Nice place, clean rooms, the breakfast was good . My only complaint is that we were there for a week and had to keep our clothes in our suitcases because the room didn't have a closet or a dresser.

Spacious king suite for 2. Newly decorated older building. But did not seem like a 90s hotel. The room was also a redecorated/remodeled unit, and the shower alone was well worth the cost of the room. I think ALL hotels should upgrade their small cramped tubs to this hotels 2 person cozy design. Will stay again.

The property was in a good location to access the Main Street with all the restaurants and activities. The hotel itself was extremely meh. Front desk folks were pleasant enough, the room was clean to the naked eye, but it smelled strongly like dog or something else musty. The furniture and carpet is very dated and I can’t imagine what would be discovered if put under a microscope. The bathroom is small and doesn’t have conveniences like counter space and soap trays in shower. Just a really basic room. All this to say - if you want a basic stay and aren’t too fussy, this is an okay place to lodge.

The place was great. Big room. My only complaint was a few guests left their dogs in their rooms while they went out and we had to listen to dogs bark and cry for hours n hours. I think guests should be advised not to leave their pets unattended for long periods of time. It was pretty bad.

This place was my worst hotel stay ever in my life. I have never went out my way to write a bad review or complained in my life. I would never recommend this place. So many other hotel at a 50-70$ a night that are a 10/10 compared to this dump. The staff was horrible and didn’t care to do their job. There are A/C problems everywhere. Reserved handicap accessible room and requested room on 1st floor or near elevator. even when got to the hotel was told handicap accessible room not available. Not very accommodating for disabled guests. Breakfast was terrible.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean. Everything worked as it should. The continental breakfast was yummy as well. We are saving this place as a "favorite." The only thing I could think that could use improvement would be the elevator seemed slow. We often used the stairs as it was quicker (and we got in a lil exercise). Nothing to complain about.

It was quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Location was great. It was a good starting point for all our daily excursions. The interactions with staff were friendly. Housekeeping staff was good to interact with as well. Pool looked inviting but it rained every day we were there. Facility was showing it's age. Could have been cleaner (i.e. carpets, paint) Weather was not the greatest and we had down time in our room. The sofa in our room was shot, should have been put to rest years ago. We had to take the pillows off the bed so we were not totally sunken into it.

It was a quiet hotel. The breakfast was good. Everything in the room was really clean. They kept us stocked with toilet paper and towels. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Shout out to Mike!! It was hard to figure out where the driveway was for the hotel. I didn't like that the showers didn't have a place to put your shampoo, conditioner,and body wash. We also got put right next to the breakfast area so it was pretty noisy.

We like this property. When we got there this time the elevayeas broken but they were very accommodating and got us a first floor room as a person in our party couldn't do steps. The parking lot was a mess it had two dumpsters in it, parking was difficult! The desk person couldn’t help with anything!! Are room had a wall that needed painting, the bathroom door had a big black handprint on it , that I tried cleaning but wouldn’t come off . The drain in the sink in the bathroom work very slow it took forever to drain ! The air and heater vent was do noisy it kept us up all night ! Are bed wasn’t maid till our last night ! We asked if they could do anything about it but they said they were remodeling and things weren’t acting right . They said they would not it ! And the stairs by our door for three days was blocked by workers stuff that they weren’t usable! Unsafe invierment if there was a fire there was no exit !!! I would like a refund or a discount at another Hotel that is own by this company! This was room 222

The bed linens were clean. The room was poor but in order. The current state of everything else at the property was poor, at best and seemingly under new management. Touted as “dog friendly” with nowhere to walk pets other than the parking lot where there was construction debris and broken liquor bottles.

It was sufficient for 2 nights. It was ok clean, definitely not spotless. We only ate breakfast there once. McDonald’s is a better option. We won’t be back but for a low budget hotel, it wasn’t awful, somewhere between poor and ok.

There were pieces of wall missing in two spots so I took pictures to show the man so we didnt get blamed but he wadnt interested. The outside door to our hallway wouldmt close and there was scaps of construction material all over the grass at ome end of the parking lot makimg it look like risky parking for a nice vehicle. We frrwueny this area but will not stay here again.

We reserved last minute because our room was overbooked at another hotel. I was skeptical but the hotel is being rebranded as Microtel and being remodeled. Keith at the front desk was amazing and helpful. We rented 2 rooms because there was 7 of us. He put us in back to back rooms. Beds were comfortable, the room was nice and clean and bathrooms were fully remodeled. Breakfast was good. Nice selection of foods. I recommend this hotel.

Great amenities...in room coffee, refrigerator and microwave in a suite! Very dog friendly and it was great to have the Hard Rock Cafe across the street with a dog patio for evening dining. Plus great hot breakfast in the morning! I highly recommend!!

No I thought with a kitchenette it would have something to cook on and with but all it had was a microwave and fridge. They was remodeling on the floor we was on so I really didn't like that part and I feel we was the only people on that floor staying there.

Me and my husband was staying on the first floor, around 11:30 pm we were woken up to a man opening our window trying to get inside. We told the employee that was on duty when it happened and he told us the manager would view the cameras. Well today I wanted to talk to him, and he asked me why our window was unlocked. Well sir, that isn’t something we check when we rent a hotel. Then he said my employee looked and didn’t see anyone well course not my husband scared him away. I let the manager know my husband is a State trooper and we has no reason to lie about someone trying to break into our room.

Breakfast was very good. We didn't spend much time at the hotel but it appears that they are remodeling the 3rd floor. The staff was super nice and overall it was clean. The AC was a bit noisy at times but I was so worn out that I barely noticed. For the price it was very good since we mainly slept.

We've stayed in the past, had a good stay but disappointed with recent stay. There was dried blood next to the frame of one of the beds. The shower had no safety bar, holes where one used to be. Shower head- couldn't be adjusted, it was close to shower wall making it tough. I won't stay again. In the main lobby the couch had a stain where someone has rested their head so long it left a stain.

My late husband and I always stay here. We found the rooms to be larger than most. It's quiet and the staff are very helpful. I returned this year and stayed by myself. Still exactly as it has always been.

Someone was smoking pot the entire time I was there, complained to front desk but he said there was nothing he could do. Everything we had smelled like pot when we left. The shower didn’t have good pressure at all. The breakfast was located on the 3rd floor which is a weird place to put it. Whoever designed that didn’t quite think things through on that . So early in the morning you got woke up by chairs sliding across the floor. But other than that it was good. Staff very friendly.

Original reservation was to arrive 1020 check out 1023 Expedia charged us $326.34 free cancellation before 1018. On 1017 called Expedia to change our reservations to check in on 1017 check out on 1021. Expedia charged us $443.68. We had to check out on 1020 instead of 1021 because of illness at home. When we checked out the hotel NOT give us a copy of our receipt said since we booked through Expedia, we had to get it from them. I called Expedia right after we checked out same day and they said they would issue us $111 credit because we checked out the 20th instead of the 21st. Yesterday I called and talked to someone at Expedia and they said they would turn it over to bookkeeping. bottom line if you take the four 4368 charge -$111 credit we have still overpay $332.68. it would be a lot better if someone from Expedia that could speak English would call me at 615-426-3155. The hotel breakfast eggs are always terrible. Perhaps try making them fresh. Offer bacon instead of sausage. We only ate once in 3 days.

This property was so nice! The rooms were very clean. My only suggestion would be to possibly expand the breakfast seating area, but overall, we loved staying here and if we're ever visiting again, we will book our stay here. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay. The bed was great because we like a harder mattress. Housekeeping were very attentive to our needs. 2 out of the 3 desk personnel were friendly and always acknowledge us when we left or returned. The breakfast had a good variety of options to eat. Area was clean.

Faucet in the bath tub leaked. The bathroom door did not lock nor would it close properly.

Room was clean, but parking lot had shipping containers taking up spots. And bunch of broken toilets scattered in the yard. If they are doing renovations you would think they would use a dumpster to throw their stuff away/ keep away from guests.

Close proximity to attractions. The room smelled and I believe it was from the heat/ac unit but it could have been due to pets being allowed in these rooms.

All good except putting breakfast on the third floor. Our room was right underneath and we were awakened early by people moving chairs to eat breakfast.

The hot water im the shower was not very hot. The lady that checked us in was terrific.

We had a dog that was in the room right next to us that wouldn't stop barking at 10:30pm. After we called the front desk did go and handle the problem. But then the next morning the dog started barking again. The floors are hard so the sound is just amplified. I have heart issues and it made me feel like I was going to have a heart attack every time that little dog would bark. Not a good experience.

When we went to the room and went into bathroom. I noticrd soiled toilet paper in the toilet. I flushed the toilet and it eent diw. Slow. I then tried the toilet again and noticed it would not flush. I tried several times giving it time to refill the tank. Finally I tried to call the front desk no answer. I tried to flush toilet again and still not working. I went downstairs and talked to yhe front desk and was given a hard time and that he was all alone and busy to look into it right now. He

Room was ok. No linens in room for pull out bed. Sofa bed dirty. Room had a sour smell. Breakfast was lackluster. But it was cheap and a place to sleep.

The breakfast was just Ok. We left the hotel and went ot for breakfast. However, one person did enjoy the waffle. I needed a walk in shower and we had an old style tub with a shower an no bars. I had to hold on to the attached holder for the towels. The cleanliness was exceptional. The beds were comfortable. because of the above, I would not choose this hotel again.

There was mold in the bathroom, smelled so bad I had to go and buy air fresheners, called the staff and asked for cups and they told me I could come down to get them myself. The breakfast was subpar. The tub didn’t hold water at all. The air conditioner was very loud and didn’t work that great

We visit Pigeon Forge every year. This was our second stay here. It's very affordable, the rooms are clean, the people are nice. It's located on Parkway, so it's close to all of our favorite attractions. The hot breakfast is nice. We have traveled and gotten stuck in some shady places, so it's nice knowing this is a good affordable place for us when we visit Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. I have told all my friends and family about it, I would recommend it to anyone.

Nice central location. Clean and comfortable bed. Spacious room.

We had stayed before. I wasn’t a fan but my partner liked it. He asked us to stay again because of the lower price. It wasn’t bad at all. Nothing to complain about, but the breakfast was still not my favorite. The biscuits were tough and not a lot of options.

Our room had a funky smell, and the doors were paper thin. Our phone didn’t work for the front desk, and one of the bedside lamps was missing a lampshade. We also had our water shut off for several hours, without warning from the staff. Was not impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, however, the location was great.

We really enjoyed our stay! Room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

The hotel is very clean and great price the only downside is the breakfast menu does not change they always have the same thing.

The hotel front desk person was not nice wouldn’t look you in the face while talking. He also changed my room I selected to a different room for no reason at all. I choose the right room for a pet, he decided to change us to a different room once we got into the room the room smelt like dog urine. We went back up to the front desk and told the guy he comes in and says you sure it’s not your dog I said sir the dog urine is dry it’s not wet it’s been there for a while. I wouldn’t be writing this review about them if he would just own it clean it and move on. I don’t usually write bad reviews but I’m just looking out for people who wants to visit this place
