Hilton Garden Inn Pigeon Forge

The room was nice and clean, they have a txting service which was nice. The cleaning lady was very accommodating when I asked for towels etc. The pool is nice and well maintained would have been better with some kid friendly splash areas or water feature. Breakfast was not included which was a bumper but you can buy it daily if wanted. Coffee is free and probably the best coffee I’ve had at any hotel. Overall great experience would stay again. Family of 4 with 2 toddlers.

Nice location with friendly staff! Pet friendly! Nice inside & outside pools with hot tub, which they kept the towels replenished. Just need more lounger pool chairs outside. Plenty of free parking. I’d also use the stairs down with my dog since the elevators can get busy but the outside stairwell doesn’t have a key card access to enter from outside to go back up so we’d have to use the elevator

Staff were great

The room was a little dated but clean and spacious. The hot tub and indoor pool were nice. The outside pool was SO cold. They need a pool heater. Wish they offered a free breakfast. Overall a good experience and would stay again.

The whole hotel was very clean. Every day we seen someone cleaning different things and it smelled so clean and fresh. Are room was also very clean when we arrived. We had one small dog with us and was given a sign to post on our door so that the cleaning staff would not enter. Such a great idea so that our fur baby would not get out. When we needed more towels we just stopped at the desk and were able to get clean towels. No problem and the customer service was excellent

Breakfast was delicious, the staff at the front desk was helpful and polite. There were 2 breakfast attendants. One was a woman who was extremely nice and welcoming and one was a man who seemed to be in a bad mood all the time. He was condescending and rude. Also if you need a handicapped room it will be all the way as far from the elevator as possible. Not sure who planned this out but if someone cannot walk or walk well that is too far!

This is the second time we have stayed here. Very clean. Fire pits outside are a welcome source of heat on a chilly evening.

Loved the outdoor seating area, would enjoyed some rocking chairs, but not a big deal.

Staff was great. One problem was the smell of pot I'm the lobby at night both from the guests and staff who seemed to tolerate it. Also a dog barking in the next room was an issue. That said I'd give it another try.

Checked in. When it was time for bed pulled sheets back and climbed into bed. Bed was wet. Very wet. Absolutely smelled like human urine. Had to clean up, shower. Went downstairs asked for a new room. New room not configured same way needed room for our daughter. Back downstairs. Sorry out of your type of room. Put in 2 queen room. Was Ok. but lacked privacy of king suite we paid for. The top of the comforter was dry. The sheets and mattress were soaked with urine. So they changed the sheets and didn’t notice? Absolutely disgusting. Filthy. Can’t recommend this hotel. They offered nothing. No breakfast, refund, nothing. Just enjoy your pee mattress and then a lesser room. Gross!

Dislike: Web site indicates a Business Center…all they had was a Brother Printer that wouldn’t work. They need to have a computer at the printer. The lady at the front desk offered to print my documents, but they’re confidential. Same issue at the Hampton Inn next door, in fact, same Printer.

We were very happy with our stay at this Hilton. The room was very clean and in great condition. All staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed the beautiful outdoor pool and slide, as well as the large hot tub and the indoor pool. Our room had two queen beds and a pull out couch perfect for our family of 5. The bathroom was in between with two separate TVS and a great space for clothes and suitcases. VERY close to all of the fun in Pigeon Forge. Highly recommend!

Everyone was friendly and helpful. We loved the location. Our room was clean and comfortable. The lobby is inviting. There are several comfortable seating areas and fire pits. We enjoyed our stay.

The inside pool had garbage wrappers all outside the pool and it needs cleaned also. Debris, dirt and large random clumps of long black hair in the pool which was gross and unsettling. The overall hotel had nice location and the staff for most part were absolutely so kind. However, they are mid grade range holding the Hilton title so need to be more aware that lack of knowledge and consistency in communication at check in when it comes to early check out & being told yes, you’ll get a refund to finding you out after there is small print listed where this isn’t possible just is miscommunication that needs addressing with the staff. I’m a very nice and reasonable person but hold people to high standards especially when staying at a higher end hotel yet not even feeling comfortable in your room because bed is so old you can feel the springs after sinking in the middle when laying on it. They send text messages while you are there to ask how your stay is, and when I answered honestly nothing was addressed. That seemed off. Why are you asking then? Needless to say, we won’t ever be staying here again but the location was great. It felt more like best western or comfort inn.

Had a terrible check-in experience at this hotel. We arrived before 3 PM and asked about early check-in so our 3-year-old could rest after a long drive, but the lady front desk said it wasn’t possible, which is understandable. So we returned around 4 PM, but was told our room wasn’t ready yet, so we waited about 30 minutes before receiving the key. When we entered, the room was untidy, as if the previous guest had just left. After reporting it, we were told to wait another 15 minutes since the hotel system was offline and housekeeping couldn’t be monitored. I politely asked if we could be given another room so our toddler could rest, but we were told none were available. So we waited but when we returned back in the room upon her advice, the room remained untidy. After another long wait, we were eventually moved to a different room around 6 PM, which was similar to our original room—despite being told earlier that no similar rooms were available. In all fairness, the front desk said we would receive a courtesy breakfast and a $50 refund for the inconvenience, but we only got the breakfast. Nonetheless, overall, it was very frustrating.

I have been a Hilton Honors member for years and cut back my stays the last several years due to your policy on animals. I have allergies that are triggered by pet dander and your facilities have been triggering them. I have been staying at your competitor that does not allow pets lately.

We came here with the family, the week before Christmas. It was perfect! We were in the middle of everything. This is a great location for everything.

The only issues that I had were that my coffee maker was broken. I reported it and was informed that they would check in laundry to see if another one was available. I heard nothing back. Then there were swimming trunks outside my window. It caused a sore eye feeling. Other than the issues listed, my stay was a pleasant one.

Sink barely drained, so that wasn’t great when brushing teeth. Breakfast was supposed to be free but it wasn’t.

We were also only given two towels for a three-day stay. Since housekeeping only comes every other day, we had to request additional towels, which should have been provided without having to ask. The hotel advertises itself as pet-friendly, but it was never disclosed that the same rooms are used for guests with pets and guests without pets. This information should be clearly communicated so guests can make an informed decision. To make matters worse, on the last night of our stay, the fire alarm went off at 3:00 a.m. We were never informed of what happened or given any explanation, which was concerning and disruptive. Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations, and better communication and guest consideration are definitely needed.

The bed boxsprings was making noise every time me or my wife moved , which in turned woke us up. Also the refrigerator didnt keep anything that cool , especially my Insulin. We did tell 2 different people at the desk about it. While everyone was extremely nice , it just seemed like it wasnt a high priority.

I personally would appreciate more coffee pods left to enjoy, we have been bringing our own to add to our morning time. I also would like to add that although the food was delicious the price was higher the second time than the first time which was questionable. I also need handicap parking and it wasn't available at all times.. that is definitely wasn't readily available...

Why does this Hilton offer free breakfast like the express Hilton in pigeon Forge also the express has better rooms IE BETTER BEDS ROOMS AND FREE BREAKFAST!! Just because it has Gardens on the sign the rooms are worse then RED ROOF INN the express has beautiful room and the furniture does look like a two star hotel.

I was disappointed that there was very little Christmas decorations. Lights on the wreaths on the back of the building and some sort of Christmas decoration on the tables outside the elevators would be small but effective changes.

For a Hilton this property was NOT up to par. The bathroom door was all beat up, the cabinet where the refrigerator was also was beaten up and the chair in our room was very worn. This Hotel needs a refresh in the rooms. We only paid $79 for this room (1 night) but I will NOT be staying here again until it is refreshed. Thank you

Room was ok, barhroom sink stoppwd up, shower nozzle was difficult to figure out. Bed was bumpy, felt wore out. Not comfortable at all!! No body wash or hand soap, most all Hilton hotels I've stayed in had shampoo, conditioner and bodywash dispensers in the shower and handsoap and lotion dispensers by the bathroom sink. We had 2 small bars of soap, for washing hands and taking a shower.

The room was above and beyond neat and clean. On the second day a lady came to clean the room. Since we were leaving the next morning we told her it wasn't necessary. She did however refill our coffee.

Hotel is close to several dining venues. The hotel itself has its on bar and grill which are good. Didn't get to stay in our room much because was there for a youth football tournament. room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast was not included with our stay.... who knew? Location was good and staff were friendly. Try not to get a room on the front side near the end with the fire pit as the noise travels right to your room.

Charging for breakfast was kinda a bummer so we didn't eat. Was also charged for our service dog. I had to call and request a refund on that which they did honor. All in all it was a good stay, just a few hiccups that next time we use Hilton we will be aware of.

Air conditioning did not work in our room. Thermostat reached 83 degrees and front desk offered to send maintenance up at 10:30pm. Unideal as a young woman traveling alone with a toddler. Had to request a room change. No one offered to assist me with my bags, nothing. Always satisfied with Hilton, but they truly dropped the ball this stay.

Great room…very spacious. Bed was good. Room very clean, including bathroom. We got placed right above firepit outside which was noisy for a bit at night but otherwise, great experience. Would highly recommend

Great staff. We stayed two nights. Easy parking. Breakfast is very good, only downside was that we had to pay, but overall, it was good. Service is great, too. This hotel is a good option, located to attractions and in a safe area.

We are Diamond honors with Hilton and always relied on the Hilton brand for our hotel stays around the world . Over the years they have become more pet friendly to the point our most recent stay was like staying in a dog kennel. They even allow cats now - I’m a cat lover, no way would I ever take a cat to a hotel . Almost done with Hilton

didn’t eat breakfast because it’s a up charge. Rather eat at smoky pancake house for the pineapple upside down pancakes if I’m paying extra for it.

Breakfast is not included, which isn’t really clear when you check in. The beds and pillows are fairly worn and squeaky. Front desk staff at check in was good but front desk Saturday morning was not friendly. Digital key wouldn’t work and after being told “I need to be near a door” to make it work, as though I wouldn’t understand that functionality.

Room was spotless, what staff we met was courteous and wonderful. A truly great stay!

An absolutely wonderful stay. As a disabled Vet I had no issues moving around or getting what I needed. The workers and staff are kind and helpful. My only regret is that I couldn’t stay longer.

I was locked out of my room and then when I went downstairs to ask about it, the lady was very rude to me and she didn’t even ask what room number or any identification. She just took my old key and give me a new one and then I asked her about the pot smell and she said for me to google it and it was bad. We will not stay there again.

Nice place, but if want to improve and earn my repeat business, consider the following: add local channels on the tv. No way to see news and weather without it. Add soda and snack vending machines. The selection on the lobby is far too limited. Provide a free breakfast, even if you need to increase prices. Your competition excels here. Thanks.

When we arrived at our room at 9:30 at night ready to get ready for bed but our room reeked of weed smell. We had to go down to front desk and she had to get an air purifier to clean the air for 30 minutes while we waited in the lobby. The room was clean besides that. The front desk lady was nice.

However, upon getting back to the room there were no towels, only the wet towels. I was NOT happy about that. So early the next morning I called down and the guy who answered brought them up after I explained what happened.

Glad we brought extra pillows because theirs were flat. Would love to see some recycling options as a means to reduce trash.

Got here late in evening. Easy and friendly check in made for a good end of the day. Room had nice small balcony and surprisingly, a gas powered fire "pit/place" in the room. Nice added touch.

The team waa so nice and accommodating. We had a wonderful trip with family.

Room was not ready for check-in at 4 PM. Ended up leaving and coming back as had reservations elsewhere and had to get ready in the public bathrooms at the hotel. The shower handle was broken and there was a piece of the drain lying to the side of the shower.

The hotel was excellent. We just didn’t enjoy our stay purely due to car show that was in town.

The main issue by booking thru Expedia my benefits/rewards via Hilton Honors awards were disabled, so I did not get my points added to my account for staying nor other benefits.

My room had a view of the roof with empty liquor bottles under the window. The parking was clean and well lit.

Our stay was good. They were pet friendly. The rooms were clean and up to date. The pool was nice and kids liked the slide. My only request would be more options in the pantry for guests. There was not much to choose from. A continental breakfast would have been nice. And if not those additional things, vending machines would have sufficed.

Hotel was amazing, staff was very friendly. My only issue was the room was shown with a whirlpool tub sonwe paid extra to get that room but when we arrived there was no tub. We were informed that after the remodel theybwere all removed but hotels.com has never updated the listing. When i reached out for a partial refund i was told no. Very disappointed in hotels.com for not holding themselves accountable for thier mistake.

It was a great place & a great price.

The room was nice and clean but overall the place could use some updating. There was some wood trim falling off the wall in the bathroom and the balconies were cracked. The bed pillows were horrible. If you have a king size bed, you need more than four standard size, flat pillows on it.

Parking is that included and very convenient, balcony view is great to the pool area, clean overall hotel, you’ve got to pay for breakfast but staff in breakfast area and front desk are not so great. Outdoor pool is open until 11 pm which is so annoying when kids are still out there playing and screaming late night!

There weren't many shops or places to eat right nearby, but they did have transportation that you could jump on at a low cost. Getting to the airport to and from is just an experience.So be ready. There are no shuttles, only uber or limousine. There's just a few places to eat that you can walk to. The bed was extremely uncomfortable here, the room wasn't very well cleaned.Blinds were broken and shampoo was out... Also a stink bug in my room. Most of these things are easily solved by a call to the front desk.But I expect more from a hilton hotel. It's very quiet here, not much going on.If that's your thing.

Such a nice facility. I would definitely go back if possible. Beautiful indoor and outdoor pools and a hot tub. The scenery is beautiful surrounded by mountains. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Great Price for a Great Suite!

Everyone that worked there was so hospitable and sweet. The entire place was sparkling (very clean!) it even smelled clean! The rooms were very spacious & clean!! We had room 425. It was beautiful! The beds were clean and comfortable. Had several places to plug in electronic devices. Even had an electric fireplace!! Gorgeous touches everywhere! They have a microwave, fridge and keurig coffee! The bathroom was large too! It had a glass door shower, also had a hair drier… complimentary soap, makeup wipes, lotion, shampoo and conditioner. Oh! We also had a balcony to see the street. There was WiFi.. it was ok, but I didn’t really need it. There was a huge flat screen tv too. The lobby was massive! Which included a small area that sold drinks, alcoholic beverages, salads, yogurt, sandwiches, and fruit with cheeses. Towards the left there was a restaurant/ bar area. In the morning they have a wonderfully made breakfast. Which included fruit, toast, bagels, juices, coffee, yogurt with granola/honey and berries, omelets, potatoes, waffles and pancakes, bacon and sausage. The 3 egg omelets are DELICIOUS! It included 3 eggs , cheese, ham, sausage, bacon, spinach, onion, peppers,… mmmmm!!! The cooks and cook manager definitely know how to cook!! In the evening they serve food. It’s not a real extensive menu, but what they have is very good. Also, include beer, wine and margaritas. Outdoors is beautifully done. Plenty of seating in the back. With 2 fire pits. Which was a great touch!

My breakfast scrambled eggs cooked to order were served cold. The staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful.

The staff lied to me several times and was extremely rude, including the General Manager.

The room was bigger than I ever imagined! We had the PERFECT view from our balcony which faced towards the BEAUTIFUL cross directly in the middle of the mountain!!! I would stay here again!!!

The staff at this hotel were all very friendly. It was located within walking distance to a lot of places to eat and entertainment. The breakfast in the hotel was reasonably priced and the food was good.

There were lots of people waiting to check in and they did not let anyone check in before 4:00, so right at 4 everyone was checking in at the same time. We stayed 4 nights and not once did housekeeping stop by. There were several dogs on our floor, some that constantly barked. Why do they not have a designated pet floor so everyone else doesnt have to deal with the barking. You can also hear a lot of street noise in the rooms. They have a restaurant onsite but couldnt tell you what they offer because there are no menus anywhere, not even in the rooms or by the restaurant. They do have nice pool areas. Overall I probably wouldnt stay here again in comparison to other hotels Ive stayed at that are cheaper and better.

This hotel and the staff here are amazingly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The buildings and rooms are spacious, new, and tastefully decorated. Having a on-site food resource for breakfast and supper was a great resource with tasty food and great prices. We stayed here 2 nights and everything was wonderful.

I had the room with 1 king size bed, fire place and balcony. The room was nice, specious and clean, the bathroom was a nice size and clean. It was newly renovated and I loved they have vinyl wood floors instead of carpet. Make sure you choose breakfast included it is not free anymore. The lobby was very pretty decorated , the breakfast bar chef was super nice and the food tasted delicious specially his home potatoes. Overall the staff was great. They also have an inside pool and outside pool they are both very well maintained, lots of patio furniture. The area was awesome, we didn’t use are car at all, we walked to restaurants and took the trolley when we wanted to go further. So much fun things to do in that area. The last they we rode the Lost mine roller coaster which it was less than a block away.

Planned on eating breakfast at hotel until we discovered that the cook had a beard practically down to his waist without a hair net.

Great place to stay. We had several rooms as we were in town for a family wedding. Nice outdoor space and pool. Convenient location.

It’s as advertised my location is good views are of the smokies are solid your next to food and shopping options and the hotel is good god the price my only complaint is that the WIFI is bad other than that staff is and service is great.

I liked the proximity to restaurants but didn’t like that there was no access to the stairs from outside.

Took my 83 year old Mom, niece boyfriend and their 8 year old daughter. We all love it, they loved the pool and the cool slide, my mom loved the quiet room with really comfortable beds..We would stay again, really enjoyed the location, close to everything... We also found the staff friendly and helpful!

The front desk staff was so nice and even switched our room so we would have a better view. We had a suite which worked great for us and our three little kids. The room was set up well and was spacious. It was a great stay.

Exceptional stay

I booked this property because the pictures showed a business center and breakfast. When I arrived, I found out that there was no longer a business center and that they charged for breakfast. Not happy with this selection.

Staff was friendly and courteous, enjoyed the morning breakfast offerings as well as dinner offerings. Over all stay and experience was great.

The hotel was in a great location and the amenities were excellent! We will be back
