If looking for an inexpensive stay it is a good value, but it is run down. The tub faucet was broken in our room, with mold build up on bathroom walls, and the TV in my mom's room did not work. I would give it 2.5 stars

The room was spacious. The only disappointment was the website stated free continental breakfast but they no longer do breakfast. Didn’t know this until we went to get some next morning.

The bed was comfortable. Be aware the listing doesnt state that there is a 80 dollar deposit they hold untI l you check out. They won't tell that until you've already booked the place. T his place is pretty jank to be honest. The air conditioner made a noise that kept my daughter awake. 1000% wont book another cheap hotle again.

The next morning as we were leaving, a man that was working around the pool, yelled at us for how we were parked. My husband had backed into a handicap spot because we had a scooter hanging of the back hitch. He got really close to the handicap sign when he parked. The man yelled and said we were to close. We told him there was nothing wrong with the sign. He didn't care to here our explanation as to why. Very rude man. No good morning, how was your stay. Only yelling about the stupid handicap sign that wasn't touched much less damage. I would never stay here again, even though our room was very clean and comfortable for our 1 night stay.

Wasn't a Conrad by Hilton, nor was it a motel 6. Was a room to rest at an elevated price.

We paid an extra $75 specifically for the hot tub room just to relax, but it was a huge disappointment—the tub was dirty and the buttons were broken, so it wasn’t even usable. On top of that, the hallways are very dirty and stained, and the stairwells smell strongly like weed. Other guests we spoke to in the elevator even mentioned finding hair in their showers, which says a lot about the overall cleanliness. Overall, this place feels poorly maintained and not worth the money. Would not stay here again. Not sure why but the vending machine restocker was very rude for us just watching them work

The room was outdated. The hot water wasn’t hot. It was cold. The time that we took a shower. The deposit was basically 3/4 of what my room was.

The parking was easy, the rooms was clean and the staff very friendly,would recommend and would stay again.

Half way laundry service , mountain view was nice but deck was falling apart, room was dirty, and looked like they painted over black mold in the room, tv was real small, and fridge worked but had yellow stains all over it, looked like it was in a room that was smoked in, and not alot of security cameras outside. Stay was unpleasant.. i will not go back there..

Bed was very uncomfortable, water wasn’t very hot, hall carpet and room were very outdated, the remote didn’t work to the t.v. And the noise of other guests was awful.

Plugs would push back on wall when trying to use them and covers were broke . Toilet wouldn't flush and walls was patched but not painted . Carpets were dirty.

Booked online and upon checking in they charge you $80 for incidentals. They advertise pillow top mattresses but that’s false. Beds are very uncomfortable. Luke warm water to shower with. A/c unit needs updating control knob doesn’t work correctly.

The A/C It was making a deafening noise, and on the second night we asked for it to be fixed, but they didn't do anything. The staff was very rude; we had to ask for the room to be cleaned, or go downstairs to ask for toilet paper.

Hotel was dated and noisy. The rooms are definitely not sound proof. The only reason I'm giving it 2 Stars is the bed was comfortable and the day clerk was nice.

The location is great and the view of the mountains in the evenings was amazing. The room looked really good and for the price, everything was good except the bed. It was like sleeping on the floor. Also there is no type of comp breakfast in the morning so we had to spend more money for that.

I paid over $300 for 2 nights on a weekend. I booked this one because it said breakfast was available. No breakfast, only coffee and juice. There was not any lotion or conditioner in the room. When asked the desk for some was told all they had was shampoo. It was very cheap shampoo. They did not make up the bed or stock coffee, etc. They only removed the trash. Would not stay again.

The spigot in the shower was falling out and had been sloppily patched with silicone in a failed attempt to keep it in. There was only one elevator, which took forever. The staff had no desire to help. I gave up trying to check out because the woman at the front desk was unbearably slow. In fact, several people in line just gave up, left their keys, and walked out. There is absolutely no pride in this hotel. It's dirty, with crummy paint jobs, and is functioning just enough to be called "bookable." Avoid at all costs!

The room was nasty. Furniture gross. Moldy shower curtain. We were there for less than an hour and decided we couldn’t stay there, so we checked out. The smell of the room was unbearable like it had been closed up. Don’t let the overwhelming scent of air freshener in the lobby fool you. We requested a refund and it was denied.

The reception was not welcoming very cold, staff never asked what floor i preferred and when i got there they had several to choose from.. they claimed on website they had complimentary breakfast but when we got there they had a paper saying they no longer had breakfast just juice and coffee. The beds were hard felt like sleeping on the floor.. lastly the bathroom, the toilets were so small made for a toddler, they didnt provide shampoo and conditioner not even on the wall there containers were empty with black stuff dripping out of it..

If your looking for a cheap place to just sleep, than this is a great place. We only needed ot to sleep for 2 nights so it worked for us.

The only thing I had to say bad about it was the day they cleaned our room they only took our towels didn’t make our bed did take our trash never left us any new towels we had to track them down early the next morning before showers

Hotel was clean, affordable, and great location. I was not looking for a fancy place with lots of extras. I wanted a place that was simply affordable and clean. lt definitely was.

We would not recommend this hotel. The physical condition of this place is poor. It looks ok on the outside and even the lobby area is decent. However, the carpets in the hallways are stained, they have painted the walls but left paint all over the door frames and ceilings. Our room had a chair and ottoman which both had stains. The nightstands also had a lot of water stains from cups sitting on them. The bed mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, and the pillows were flat. The sink dripped constantly, the tub was stained yellowish-orange. There was a thick layer of caulk around the tub faucet. The ceiling in the shower was rippled and needed repaired but they just painted it instead of fixing it. The tile on the bathroom floor was old and looked dirty. The laminate flooring in the rest of the room was also dirty. We booked 2 nights but checked out after the 1st night. We didn't care that it was non-refundable.

We stayed her before and it wasn’t perfect that time. But, it was decent. This trip will be our last to stay at hotel pigeon forge. It was so absolutely disgusting we almost forfeited our night and left for somewhere else. The floors were disgusting (in the rooms and the hallways), shower nauseating, the whole place smelled like marijuana, the carts were falling apart to get luggage in and out, and my wife could go on and on about how horrible of an experience it was.

Staff and service was wonderful. Expedia is at fault for not notifying me about surprise charges. I got charged 80 dollars for a smoke damage deposit free. Um, wth? For one i dont smoke and for two i was confused and outraged. That should be told to me before i pay for a non refundable room. Thats dirty. And not enough parking. Both nights we stayed all parking spots were full. I had to park in the grass, and they even ran out of grass room smh. Homelessness just right outside snorting lines with a straw on people's vehicles, camping out in the grass, taking over gazebo.

Stayed over Labor Day weekend 2025. Was a great place to lay your head of the night. No complaining about anything. The shower was great with no water restriction stuff. Was a good hard hitting shower head of the morning. What can I say I’ll be back again!

I didnt think the hot water or pressure was great but thats my opinion. Coffee maker is a joke looks like tea bag coffee for it n 2 sugar packs might as well take it out coffee isn't great either but over all very clean spacious room i give it a 95 out of 100 overall.

I would say it was so close to everything on the strip where we did art the attractions. I would stay there again when I come back for a second vacation.

This was an impromptu stay and my kids stayed with their dad and Grandma while my boyfriend and I stayed in another room. The pool was great. The view from the look out was gorgeous.

I had three rooms booked for a family overnight stay. We have stayed at hotel pigeon forge lots of times. Upon arrival check in went ok except they charged a fee, higher than the room fee itself, per room to check in. This fee is not included into your cost even tho Hotels.com says your price includes taxes and fees. Yet when we arrived we were hit with $160 in ccjeck in fees. Even tho this is refunded at checkout it is still an inconvenience. The next this is no breakfast. We stayed there before Covid and they had a good breakfast, now they offer nothing. They have vending machine areas on most floors but they are empty, no vending machines in sight just an empty space. They staff was friendly, the room was clean however, this was a place just to sleep. No amenities and that’s a shame. This could be a super vice stay for travelers!

There’s an 80$ security deposit we weren’t aware of and there was a few other people who didn’t know/ like that they charged and extra 80$ on top of what you already pay and they won’t let you have your room til you pay it.the carpet smelled funky and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. The hotel was beautiful on the outside. When we walked in we that it was an old hotel. The floor in the elevator had a very soft spot. We thought we might fall through the floor. When I made the reservation it said free breakfast. There was no breakfast!! The furniture in the room was old and worn, floor had not been vacuumed or moped. The room had an old odor also. This was our first time to pigeon forge. We were expecting a much better experience. We will not be staying at this motel again.

The ac had a problem keeping up with the heat. But overall the stay was fantastic could use a bigger tub and drainage system.

This place has many cons. First the driveway it is a 15 degree include, and you can't see who is coming or going up are down don't have trailer you will not make it. The rooms, halls and floor are nasty. had to change rooms 3 times just to get a a/c and refrigerator that worked. There is no breakfast, and they accept pets. They don't clean the rooms while you are there and may are may not leave towels and wash rags. If you have to stay, there get room 138 it was very clean. Must be the room they use for the photos on Expedia.

You get what you pay for wasn't thrilled there is NO Breakfast apparently they notify their 3rd party booking places that it wouldn't be an option a month in advance to change it and yet it's still an amenity I had to ask often for washcloths/towels it does have a nice pool parking is easy but finding the drive way isn't obvious it almost looks like a allyway but wasn't to to difficult as I said it wasnt great but a bed to sleep in.

the first room we were in had bugs swarming the sink. we were changed to another room. the beds were similar to the comfort of a Rock. staff was very friendly and worked hard to resolve the bug problem.

If I could give no stars, I would. We arrived at the hotel and took the elevator after checking in. Upon exiting the elevator, the carpet was filthy. It looked like the carpet had never been vacuumed before. Somebody in another review mentioned that it looked like a trap house and I can wholeheartedly agree. When we opened the door to our room, the floors were the same. Dirty, looked like the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed in years. There was hair left in the shower floor as well as the sink. The furniture had streaks and stains on it. I can deal with old and outdated, but I can’t deal with filth. I have multiple pictures to prove it as well. We decided to leave as soon as we arrived. The lady at the front desk was kind, but told us we had to speak to her supervisor if we wanted to receive our money back. We waited to speak to him in the lobby. He bolts past us, trying to ignore us as I attempt to get his attention. Before storming out the door he informs me that if I want a refund that I need to contact Expedia, so I did just that. Now, Expedia emails me a few days later stating that they tried to reach out to Hotel Pigeon Forge multiple times to “obtain approval from the property manager to waive the refund.” Unfortunately, I’m out over $350 on a hotel room that we never used. If you’re in the Pigeon Forge area, I would steer clear of this place. It’s disgusting, property management is rude and uncaring, and they will con you out of your money.

To start, the whole first floor had an awful smell. Had to buy air freshener to be able to stay in the room. Rooms didn’t work the second night. Took my daughter to the pool and after 5 mins someone came out and said the pool was closed. There were several people out there. There are no pool ours posted on the property. After midnight, the pool was full again. No towels left the third day. No one seemed to really put any effort into their job. I’ve stayed here several times and this will be my last

I ended up leaving this hotel. As soon as we walked into the lobby we knew it wasn't going to be good. It smelled wet and like mildew. Walking down the hallway we noticed how dirty the carpet was. I was traveling alone with my 2 daughters and a friend of theirs. I knew I could not stay after seeing stains on the bedding. And the bathroom was a disaster. Also no grace was given because apparently this was a non refundable 😭

People across the hall was up all night slamming doors and it was hot in our rooms and one of the frigrators did not work and there was sticks and trash in the hall ways the steps into pool was slimy one of my kids fell walking into the pool

First of all the hotel DID NOT offer beeakfast as promised! Itwas very basic as described. The room was clean but the cold water on the bathroom sink was broken. We will not be hoing back there.

Needs updating

I was happy with the room and the bathroom . We dont have any clean up done when we are there . No one needs to be in the room when we stay but us. The pool would of been nice yet we are retired and kids take over small pool. The major problem we had was finding the location. Sign was large enough but was hidden behind the building and to far back from the road. Need more handicap parking . In directions that the drive way is next to local Goat! Move the sign saying hotel! We hunted for 1 hour for location!

Desk staff were friendly and informative but didn’t seem that they wanted to be there. The elevator smelled like pot and the hotel overall was very muggy. The air conditioner in the room worked well after a little start up time. We did pick this hotel for the price and that the add said they had breakfast, however upon check in they do not have breakfast. The pool was nice.

The front desk staff was very nice, but the overall experience was kind of poor. Our tv didn’t have the correct remote, which was fixed thankfully, but it took awhile to figure out due to our room telephone not working. The WiFi listed in the room wasn’t updated which we had to find out as well. Lamps didn’t work. And you’re required to pay an 80 dollar deposit that isn’t explained until you arrive. You get what you pay for and it is located by all the tourist attractions. I won’t be booking here again, but once again I did love the from desk staff.

Came to Pigeon Forge for vacation. Had a nice stay at the Pigeon Forge Hotel. Room was clean, bed was comfortable! First time in I can’t remember ever… the tub drain did not back up!! It’s the little things! Would definitely stay again when in town. Perfect for dining at the Local Goat next door! This hotel was close to every place we planned on visiting while in town. Staff was very friendly and very accommodating!

While the room appeared clean, we found a bed bug in the bed! Breakfast was mostly prepackaged.

Nothing Special. it was clean and quiet. the staff were indifferent at check-in, the morning staff was friendly. We would stay there again.

Not bad at all

Instant smell of marijuana throughout the entire hotel, floors were very dirty and un vacuumed floors stained dirty walls throughout. We to our room sheets are stained. The shower head was loose. Battery was dead on the remote called and the receptionist came up and help get it going, went down for breakfast the next morning and nothing, don’t advertise it if your not gonna have it! Was one of the main reasons for staying. Extort of the build was nasty broke chairs and tables everywhere. O and pulling in and out of the parking lot sucked… will never stay there again, and do not recommend

This property gave 4 of us allergic reactions due to black mold we all had to leave within 30 minutes of check out the front desk personnel told us they would give us a refund thru Expedia and when they tried they had no luck getting ahold of the property as the phone number on google is disconnected I have personally reached out to the property with no luck I will be hiring an attorney to get back the money lost due to only being able to stay 30 minutes I have all the documents including pictures of the property it wouldn’t hurt for the epa to visit this hotel

But everything worked and was functional. Id stay again if it was difficult to get a room elsewhere.

The stay wasn’t too bad. It rinks of cat pee. And the walls are super thin you can hear your neighbors conversations. People slamming doors & people running through the halls.

Rooms were ok, ugly deteriorating paint and trim. Windows leaked literally a puddle on the floor. When addressed to the front desk, it was dismissed, saying they knew about it and rented anyways. Heater/air conditioner stunk! Beds are not comfortable and springy. Luckily we only booked 1 night.

Room was fairly clean. Need was very uncomfortable and hot tub didn't work.

The room was falling apart. The tv stand was broken every where. The tile in the bathroom was missing pieces. There was nasty looking stuff on walls and a dead roach on the wall in sleeping area.

I have stayed there several times. Always friendly, quiet and an overall good experience .

Needs simple repairs. When repairs are done, made things worse. Asked for face towels was told they only had two. Husband had accident in hall. Weren’t offer any supplies to clean up.

Bed was not so comfortable but everything was up to standards. Did see a cockroach when leaving so probably be wise to have an exterminator come by.

Our stay was nice and quit. The hotel stay was clean and the staff were nice. The hot water on the showers is nonexistent though. Needs an update but overall not a bad experience for a night or two stay.

No traffic noise. Wouldnt suggest staying there if road conditions are bad. Very steep hill to property. Rooms could have been cleaner. Dust everywhere especially on pictures, headboard and window cill. Top comforter had old blood stains on it. Thankfully i alway travel with my own blankets. Staff was very friendly. Other than dust and comfort room was very clean. Mini fridge was off when i arrived and didnot reach cooling temperature by the time i left . I stayed 2 nights. Had to keep extra insulin on ice in cooler.

This place was horrible it smelled it was dirty the beds were hard I don't even smoke cigarettes but was accused of smoking so they could keep my deposit if I smoked cigarettes I'd be different but I don't even smoke cigarettes they said the room stunk is stuck when I went in there horrible place

The breakfast options were disappointing. Additionally, some of the newer staff members seemed unfamiliar with the surrounding area. Rooms were not as great as shown in the pictures.

Great location right near all the action. The room was clean and was exactly as it should have been. Pool was open which was cool although I didn't swim. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, not real food, just pastries and cereal, stuff like that. Overall would go again though.

If you can sleep through people slamming doors, hearing kids screaming all the time, and a mattress that might have came off the side of the road this is the place for you!!! Make sure you ain't booking for easy access because this place is difficult to get in and out of off the main drag...and dont be fooled for "breakfast included " unless you like snack cake's or some unnamed frozen sausage and biscuits in a package. The shower was lukewarm and 1/2 the water went down the drain due to poor plumbing and needing to be updated...I will say the a/c was cold and the floors where clean but thats it...

First the unexpected $80.00 fee. Then it was very dusty. The beds were so terrible. I didn't got a chance to eat breakfast.

Worst motel we have ever stayed in it was nasty and very wore down no maid service except small trash can empty no clean towels and the whole stay was disgusting

Stay was ok outlets in room missing outlet cover when you first check in have pay $80 dollar deposit even though you already paid for a room breakfast served is snack cakes and muffins with orange juice

The room was outdated. Old fixtures and furniture and the entire room needed to be painted.

It was clean but the beds were very uncomfortable

This place needs an update. It had roaches. There was a foul smell on the second floor by the ice machine. The very limited breakfast also had moldy sweet rolls. Wouldn't stay again.

Everything was great

We booked late notice on a holiday wknd and this was one of the hotels that were still available. It was good for the price. Definitely motel vibes. Breakfast was little frozen breakfast sandwiches which were great for our family (young kids). Not sure we’d stay here again but great proximity to Dollywood.

Don’t talk to grounds keeper if your female, he will bug you an ask you to marry him. I could not sit outside at all because of him.

Good location, but lacking in wifi speeds and condition of fixtures in the room. Strange odor in the building and floors in the room were sticky. Despite this, the staff was helpful and made checking in and out a painless process.

We love staying here! We try to come on our anniversary each year! It’s right in the middle of everything!

Let’s start off with the good, staff was very friendly. Parking was okay. However the room looked like nothing like the pictures online. Scuffs all over the walls. Very dated. Shower head was shooting all directions, shower drained VERRY SLOW. Ac unit in room rattled to high hell. Otherwise room was clean. Would probably not stay here again based on this experience.

Nothing to like about it.

1. Parking was horrible. We would drive around the building over and over to find a place to park. 2. Only one elevator that smelt of mildew. 3. There was hair in the bath tub. The bath tub dripped constantly. 4. The sink dripped. We had to force to close. 5. The dressers and night stands had heat marks from an iron and scratches. This didn't really bother us. But we didn't want to be blamed for it. 6. The dresser had a drawer that would not close. Causing us to run into it.

Good location and clean

I booked and thought I called the hotel. Well it was Expedia and a foreign person who couldn’t speak English. They booked the wrong date and the hotel would not do anything to help me fix it. I was charged for the night and didn’t use the room. This hotel is a scam! It’s awful

There is nothing to like about this hotel. Run down. Poor condition. No real driveway, poor road is hidden next to a Ramada Inn.. Dirty, need painting, carpet has been removed and now has fake vinyl sheet row. Few employees even speaks English. breakfast is garbage. even the coffee is poor.

Okay for the money. No major issues. New flooring in the room, but the walls had not been touched up so they looked a little rough. The room was clean . The furniture was newer and everything seemed to work.

Was close to everywhere we intended to go

Other than that, nice service, nice bed, comfortable sofa chair, clean bathroom. Likely won't return for any future stays.

There are cockroaches and bedbugs. My 2 kids were bitten by bedbugs.

Very nice hotel. Stayed 2 days for my son’s 15th birthday. He quite enjoyed the breakfast offerings. I felt safe for him to go to the pool or wander about on his own. Would stay again definitely. Staff was super nice also. The only real downside was there wasn’t a smart tv but for the price I won’t hold it against them lol.

Soap and shampoo dispensers were empty. Thats the only negative. Thank you very much for the wonderful stay

Good for the price

Upon check in the front desk was not very pleasant. The room felt damp the whole weekend. The bathtub was stained yellow. And then we found roaches in the room. We have stayed at this property numerous times. But will not stay again.
