Great stay! Stayed 3 nights at Inn with a teen, mom and grandma. Friendly staff. Excellent indoor and outdoor pools, water slide, lazy river and hot tub. Breakfast was great and exceeded expectations - waffles, biscuits, sausage, scrambled eggs, gravy, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, cinnamon rolls. Bathroom towels were good, pool towels are small and thin. There is a snack bar at pool. Loved it all, no regrets!

Could walk to sunliner diner, which was delicious... the pool was great, especially the water slide & lazy river. Food was delicious. Rooms were big & quiet!

Location was good! Facility was beautiful Pool could have actually been heated, it was heated on our arrival but we didn’t try to swim until our second day and pool was cold so still couldn’t swim. Hot breakfast offered was poor quality and was not hot. Bed was too hard, hurt my hip to lay on my side.

My family loves the pools here. We will definitely stay again.

Everything it was really nice. Rooms were large and had plenty of room. The clerk who checked us in (both) were amazing and very welcoming . We were there 5 days and I am used to hotels / resorts where they come in and change your linens and make your beds daily but we only received clean linen after asking. Beds were not touched any day . I generally leave a tip for the house keeping staff usually 100.00/weekly but this trip we did not. Also , upon check out my 11 year old took the key to turn in and tried to hand it to the clerk she literally rolled her eyes and pointed to the key box rather than tell her to drop it in the open slot . My daughter looked at me like what does she mean I said drop it in that box . The clerks attitude was as if we were bothering her to expect her to do her job. Also the indoor pool was colder than expected so we didn’t use it.

The hotel itself was spotless. Our room was incredibly clean, fresh, and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The amenities were top-notch and added so much to our stay. Everything was thoughtfully designed for guests to enjoy and relax. One of the absolute highlights was the beautiful views — waking up each morning to such scenery made the trip even more memorable. If you are traveling with kids, this place is a dream! The water park area was fantastic and kept the kids entertained for hours. It was clean, fun, and perfect for family time. Overall, this hotel delivered an outstanding experience in every way. Amazing staff, beautiful surroundings, clean rooms, and incredible family-friendly amenities. We can’t wait to come back!

Our room wasn't very clean. Along the walls was crumbs, dust etc. During our stay 2nd floor reaked of pot the whole time. Made complaint but nothing changed during that week. Elevator hard to breathe because of the same thing. Doors slamming all night long. I know theres bad vacationers anywhere but it was a miserable stay this time because of it.

Overall I loved it, room and pools were clean. Great location. And very nice bathrooms. The only things I didn’t like were the tv in the room was small, hard to watch a movie laying in bed, and the beds were sorta uncomfortable, they were like domed in the middle which made it uncomfortable.

We liked the indoor pool & hot tub was open really late and early. Breakfast was available till 10:00. Hotel was close to everything in Pigeon Forge.

My husband and I decided to stay near the city of PF rather than renting a cabin up in the mountain, which is what we usually do. I actually really enjoyed the resort. The rooms were clean, breakfast was great, and the pools were an added bonus. The location was perfect for what we wanted. I really liked that it wasn’t right on the parkway, but still easy to access.

The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. The lazy river and pool was fun and it was wonderful that it was heated.

We had a blast for our first time staying here. Will definitely be back. Lots of stuff to do pool wise with kids of all ages. I have an 8, 3, and 1 year old for reference. I highly recommend this place!!

The location to town and the ability to walk to many things from the hotel is nice the outdoor pool was a little cold the indoor pool temp is perfect but it gets very stuffy in their door pool room. The upkeep of the rooms is terrible. We had mold on our baseboards by the tub because it’s leaking and they don’t do anything about it. If you don’t freeze out your room it gets so muggy in there your sheets and comforter end up wet. The last straw was coming back to the hotel after doing things and seeing pest control there spraying a room right next door so I go to the front desk and ask what’s going on and I get told it’s “preventative” and there was no bugs. Why wouldn’t we be told that there is gonna be pest control during our stay and that it was just part of their normal routine. Especially being the room right next to ours. We stayed here last year and it is day and night from last year.

Our check in was easy, Sandra was extremely welcoming, very friendly. The gentleman who brought up our roll away was friendly and even offered to set it up if needed. I failed to get his name but each and every time we're there, he is always friendly and cheerful. Breakfast was plentiful, many options available and obtaining a table was never an issue for us. Don't change a thing, this family friendly hotel exceeds expectations. 😁👍

The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom could use an exhaust fan. It would have been nice if they would update the balcony chairs with something more comfortable instead of those plastic chairs. Also the lounge chairs at the pool were hard and slippery. Not comfortable at all. You could hear everything going on outside your room. Very noisily. Not a bad place if you are vacationing with kids. If you are looking for peace and quiet I suggest elsewhere.

Our stay was wonderful! The facilities were clean, the front desk area and room was beautiful. Breakfast buffet was amazing. The pools and Lazy River were fabulous. Music Road Resort Hotel was a great experience and one that we will definitely revisit.

Breakfast was adequate (the cinnamon rolls were a hit!). The selection was the same from day to day: eggs, sausage patties, gravy, biscuits, oatmeal, yogurt, bagels, and make-your-own waffles. Convenient vending and ice machines on each floor. Fabulous towels. Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice little balcony with two plastic chairs. Basic cable. Decent toiletries but no lotion with 2-in-1 shampoo-conditioner.

Check-in was great, the gentleman was very nice. The lady at check-out was very rude on multiple occasions during our stay.

This was one of the best resorts to stay in. Everything was beautiful and clean. Great place for families. I would recommend 1000 times over again!

Pool was amazing and staff was wonderful!

The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the grounds were kept in good condition. However, I booked a room for five people expecting it to comfortably accommodate our family, but the room only had two double beds and no couch or additional sleeping space. When I contacted the front desk, I was told the hotel assumes guests will provide their own bedding for the fifth person. We ended up requesting a crib for our 5-year-old, which came with an extra charge, but she didn't fit in it, so we had to place the mattress on the floor for her to sleep. Breakfast was also disappointing, as the same limited options were served each day during our three-night stay, with no healthy choices such as fresh fruit. Overall, the property was clean and well kept, but the sleeping accommodations and breakfast did not meet our expectations.

The only thing I would critique is that the room temperatures were not regulated very well. The area of the room right by the air conditioner got VERY cold, which made one of the beds in our double queen room almost intolerable for sleeping comfortably.

Could be so much better with more Amenities as simple as available water for guests.

After getting shafted at River Bend, we checked in here and had a fabulous experience. We should have booked here in the first place.

Lots of noise the first night . Kids loved the pools ,lazy river and slide. Only problem was teens playing football in the pool and some kids were rowdy. Parents didn't care they were causing other kids to get hurt . Probably wouldn't stay there again

The room was so beautiful and so clean, the staff are very helpful and the hotel and inn are both are stunning! We have stayed here twice in the last month and this will be our stay every time we come to the mountains!

Phenomenal choice for our return visit to the area. Our room could have used a deodarizer, housekeeping and a rug cleaning but beyond that an amazing location place for our long weekend. Breakfast choices were plentiful and well prepared but missing orange juice. Relaxing and recreation options were a nice bonus. We'll be back.

The room smelled like cat urine or mold, the first room they booked us in i walked in on maintenance (holding a child and tons of luggage because no carts were available) had to go back down and get a new room.. lady didn’t know how so took a few minutes. the amenities were amazing, pools were clean and nice. balcony was the only nice thing about the room/ the bathroom too! Bathrooms were spacious and looked be upgraded nicely! i’d probably not stay here again just because the room smelt so bad like urine i can’t explain it! awful

Staff , and the overall experience was the worst I have ever experienced in 28 years. So far as to say the property manager YELLED at me in front of my staff , we had to argue and fight for the event space we had contracted , and the customer service with myself and staff as well as the nearly 100 rooms we sold was unacceptable! DO NOT GO HERE !

Breakfast was fresh and kept stock. The room was super clean, beds was comfortable, and the view we had was amazing. The outside pool and lazy river was a big plus for my kids. I think the inside pool needs more lighting besides that it was good. The staff was very friendly even when we got there late for check inn

Bed wasn't really comfortable for me which is the reason for my 4 star review. Staff went above and beyond to adjust and flip the mattress. Still wasn't super comfortable for me. Everything else was excellent.

At foosball table that’s it. The breakfast was very little and was not good the kids tried it and refused to eat there. Our room wasn’t ready at check in we had to wait an extra 45 mins. The front desk staff was pretty rude and snappy any time you asked for anything. We won’t be back we will be looking for more kid friendly places to stay.

The breqkfast mebu is standard continental breakfast. Always the same. The pool area is good. It has a slide on the main pool, a separate kids pool and "lazy river".

Excellent property, but the male check in staff was surprisingly unfriendly and unhelpful. I didn't catch his name, but he was helping a guest before me, and was upbeat and friendly to that guest, which is what I have been accustomed to experiencing as "southern hospitality". Unfortunately, when it came to be my turn for assistance, his demeanor immediately turned sour and he acted as if I was a bother to him. He literally did nothing to help me and my wife and, in fact, dismissed me as if I was not welcome at your property. I hope he was just having a bad day and didn't treat other guests the way he treated us.

Breakfast was good and fresh. The hotel does not have orange juice. They have some type of mango juice, it is terrible, very weak bad taste.

Elevator is quite loud and it produced a buzzing noise in the room all morning even though we were 2 rooms away. Be sure to stay in a higher number room, ending in at least 14 to be away from the noise.

The floor we were on smelled like weed. It also did when we stayed there 5 years ago and decided to give them another try. Still the same. The workers at breakfast were not the friendliest. Other than that, the pool guys were nice and we really didn't have any interactions with the front desk except when we checked in. Pool areas were clean and well kept.

This is a beautiful hotel. The view of the river was excellent and the entire hotel was clean. When checking in, there was a customer complaining about the mattress in his room - the manager could not move him, but she was very courteous and offered an egg crate to place on to of the mattress. I understood his complaint - the mattresses are definitely old and need changing. The pillows were great, but it was not a restful night due to the mattress. The breakfast options are nice, although some items were stale. Overall, a beautiful hotel, away from the noice of the parkway - but definitely needs fresher food choices and better mattresses. For the price, one woukd expect a great nights sleep.

We staying in the hotel. The outdoor pool area was great, as well as the indoor door area. The hot tub was closed due to repairs/construction. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Our balcony overlooked the river. We enjoyed watching squirrels and geese out there. The location was just a few feet off the parkway which lowered the noise level but still easy to get around. Overall, our stay was definitely a 5.

The location in Pigeon Forge is easy to get to everywhere. It was great to have the outdoor pool area for the kids to hang out after each day out.

Indoor & outdoor Pools were clean. I have stayed at many hotels and was very impressed. I will definitely stay here again.

The pools, lazy river etc were amazing. Breakfast was always hot and stocked well. Our service in our room was on point as well. We had plenty of towels without having to ask for any. All around good service. Very quiet and relaxing.

Our room was regularly checked and restocked of towels. The staff was very friendly. Only think I wish is that the kiddie pool was heated as the rest of the outside pools are.

The water park was a big hit with our kids, we didn't get to try breakfast because we slept in after swimming so late. A 24 hour pool, and hot tub is very hard to find, especially for the price. This place is a hidden gem in the smokies! I hope to return for a longer stay soon.

We had a great stay overall at this hotel. The indoor and outdoor pools were a big highlight—especially the slide and lazy river, which made it fun for both kids and adults. The included breakfast was a nice bonus and had plenty of options to start the day right. Our room was impressively spacious, giving us lots of room to relax and not feel cramped. A few small areas could be improved, but nothing that took away from a very enjoyable experience. We’d definitely consider staying here again!

The rooms were clean however on check in there were numerous issues with our room unable to use a broken shower and phone. A request was made to just switch rooms but the refused bc they said their policy was to see if they could fix it first. It caused a delay for us in being able to get ready for reservations we had previously made and a simple room switch would have rectified the issue. Breakfast was bland and the same both days we stayed with no healthy options except plain oatmeal. Odd smell on first floor that smelled like an overflowed toilet when you entered the pool area. They have yellow light in the jacuzzi which makes it look like urine.

I enjoyed the breakfast and the variety was appreciated. The staff in the morning room was nice and helpful. Our days were full, so when we got back the pool was very crowded so we didn't participate in that activity. I did like the fact that it was available 24hrs. Housekeeping was available but they did not clean the room daily. I don't like the fact that housekeeping does not make the bed or sweep daily. I think this should be done on a day to day basis

Good place to stay Breakfast setup is of good quality and well organized, clean. There was a snafu with booking for 5 person family and the staff forgot to bring linens with the cot but we eventually figured it out.

We stayed at the Music Road INN. We loved the 24 hour indoor pool and hot tub. Clean heated just right. Plenty of towels and clean. Outside pool was open and heated as well. Breakfast was over the top plenty. Room was perfect. Clean, comfy beds and pillows. Plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 kids.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had our 2 grandchildren with us. The pool, lazy river, & the indoor pool was a hit with them. The hotel/rooms are nice and very clean. The breakfast was really good. Loved having a balcony. We could see the Ferris wheel at the Island from the balcony. We will absolutely book here again.

We have stayed here several times and it’s always clean, the staff is always nice and courteous, and it is a convenient place to stay.

The only negative we have is the attention to detail on cleaning the floor. There were some sticky spots right in front of the refrigerator.

Staff was courteous and helpful. Our room was clean, but the first night the room beside ours was loud and had a birthday party till 1:30 am. The pool was closed on two different occasions for kids crapping in it and the hot tub. The pool was not hotels fault, but it was a miserable stay and because I booked through hotels. Com was told nothing could be done about the rates.

The bed, pillow and linens were very comfortable and freash.

Breakfast featured not only the usual waffle iron and yogurt, but 2 cereal options, granola to make parfaits, lightly cheesy eggs, sausage patties, sausage gravy and biscuits, and decent cinnamon rolls!

Breakfast was crowded, the people shaping on the floor were a good ways down the hall and being loud, yelling and slamming doors all night and there was a homeless man in the parking lot all night long on my side of the hotel.

This place was very clean , very quiet place . Never had an issue.

This was an awesome place to stay very clean and the breakfast was awesome.

Room was clean and spacious. The 7th floor has a beautiful view of the mountains. Definitely will stay here again.

This place is awesome. We had a great time on our anniversary trip. We stayed at the hotel mostly and it was wonderful. It was also very clean and there were no bugs. The only negative is that we do not eat pork and the gravy had pork in it and the only option for meat was pork. Both mornings it was pork. It would be nice to have options for people who do not eat it. Other than that everything was beautiful and clean. We would stay here again.

Choices of GF food because my wife never gets the breakfast. No shuttle to the hotel for the main strip. Front desk didnt seem too friendly but thats my opinion. Didn't like people coming to breakfast in pajamas. Didn't like the hot tub being in another building with a different key. Otherwise the hotel was great. Enjoyed reading by the fire though the music level caused a distraction. Maybe lowering at certain times. My wife said hot chocolate would have been perfect

The beds were terrible. In my opinion, they are worn out. My family of four all complained about the mattress and backs hurting from it.

The room was perfectly clean staff was excellent the pool area was also clean break fast was very good not a lot don't expect a restaurant breakfast but for sure good enough to star the day.

They lobby of the inn was decorated beautifully for Christmas! The rooms were average, online it said it slept 5 however there only 2 double beds, a sitting chair and a table and chair for 2. The staff was friendly and helpful. The indoor pool was a huge bonus for the kids. There was no arcade, it appeared to be under renovation.

Having two hotels in the same area made some confusion on us. When we came to the first building, it turned out that we are booked on the other one. So we have to move to the other. When we managed to check-in, we are given a room with no USB ports. In this time and age, having that is really important. So we asked to be switched in a room with USB port which we were helped. The toilet clogged on first use having no trash bin next to the toilet. The breakfast is fine. Good thing is they have the heated pool and the spa especially during this season. Has the potential to improve more. Over in all, it was a fine stay, budget-wise.

Large pin oak tree by handicap parking, twisted my ankle from stepping on them in the dark. Seasonal thing, should clean up every dsy.

The bed was the worst I've ever encountered. No support at all. And when we asked if we could change rooms, they said all the beds were like this and we'd be charged a $75 cleaning fee to change. Completely unacceptable! I'd need a chiropractor if I tried sleeping in that bed. We ended up leaving and I will be trying to get a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

It served its purpose for what we needed for one night stay as a last minute getaway. Breakfast looked amazing this morning but we only snagged a cinnamon roll, which was on point. We had breakfast plans or would have ate at the hotel. We were wanting to check out indoor pool but too busy and didn’t get around to it. This place is perfect for a long weekend getaway and want to save some money for extra activities.

Room amenities were not as described or pictured. There was no coffee/tea maker, microwave or refrigerator. Flooring was cheap LVT and not carpet as pictured. Room was ultra-basic and not at all cozy, and I would not recommend for the price they’re charging. Room was clean and staff was friendly, but the room was not as described and a bit disappointing. The view from the balcony was great though.

We were very comfortable in our 2-day stay at Music Road Resort Hotel and Inn. There were a lot of extra touches which made our staying here a total delight and we will most definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to everybody.

Staff was outstanding- friendly, real people. Rooms were very clean and child friendly. Pool area was amazing. I would DEFINITELY book this hotel again.

The cleanliness, staff and hotel itself was amazing. The only problem we had was at check in. Paid for a deluxe queen with water view on Expedia but was told a deluxe queen was the same as a standard room without view. Had to pay an xtra $100 for an upgrade. Expedia needs to change wording to say supreme queen for hotel to acknowledge water view.

very quiet and clean

Great place

Stayed a few years ago and there was a hot tub but this time around no hot tub and the inside “heated” pool was ice cold. The whole reason for staying was for 24 hr pool and hot tub just to be let down.

The beds were very uncomfortable. The staff was not super nice when we first got here. I asked the staff member where our room was located room 413 and they refused to answer and laughed at me like I was asking a ridiculous question. I have stayed many places, but this was not my favorite. It started on the wrong foot. We asked for towels when we got back to the room. They were just thrown up on the counter, not put where they should’ve been. The trash was not emptied the whole time we were there the first night we did put do not disturb. We stayed three nights the second night. We left the do not disturb off the door. They came in and slammed the towels down left the trash, which they were totally full the trash cans I would not stay there again.

Gray overnight stay in between our trip to Dollywood. The hotel was accommodating, friendly, and a clean room and bathroom. Complementary breakfast in the morning and located in a perfect spot amongst 100+ activities and restaurants.

The only complaint that I have is that our room was not cleaned. They only switched the towels and emptied the trash from the bathroom but not from the room. The receptionist when we checked in was amazing. I believe her name was Loretta.

Anything we needed came quickly

The staff was very nice here and the rooms were clean and very roomy. The balconies were very enjoyable the beds were soft and the housekeeping staff was incredibly kind and attentive. My only real complaint is that there is not enough room for seating in the area where they hold breakfast. The food was okay but it wasn't great. It was a buffet of sorts but limited and it was so noisy you could barely hear yourself think. If they had a way to expand their morning room to allow for people to sit comfortably and eat I think it would be an absolutely amazing stay. We definitely had fun. The kids loved the pool with the slide, they're lazy river and even the little kitty Splash Pool although that was cold water when the rest was warm. Also the game room had been stripped out which was disappointing. I don't think I would stay there if I was going to take in a lot of the local entertainment as the money spent on the room would have been better spent on the sites. However if you're going for the views in the mountains maybe planning to do some hiking it's definitely worth having a nice place to stay when you're finished.

We only stayed for one night. The Inn is very outdated. Our view was a cemetery. It appeared that the curtains had blood stain stains on them. They really need to update the hotel. It smelled and i was thankful i bring my own bedding and pillows. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Example go from sausage patties, one day to bacon one day, two sausage links, one day, etc. instead of the same every day it was good though. There was an issue with the elevator while we were there . Other than that, the stay was fine.

The hotel staff was all very helpful and kind! The lobby and large fireplace reminded our daughter of “Belle’s castle”. Our kids loved that the indoor pool was open 24 hours- perfect for a late night swim. We loved our stay and will definitely be back again!

We didn't eat breakfast. We were early and the person setting it up could not coughing. The person that greeted me for check in was not friendly and a little rude. However, the person when we checked out at 5:30 AM was very nice. Also, playing music is ok but it is too loud. Room was very clean and took good care of our room during our stay.

Room was not cleaned at all. Dropped some change on the floor and moved the bed looking gif it. Food and dirt were under the bed. Chips and we didn’t eat chips this whole trip. Utterly disgusting!! Toilet wouldn’t flush and the shower wouldn’t drain. Couldn’t wait to get out if there. Staff very unfriendly. Have stayed there every time we visit pigeon forge. Last time

As always it was great, but one of the elevators was out of order and being worked on the entire time of our stay. Not very much inconvenience though.

Property was clean. Loved the pool and lazy River and the 24 hr open inside pool. Our room’s AC broke and they came and fixed it right away. It did take 2 times replacing the ac unit but it did get fixed.

We had a great stay here. The location is great- within walking distance of the Sunliner Diner and very close to attractions like Wonder Works, Beyond the Lens, and the wax museum. We had a great view of King Kong’s butt 😂. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and clean. The outdoor pool and lazy river were great, and the indoor pool is open 24 hours, which we appreciated. The breakfast buffet was good with lots of options that were refilled often. Loved the birds and geese outside the back porch as well!

Nice place to stay for a day or 2. Grandkids loves the pools. Indoor pool is nice, but the chlorine smell will choke you out! Overall, good place. We've stayed there twice & will stay again in the future.

Loved our stay at Music Road resort hotel. We arrived a little early to check in. Staff went above and beyond to get us situated so we could make our dinner show. Spacious room was well appointed. Our room had a balcony overlooking the river, with amazing views of the Smokies. Definitely worth the upgrade IMO.

Our room was nice and cool on arrival, the cleanliness was as expected. The microwave in the room was OLD (1950s?) it took a masters in engineering to start it and it couldn't properly pop a bag of popcorn. The carpet in the room was about as old as the microwave and looked dingy and stretched. The mattresses were mediocre at best and were not the most comfortable due to being saggy with ruts in them. Definitely not the worst I’ve slept on but nothing to brag about either. The bathroom was beautiful and nicely updated. I will say that the river side patio area was nice and exceeded expectations with nice adarondak chairs and tables. The balcony of our room was a straight view of the cemetery and the chairs were probably from the dollar store about 5 years ago. I love the old school grande decor but basically the entire hotel part of the resort could use an update due to just being worn down and old and this did not hold up to my expectations of a stay at a “resort” versus a super 8 with a nice pool. I would stay here again but hopeful of an update

We had a great stay! The breakfast was good and had many choices. Our room and the facility was clean and well taken care of. All of the staff were nice and helpful. The indoor and outdoor pool was great and the kids loved it! The location was great and very convenient to everything. We will definitely be coming back.

Arrived at hotel at 11 a.m., check is was not until 4 p,m. Front desk clerk was rude, hateful, and condescending about me requesting an early check-in. The parking lot was empty, nobody was at the pool and I'm certain rooms were available. I asked what time would be a better time to return. She just kept repeating herself "4 p.m. is check in" like a robot. Just completely impressionable. She did not smile one time from the time I walked to the counter. I said "thank-you" 3 times forcing her to say you're welcome. At breakfast the next morning the 2 ladies in the breakfast area were furious because there were about 10-15 of us finishing our breakfast. One announced in a very rude and almost yelling tone, "Breakfast ended at 10 and it is now 10:15. You need to finish up and leave within the next 5 minuets." and then proceeded to pace back and forth in front of the few tables that were trying to scarf down their food. The published breakfast time is 7-10. My party arrived at 9:40 but due to the lines it took a long time to get through and sit down to eat, that is why there were people still eating at 10:15. The 2nd food attendant stood there immediately after the rude announcement with her finger pointed to her wrist while starring into the crowd for just a moment and acted mad that we were still eating. Two people who had left to go to the bathroom across the hall were locked out of the breakfast area. Rooms and pool were clean. Maintenance staff very friendly.

They need to make designated parking for the people staying at the resort and inn only. We like to have never got parking and we were staying at the hotel.

Ugh. Where do I start? Pros: Outdoor pool was nice, pretty big. Breakfast was decent. Bathroom was nice. Housekeeping staff was nice. Pretty close to main strip. Lots of places to go nearby to eat and attractions. Pools have plenty of towels (but small). Cons: outdated rooms. Lobby smelled like cigarettes. “Lazy river” was too lazy, didn’t move. The bar/restaurant by pool was closed. Indoor pool area is big but gets very hot in there. Our room faced a cemetery. Not pleasant. Shower head was so little, with slow water flow.

There was supposed to be arcade games and there wasn’t. One of the big reason I chose this property. The beds we slept in were not very comfortable.

The pool’s are wonderful, but can get crowded fast. My kids loved the slide. I enjoyed the hot tub, but it was a little small as well. The breakfast was good, but it great crowded as well. The earlier you go seemed to be less packed. Over all it was very clean. My reservation said the bed was supposed to have been pillow top, but unfortunately it was very uncomfortable for me. It’s close and convenient to all the shops, and food

The desk clerk who checked us in at The Inn was incredibly rude and created the worst check in experience I’ve ever experienced. I rarely write negative reviews but this guy merited the review. We’ve stayed multiple times and will never come back again after the way we were treated.

The location was incredible. The amenities were great. I love the lazy river, and the view from our balcony. The bed and hot tub in the room were very comfortable. My only grievance was the customer service. One night we ordered food delivery but the restaurant forgot the plasticware. We asked the concierge for plasticware. She said they had none. I asked, "What about in the breakfast area?" I was told they could not access the breakfast area. I said, "What if there's a fire in there? How would you put it out?" She just shrugged. I had to change out of my pajamas at 9pm (after a long drive that day to get there) to drive to CVS and buy plasticware (The food we ordered was Indian food and could not be eaten with our hands). I was very upset by that. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay.

Breakfast was good, room nice, nice pools but did miss not having a hot tub at hotel. It’s across the street at the Inn as is workout room ? Overall would stay again.

We had an absolutely fabulous time. Enjoyed the water park as often as possible. The staff were friendly and considerate. I was a bit upset that our room didn’t have the Mountain View as described when booking online and none were available upon check in. The outdoor porch by the river is nice and the balcony from our room was extremely pleasant. The mattress on the bed I slept in was raised and curved in the middle and felt like I was falling off the edge. The room was clean and staff supplied towels upon request. Glad to have stayed there!!!

I loved my stay in this hotel, very clean, well positioned based on the area. But, my room lacks of USB port charges making hard the ability to have my devices charged if you don’t carry your own portable charge. I have visited several hotel rooms and in most cases the lamps in the nightstands carry those. Other than that everything was amazing. Thank you.

We cut our trip short because the bed in our room was so awful. It felt like we were sleeping on a two inch blanket on top of a board. The walls were really thin too, we could hear everything going on around us. The lobby and terrace looked super nice. We didn’t use the pool because it was on and off stormy weather.

The breakfast was great! My kids enjoyed the pool and it was very clean and the balcony was great off of the room. However check in was not great the lady just was not nice and was to worried about putting her hair up and stared at us like we had ruined our day. The next day another lady was at the desk we asked a question and she was snarky and again acted like her day had been ruined.

The hotel was near entertainment for a variety of ages. There’s a dinner about 100 yards away if that. The pool is lovely with low water in the middle and deeper o. The edges. The breakfast was delicious and had options. The sheets and pillows were great.

The property felt safe. The staff was super friendly. The only reason why we would probably never stay again was because the in room air conditioning unit was so loud, no one slept well. Every time the unit turned on it sounded like a jet plane was taking off in the room with us. It also had a large, clicking noise. It would turn on and off every 15 minutes. It’s the end of July, so there was no option to turn it off. The second night we tried to leave the fan running the entire night so that it wouldn’t keep going on and off but about 3 AM. It automatically turned off and started turning on every 15 minutes again. It was pretty miserable. The kids loved the waterslide and lazy river, but it just wasn’t worth not getting a good nights sleep.

Stayed here summer of 24 and now 25, still the same. Very friendly staff and great breakfast buffet every morning and nice pool accommodations. Each time rooms were clean and bathrooms were good. Would recommend and probably stay here again next summer

The Pool was fantastic and the Mountain View was great. It is not on the Strip but close enough that it doesn’t matter.

The beds are horribly uncomfortable. Something I didn’t expect for this price point of a hotel.

The pool facility itself is nice but behavior goes unchecked there. Saw people vaping and breaking other rules. I had to confront a man attempting go through my belongings and steal things. There’s nothing stopping a non-guest from walking in and using the pool. Later in the week I saw another person eyeing belongings. Your property either attracts thieves or maybe it’s part of your culture down there but I’ve never had watch my back like I did this week. No problem I could handle it, I just expect not to have to do that when I pay money for a hotel. Advice to management: clean the rooms a little better and get a grip on the security situation.

We stay here often and would definitely recommend to families wanting a fun filled vacation. Again, kudos to the staff for a job well done!😊

If you have kids this is the hotel for you! They asked to leave Dollywood so that they could enjoy the hotel. The pool was awesome and everyone had a great time. Breakfast was delicious and there was something for everyone. This hotel had it all.

Everything about this Inn was great!

Hotel is nice, rooms are comfortable, clean and had a great balcony view and the plus was floor in the rooms, a hotel with not carpet, cant you believed !. Bathroom was super clean, big with double sink that is very convenient for a family. Breakfast is good have a little of everything for all tastes. My niece loves the pools, with the lazy river and slides. Totally recommended and will be back next time.

AC didn’t work until fixed on 2nd day. Only 1 elevator working and had to carry all bags down stairs to car because of so many people using elevator. Extremely long wait times during breakfast/checkout.

Absolutely loved the pools. Will definitely be staying here again. The mini fridge was bigger than most and that was great for storing drinks and food.
