    First of all, top-notch, lovely staff. They are this hotel’s best asset. Aside from that, this is a property in which the pictures look much better than the actual property. Our room smelled like human urine. Normally, I would not deal with such a room, but we were extremely tired and needed to attempt to get a few hours of sleep. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and a large cobweb in the room. Generally, everything in the room is very old and on the verge of falling apart. The breakfast was unsatisfying, had few offerings, and the area was generally dirty. This hotel deepened my appreciation for other hotels in which you can tell the corporation has more concern for their reputation.

    We didn't really use anything because of the thought of finding a roach. This place needs alot of attention, cleaniness wasn't how we expected. Alot of human nails and hair were present, it was just an awful experience. Never staying at this place again!

    Overall the hotel needs an update and a good deep cleaning. There’s definitely a lingering cigarette smell in Building 2. The room was ok. Queen bed with a pullout sofa. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and oddly stained. Needless to say we didn’t sleep on it. The room had a small fridge, stove, clean dishes, and silverware. Grab and go breakfast was good and had a variety of options to choose from. Front office staff were friendly and cheerful.

    Upon arrival we were told there was no longer a room for us because the ceiling fell in. The hotel did not attempt to contact us at any time. The staff member on duty basically told me that when he got to work no one had done anything about our situation and we were lucky he decided to act and got us a room down the street. We chose this hotel after much research for a 2 bedroom suite and it was replaced with a 2 bed in 1 room. This was unacceptable as was the supposed $50 discount at the new room. I messaged the hotel and asked for an immediate phone call. I received an email the next day from the manager of the hotel we were moved to not the hotel that never bothered to contact us. I do not recommnend this hotel.

    The building was old and run down. Carpet worn down and faded, bathtub was stained and broken. I asked for my room to be made up two days in a row and it only happened PARTIALLY one time. I specifically asked that the bed be made and all I got was a fresh set of towels. There was a water line break while I was there, so for one full day there was no water. Their rates were WAY too high for putting up with all of this. I do NOT recommend this place!

    The room was good. It had a full kitchen and a nice seating area. Throughout the stay the TV showed, "Welcome Ramon," wgich would be nice, but that isn't my name. I also did request housekeeping which did not happen. However, despite those issues, I enjoyed my stay.

    First, the hotel did NOT have the Hotels.com reservation and I spent an hour on the phone trying to get a refund so I could book with the front desk. Once we got into the room, we discovered that the room was in serious disrepair and the kitchenette had the doors on the fridge facing the wall so it was difficult to use, AC barely worked, bathroom was old & dilapitated. Then, when getting ready for bed, the lights shorted out and room when pitch black. Called the front desk and attendant was unsympathetic and rude. Moved us to another room and refused to bring us new keys even after I explained we were in our pj's and would have to pack up all our belongings with only a phone light. The front desk attendant, Desiree, told me we could either choose to move or quit complaining because it wasn't her fault and there would be NO discount regardless of the inconvenience of moving everything at 11pm in the dark with a kid. We moved. The new room was better but I will never stay again and never use hotels.com again. What a completely terrible experience!

    Although the front desk staff were friendly, we encountered some not so pleasant people as well. The location is not in the best neighborhood, but I never felt unsafe. Plenty of parking. Rooms were in decent shape, but floors were dirty, bathrooms and cabinets were in need of updating. The entry door was filthy with layers of visible grime on the door. While looking for items at checkout, we peeked around the bed and found a dirty fork that was not ours. The bathroom door didn’t lock. The air conditioning system was outdated and noisy. Overall, it got the job done and accommodated my family but I don’t think we will stay here again.

The issues I had were with the property/building and accessibility. The building has random and small upgrades but mostly way outdated. The bathroom exhaust fans were falling apart. AC unit is outdated and it's in Phoenix Arizona. Building is off of a one-way road with a freeway separating you from shopping. Nothing is within safe walking distance. Aside from those little things, the stay was pretty good.

    I have severe OCD. When we got there I wiped everything down. There was nothing on the wipes. It was nice and clean. Seemed to be an older hotel but suite was remodeled. Happy with our stay

    Thought Marriott would be quite a bit nicer and put together. This one was not!! Showed up and literally cleaned our own room with the guy because it wasn’t cleaned yet. Found out this Marriott has a lot of long term tenants and our room showed it. Stained mattress, bugs, etc. the staff were nice to us, but no organization. Don’t stay here if you can help it. Marriott should get this place properly staffed and renovated.

Wasn't going to stay when only 2 cleaning people were cleaning 40 + rooms near a frequent freeway for travelers coming and going.     I try to stay away from giving bad reviews however this was just too many things to avoid. I stayed with my family and it was rather disappointing. They didn't come to replace dirty towels and when asked they said that they didn't have any towels to replace them with. It advertises that they clean every other day and when we got there was told they clean your room only if you're staying 7 days or more. Didn't have shampoo, conditioner or body wash, bottles were completely empty. The door to our suite was extremely hard to close and open and a lot of the lights were not working at all.

    The spacious rooms and the air conditioning in each room! The kitchen was nice but we did not stay long enough to use it. I stayed with my mom and small dog. When I reserved my room online, I did make sure to state that I was traveling with him. I expected, like many pet friendly establishments, that the pet fee would be added to the price given at my reservation. The website stated that there would be a $150.00 pet deposit expected at arrival, okay, acceptable. When I was given the amount for my stay online, there was no line item for the pet fee. I presumed that either the pet deposit was the fee or that the pet fee was already built into the price shown at my reservation. WAS I WRONG!! At check-in, turns out the pet fee had not been added and it was $125.00!!! This was in addition to the $150.00 pet deposit they take and keep for up to 7 days!!!! I have NEVER stayed at any establishment with a pet fee that high!! My dog is a daychsund mix, 15 lbs, very well behaved, house broken and very quiet. We only stayed one night. With the pet deposit, my dog's stay was more than the room reservation for two adults ($159.00)!! If traveling with my pet, I would probably not stay here again. It's just not budget wise.

    Very Friendly staff, other than that, the towel hanger rods fell off the walls, the shower has two metal bars in it and one fell off. When opening our door to our room, then door get stuck on the floor halfway and I had to physically shove the door to get it to open all the way. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the room looked nothing like the pictures.

    The wall in one of the bedrooms had what appeared to be blood splatter from the bottom of the door to the top of the door. They did come clean it after I asked. The TV in one room didn’t work and maintenance never came to look at it, they did send housekeeping to look but they didn’t know how to fix it. The beds were comfortable however.

The toilet paper holder fell off the wall and wasn't repaired until we asked twice took 2 days heater in the pool didn't work and the gate to the pool also didn't work. Staff except for a wonderful lady named Betty were not interested in solving any of the issues. I expect a certain standard when we pay for Marriott quality. It was terrible and we won't make any assumptions about Marriott quality again.

When we arrived to check in, the clerk was very pleasant and when he pulled up my reservation said he apologized but they had to change it. We were sent over to the facility across the parking lot, also Marriott. We went to check in there and the clerk was also very pleasant. When we got to our room, instead of a two bedroom suite as we requested, we were given two queen beds next to each other with a couch on the other side of a half wall. This was not what we had asked for. We awkwardly made it work (we had an elderly lady with us who also made the best of it) but I was never informed about the change until arrival, which would have been appreciated.

    I had a queen bed in each room instead of 1 king and 1 queen. We asked for more towels since they only gave us 2 towels and we needed 4. They took a couple of hours to get them to us because "they had to dig for them". They seem disorganized.

The door handle inside the bedroom fell off in our hand. The paint on the bathroom ceiling was peeling and mildewed. The televisions didn't work, the phone didn't work. The kitchen light was iffy. The room wasn't stocked with enough towels for the 4 registered guests. Maintenance came and helped and gave us points in Marriott Bonvoy and a courtesy adjustment on our account. The breakfast attendant was lovely and very cordial- the food tasty, but the eggs and oatmeal so cold they couldn't really be eaten. We are sure that the next time we stay there the room will be refurbished up to the usual standards.

    The staff was excellent, but working with a real crappy property. The hot breakfast was dismal with largely processed . The TV was improperly configured, so yo had to change input EVERY time you turned it on. I feel the fire marshal needs to stop by as there was an electrical short that turned the tv off every time we walked by it or turned a light off in the room - scary.

    The staff is very nice. The hotel is old and the carpet is grimy and torn. Hallways are dark and dreary. My room was mostly clean (no bugs either) but there were hairs in the bethroom sink, so questionable. It had two thin bath towels (folded), one hand towel (already hanging on the rack,which I've never seen a hotel hang the hand towel, so clean= ? although it didn't appear to have been used), & no washcloths. Clearly, it had been a smoking room & not been updated since because the room reeked of cigarettes. I sprayed everything w/hand sanitizer to try to mitigate that, but it didn't really help. On the plus side, the bed was clean and comfortable as were the pillows, which was important since I was mainly here to sleep just one night. I got up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and dicsovered I had no water in the room. I called the desk and learned it was shut off in the night due to a major leak somewhere and that I could use the front lobby toilet if needed (I was in another building in the 3rd floor). When I got up around 8 am, there was still no water, so I used my drinking water bottle to brush my teeth, used the toilet (tried to flush, but ended up having to just close the lid - not enough water), & had to call that done. They gave everyone in that building 20k Mariott Bonvoy pts for the inconvenience.

    I liked having a small kitchen. It would be good for a longer stay. The front desk clerk was very nice and went out of his way to explain how things worked/where things were/hours, etc.

    I have stayed at many Towne Place Center Chains and this by far was disappointing . The paint off the bathroom wall was peeling and the television did not work. The computer chair had a hole in it. The bedding had black stains on it. Will not stay at this hotel again!

    Room was dirty. No towels. People are using it as a long-term rental so there’s a lot of unsavory people wandering around. People doing drugs by the dumpster.

    Definitely did not feel like we stayed at a “Marriott” property! The rooms smelled of dirt. Beds were made with dirty bed sheets! The pull out mattress had NO sheets just bare dirty mattress! When asked for extra sheets was told “we don’t have extra bedding”. If it wasn’t for every where else being completely sold out my family and I would have left.

    The room was nice. The service was pretty awful. Arrived for check-in at 4pm, our room wasn't ready till 6:30pm. Two nights stay, no towels provided. The room wasn't serviced at all while we were out on the town all day. The night desk attendant was very unhelpful. When asked questions, he didn't seem to know anything.
