The staff was scattered brand and did not give a remote to the rooms tv upon check in , had to go back down and get one . The room was not very clean and had a bad chemical smell . The elevator was out of service and I am disabled and had to walk up the stairs to the 3rd floor .

The place is very cute and well maintained considering the other things that I mentioned. It could be so much better if they updated a few things.

For the price and the cool looking tub it’s definitely worth it.

Staff were friendly and cleaning staff were great and rooms were very clean. My room was in disrepair: sockets and hooks pulled off walls, no where to hang any clothes (a rail that was unattached and non hangers). A microwave but no way to make coffee, despite it saying coffee making facilities. Room smelled. Pool was not clean.

There are many bugs in room 305. Just one night my body is fulled of bug bite. I showed them that, look like they dont care about me.

Bathroom was dirty. Found hair on the towels. Toilet was not clean and had visible stains (fecal matter). No soap for handwashing.

I paid $200 for the room, and unfortunately the experience did not match the price at all. The room was extremely small, far below what would be considered acceptable for this rate. Additionally, the bed sheet was very thin and in poor condition. It even had visible cigarette burn holes, which is unacceptable and unhygienic. This gave a very bad impression and made my stay uncomfortable. For the amount charged, I expected much better standards in terms of room size, cleanliness, and overall quality. I would appreciate an explanation and a resolution for this issue, such as a partial refund or compensation.

stayed here a bunch of times, to me its always 5 stars, the cleaners usually drop hairs or leave little dirt in the tub but we rinse it before we use it, staff could do that themselves but its okay, great price for what you get, however it was concerning the room we stayed in didnt have a restroom door but when we left we did see the door (we assumed was ours) sitting broken in the hall, but we thought it was funny

Staff was great. Room was not clean. Changes the bedding because there were long black hairs all over the sheets and mattress cover only to find the room had bedbugs. We didn’t stay the second big by and didn’t sleep the first night . Would love to find a refund at least for the second night.

We have stayed at this place twice now. We always request nonsmoking because I can’t stand the smell and suffer from migraines so the smell of cigarets is a no for me. Our room was nonsmoking but smelled like someone was chain smoking in there. The room, and the bathroom both had a strong odor of it. I had to spray our room with a mister I had to try to cover the odor. Also the AC didn’t seem to be working very well. However the staff is great, very friendly and helpful. They have no pool here.

The motel is a very standard motel. Don’t try to go in the lobby however, it will be locked. You can only check in through a window on the side. If you’re handicapped make sure you get a first floor room as their elevators don’t work and when asked if they would be working soon, the cleaning staff laughed.. so it’s been an issue for a while it appears. The rooms don’t have curtains.. they have shades. The shades do not offer much privacy for room as you can see out of them when closed. The room itself was alright. Had a refrigerator and microwave small tv and a standing shower. The guests at this motel during my visit were fighting in the stairwell arguing in hallways slamming doors at 4 AM.. and the hot tub that is advertised is non existent. The pool has no Lou he chairs just a few chairs to sit in. I wouldn’t recommend staying here to family or friends and I won’t be returning to this location.

Loved the place

There was screaming and arguing almost the whole time by another guest. Trying to change rooms took almost twelve hours (and two attempts), and the rooms tended to either have graffiti, electrical problems, or both. I ended up just leaving and forfeiting most of the money.

The room was fine. Mattresses are super firm. Almost like you're sleeping on the floor. Towels are all stained, even when you get "clean" ones. Room itself was pretty clean.

This was our 2time that we were gonna stay there that’s why I booked again cuz our first time staying was wonderful very clean everything looked nice but this 2nd time I couldn’t believe it the room we got had a smell the sheets were dirty they had hair almost all the bed did the pillow cover they didn’t change it they were dirty the outlet were broken the smoke detector was broken it was a disappointment that I will not go back. I didn’t go tell the front desk and he did apologize and said he will send someone to clean it I told him we just wanted a refund and he did that part we didn’t had any problems

This was by far one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve had. The room had a strong odor of marijuana the television was non functional and there were flies throughout the room. Although I was moved to a different room the conditions remained the same. Regrettably, I was unable to obtain a refund and had no choice but to stay. Having already paid in advance. I would not recommend this hotel.

The front desk clerk was very nice. Very helpful in making sure i had a lower floor room due to my disability. The housekeeper was so super sweet and making sure i had everything i needed!

honestly, you get what you paid for. the bed was very firm, but i woke up with no back pain. i just stayed for the night and the place was very quiet so it wasn’t too bad. if you care about cleanliness definitely skip this place, but i had stuff to clean and protect myself so it wasn’t really a problem. staff was nice too

The wifi is the worst I have ever experienced. Would shut off and turn on literally every 2 minutes. So if you NEED wifi, this is not the place for you. Bed was very firm, but I need a firm bed so for me it was perfect. HUGE room. More outlets than necessary but better than not enough. Great water pressure and hot water. Very friendly staff. Elevator didn't work Saturday night. Phone doesn't work in the room so I had to call from my cell phone. By the time we checked out early Sunday morning, it was working again. Pool only open until 6 p.m. so we weren't able to use the pool. Booked here to relax in hot tub after walking all day and never got to use it. Vending machines and ice machine were inoperable so that was frustrating. Large room fridge and a microwave in the room was helpful. Some wear and tear throughout but more important that it is clean than new, which it was. A bit high of a price point for very little offering but as long as you know what to expect, it was fine. Also, there are not dressers for unpacking. It had a one person couch/chair, and a desk with chair

The advertisement was very off, I booked because it looked like I was booking a room with jacuzzi (false advertising) you have to read very very carefullly and closely. The towels where so thin and off white they need better looking towels, no internet, the front door had a big bottom gap like a big bug can come in or air can get in or out easily no privacy sound ( I wasn’t happy but was too tired to look for another place)

Idk where to start.... The 10plus yr old towels that looked and felt like shop towels, or the water damage on the bathroom door, paint chipping from the bathroom walls, tub was clogged, sink was clogged, bedding had evidence of bedbugs in the past. Overrall disaster.

This place was nice and clean the only issue I had was the parking, the parking spaces are very limited and get full fast.

Love the space of the room but it needs hangers and the jacuzzi faucet handle came off , so had to be careful opening up the faucet. Other than that place is awesome… definitely would come back.

Needed a place to stay for NYE . It said it had an 8+ rating and I’m not even quite sure how that’s possible. First room we checked into reeked like cigarette and beds looked dirty and old. We changed rooms and the places was just dirty . Restroom paint was coming off baseboards and walls and doors were dirty it definely just looks like the place gets vacuumed and beds just get done. I felt very limited to find a stay anywhere else considering it was NYE . We decided to just go buy blankets so we can sleep on top of the hotel blankets. Then after coming back to our room had a bunch of weirdos roaming the hallways knocking in room doors as if they needed to buy drugs or something it was so scary and it’s a 3 floor place and elevators did not work. Was not happy at all. And would not stay there again. Trust me look somehere else.

The room was clean however it was probably the lowest level of comfort I’ve ever experienced. There was not even a closet in the room! I hung my clothes on a lamp. Good thing I had my own hanger. The hairdryer was inoperable. No wonder the price was so low!

It's a place to sleep. If you're a clean freak I'd skip this one. I was a paranoid patty the second I walked through the doors. Also you practically have to be a linebacker to even open the door. If you're down with the sketchiness this is that place for you my guy.

Nice room, plenty of space. Headboard had its own lil light which I loved, used it as a nightlight for toddlers. Elevator was turned off though. Carrying 2 kids with carseats up to the 3rd floor wasn't fun, overall nice stay.

I actually really liked this property. Was missing a phone in my room and the couch was not there, although the corner was in place, and I wish there was an elevator, but overall the owner has a really great building with a lot of potential to be really great. Please stay affordable though :D

I’ve stayed here many times in the spa rooms, never had a problem. Staff is always great and understanding. I never hear noise. Room is pretty clean. Many towels. Comfy bed. Hot spa. I’ve heard there are roaches & i never experienced any until this stay, but it wasn’t until we we were leaving, there was one floating in the tub. I will still stay here & recommend this hotel to others.

A clean hotel with good AC, clean bed and fridge. Bathroom had zero problems. No snack machine but they did have a soda and ice machine that was a tad slow on creating ice right next to the elevator that my girlfriend is still waiting on. 😁. Overall a great stay and only a 45 second walk to food and coffee shops. Thanks guys!

The main hotel we use was still like an hour and a half away. This place didn’t have a lot of people walking around at 12 at night. I would stay here again.
