I was unsafe at this property people hanging all outside so I didn’t feel comfortable with my key. Also not to mention someone starting banging on my door earlier in the morning or late at night. It knocked a screw out the bolt on the door and I definitely don’t feel safe. Has holes on the top of the roof and so much bordered up walls. People sitting on steps that’s not even staying there don’t makes it hard to exit. Room had a big hole in the bathroom door so I could barely shut it and then the biggest cockroach came out the tub.

Bring protection going here not family friendly. Rooms smell like cigarettes, burn holes on the floor, Mold in the bathroom. Towels and bedding had homes and stains in them, I would never stay here again, horrible and not safe.

The room was clean Í requested a handicap room and I wasn't giving it when I asked him about it at front desk he told me that I could sit down and wait and we could see if another room came up so I decided just to go ahead and keep the room that it was given which was on the second floor and made it hard for me to get up there because I have a walker and I'm handicapped but once I got up there was it was good the room was clean the main problem I want to say was all the debris and trash that later the stairways got caught in my feet and Walker and made it difficult to get up the stairs there was quite a bit of trash outside on the ground in the parking lot in the stairways and the hallway so led to the rooms and I probably should have did more research on the motel myself because it seemed to be in pretty bad neighborhood but other than that it was good

0 stars if it was possible. The pictures say it all….meth pipe left in a drawer, nasty stains on the bedding and pillow cases, wouldn’t walk barefoot on those floors with stains all over. Tried two rooms, and couldn’t do it. It felt so gross and dirty! Front desk blamed the maids, saying they said it was clean. That bar of soap with the hair all over it in the shower drain had been there a while and been used a lot! I don’t even know how this place is open and not condemned! And then the sketchiness of outside the rooms, I wouldn’t want to be there at night, especially because their locks don’t “automatically engage” when you lock the doors (and it feels like it would take little effort for someone to break the door open!

When we first checked in there was no AC in the first room so they moved us three different room that room had no TV and then refused to move us through third room because they claimed we already dirty too after paying $70 some dollars I would never again return to this hotel frankly I feel I deserve a free night somewhere that at least has the amenities and it's clean.

Suggestion. Put a gate around the property so anyone can't just enter the area walkways unless they are staying there. People were hanging out, drinking, and loud noise.

The area is close to where I wanted it to be. The room was very spacious. The laundry facilities were not working seems they haven't been since last October. Therr is no breakfast. Nothing went well from the minute the Uber dropped me off in the parking lot in the middle of a drug deal. As I walked to the lobby, I was solicited by two women. It was my experience that this hotel clearly attracts those who indulge in a lifestyle that most people would find inappropriate, especially families. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had a at a hotel/motel. I was concerned for my safety, and was scared to stay there. When I submitted an email request to the hotel to refund my deposit, I was never contacted. I placed a phone call to Travelodge corporate, and they told me they could not help me regardless of my experience because I booked the hotel through a third party app.

Outside was covered in trash. The lights and landscaping were not maintained at all. They only gave me one towel and one wash cloth. The sheets were stained, the doors were stained and repaired badly. The tub had a huge black stain in it. Cigarette burns everywhere. Drug activity all night long.

No coffee in the lobby and in room had decaf only! BS. Entering the room we heard the toilet running and had to fix it. Smelled like dog urine. The door was broken and the molding was falling off.

Close to places we went too I arrived and my room wasn’t clean. We left during the day everyday we stayed and our room wasn’t cleaned. I requested more trash bags and it took them 1 whole day to get the bags and we had to ask again.

Needs major renovation. Coffee maker in roomer is incomplete and I asked if I could get a coffee the front desk said no they didn’t have any. Then when I said the coffee maker was incomplete miraculously they could get some coffee. I would call it shady at best because the door jams were split so we got another room and you could see that door has been repaired. Didn’t feel safe. They also wanted a $50.00 deposit when we door there.

The air conditioner worked awesome and the counter staff was very friendly and helpful. The property itself could use some upgrades especially the door, the security latch didn't work which prompted me to put the nightstand and a chair and my suitcase against the door for security. The hallways were very dark which made it feel unsafe walking to and from our room.

This place is a dump!! Homeless people wander around the parking lots, trash everywhere! The clerk could not find the time to help us locate our room. The room was filthy!! Mold in the shower, pubic hair on the bathroom floor, carpets not vaccumed, closet doors falling apart, looks like someone threw an egg on the wall and it was never cleaned up, holes in the sheets, stained sheets and lastly... boogers on the bathroom walls. There was a fire that broke out and the fire alarms did not go off. Three rooms were destroyed in the fire. That night they cut the power to the building and did not go around to tell people. No power in 90 degree temps in the middle of the night while sleeping....

The property was in horrible condition! The carpets were filthy, broken closet doors, door jam had been pried open on multiple occasions from the looks of the door! The decor was from the late 60’s-early 70’s! There was graffiti all over. The property was dirty! Staff would not answer the phone at the front desk. This is absolutely the worst place we have ever stayed in! There was a coffee pot in the room, but no way to make coffee. Horrible!!!! Do NOT ever stay at this place!!!

I travel for work and have stayed in many hotels and this was by far the worst I have stayed in. When I checked in the desk clerk was pleasant enough, but upon getting to the room I found several discrepancies, First was the TV wouldn't turn on and the remote didn't work, the clerk was able to resolve this issue. The next issue was the phone had no cord so I was unable to contact the desk which would have been nice, this could also be a potential safety concern if an emergency occurred and I was unable to contact the front desk, I asked at least 5 separate times for a cord, I told them I could plug it in myself, I was told every time they would take care of it, it was never taken care of unless ignoring the issue is taking care of it. Also on the safety note there are 2 fire extinguisher holders near the stairwell, one on each level, the problem is the extinguishers are both missing. Another issue I had was the room has a coffee maker but it is missing the tray, so there is no way to use it, when I asked about getting a replacement tray I was told there are none and every room has had it stolen from them. The next issue is when I tried to use the bottom drawer in the dresser it came off and hit me in the foot, which was painful since I didn't have shoes on. Next issue is the tub has the caulking coming off and there looks to be mold as well. Next is the sink had no hot water, the shower had warm water but the sink had only cold

Lamps are falling off the walls with exposed wires ( fire hazards) the bathtub isn’t sealed around the base the table is being held up by the chair there are zero fire extinguishers on the building (major hazard) the lock for the door is held on by silicone and the screws that were used are entirely to big there is holes in the walls the door frame is cracked as if the door was kicked in at one point the floors are disgusting there is writing on the mirror the towels had someone else’s hair all over them. The tv did not work for the first hour and a half the pool is absolutely filthy and freezing cold the customer service is horrendous he tried to charge me without telling me my total he didn’t welcome us he was just on a personal phone call he didn’t give us directions to our room he just said “upstairs” and walked off we had to walk around until we found it.. I would not recommend staying here. In fact I will be calling the city and fire department and requesting an inspection to be done for all the hazards… I want a full refund

We never touched a thing, turned around, and went back to the front desk. The front desk gentleman did not hesitate in giving us an immediate refund on our stay. Unfortunately, because of the short notice on a one week stay, our vacation cost us a couple thousand more than expected to find another room during spring training.

The sink in the bathroom smelled like a sewer. The shower in the bathroom was broken. There was marijuana cigarettes in the room the drawers we could not use because they were full of mold and full of trash. The carpets were not vacuumed. The rooms were terrifying ...we were first put in a room that was insanley dirty then moved to another room with no locking door floors covered in food and other substances the shower not being finished and all of the fixtures including the paintings and light fixtures on the walls were all broken and destroyed...when we asked to cancel the room the front desk agent stated they did while leaving our reservation active. Do not stay here unless you want to be trafficked there are people posted up in front of and next to all the rooms and the staff seems to encourage their presence.

This is a bad hotel. Even at a lower rate it was dirty, carpets were terrible and room (non-smoking) smelled like smoke. Shower was broken and the key stopped working after two hours. Also many different characters in and out of the area all night long. Would not recommend at all.

My room’s dead bolt did not work, the in room coffee pot was missing a brew basket. Pool area was locked up first evening. But the room served its purpose. I used the other latch to secure door and was able to get coffee down by the lobby in morning when I told staff i didn’t have brew basket.

Cheap rate but we found out why upon arrival. The room we were given was filthy especially the floors both carpet and tile in the bathroom area. There were crusty stains on the carpet and the tile needed a good hard scrubbing. The fixtures looked like they were out of the 1970’s. I guess you get what you pay for. Most rates were $200+ at other locations but this one was $160 discounted to $130 and we found out why.

Parking was easy. They had a guard. The room was the most disgusting room. I’ve ever been in big black stain marks all over underneath the bed. Blankets were burnt with cigarettes. Bugs on top of the roof. Filthy windows stunk like a cigarette ashtray. The outside of the area was filthy with Dog fees. Cigarette butts all over the place.

If you really don’t feel safe call Expedia, they always handle things but the property get a 3.5

There was cigarette burns in the linens, curtains and carpet. Our door did not lock properly because the frame of the door was broken, like it had been busted in. Due to our travel plans and how late we got in we did not have a choice but to stay. We slept for a few hours and got back on the road.

This place is gross, I think the cleaning crew got fired during COVID and wasn't replaced. Lights didn't work, had to use the microwave for light when we arrived in the dark. TV didn't work. And the lock on the front door felt like it could be opened with a pencil. Will never stay at another Wyndham.

This place is gross, I think the cleaning crew got fired during COVID and wasn't replaced. Lights didn't work, had to use the microwave for light when we arrived in the dark. TV didn't work. And the lock on the front door felt like it could be opened with a pencil. Will never stay at another Wyndham.

My husband was approach and told him they could show him a better time then I could. Pool was not open on a 80 degree day. Not even the hot tub was open. No breakfast as advertised. This place made us feel we were stay in a drug infested, DIRTY, brothel. I will spread this information to as many ppl as I can. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Room with large hole where someone slammed the door, TV did not have a power cable unable to turn it on. Out side stair way with large very soft area I stepped in it and almost went thru the stair

Room filthy and old, no towels and staff didn’t get any until late at night and had to go to seven rooms before he found any, drugs deal and thugs in the parking area and dangerous people loitering outside at all hours, trash strewn all over the stairwells with human waste on the stairs and pathways, the room door barely locked and had been kicked in and hastily fixed, trash in the floor when we arrived, dog poop everywhere outside unkempt etc etc etc. would rather have slept in our car!

Door wasn’t fully closed you can easily open like one inch just by pushing it out. Carpet was so stain I couldn’t tell if it was a spill of liquid drinks or blood.

Burn marks on beds and tub, blood on pillows, bugs in bed......I did not sleep at all barely wanted to touch anything was absolutely disgusting. Tiles falling apart in shower. U name it, the room had problem.

This place was disgusting. Photos are extremely deceptive. Cigarette holes in sheets, rooms smell of smoke, cats running around outside everywhere, and no remote for the tv. I reserved a suite, they put me in a regular room (disgusting room) then I asked about suite, they gave the room to someone else so they put me in a different room, again disgusting. So I packed up and left. Haven’t received my refund yet.

The 1st room we were given reeked of cigarette smoke and had a broken door. We asked for another room and were gifted a “cleaner” room but it was still quite dingy. The wall, carpets and beds were all stained.

Should have just turned around when I saw our room had a bag of garbage and piles of dog shat in front of it, but after 20 hours on the road, I couldn't. Horrible filthy room. Everything had stains, cigarette burns, other peoples hair and who knows what else on it. Loud a/c, crackheads knocking on your door, sketchy all around. Only one of the lights in the room worked (I assume because they didn't want you to see how gross the room was), coffee maker didn't work, refrigerator froze everything, peeling paint, cracked sink, carpet frayed and so grimy. Sheets made of sawdust and sandpaper, and STAINED. Disability room bars in bathrooms were not in helpful locations with a step in tub and hard to work faucet that you couldn't reach from shower bench. Of the thousands of hotel rooms I have stayed in, and some were less than idea, this was the nastiest place hands down. If I could give a negative score, I would. Don't stay here.

I've tried to call the front desk 4 times now. once last night about 11:30pm, no answer. then twice from the room about midnight to request a different room and to report a broken towel rack left on the microwave to let them know it was there when we got there. the room was filthy and had writing on the mirrors in red letters. The door was not secure and looked to be easily broken into, it made us nervous and we called again about 6am when we were being bothered by someone trying to break into the room. we left immediately and didn't stop til we got out of the area. I tried to call the front desk again about 9:30am, no answer. We didn't get any sleep at all, and was there less than 5 hours. I want to request a full refund due to the unsafe environment this hotel is in and the filthy room, and no safe passage to and from the room. kindly refund me the cost of the room 84.00 and provide a credit and upgrade to a 4 star hotel to another location free of charge for the horrible experience we had. I want to officially report this location as uninhabitable and nobody should stay there! what can you do for me?

The room itself was filthy. The floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long, the bedding had visible stains, and the bathroom was honestly the worst part. Mold in the shower, hair everywhere, and a horrible smell that never went away. I asked for a different room, but they told me they were “fully booked,” even though the parking lot was almost empty. To make things even worse, the door lock felt loose, and the window didn’t close properly. I barely slept because I didn’t feel safe. Save yourself the stress and skip this hotel. It’s not worth the money, no matter how cheap it seems. I checked out early and found somewhere else because I just couldn’t stay another night.

This place is covered with drug abusers and they were outside our hotel fighting and yelling all night. me and my partner did not feel safe at all. there’s trash all over the property and mold in the bathrooms and each room even if non smoking wreaks of cigarettes. Don’t stay here unless you want to feel like a crackhead will bust into your door at any moment.

All I can really say is, go look at your room before you book. It really is worth paying the extra extra for a hotel with a better rating. The people working were very friendly and helpful. But there was a lot of trash in the area and some questionable characters.

honestly the worst hotel stay i have ever had. The room was filthy, rug and furniture was trashed. The room smelled of smoke and mildew. There were bugs in the bath tub. The bathroom walls had open gaps in the drywall and cracks in the tape joints that you could fit your finger into. The property itself is being used for transitional housing by the city of Phoenix, I felt unsafe the whole time i was there, I left after the fist night of a 3 night reservation and tried to get a refund but the hotel refused so I paid for 2 additional nights at another property. First they lead you to believe there are microwaves and refrigerators in the rooms but there wasn't. Most importantly is someone broke a glass outside my door and it took 3 days for them to get it up after I said something and even then there was still broken pieces of glass around. Also, what's up with the running ice machine that doesn't work??? Why is it plugged in and running if it's not making ice? Will not be back!!!

When we walked into the lobby, Indian sitar type music was playing very loudly. The young man behind the deak was nice and attentive. He advised me the hotel had just been re=sold hence the name change. I asked if breakfast was still included - it was not ( one reason why we made the original reservation.). My husband felt the place was run down and checked out the room. He said it smelled like insecticide when we entered. We cancelled our reservation and went to a Holiday Inn Express. Please be sure you update your website to avoid anyone else reserving and having an awful experience.

They say they offer breakfast on Hotel.com but when they don't! When I confronted them they said they were trying to get that changed. Yeah right. Don't stay here. It was disgustingly stinky, also basic maintenance was lacking tub was peeling as it had been unprofessionally painted, large disgusting stains on the floor, deadbolt on the door did not work at all so the door was not at all secure, also large gaps around and underneath the door. If you want to own a hotel at the very least do basic upkeep. I am a previous maintenance manager at a hotel so speaking from experience.

The housekeeper simply did not show up, and they also were the food service people, on the day before Memorial Day. None of them. So the front desk simply said there’s no food today. I actually was fearful every time I walked in and out the door, wondering who or what might be out there.

This place is horrible. I made a wrong assumption by it being in a reputable Wyndham chain, but that was definitely not the case. The front desk area was dirty with pieces of blinds and the walls falling. The room was disgusting. Stains on the walls and even the light shades. Pieces missing from the bottom of the bathtub, mysterious stains that look like blood on the wall. Door didnt close correctly. Fridge wouldnt stay closed because the seal was broken. Do not stay here. I stayed for a bit and then left to finish the night off in a better hotel. As I left, drug deals and shady people surrounded thr parking lot.

First room had the ceiling falling into the tub from a sever water leak that was still dripping into the tub. The next room also had water damage in the ceiling over the tub but the drywall for now is still intact.

Pool area was good. Some random yellow tape in some areas. Free breakfast was only waffle, eggs and bread. A lot of cigarette butts on the ground.

The property and room litterally stunk. Every wall, piece of furniture, stairwell, was in disrepair or dirty. What appeaared to be drug dealers and users everywhere. Only good thing I can say is that the room had good water pressure.

This was definitely not one of my best stays the place was not keeped up the cleanliness or lack off was crazy. I did not feel very safe at all. The AC did not work in our room the front door had a huge gap on the bottom. Will not be recommending or staying here again.

Got to the hotel and it was closed. It was being used as a half way/transitional housing. Had to scramble to find lodging at the last minute! Our reservations were made less than a month ago, so quite sure this should not have been a viable reservation option. Terribly unhappy!!!

11/01/23 The place is actually a homeless shelter, for some reason I was able to book my stay, at arrival there was no one to talk to but the police and security, they were the ones that told me that place is an actual homeless shelter for now

I am shocked. I trust names like "Wyndam," and "La Quinta." That trust is why I booked this room and paid this much money. The property is dilapidated and the room is filthy. The carpet is gross. The bathroom floor hasn't even been mopped. The sheets are mysty and the pilloes lumpy.

I had a suite of two rooms. The upholstery on the couch was ripped. Drapery was ripped. One of the deadbolts did not work. The rug badly needed a cleaning, and had not been vacuumed well (I found two pieces of broken glass). The pool area was clean and well-kept. Staff was friendly. Guards patrolled the parking lot at night. Breakfast was adequate. I will not return to this property.

It’s an old motel that was clearly great in it’s time, maybe 15 years ago. Today it’s a super budget with the bad smells of people renting rooms for drug use. I guess so long to sub 100$/night rates in Phoenix in October for nice place.

A/C is noisy, we can not sleep.

I left shortly after checking in to this La Quinta. It is horrible. The exterior is poorly maintained. The room was not clean and not close to the pictures online. When I checked out the pool/hot tub area there were used condoms laying around. I was disgusted, checked out, and I had to get other accommodations.

The property was not clean and lots of drug paraphernalia and random people hanging around the whole property. Doors were knocked on at very early hours by other random people. Trash was piled up in stairwells and overfilled trash cans.

To be honest I didn’t like anything about the hotels it was nothing like it said online. The room was pretty dirty and i didn’t sleep all night because so many homeless people around making noises. I don’t recommend this hotel for anyone.

The neighborhood was really shady, didn’t feel safe

Had to change room for in closet to office but then saw a man looking into my and other vehicles and trying to open the doors I checked out and requested a refund and manager was courteous and did credit my refund to my credit card

My Daughter and son-in-law had to sleep in the same room as my jusband and I becauce the room 130 tjat was assigned to them smelled like cat urine and there were damp spots on the carpet floor. My daughhter has breathing problems and odor made it impossoble for them to sleep in the room. We were forced to share pur room with them giving all four of us a mostly sleepless night. I have not heard whether any adjustment has been made to my payment from the manager as yet. Thank you.

The room is not quite clean and the food is just okay.

First room I was given the door did not close properly. Got another one and while in that room someone tried 3 times to barge in. Scary experience.

Thank you for saving our weekend. We checked into a different hotel that was horrible!! It was so bad we started looking for another place to stay. I went to hotels.com and found this place. The price was great and it wasn't too far away. The process of booking La Quinta was quick and convenient. Thank you.

The rate is fine when you go online but for the price I paid there on some days are not worth it at all. Tonight is my last night staying because I get nothing in return and I have been there almost a month paying close to 100.00 every night for a room that is dirty with old blood stains on the wall and a faucet that leaks every time you cut the water on. The electricity goes off and it could be two days or longer before it comes back on. You guys used to keep your places nice and I guess that's why I stayed thinking that I might get lucky and get a nice room. But when you have staff directing you to what they think your worth you go through what I did.

Very quiet and very friendly staff, room was beautiful with accommodation but bathtub was very dirty and room had very musty smell and carpet was very sticky, I couldn’t walk bare feet, that was not what I expected but shopping was close by and the reason I went there the purpose of my trip was just few miles away so it wasn’t too bad

This used to be a good place but now it’s full of drug addicts, it’s dirty this place needs a make over.

The staff were nice. The room had carpeting that was filthy like it had not been cleaned ever. It was sticky. The bath tub had dirt rings. The toilet paper holder was loose and coming out of the wall. No electrical outlets . They were behind the furniture.. shady characters hanging around outside our room . We felt unsafe. I usually have a good stay at La Quinta but did not this time. Woul not recommend this particular one.

The hotel was reasonably clean and well-maintained the beds were okay. The rooms are clean but with some minor aging issues.

This place has gone downhill quickly a lot of drug users especially in building C doing dope in the stairwells. Front desk staff is still pretty good.

Smelled like a bar and cigarette, walked in and roaches running thr room we walked right out very disappointed

Property layout and amenities were very good. Easy access from I-17. Staff was helpful, especially when my reservation was messed up in the computer system--gave me a free upgrade for my troubles. My lower rating is due to the fact that the property is clearly in need of some updating and refurbishing.

It's priced a little high for what you get.

All the Acs in the room’s don’t blow hard

The front desk canceled my reservation due to an oversight on the dates didn’t tell me til this morning so I had to rebook my stay poor customer service I have to work with hotels .com to get a refund

Downstairs room because I had just had knee replacement. The staff told me they would give me a downstairs room when I came back after my job when I got back they had no downstairs room had to come back to the front desk because my keys didn’t work and in the morning when I went to read that was a homeless person sleeping right outside my door, horrible.

This place needs to be closed down

Pet friendly and convenient location. Pretty clean just more attention to detail.

I have stayed at other LaQuinta's and have usually found them to be in significantly better condition. The property itself seems dated and not well maintained. The room itself was clean enough, but the condition just takes away from the overall stay. The staff was nice enough.

There are random people walking around at night and there's definitely drug use going on there. All you have to do is look down you'll see a lot of straws and burnt foil. Price should be 65 dollars MAX! There's restaurants about 5 minutes from the hotel and there's a 7/11 nextdoor. I was only there cause my AC went out and needed a cheap place quick.
