I have left 2xs now sick with a cold from laying with unit continuously running and blowing over bed. Other than that I love the place!

That property and staff were amazing.

Nice hotel

The breakfast was good, I did not really eat breakfast but once and the food was plentiful and hot. Has 2 pools which were clean and maintained. The only negative was the guest service employee that checked me in, she was just going thru the motions not engaged at all did not talk about any amenities nor any thing about breakfast or the times. I had to go on a hunt to find the ice machine (second off right off the elevator) I would definitely stay there again

The rooms are comfortable, and mostly clean. The location is close to most attractions. The deck overlooking the water is nice. The staff member was very rude when I checked in, I chose the correct number of guests on Booking.com which includes our 16 year old child (Booking selection for children goes up to 17-). The person at check-in told us we would be charged an additional $10 as our child is considered an adult by the hotel policy (13+). I explained that it shows differently on Booking, she told me I should feel lucky I wasn't being charged $20 since it was a weekend. She said it's because of the breakfast offered at the property. We hadn't planned to eat breakfast at the property as there are many great spots in the area, but we decided to try it since it was apparently worth up to $20 per person, it was terrible! The powdered eggs were watery, the biscuits were tiny and were instructed to be microwaved, the sausage was cold and slimy, the also had bags of bread that you can use to make toast, but all the guests were shoving their arms down inside the bags to get the bread so we decided to skip toast, they did offer 2 types of cereal, but the dispenser did not look clean. There were cigarette butts all over the parking lot, and even in the hallways and elevator. The sink counter in the bathroom barley had enough space to store a hairbrush. I really don't like to give negative reviews, but this property and staff earned it.

The room was clean, and the beds were made daily. The staff was approachable; however, I didn't need anything during my 4-night stay. I was very impressed with the hotel and will happily stay there again.

We booked a premium King room with balcony. When we arrived we were put in a standard. The bathroom could have used a better cleaning, but the room was otherwise ok. We didn't make a fuss over the room because of previous reviews about the receptionist's poor attitude. If we had stayed more than 3 nights we would have said something. Will stay again if just for a short trip, and we will double check the reservation when we check in before we go to the room.

We booked several days but needed to check in a day later due to a family emergency. We were unable to contact the property (the phone would answer and drop) and when we showed up to check in we were told the reservation was gone, along with our money. Expedia contacted them but they refused to do the right thing. The front desk person was rude and it was an all-around bad experience. There are numerous options in Pigeon Forge so I would recommend any of the others.

Room was clean, beds were comfy but the usb plugs next to them were broken. The bathroom was not in the best condition, shower curtain was all ripped up. The indoor pool was tiny and right inside the lobby. (Outdoor was closed when we stayed around spring break time). Breakfast was decent (eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, yogurt, cereals, juice). Great location, right next to a newer mini golf and the Hollywood wax museum.

Great experience. We ended up adding a day through Hotels.com which made two separate reservations and the person at the desk easily combined them so we didn’t have to move. Property is a tinge dated, but it’s clean and the bed was fantastic! Would definitely stay here again!

The rooms were clean for an older hotel and breakfast was pretty decent. I will say the parking could be bigger and the beds were more on the tougher side BUT overall this was a good find for an older hotel and definitely not a scary motel pick! Lol if I ever go back for another hotel stay, I’ll have this one on my top picks

The air conditioning and pillows were dirty. Staff didn't enforce rules with the pool except the open and closing of it. Breakfast was horrible and was the exact same every day.

Loved the welcoming atmosphere of this hotel. The breakfast was well stocked and inviting, room was clean and everything worked as it should in the room. We enjoyed the rocking chairs down by the river. Owner and staff were pleasant. We enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to book again on a return visit!!

The hotel is old and shows a lot of wear. Toilet had a high pitched screech when flushed, broken sink. Heat was cranked up in the breakfast area so it was not tolerable to sit there and eat. Front desk clerk wasn’t very friendly. The housekeeper was very nice and replaced towels timely. Pillows were very flat but the beds were comfortable enough for a hotel. Parking isn’t great. The location is close to everything but there is also a lot of noise from cars at night.

Booking a room can be difficult, I understand. However the business needs to be upfront about rules. I always book a room with a balcony because I smoke. Arriving at this place I find out smoking is not allowed on the property, even the balcony. 300.00 fine. Otherwise it was fine but we will never stay there again.

This hotel was a good price for the area. It is overall a little rundown feeling, but the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was decent. If you need a place to stay for a night or two it is a great deal! There was decent amount of parking in the back of the building.

The beds were very firm, and there weren’t a lot of parking spaces. However, it was very clean, the small patio was nice, and the little creek behind the property was pretty. The indoor pool also looked nice, but we don’t have time to take advantage of that due to it being a very busy, short trip.

The rooms were clean but they aren't very quiet. We could hear all the traffic from the road and at 4 am a garbage truck emptying a large trash can and slamming it back to the ground and doors slamming closed from other rooms on our floor. It was okay stay just maybe bring ear plugs if your a light sleeper.

Only 1 of the 2 pools were open. No seats were available around the pool.

The place was not very clean. Dirty balcony, dirty, microwave & refrigerator. Ice machines was dirty. TV all scratched up.

The pool area was ok . The towels are small . Building needed updating . Our view from the balcony was a house and a dirt pile . The toilet leaked from the bottom of the toilet . I called downstairs to report it , the receptionist at the desk tells me she will get someone on it . It was never fixed . It's ok if you want to save money and don't want to spend a fortune . I will never return again .

Upon arrival to the hotel i was greeted by a lady in glasses. Very nice and very helpful. They said they had issues processing my payment, i had made the reservation on February 23rd through Expedia. They said the payment was declined, but i had the receipt stating it was paid. The owner or manager came and said to check me in anyway. The normal process calls for an ID and Credit Card. I give them my cards and was told all was fine. Once i got to the room i had 3 charge attempts on my card from this hotel without my permission. I then recieved a call stating it was figured out. That aside the room was not very clean as my child walked around barefoot before the pool and his feet were black. The outside light also was broken. Not to mention the view i had was not of a river at all, but a vacant newly built house that blocked the pigeon forge strip as well as the river. The pool was okay, but the water was way too hot and chlorinated. My eyes were burning after the pool for awile. All this being said the staff member who checked me in was very nice, but i would recommend staying else where if vacancy is available near by.

Lady at front desk that worked afternoons was rude and you could tell she hated her job and didn’t care about anything. Pool was extremely small and had way to many chemicals in it first time in both myself and my 2 kids got basically a chemical burn and pool was supposed to open at 11am but really it just opens when ever the employees thank about it 12:20pm one day. Pictures on the website made everything look way better than it truly is. Our first day in our room we didn’t have any hot water. Vending machines were out of order drink machine was out of order ice machine was out of order. Room was smaller than expected. Shower curtain was falling apart and the first time my little girl took a bath she noticed poop on the front outside bottom of the toilet bowl that had not been cleaned wall had hole in it (just one that I noticed). Carpet made my white socks brown.

Downsides pool was small but nice Hotel needs some updates through hallways to rooms it ages it significantly. Food provided was okay for a contential breakfast but wish they would add bagels and cream cheese to menu. Location is good nice to have a red light that takes you to parking lot . Walking distance to great food Front desk and breakfast crew could be more chipper and friendly. Coming froma. Hotel background i underatand southern hospitality and it goes a long way in how people feel entering hotel to checkin and check out. It was mustand car week and they were up and down strip roaring pipes etc and could get a little nosey at night and could hear in room but it didnt bother us that bad. Coffee provided in room was weak 😴 i would suggest you bring your own coffee pod machine or buy liners and roasted coffee for their machine for a better experience. The firdge was a decent size for a hotel room. Overall room was clean.

Everyone except the one woman that worked night was ok

We just stayed one night as we arrived early. Staff was nice, rooms were clean, but indoor pool was the smallest I’ve ever seen before. The hotel in general seemed very outdated. “Breadlfast” was frozen sausage patties, frozen biscuits and eggs. Rest was all microwave items. Not bad for the price we paid, but def needs updating.

Close walk to the wax museum and a few restaurants. Outside pool was not open yet and the inside pool was small. The breafast was good but needed more choices on different days. Rooms were clean and the balcony had a great view over the mountains and river. This hotel was great for the price.

Sadly we had to go spend extra money every morning for breakfast elsewhere, which was an added expense we didn’t plan on. When we book a hotel that says breakfast, we expect it. Again, the staff is great, especially the husband and wife managers. They were fantastic to our family.

The rooms were great. The location was amazing. As far as the staff from the very first day they were rude. Any questions we had we were brushed off or ignored and a few of the staff worked we just very short and not helpful. It was hard to feel welcomed when trying to check in or ask questions.

The person working the desk when I checked in was not personable. She was efficient. Most of the staff just did their jobs without interacting with myself or my aunt while we were there. One gentleman on staff did speak to us the day we left. The carpet on the fifth floor desperately needs to be cleaned. Someone vomited outside the elevator and several more spots down the hallway. It looked like someone had tried to clean it up, there was no smell, but the stains were very visible. I have stayed here several times before and the staff was friendly and welcoming. This was a completely different experince. The room was clean, but the door to the balcony and the balcony itself look like they need to be updated. The covered parking garage, which has always been a nice feature, had a pair of women's underwear lying on the ground. This did not make make us feel very safe. I'm sorry, but we will probably stay somewhere else next month. The person at the desk when checking out did not smile, ask about our stay, or even wish us safe travels. Good customer service goes a long way. I hope these comments are helpful. Your location was perfect for a quick shopping trip.

The hotel lied to us told us that we could cancel anything everything because we were in a very bad car accident. Our car was totaled on the way to the hotel and was told earlier that day we couldn’t cancel so on the way up here trying to make the hotel reservation we crashed told them hey we crashed so it should be fine. It should yeah you can go ahead and call Expedia and then whenever we call Expedia Expedia talk to the hotel again in the hotel so I’d absolutely not we will not change it. We will not refunded or anything. It is past the deadline of the hotel check-in you guys lost all your money on this hotel so yeah I don’t use this hotel because they are liars fraudulent, and do not care about accidents conditions or anything like that.

Staff were rude ! We had kids an they put us on the top floor but complained about them on the elevator that was slow so kids being kids get impatient waiting walking the stairs or wanting to jump on the elevator on next floor because it was open on that floor . The pool was on 1st floor so they were back and forth a lot why not just put family’s with kids on floors close to pool knowing that’s where they will be most of the time :/ Said they were to noisy but all we herd was a screaming mom and toddler two doors down well kids are loud especially when you have two rooms full.

When I stay at a hotel, I worry about cleanliness but have never had a problem at this hotel, it’s always so clean and smells great. The pool water was so warm, my daughter loved it! We’ve stayed here many times and plan to stay plenty more times. Only advice I’d say is add a full length mirror in the rooms, it’s so helpful when several are getting ready. Wonderful, friendly staff too!

I go to pigeon forge and stay at River Bend often, they are friendly and located in a great location and are fair priced, by a red light so easy to get out, would highly recommend it

One of thr cleanest hotels ive ever stayed in. Staff was great. You know when you stay in a hotel in the maids going around you can hear everything but it was so quiet I never could tell when they were cleaning. And the cleaning stuff was so sweet everybody there was so sweet definitely will stay here again. If you're a big smoker you might not want to stay here. No smoking at all in the premises thank God I always smoke 4 cigarettes a day.

The front desk staff need training they are so rude. We walked in at 1 to see if we might be able to check in early and were met with a lady saying gruffly “nothings available”. I find this hard to believe that not a single room is free but even so, her tone and literally that’s her welcome! Terrible. We came back after checking in time, new front desk lady, not very smartly dressed and also with an attitude. Just like she didn’t want to be there. Not a great start. The room was clean, balcony overlooks neighboring property which is a building site. Bathroom clean but run down. Pool, tiny and in the main corridor and also by a front door so it is not the warmest and if you’re swimming every passerby is staring at you. Pool links onto second floor with balcony so if you’re ok that floor it may be noisy. Breakfast was honestly so bad we went out the second day. It runs till 9 and they are very aggressive at closing it exactly on time. No yogurt, no peanut butter or cream cheese, no waffles or pancakes, no bacon or boiled eggs. It’s hard horrid little sausage patties and some scrambled egg (very bland), a bit of bread, some tiny muffins and that’s it. It’s poor. Even for a lower class establishment. We were barely in the hotel as we were out so much so it didn’t matter. Will I be back? No.

The room was good, they motel wants to charge for a balcony - the balcony is facing the parking lot. My family booked four rooms for this trip. The last night before leaving the children were playing in the pool. We was told to be quite because there were guest. The manager was notified and nothing was done. I had planned to use this motel yearly. But the incident changed my mind.

Charged me more after I arrived even though I paid and booked through Expedia. I wouldn’t stay again. Place is old and the balcony rooms you pay extra for overlook construction going on outside of the room. If u want a cheap old room for a short stay this place is fine but be prepared for them to charge u more. I’m sure they will add a replay of a garbage story but what they did is wrong and they also wouldn’t give me a receipt at the end of my stay even though they force you to give them your credit card for incidentals and I wanted to make sure there was a zero balance at the end because of their already shady practices at booking. There are so many places to stay in pigeon forge keep looking. Don’t stay here unless you are desperate

My only complaint was that the day I made the reservation I sent a email asking for a room facing the river because it was our 20th anniversary. I didn’t get an email back so I called and spoke to someone there and they told me that would be no problem, but when I got there, they said that because we checked in late, it wasn’t available anymore. Also, the picture of the bathroom on the screen showed this very long countertop and that wasn’t what was in our room in our room was just a round sink with a little space around the sides and it really was not enough room to put any toiletries on. The room was a wonderful size and we really did enjoy the balcony even though it didn’t face the river. It was quiet and very comfortable all and I’d say it was a very nice day and we enjoyed it.

The room and everywhere we went inside the motel was extremely clean and smelled nice. You can tell they try to go above and beyond at this hotel. One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had.

While the room was cheap, the hotel felt really run down. We stayed there 7 years ago and it didn’t feel this way. While I won't say don't go, since to room was fine and bed wasn't uncomfortable, just be aware if the cost is higher than 100 dollars. Some staff were nice but most didn’t talk to anyone.

My biggest complaints are that there was mold all around the tub/shower which was pretty gross to see, and a little extra cleaning could’ve easily remedied that. And the elevator went out of commission (I hear this is a common occurrence here) so we had to walk up 5 flights of stairs (usually I wouldn’t care much but I’m asthmatic and we had to carry our baby up all those stairs. Can’t imagine if someone had to do that with their luggage). The rooms are pretty nice and updated but the place itself could use a little work. Still giving 5 stars though because overall we did have a great stay. :)

Access in and out from room to lobby wasnt ideal. Parking area is a little too dark at night. I didnt feel unsafe, but it definitely could be, due to the lack of public sight. Definitely needs lighting. Everything was clean'ish, but I did notice lots of dusty things (window sills, bathroom shelves, very dirty hallway windows). The property itself is very nice along the river, bed was comfortable. But it does drive me nuts to have 3 small pillows on king size beds, although it seems to be a common theme amongst many places.

Don't waste your money if a friendly staff, low noise (even on the 4th floor), and river view (as advertised in the listing online) is what you are expecting, because you will not find them here! Do yourself a favor and go to Sleepy Bear Inn in Gatlinburg and you will have all of that and more!

Property has a patio area with chairs down by the river with wildlife viewing. We saw several breeds of ducks in the river and also lots of geese. We saw a couple of raccoons also. It was a very nice hotel stay with great relaxation and views of the river. Great stay for our children as well! Beds were comfortable and we slept well.

They are not king

This place looks better in person than in the photos. Very clean. The room was comfy. bed had 5 pillows. The indoor heated pool was clean and very relaxing. Towels were provided pool side.

Air filter in AC was filthy. Vent in bathroom was full off dust and dirt. The carpet in our room made our feet black. Spiders in room and all over balcony. When using microwave, the tv was disrupted. The fridge took 5 hours to even get cool. Dirty diapers in hallway garbage for 2 days. 2 staff members at front desk were very rude when checking in, checking out and when we asked for more towels and toilet paper 2 days into our trip. Sink in bathroom was clogged. Stains on sheets of bed. Outside pool was along the highway. Was never told how to get out to pool. Asked to use a cart and staff member replied, they are over there and make sure you bring it back.

It was perfect for two nights for the Jeep Invasion. Provided a bed to sleep, just what we needed. Breakfast was slim and could use several more items.

The lay out is good

The room was clean and didn’t have the usual nasty smells from smoking and pets. The breakfast was a bit lacking but was a decent place to sleep.

I will go back. Only complaint is that it is a bit hard to get into due to the traffic layout at the entrance, and, the signage is discreet compared to the surroundings.

Issue with check-in. There is no back of the hotel. Pictures looked as though if you paid extra for the balcony, it would be looking over the river. Ice machine was out if order. Breakfast wasn't as expected. Can't get into the lobby until 7 to get coffee. All doors to lobby were locked and women said the doors wouldn't open until 7. I needed to check out but couldn't. Was leaving at 6:30am.

Always solid, great value, quiet and good facilities. Staff is excellent, pretty much my regular hotel now in Pigeon Forge.

The hotel was nice and clean; however, the front desk service was not so good. The front desk clerk was not very friendly, even commented that she should have stayed at home that day. The card key to our room stopped working twice, and we had to go to the front desk for assistance. The lady was rude. I am not sure if she was having a bad day or what, but that was no reason to make guests feel like they are a bother when it's YOUR JOB! The second time it stopped working, we left, thinking maintenance would take a look, and the second desk clerk scolded me for not being in my room when they came.

the rooms were very clean and comfortable but really not suitable for seniors or handicapped individuals because of the inconvenience of parking only had 2 handicap parking for 2 cars and they were farther from the hotel than the reg parking. some had to park along the street. parking lots are down around the hotel with limited lighting.breakfast was okay but only had small Styrofoam cups with no lids for hot beverages. location of ice machines were not conveniently located my balcony was not swept and was full of spiders and cobwebs so i didnt get to enjoy the balcony much...the hotel was very clean and beds were comfortable..hotel was more for younger families harder for seniors to getaround

I truly enjoy the property..

Love the ability of sitting by the river in the rockers and my granddaughter loved feeding the ducks and seeing river otters and a beaver in the evenings

Stay here frequently, niece loves the pools, quiet and all one needs.

The room had a pile of semen on the floor. There was caked dust all over in the bathroom. The owner came out and watched us unpack our car when we checked in. There was construction being done next door where the pool had a direct view to. The breakfast eggs were salty. Coffee was bad. Didn’t seem like they had any housekeeping except the people that owned the place.

Property is older but very clean. The staff especially at check in were very helpful. The only real negative would be the included breakfast, it was adequate but it seemed strange to not have any fruit offered. Also as a tea drinker there was no hot water available. Not a huge deal but something that could be a quick cheap fix.

We were very disappointed. The beds were very hard. The facility did not match the advertisement and rankings. The views that were in the images online were not found. There was construction that started at 6 am outside our window. There was dust all over the light fixtures and the ceiling looked like it was going to peel off at any time. I was unimpressed with the service. I have stayed in many hotels that serve breakfast and this was by far the worst presentation and taste.

Booked a room and

One bed had a coffee spill on it. You could clearly see that the sheets/covers had not been changed prior to our stay. There was mold in the sink of the bathroom. The breakfast was pretty much nonexistent as it was powdered eggs, and a weird looking meat. There was as also water stains o the ceiling of our room and walls were dirty. The pools had film build up and we asked numerous times for them to clean it. They never did. 10/10 I do not recommend.

I had to pay an additional $500 to get the same room that I already had paid for. The lady at the front desk had no cares to give pretty much said too bad. Will not stay there again

The room was paid for, it shouldnt matter if i show up on the last day to check in. It was paid for..my room. But instead, i had to pay an additional $500 for the same room and the rude staff at the desk gave no cares what so ever. Didnt even try to help of fix. Pretty much said too bad.

We have stayed here before. Rooms are clean and have a good view. Floors in hall needed a good cleaning but the room was good. Its was quiet rooms. The location is in the middle of the strip. The river walk was really nice lots of chairs by the water. Will stay here again.

I was late and they rented the room out even though it was paid for by me. Should have been reserved for me for the entire time not rented out.

The hotel looked like it had been completely updated.

The front desk staff was very rude. They checked us into a very dirty room and when I went back to the front desk they acted like I was responsible for it. They changed my room, and then I kept having all kinds of problems with the door keys and had to make multiple trips to the front desk to get new keys made. The place smells like rotten fish and stunk.

Only complaint!! Was the booking rate doubled over night. Checked availability Wednesday for $89 and booked Thursday for $189 Book Early, is the lesson learned Nook

The shower and bed was nice the fridge was big

Love the undergroud parking are. The river was pretty. The pools were cool and there was 2. A very nice place.

The hotel sits on the river which was nice. It was nice to sit on the balcony and look at the river or if you're room wasn't on the river they had places to sit by the river so you can still enjoy it. Check in was smooth but wish they had told us where the closest ice machine and soda machine was to our rooms so we didn't have to find them ourselves. There was extra chairs sitting around in multiple areas clumped together which did make it look a little cluttered. The breakfast was very good compared to some others I have stayed at. It was close to restaurants and entertainment which is a plus. I would stay here again if in the area.

There was tape on the bathtub and construction for a view that was supposed to be river view

We stayed there from Monday to Monday and it was close to the activities we wanted to do.

The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was better than many hotels I've stayed at. The location was convenient. The choice of both and indoor and outdoor pool was nice, though I wish the outdoor pool was heated. I also will say there were animals on the roof making loud noise around 4am which woke us up.

Very run down and dirty. Shower curtain and tub had mold, dead bugs in the window and dirt in the air conditioner, stair wells were dirty. Breakfast was meh and coffee was gross. Won’t be returning

The best thing about this place was its location. Easy walking distance to the places we wanted to visit. The rooms were clean inside. I thought all the rooms had balconies off the back over looking the river but, they don’t. There is still a nice covered patio with rocking chairs to sit & listening to the water. The free breakfast wasn’t good per my husband. It was still a good stay for the price.

Came here for short getaway and to see Motown show at The Majestic Theater. Its right across the lot!. But so far it has been very nice and the girls at the desk ate great

It was a good one night stay

There is a very creepy old house behind the hotel. Our balcony view was of that house and no other view. I thought we would see mountains or the river bend. Not construction 😒 Very disappointing. The indoor pool is tiny! Outdoor pools were not ready.

I thought I was getting a riverside view, not the parking lot. The other guests' room doors were like mini bombs, but other than that, the staff was very nice.

Clean room, comfy beds. Within walking distance to surrounding attractions. Woke up to mountain and river views. Peaceful.

2nd year staying hereenjoyed the indoor pool, enjoyed sitting areas along the river. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast needs improvement. No fresh fruit. Same items every day. Microved sausage, watery eggs from a bag packaged biscuits from fridge and cabnedgravy...everyday, was the same last year diring our stay. Change it up, add a couple waffle makers and fresh fruit...

This was the worst time ever. Had problem with early check in, only left towels, no coffee or cups, etc. Room was not what we had ever stayed in before. Small bathroom.

The water pressure was excellent! .... however, the bed was uncomfortable, and the mattress is old or overuse, dips in on either side and raise in the center.

It’s definitely an older hotel. The room was clean although our sheets had holes in them. The dry wall around the AC was cracking and looked in poor repair. The pool was very tiny and looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. It had a green tint to it. My kids didn’t want any part of it. I should have spent the extra $50 and stayed in one of our normal places but there was a car show and spring break so every where was booked. I asked for a final bill the morning of check out and the man behind the counter seemed very bothered by that. The breakfast was just ok. We stopped and got snacks from Buccees on our way out of town since we were still hungry when we left. I wouldn’t recommend it if you are used to Holiday Inns and Hiltons.

Property needs some TLC!

The property is in a great location. One of the employees was very friendly. The property needs a lot of work. Rooms felt very musty and carpets down the halls were stained. The breakfast bar was nothing like advertised, so we decided to go elsewhere for breakfast. The view on the river is nice, just hard to sit out there during the day with people smoking right under. Not fully disappointed, but will choose another place next time around.

Do not take a room in the first building. Take the back building. Our room with balcony was facing and almost on top of Avery busy intersection and all we heard all night was cars gunning and zooming out of the intersection. Besides that view someone had an old house from somewhere placed about 10 ft from our balcony jacked up and placing a foundation under it, so we heard that all day. No desk coverage after 7. We checked out the next morning. Worst experience ever. I told the desk clerk. Of course she offer no apology.

... booking was easy.. on arrival I asked possibility of upgrade to a room with a balcony... was told it was $20 more... I have stayed at other hotels that were noot booked full who automatically upgraded room when there were balconies... this was not a wek-end booking and the hotel was not fully booked... an upgrade would have been a nice incentive to book there again....

Loved the river access. Staff was not very friendly. Indoor pool is warm but way too small of an area to feel comfortable in if there is more than few people... at the price point though it was ok.

Great stay for the price, clean. We had a private balcony but not river view. If you are looking for a riverview they do have a nice area on main level that overlooks river. Just not a fan of the main road noises. Would recommend ear plugs and definitely needed them.

Overall well worth the money, clean enough nice balcony friendly staff
