Location is perfect, friendly and helpful staff

Parking is on the street, far from the hotel. Very dangerous due to traffic. The room door doesn't open properly. When we told the employee, he came and told us to push it. The air conditioning doesn't work. We were told that they only turn on the heat in October. They suggested we sleep with the window open. It's impossible to sleep because of the noise of cars and motorcycles all night. The shower doesn't have a soap holder. You have to constantly open it to put shampoo on the sink. The sink was clogged. The TV is extremely small. If you turn on the subtitles, you can barely read them. We didn't make it to the end. We looked for another hotel and left. We took photos to document that this place doesn't even meet the two-star standard. We felt cheated and ripped off.

Great staff. Extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was great and exceeded expectations. Best of all was the ideal location for exploring Sorrento and Amalfi coast. Zero complaints

The stuff is wonderful and very helpful especially Samantha. The rooms with the view are a must book for a relaxing every day morning. The only thing I didn't like is that the location is a bit far from the center, and I have to at least 2 buses to reach any destination. However, the hotel is surrounded by delightful restaurant.

Overall it was nice, breakfast was good They say they have parking, but in reality it's 200m away by the side of the road

Very clean, great cook that was making lunches and dinners (prices are very affordable). Shuttle to Sorrento. Stuff is helpful, gave us parking place on terrace. Hope hotel will organise pool, cause they have the rooftop available. 10min by car to Sorrento. Quite to sleep, garden and partly sea view. No parking around. Narrow roads ??

The location The bathrooms are very small for a tall person. Would have liked a breakfast of any kind at a restaurant or cafe to enjoy the beautiful views. I did not want to have to prepare breakfast myself. Even a coffee and croissant not in the room.

Spacious enough room and bathroom, all necessary amenities, good bathroom, quiet neighborhood, easy check-in, good communication, easy to find Some dust floor in the bedroom, breakfast could be better, coffee machine was dirty and had an old coffee pack stuck in the coffee maker

The view from the terrace is very nice, and the stuff is very helpful În the room you can really hear every external sound, is like trying to sleep on the street directly....the sound of the motorcycles and cars didn't let me sleep until @ 1am in the bathroom you have no ventilation and you can also hear every sound made by other ppl in other rooms or on the hallway, it's terrible

Nice view from the hills. The street noise in the room was to loud for me. Bathroom was not very clean, hairs at the wall, Calcified.

Everything!! The people are super nice, attentive. The location is perfect, it has a bus stop right by it (15 mts distance) that goes in both directions, Amalfi and Positano and Sorrento on the other side. The breakfast is delicious, all the spaces are beautiful and the room is very comfortable. Nothing! Everything was perfect.
