told by the gentleman working the front desk him i asked about it that they aren not permitted to make any more after a certain time.each day. There was no shampoo, conditioner or body wash in the shower either. Bathrooms have flaking paint & rust. I stay at Choice properties regularly in another state and this totally disappointed me. Will not be using this particular hotel again for any visit.to the Pigeon Forge area. Overpriced!

We stayed here a couple nights over the weekend and really enjoyed our stay. The customer service was amazing and met all our needs. The room and bathroom were very clean and updated. The bed was super comfortable and I slept great. The bathroom was one of the best I’ve seen. And last, we loved the hot breakfast. One day we had fried eggs that were fresh with sausage patties and another we had scrambled eggs and sausage links. They offered home style potatoes each day as well as waffles and biscuits and sausage gravy. This breakfast filled us up for the whole day and we had gone to Dollywood and didn’t need to eat until 6 for dinner. If you want to get a 5 star hotel for an affordable price then stay here.

The room was spotless! I have never stayed in a cleaner Hotel. I can tell the staff takes pride in their work. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service! They all made us feel at home.The breakfast was incredible! We never had to go out for breakfast at a restaurant. The breakfast choices were amazing and the food was kept good and hot and always delicious. I highly recommend Sleep Inn & Suites Pigeon Forge Downtown. I want to give a big thanks to the staff for a great weekend anniversary trip.

Check in was a little slow. Our room was in the first floor due to the elevator being out of service. The room we were given was across the hall from housekeeping and the kitchen which we heard noise from throughout the night and early morning which disrupted our sleep. The room was clean, bed comfortable and there were plenty of towels available. The breakfast was extremely good with food being hot and fresh. The lady in charge made sure everything looked nice and that the tables and area were clean. I could tell she took pride in her work. I would stay there again, just in a different room.

Sleep in and sweets was an excellent hotel.Very clean and comfortable good sleeping bed. Only issue we had when we go down for breakfast.There was usually no coffee or anyone around to make any but overall everything was excellent. We'll stay here again for sure.

rooms were dirty when we arrived SIX HOURS after check in time. had to sit in the lobby while somebody from the front desk (??!!) cleaned our room. it certainly wasn’t properly cleaned. we were sitting there from 9:45-10:20 PM once it was all said and done. horrible experience after being at the park all day. room keys didn’t work. all of the towels and linens were covered in questionable stains. horrible wifi. HOWEVER the breakfast was late and the two receptionists we interacted with were kind.

Staff for the most part was very friendly, except for when I checked in the guy at the desk when I checked in, was not very friendly parking is very limited and if you do not get one of the spots earlier, you have to park in a dark parking lot in the back. On a positive note, I did appreciate the fact that whenever I pulled out of the hotel, the road that it was on was not very busy and it led to a traffic light on the main road also like the fact that it was close to the island.

I did not have high expectations. The room prices were triple what they normally are because of Fall School break and Fall fest. All 2 star hotels were in that same rate. I picked Sleep Inn &Suites. When I entered the facility. The young man at the front desk was very helpful, pleasant and great at his job. I went up to my room. It was sparkling clean and linens looked great. Plenty of towels. The air conditioner was loud. Not sure why. In the morning breakfast was ok, the dining area was terribly small, counters were small. Breakfast was ok for free, cinnamon buns, eggs, sausage, waffle mix, fruit, coffee and juice. Overall I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Would I come back? Yes if it’s a normal price but not at the inflated prices.

You honestly get what you paid for. The hotel wasn’t bad but obviously wasn’t the best there is.They had complimentary water and cookies which was great and the room was cleaned. However, they did not replace the toilet paper, and the tv was unplug, and so on. Besides the tiny problems, overall, it was a good vacation!

Property is in a pretty good location just a little bit off the strip. Staff was very nice. Parking lot was easy to park in. Shops are down the road but not too far away.

Plenty of free parking and hot breakfast (same menu all week). Bagels, bread, muffins, meat, omelet, waffle, biscuits, fruits, and beverages. May be they could add some baked potatoes. Location is great - walking distance from Hollywood Wax Museum and many great attractions within 2 miles. Still it's very quiet! The renovation staff workmanship was a challenge. The tub tap and towel rod came down! But staff is very helpful in fixing. Overall, enjoyed the stay!

The staff was great, and the maintenance staff was very friendly and attentive. One of the cleaner hotels we have stayed in. The hot breakfast bar was not always ready, and the coffee was not kept full.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights recently and had a very enjoyable experience. They advertise a continental breakfast, but we had a full hot breakfast every morning. It was very good. Coffee was excellent, didn't taste like motel coffee. We had a single queen room and it was extremely small. It would be ideal for a single person. The bathroom/shower was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The next time we stay here, and we will, we will upgrade to either 2 beds or a king suite. They also don't treat smokers like lepers, as they had 2 designated smoking areas outside with picnic tables and umbrellas. The staff was polite and courteous. The lobby and parking area was very clean and well maintained. They kept a basket of free bottles of water and cookies in the lobby. Great deal just off the beaten path.

Our queen room was very compact and small, even for two people! But, it was clean. The bathroom was a good size - however, there was no vent fan and the door to the bathroom is heavy & does not stay open. That is annoying when you want to just use the sink or the mirror or air it out after a shower (again, no fan!!)! It would be nice if they at least had a door stopper to use in the room! The water in the shower does not get that hot! The TV never once connected to the internet to be able to watch anything - even regular channels, making it useless the entire time! I did appreciate the fridge and the microwave - which a lot of places do not offer anymore. I called the front desk on Day 3 and asked for the room to be cleaned with fresh towels and sheets - they never came. The breakfast offerings were not bad and both of us were satisfied! It was OK overall for a short stay - but would not choose Sleep Inn for an extended stay.

The property had small issues. Had problem with flooding. We had to move rooms but was handled appropriately. Second room great. Faucet was loose in shower. Did not report. They had to work on TV in first and second rooms to get to work but got working. Staff excellent. Breakfast excellent. Loved our room 114. Third time to stay. Seems to always have some sort of issue but staff fixes and we move on.

I felt right at home here i will definitely stay again the price was perfect and its not on the main drag but close enough to not be out of the way.

Beds were nice and you can tell they’ve made efforts to remodel and update. However, the tiny air units were insufficient and our room stayed uncomfortable and hot the whole night. Breakfast was sub par. Food was usual breakfast fare but it was all cheaply microwaved and not very good. Nothing was stocked, we had to ask for everything. Someone had to run out to buy bowls for cereal and oatmeal. None of the chairs matched the table height and my kids had trouble finding a place to sit and eat bc they couldn’t reach the high tables in normal chairs. Just unorganized and sad. Coffee was filled with grounds and all juice was “on order.” We won’t choose to stay there again.

The rate is good for the location. Desk clerk was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable.

I like Sleep Inn because they offer Smoke Free Places. I just wish people wouldn't smoke outside near the entrance. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. Definitely would stay there again.

Do not listen to the negative reviews. This was the best stay and best hotel we’ve ever been to. Also it was very cheap. The staff were so lovely and made our stay as comfortable as possible. There are two who I assume are management, beautiful people. They would always talk to us and ask how we are. They really made it welcoming and feel like home 10/10 would come again.

The property has been recently renovated. The room was very clean and everything felt new. The staff were very friendly and the convenience to town was really nice. I would recomend this place to anyone looking for a nice place at a nice price.

The property was clean, quiet, and friendly staff. The card keys kept not working however they were working on getting this technical issue resolved.

The AC in the room was extremely loud. The door card reader didn’t work and they still put us in that room.

Comfortable bed and staff were nice

When we arrived at our room, it was ice cold. Then the TV wouldn't work so we went to the front desk. They were sending someone up 20 minutes went by. No one showed up so we went down again and someone came within 10 minutes and they spent 40 working on the TV and they finally got it working. But every 10 minutes it would freeze and reload, and it was very annoying.Probably not a dealbreaker for a lot of people, but the ice machine was broken and I eat a lot of ice. They played music in the hallways, which would be fine, but they kept it on all night and when you're trying to sleep, you could hear it. I really did like the bathroom. The shower was very nice. The bed and the pillows were also very comfy.

It is a clean, safe place to stay. It is bare minimum. So if your looking for a place to sleep in a bug free bed , and take a good hot shower then this place is perfect. Friendly accommodating staff as well.

Beds were comfy also had access to the Tennessee game in the room. Breakfast could be better.

It’s a older property and in need

Be aware, despite what the owner says, property is not new. It is a previous Rodeway Inn that was remodeled and reopened as Sleep Inn. Local staff confirmed and easily verified with Google. Rooms are small. Killed 3 bugs in room the first night and observed a few more in the laundry room. Later found out they were Stink bugs that are common to the area and try to find their way inside when the temperature drops. Toilet seat was loose and about to fall off. Refrigerator was on defrost and had to be reset by maintenance. Microwave was not in English. Staff advised that it was an overlay that when removed would reveal English. Two customer dryers, both out of order. No protein options at breakfast.

Be aware there is a 35.00 cleaning fee for a service dog. After I explained we have never been charged a cleaning fee for a service dog they did not charge me. There was some other issues but all were cleared up. Most of the issues came from booking online. Not much of a breakfast. Staff was great.

After checking in, we were told there was no water to the building but they were working on it. No shower, No commode flushing, No brushing teeth BUT bottle water was available at the front desk. Water came back on 12 hours later. Bed wasn't comfortable and it was very noisy! Staff was nice.

I liked that the staff was nice. I did not like that only the hot water worked so the the water got extremely hot and then there was plumbing issue and we were without water for a whole day.

Good location, but.....it was the smallest room i have ever stayed in. My husband and I had to constantly take turns moving around the room. We also had to kill at least 1 bug a night. Moat of the staff was friendly. Felt they were over worked, though. 1 lady, i know for sure, was there all 5 days, working til 11pm and back again at 7am. They also only had 1 housekeeper. Felt bad for them.

Had to ask for r used towels n trash to be removed. Front desk personnel very kind helpful Included breakfast - only bagels cereal no protein Coffee was very good We had a fire alarm go off at 4 am n was nonfire but the alarms would not stay off - a local waitress said that fire alarm was a common issue.. location is nicely central n convenient.

Pictures made rooms look much bigger then the cracker box size they were. Oooh and one night we came back and our door was open! It says breakfast but dont get excited. Its toast and bagels. The lady at the desk was very nice but i have no idea how she worked 24/7 at the desk? Pool was open but too dirty to want to swim in. Some mornings you are loudly serendaded by desk lady. Interesting church songs? Yep it was an experience...

Check in was easy and the front desk girls were super nice and friendly. The room is on the smaller side but fine for a night or too. It is very clean and even has that just cleaned smell. The bathroom was clean and had very good lighting. It is not as new as other hotels but still nice. The only issue we had is that the sliding shower door did not stay closed and we had to put a washcloth there to keep it closed to shower. The shower also had some normal wear and tear but nothing bad. The AC worked well but was a little loud. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast had simple, self serve options with a waffle maker, cereal, and muffins. Its located right off the downtown strip and the back road was definitely the easiest way to get there. Overall would stay here again, especially for the price and location.

The ladies who work at the desk were all fabulous. My hubby forgot his cpap power cord and Latoya searched through some things to try to find us one. No luck but her willingness to help was very nice. The website does say they have a hot tub amd a heated pool. This is not the case. No hot tub, they have had it filled in. The pool was not heated but that was ok. It felt nice after walking around all day. The location was convenient to what we wanted. Breakfast consisted of cereal, bagels, fruit, muffins, and waffels.

It was off the strip so very quiet and easy to get too, but still close enough to see pigeon forge. Very nice and clean. Very polite staff.

I booked this hotel because of the hot tub and heated pool. The hot tub is filled in and the pool is not heated. The staff however was amazing and very friendly!

Old building needing much updates not any like in the pictures on here . Smelly like old mold and mildew. Air conditioning never cooled above 78-80 in room at all times and it was hot outside. Limited “free breakfast” dry cereal, yogurt old fruits, cold oatmeal or grits will never stay here again and don’t advise it . Pool was dirty and the kiddie pool and hot tub were filled in with dirt

My husband and I budgeted our money for a one night stay in Pigeon Forge. We are newly weds, so we definitely have to budget. We were supposed to check into the hotel at 4:00, but it was not ready until after 6:00 PM. This was the first issue. When we arrived, the lady at the desk accidentally charged us for 3 nights at the hotel when we booked 1. Yes, I realize that mistakes happen, but she did not even seem apologetic about the mistake. It also caused us to be without money on the trip that we had planned to use for food and activities. Luckily, we were fortunate enough to have extra money to use while we were there; but I can only imagine the struggle of someone who did not have the extra funds. The extra charge could have over-drafted someone’s account or completely ruined their trip plans. Five days later, my bank instructed me to call them back before they disputed the charge. They were trying to give them a chance to make the situation right. I called and the same woman who overcharged us is who I spoke with. She basically told me there was nothing that she could do and raised her voice at me. I was an inconvenience to her, even though she was the one who inconvenienced me and caused us to be short on money. We were able to get our money back, thanks to our bank. Do not stay here- you’ll find a similar price with a better experience & nicer people down the road.

The stay was not enjoyable at all had a room that was adjoining to someone else who kept us up all night fighting and yelling up until 3:00 in the morning. No hot water in the shower and no water pressure.

They were unstaffed for the cleaning crew. My bed was never remade after the first night. Even after I requested it to be with the frond desk. One day my room was not cleaned. We were gone all day and returned around 8pm and the cleaning staff were still cleaning and had not made it to our room yet. We just ask for clean towels and gave her our trash. We just wanted to relax and watch tv before we went to be. And did not want to wait for her to clean our room that late.

Easy access to main attractions in Pigeon Forge The hotel overall is pretty dated. Our room had a bad smell, and was very noisy (to the point where it was hard to sleep). We could hear the music in the hallway and the receptionist all night. When we pointed this out at reception, they told us we could not switch rooms. The breakfast was pretty lacklustre, not a lot of options and most of the food was put in ziplock bags…

Everything we travel from hotel employee . We where meeting there in Tennessee.I booked the hotel way in advance.When I got to the hotel they were closed for renovation no one contacted us.I had to find another accommodation. That cost more money.

Yes we only had an electric fireplace for heat. No furnace it wasn't working and the fireplace quit working in the night and we froze

The TV was a display TV and would not work. Guests are extremely loud in the morning because breakfast is served in a small lobby outside the ground floor rooms.

There was no phone no microwave no refrigerator in the room. And they had cockroaches, very dirty

No microwave, fridge, hairdryer, hot tub all that your description stated it had. The linen on the bed was dirty, roaches, toilet didn¿t work, one room air didn¿t. Mold in AC ( window unit). Floors in hallway had flooded water. All I have pics to verify

I think people lived there.A Couple arguing,loud music,person yelling at a baby,No pillows or blankets.ETC .I could go on and on.

The lobby smelled like too much air freshener and we had some bugs in our bathroom.

The mattresses were hard, the towels were soft as sandpaper, and the A/C was out. It is the middle of July; we could not sleep. We can't decide if it was the mattresses or the heat that most prevented us from sleeping.
