    Our room was clean. Parking and location were great. Staff friendly and helpful. Exterior doors were never locked, even though there was a sign saying room key would be needed to reenter. 20 MINUTES FOR HOT WATER IN THE MORNING! Hot breakfast was waffles and smoked sausage every morning. Waffles were good. Sausage,,, not so much.

    The hotel was fairly clean considering they are rehabbing the upper two floors. I didn't hear any noise from the construction. The pool was closed. They shampoo and conditioner in the shower were both empty, which wasn't a big deal since I had brought some. Overall I had a great stay. Staff was always kind and helpful.

    There was no hot water they charged me twice for my room breakfast was the worst I ever had it looked like it hasn't been vacuumed since the hotel was built the air conditioner didn't work the maintenance guy said it was our fault we made it freeze up the trim piece fell off the wall

    Clean rooms and accessibility to almost everything. We were not informed the pool was closed. If I had known as it was really hot and we were hoping to enjoy some pool time knowing it was closed i would of booked somewhere else. Air conditioning was horrible not working right so it was a hot 2 nights. Beds were comfy though.

    Black mold on the bathroom ceiling, fingernail clippings in the floor of the sitting area from previous guests, water from sinks was barely pencil-size and very little hot water. We were charged 3 different times for the stay and are still trying to get the issue resolved.

    My first ever review ever. Please stay away. This hotel is under major renovations. You check in there is no electricity, no hot water and no one on staff to correct it after you check in and pay the money! They honestly do not care after you get there. You will check in. They will switch your room not after night after night! After my second night, I told them I was done wanted a refund! I have yet to get a refund from this POS hotel please stay away.

    What’s bad; breakfast was terrible, only hot sausage and waffles for hot dishes. Absolutely not as advertised. The hotel was very dirty. There was construction on upper floors, which we didn’t hear or see. But no one vacuumed the hallway forever. Our bathroom had a thick layer of dust on everything.

    First off hotel.com you need to update your site, this now the hampton inn.. made it a little difficult to find.. plus you failed to mention it is under renovation.. no hot water in shower.. constant hum in bathroom, breakfast was sliced sausage and waffles from a broken self serve thing, toast and bagels if your lucky oh and cereal.. beds were comfy, staff pleasant.. wouldn’t stay again, most hampton inns are great.. breakfast as well ..

    The property is under construction! The pool closed no ice machines that work. The elevator had sheet rock dust everywhere. The property looked horrible. To get hot water in the shower you had to let the water run for 10 minutes. Horrible property

    Under renovation. Couldnt use pool, ice machine and who knows what else. They got our reservation mixed up. They put someone else in our room and checked ud out. Very important you have to be there by 3pm or they put you in as a no show

    Hot breakfast was extremely limited only sausage and waffles. Pool was closed, laundry room was not available to use and 1 working ice maker for the whole 5 floor hotel. Really bad smell coming from outside trash can (smelled like it hadn’t been dumped in days). Bed was comfortable, the room was clean (Had this loud humming noise coming from next door but lucky you could only really hear it in the bathroom) and the receptionist was A+. It was posted everywhere that the hotel under construction but would be nice to let travelers know this before booking. Once the renovations are done, would I stay again?!?! Yes! But until then I am sorry to say no.

    I understand that the hotel is undergoing renovations on the upper floors, but that shouldn’t come at the expense of cleanliness. For four days, I saw the same dirt in the common areas, which suggests that cleaning was not being done regularly. If anything, cleaning should be increased during construction, not neglected. Additionally, our room was not cleaned at all during our stay. Overall, the lack of cleanliness significantly impacted the experience.

    The rooms were roomy and clean. Because we had our 2 dogs we used the tag they gave us to let staff know when dogs were in room. We had to set our trash bags and towels out side our door which was not a issue for us. Breakfast was very good. We were very pleased with it. Staff was outstanding. Water, they were under construction and that was fine. Our only issue was water, it was only lukewarm at best we dealt with it because of the staff. They were very sorry. It was a situation that caught them off guard, and only affected half the building. When we checked out they refunded part of payment without us asking.

    It's a Hampton Inn being remodeled into a Hyatt Select. Renovations are underway, which we did not know prior to booking. The rooms are a little dated with old carpet. Not sure when the remodel will be done. Wish we would have known before we booked. Overall, it did the job for 2 nights. Staff was super friendly and breakfast was good.

    Entry way was the cutest! Great breakfast and friendly staff. Hotel in currently under construction so there is some mess. Biggest issue we had was no hot water. Apparently there was a broken valve issue.

    Nothing The water was cold for my shower, provided there was water. There was no breakfast items at 8:59am on Sunday morning. The property is under construction so no nap time was available due to all the banging. The elevator was filthy. Should have been forewarned that there would be no water and that it would be ice cold for an hour or more until you can actually take one. Dinner is at 6 pm. Had to go dirty after a long hike this morning, no shower was available for me to freshen up

    Location was great and right down the Rd from everything in Pigeon Forge. Front Desk and maintenance guy were great people and tried to help all they could. Place should be shut down during the renovations. Water was cut off and on all day for repairs, water was dripping in the light fixtures outside our room and could hear active leaks, plugs in room didn't work to power tv so the maintenance guy changed TV's and figured out it's plugs not TV's. Everything is half butt done around there by the contractors they have hired.

    Location and this is 2nd time I've stayed there with my dogs. The first time we were on 3rd floor with no issues and a perfect stay. This time around they put us on first floor rifht in front of entrance door which is stupid if u dont want dogs barking and while I was at dollywood the front desk lady called and said she got a complaint and that if she gets another one ill have to come back and do something with them even though I didn't get a call back when I did get back there were a few diff dogs barking all on first floor. So it made my trip to dollywood hectic jus 2aiting on a call from hotel to have to leave amd interrupt my trip. They should be putting dogs on 2nd or 3rd floor to keep them away from all the noise. Any dog that hears a noise usually barks. And the bathtub wouldn't drain. Had to take shower with water up around my ankles.

    The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accessible if needed. Easy entry from parking area and access to elevators. The breakfast for the guests was very good with a large selection from scrambled eggs, waffles, sausages, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, cereals or fruit with your choice of juices, milk or coffee. I will return here.

    Great breakfast. Lovely lobby. Lots of amenities and happy hour cookies. Exceptional staff. Great value for the money and love the location- at a stop light‼️It just has some over use issues - handicap door didn’t work. Carpet needs steaming. But I would stay there again.

    The staff was great and friendly. Especially Georgia and Paula. However, none of your ice machines worked. Washer and dryer were broken. Wall paper was worn, bubbled and shoddy. Furniture in room was worn and water damaged and very dusty. Nightstands dusty and dirty. Lint, and hair all over floor. Did not seem to have been vacuumed. Light in back parking lot was out and very unsafe.

    The room was clean. The fireplace didn't work in our room which was a bummer since we drove over 3 hours to want to come in from the brisk cool evening to a the warmth of the fireplace. Bed was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly when interaction occured.

    The hotel was fine. I liked the way the tables were spaced far apart for privacy and the managers were very friendly they were great. More handicap parking would be great. BUT…… the room next to us left their dog in the room alone and it barked nonstop. We called twice and then they put a small machine which helped control most of their barking. The manager said she would give us money back for compensation but we booked with Hotels.com so she couldn’t do it and that I had to contact you to get compensation

    Just off the main road. There is a light so you arent having to fight the traffic. Close to the Tanger Outlets and notfsr from the main attractions and places to eat. The room was clean and comfortable bed just felt that for how nice the room was the tub/shower seemed outdated. Overall nice place to stay.

    Hotel needs to be updated. For what we paid for two nights it did not meet our expectations. Very dirty windows. Caulking around tub had mold. Old furniture. The only good thing was the beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was just ok. We had much better in other Hamptons. Wish we had picked another hotel for the wedding we were attending

    The back hallway to the pool stunk...like a seafood restaurant back dock. The pool was murky. The "free" breakfast should be free. Who would pay for that...I mean we do as guests somewhere in the cost...but seriously...you can kick it up a little notch in the appetizing department Hilton. I understand this is Pigeon Forge. Not New York. I understand this is Hampton Inn, not the 4 Seasons. Hilton needs to pour a little money into it, it's a major tourist trap, saturated with hotel options, make it a bit more desirable. End with good note: decent coffee.

    We are on a family road trip & stopped for a few days in Pigeon Forge. The hotel was conveniently located to lots of attractions, restaurants & stores. The suite we stayed in was like an apartment with a small kitchen, living room & bedroom. The kids loved the pool. The breakfast had so many options. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, but what made it extra special was the amazing service. The front desk person that checked us in was so friendly & gave me lots of recommendations. Even the staff member that kept the walkways swept was friendly and would hold the door and always greet us or wish us a good day.

    The associate even helped link my stay to my Hilton Honors account for me. Check in & check out was such a smooth process. My daughter, mom, & I used this stay for a girls getaway weekend & the suite we had was perfect! The pool was well maintained & enjoyed by our family & others as well with no rough or coarse behavior. Breakfast had a variety of options & the only downside to it was the scrambled eggs were cooked too much for my liking. But there were different options to eat each day.     The staff were nice. Hotel needs updated a bit. There maintenance that needs to be done ASAP. The keycard scanners to get into the rooms are not charged. It was a gamble if your was going to work or not. We had settled into our room with our small kids and when we came back from going to the pool the lock quit working so we were locked out of our room and the people working there couldn’t fix it. Anyways they figured out a way to open it so we could get our stuff and switch rooms. When we did, that lock didn’t work either. The lock on the 3rd room worked. It was a known issue across the hotel and they could t fix it. A little bit of an inconvenience but the friendliness of the staff helped a lot.

    The room was clean but I have to say the coffee pot was terrible. I don't know about the other bed but the one I slept in has springs that made noises and I could feel them. Makes for a restless night of supposedly sleep.

    Let me start by saying I have stated hamptonninn all over the place and this was not the best one I’ve stayed at We drove for hours to get to the Hampton in our check in time was 3 when we got there our room was not ready and was told to come back in an hour or hour and a half and the clerk there was not very friendly we came back in just over an hour and checked in we came on a specific budget. So we got a room with a kitchenette. The 1nd night we were there we were going to cook dinner for the 6 of us and the stove top was not working. I called the front desk they said no one was there that could look at it so we had to get dinner out which cost over a hundred dollars that we had not planned for then I broke a class and asked if I could possible get a broom. I was told she didn’t have no one to get me one. So I just do the best I could to get what I could up. We arrived on a Saturday not one time did they come in our room to tidy it up like get the trash or anything. They did leave towels the 3nd day outside our door. Finally our last full day there they came in to bring towels and get the trash and vacuum I was just so disappointed in the unfriendliness of the staff when I went to check out the clerk was on the phone and mouthed to me he would send an email I can assure you I won’t be back to this Hampton inn.

    Was horrible. It said this hotel had great reviews, but it wasn't as it seemed. Our room must of had a huge flood in it because there was new carpet on top of old carpet. Flimsy laid down. There was mold right outside our room by our door, where my daughter is highly allergic to. In that aspect, she was up all night coughing with a stuffy nose. Our ceiling were nasty, I guess from the flood. Wasn't even painted over. There was no other room to switch us to. For the amount of money spent in that hotel I could have went somewhere else cheaper and in better conditions. Not happy at all. Jaimie

    2 night stay at this hotel. Upon arrival the room was 65 degrees. Turned heat up to 70, seemed to slowly get up to 67 after a couple hours. Went out for the evening and came back to a 64 degree room. Staff was great, switched us to another room but it had a barking dog next door. Finally switched to the third room and the A/C barely worked in that room plus shower rod was loose and wouldn’t hold up the curtain. Complained at breakfast, all of a sudden after returning to the room the A/C worked full blast. I guess a magic button was pressed to enable it. The shower rod was fixed that later that day while out. But later while asleep the second night, A/C stopped working and room heated up again. 2 nights and not one good nights rest. The staff was very accommodating, but the property needs major renovations for a Hilton property.

    Spent the weekend to celebrate my sons bday. Across the street from wonderworks which was our destination. Really close to everything so the location is great! Lobby was super cute! Lemonade, cookies and dog treats available in the lobby. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Rooms could use an upgrade. Restroom door looked like it was on its last life lol carpet is outdated which made the room smell muggy. Comforter had make up stains on it. So prob won’t be staying there again but overall wasn’t a bad trip.

    There are many things I'd like to rave about. Our room and all the common areas we visited were exceptionally clean and convenient. The breakfast bar was filled with hot and tasty cooked food choices. The coffee was VERY hot which is an absolute requirement for my husband! The staff was eager to make our stay very enjoyable and each of them was very polite. We typically stay in Hampton Inns (or other Hilton properties) when we travel, and this one ranks among the top!

    My kids and husband absolutely loved the breakfast each day. It was a little bit different with the main staple of waffles, eggs, in some sort of fashion, and meat it was always really good and offered a wide variety. Of course a free breakfast is always good, but this one would’ve been worth paying for. My main dislike was that the hotel was a little bit dated and of course, you never really see that in the pictures online. It look like they had tried to update certain parts of the hotel, and may even be in the process of doing more. But if you’re looking for a top-of-the-line state of the art new hotel, this is not it. This is the reason for my four-star review.

    Overall, the stay was ok. The beds are super comfortable. The staff is very friendly, though when I went to check in, I was told I must be booked at the other close by Hampton. I went there, and was promptly sent back to this hotel, where they ended up finding my reservation. One thing that did bother me was that the side door to the hotel was not locked, even after the time it said it would be locked (11:00 pm). I would rethink ever staying there again just for that reason.

    We came to Pigeon Forge for a quick getaway and the hotel was amazing! Such a great room and ALL the staff were fantastic! Efficient and effective while being super friendly and very helpful! The wonderful young man who checked me in was handing me keys before I could blink! And the dogs loved walking through the grounds and the next door neighborhood. Very nice!

    The room and furnishings were very old and outdated but clean enough. It was also listed as accessible. I needed a minimum of bar/s close to the commode and several shower bars. The only assistance I i saw in the whole room was a small bar above the tub on the far wall. If someone had to lean across the tub to use the bar, as i did, they would be risking a fall. We ask for another room but the clerk said that was rated as accessible and there were no other rooms available. I ended up having to clean up in the sink for two nights.

    I have to say the people at the front desk were just professional but so so for friendliness. We got to our room which was very clean but as soon as we opened the door the toilet was running. Had to call to get the maintaince man to replace parts. Then we had to call 2 more times due to cable (which is antiquated).

    Our room was next to the exercise room and was not insulated well enough to block the noise kids were making playing in the exercise room. Also, the room smelled like the carpet and fabrics were mildew laden or dog pallets and needed to be cleaned. I asked for another room on another floor but was denied.

    Location was great - right next to many attractions. Breakfast selection was okay. Hotel is dated and definitely needs an upgrade. Kitchen needs a makeover (old stove and lighting was minimal - so felt a bit dingy) but on the flip side, it was functional. But for the rates, definitely needs a modern upgrade. TV works fine but is not a smart TV or wifi accessible. Would have been good to have known ahead of time, so could have taken our own Firestick or Roku. Kids were disappointed in not able to view their shows or movies.

    We were on a business trip. Asked for wake up calls both mornings we spent in the hotel. We didn`t get it either mornings. We complained at check out, they said it wasn`t even written down in the book previous night. No room service at all. Shameful. I hope they go out of business.
