The desk clerks was not very friendly! The carpet in the room was not very clean, found cheese balls on the floor near the bed. Sheets and bedding were clean but elastic was worn out in fitted sheet,

Property was in a great location. Close to everything but tucked away from the noise and traffic. Front desk was courteous and helpful, asked for more towels and pillows, the response was fast and friendly. This has become hotel of choice for our Dollywood visits.

The place itself was clean..and not an issue pretty good location. I paid for the room thru booking on the 14th and they said I had not paid and charged my card again when I had the paid receipt in hand. Plus a fee that will be refunded once the room is checked. The staff wasn’t really rude just overworked one person on a busy week is not enough there.

Convenient to all the places we wanted to visit! Will recommend and stay here again next year

Breakfast area was clean and neat with decent coffee.

Bed was uncomfortable!!! Very disappointed with the bed…. I usually stay at the Marriott because of the beds are very good. This one wasn’t good at all. I had to get a massage the next day because my sleep was not comfortable.

The mountain view was breathtaking, and the parking situation was convenient and secure. Our stay was enjoyable overall. However, the king-size bed featured a mattress that was in need of replacement, as one side sinks down to the springs. Addressing this issue would greatly enhance the comfort of the stay.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Breakfast was mediocre with limited options so we ate out every morning after the first day. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The beds were not very good. They were uncomfortable. The breakfast was okay. When they ran out of food even if it was during their breakfast times they were out.

Rooms were clean and staff were great. We stayed for a volleyball tournament and it snowed 6 inches overnight. They had people shoveling the parking lot and asking eceryone if they neededneed

Under extreme adverse winter weather conditions, the staff was very welcoming and eager to ensure our stay was good. The property is newer and our room spotless.

Breakfast was cold, dried up sausages, no caffeinated coffee. RUDE manager… dressed like she should have been laying on her cough at home. Rather than trying to make the awful breakfast right, she just wanted to argue.

We had a great experience at Fairfield Marriott in another state in the past, so we decided to return. However, this time we were disappointed to find a blood stain on a mattress pad. The front desk offered to move us to a new room, but we could sense her frustration. They seemed a bit unfriendly.

The person on duty gave us our room number and she. We got up to the room door was open and lights on went back down to front desk she said that is your room and to go on it went back up went in all doors were open on everything in there we try to shut the door the lock is stuck out we try to get it to go in but will not we could not shut the door closed went back to front desk try to explain this and keeps interrupting saying just hold the door key on the pad and lift the handle that will release the lock once again we go back up and that doesn’t work either the door handle just jiggles we once again go back to front desk try to tell her again she just keeps interrupting saying well it’s blinking red and green it must be the card. At that point I ask for the manager she says there is not one on duty. I ask to switch rooms at this point it has been a 30 minute process of going up and down to 2 nd floor with all of our luggage with no results and finally says fine I will switch you. We even took a video to show her what the door was doing. Very poor front desk assistant acne. My group was three women . Not professional and first impression she leaves us with is the hotel does not really care about their guest

The hotel was very clean. And the staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable but honestly we're still trying to figure out why the bed and the toilet were so low. We've stayed in hundreds of hotels and this was the lowest either had ever been. My husband is 6'4 and he had hard time with both.

We had an overall good stay. The hotel is fairly new and very modern. My only complaint would be that the bed was not comfortable at all. I did not bring it to their attention until I was leaving. The first night was ok but then we suffered through the next two nights of our stay. Had I told them they may have switched our room but I didn’t want to bother.

Everything was perfect from the greeter at the desk to the comfortable, roomy room to the delicious breakfast selections and the lovely evening outdoor fireplace. We think it is our choice from now on in Pigeon Forge!

Room was clean! Staff was friendly. Breakfast wasn’t great but just a basic hotel breakfast so it was fine! The slide is no longer at the pool so my kids were disappointed about that

I’m a stickler for cleanliness but I think some of the things we had would bother those who aren’t sticklers too. We had a string or floss left on our floor from a pervious guest (I didn’t pick it up to investigate). There was a stain that looked like it could be blood and foot prints on the headboard. I used disinfecting wipes I had to wipe it and they came right off so it just wasn’t cleaned. There were chips in the shower floor and mold and mildew on the shower wall ( see pictures) and in the grout along the base of the shower. Our tv didn’t work properly and actually didn’t turn off when wanted to go to bed. To their credit staff were responsive to this and were able to call someone for help to get it fixed. The new lady at check in was probably the best thing about our stay. She was super kind and welcoming! Our room was also on the first floor and quiet. Overall not the level of quality I expected.

The hotel served the purpose of our visit... clean, safe area and good location. The check-in staff was awesome. We booked the king with the couch bed. The couch bed mattress was EXTREMELY thin. I barely weigh 100lbs and I felt every spring and lump. I didn't get much sleep the first night. I reported it to the clerk at the time and she was nonchalant and very sarcastic. She said there were no more rooms and she informed her manager so her job was done. No problem solving skills whatsoever! I asked for 3 more thick blankets and slept on top of them the second night. That allowed me to get enough sleep the second night to drive home today. Although I frequently find a Fairfield hotel for my travels, I think it's time to switch to something else. The breakfast was awful also. After my workout (only one functioning treadmill) I arrived to breakout with 30 minutes to spare. Two of the three hot meal trays were empty. After the host passed us twice, I asked were more food coming out. That's when she filled one of the trays with eggs. One crossiant sandwich was placed in the third one. Usually this is my go to hotel but it will be my last. Hope this help someone!

Really enjoyed sitting out by the fireplace in the evening after Dollywood and Cades Cove.

Hotel itself was nice but house keeping was every other day and never cleaned floors or sink no tissue or hand soap replaced. Check in had supplies handy, BUT!!!

It was good. Breakfast wasn’t the best but the room was clean. They have removed the slide from the pool and the mushroom was broke in the pool.

It was a very nice stay and the staff were so friendly. When my niece was ready to go home and cut our trip short they understood and were very nice about it.

The view was supposed to be a Mountain View, but it was a view of the arched carport canopy over the front entrance. It felt like a basement room! Probably will not stay here again, not chancing getting one of the blocked views a second time!! See photo below.

My wife, 2 kids, and I stayed at the Fairfield and it was a great experience! The location is perfect and you’re never far from things to do. Staff was friendly, the nicest person working there was the young lady who checked us in on the evening of the 19th. When we make our next trip to Tennessee we will be staying here again. Our room was super clean and comfortable as well!

Enjoyed our short get away. The hotel was very nice and clean. Staff very friendly. Enjoyed the fire pit in the evening and the inside fireplace. Wished that the hot tub and pool would have been open to enjoy. Breakfast in the morning was great and they had the best linked sausage! We will be back to see more of the area!

We were re-booked at the hotel after checking into Vista Suites next door, which was total a mess. No breakfast, rooms were nasty and dirty, would not sleep on their beds due to stains all over them. Rooms were nasty place was under construction.

I would stay again. Nice lounge areas, nice breakfast area, room was very nice with two TVs, nice leather sofa and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful and coffee anytime. Aldo we had a microwave and refrigerator in our room. Not much of a view due to construction next door.

The Hotel is in a perfect location. The King room with the separate living room was awesome. Two minor complaints are the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired and you can't hook up your Roku to the TV. I would definitely stay again.

It was nice to have breakfast provided in the morning but the coffee was horrible. They need a different type. Was looking forward to a good cup and i was very disappointed.

We were put on ground floor next to the pool with quite a noisy group of guests who were in the pool almost all time. Breakfast - theybran out of oatmeal by8:45 am when the bf was to be opened ti 9:30 am - that was strange.

Bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash were not filled before our stay. Too hard to get back to lobby to get more.

Had a noise problem the first night they moved us to another room the next day which solved the problem.

I disliked the bed/mattress. It was kind of hard and I woke up with a backache every morning. I disliked that double queen rooms did not have walk-in showers.

The only thing i didnt like was what the staff was cleaning with. It was a pine smell and I get an instant headache with the smell of pine. Can't they change to a lemon smell or something else all together.

I was extremely disappointed to learn upon arrival the two king rooms I reserved were not available. I was told “Expedia” contacted the property to request double rooms. This was a surprise, and it definitely dampen our trip. I will acknowledge the person at the front desk upon check-in was very pleasant, and the property did provide a small discount for one of the rooms for the inconvenience. However, my husband and I and my parents would have preferred the rooms we reserved.

Very convenient. Lobby was pretty. Had an outside fire table with chairs.Rooms were clean with small frig, microwave and coffee pot. Breakfast was awesome. All the staff were so nice. Recommend to anyone!

The hot tub was out of order and it wasn’t posted on the website. I wouldn’t have stayed at this hotel if I would have known. Room was clean. Light on side of bed didn’t work. A/C was set in 66 it would only get to 68.

Great place to stay w family. Clean, close to all attractions without being on the main loud busy road. Friendly staff. Updated and new amenities. Standard breakfast but open until 10am, a plus for later sleepers. Would stay here again.

Great location in Pigeon Forge and the property was clean along with a nice staff. Jacuzzi not working and the pool was cold.

This hotel was very nice and near where we needed to be. The shower was very large and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I would stay again at this location in the future.

We continue to stay here time after time. So clean and the staff are so friendly. The pool is very nice and my family really enjoyed it. The breakfast is great. A couple more waffle makers would be nice when they are near capacity. But overall we will always stay here. A little more pricey than the surrounding area but it’s worth it to me for the cleanliness.

1. When we arrived around 6pm there was no one working the front desk so we waited for 10 mins before saying HELLO? to see if anyone was on shift. Finally went behind the counter to find the only person working was sitting and eating while a line had developed at the front desk. Yes, people need to eat, just seemed odd that no one was at the front desk. 2. When I made our reservation there were photos of queen rooms with sofas under the exact room type I reserved, so I requested a room with a sofa. When we got to our room there was no sofa which I decided not to ask about because of the line at the front desk. The second day of our stay I received an email response to my request saying the standard queen rooms don't have sofas. This is fine, but then why is there a photo of a queen room with a sofa under the queen room I reserved? 3. The next day of our stay our room wasn't cleaned so I called the front desk and was told housekeeping was on their lunch break and would clean our room in the afternoon, which never happened. Our room wasn't cleaned the second day either so I called the front desk again and was told their policy is to clean every 3 days. I was surprised that I wasn't told this upon check in. Our room was not cleaned for our entire stay. We were able to request extra towels but trash cans overflow quickly when rooms don't get cleaned. Just surprised about the lack of clarity around these issues.

It's always a great stay on Teaster lane!! The staff is friendly, breakfast was pleasant. Good conversation. Who could ask for more?
