Everything was absolutely amazing. The pool for the regular users could be a bit cleaner and the hot tub was awfully small and not very warm but otherwise it was very lovely and Clean And beautiful

Property was amazing. Facilities are very nice and great for families, We used the pools, pool restaurant and the fitness center. We were there for a week in early April and it was not crowded at all. All staff was great. On site food is expensive but the resort is located within 5-10 minutes of multiple food options.

place was nice, but pricey for what you get. we’ve stayed at loews ventana canyon resort multiple times, & the rooms & bathrooms are very spacious & they have bathrobes as well. here, we had a fridge but no microwave.

The bugs were crazy by the light out by the patio. I would have liked to have the option to turn the light off. There was also a large spiderweb above the bed that creeped me out.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately the breakfast restaurant can’t handle the amount of people wanting to eat and it had a very long wait. We decided to go eat elsewhere.

This was a nice resort - if I had one complaint, it would be the way the resort was originally designed and laid out - depending on where your room is, you will do a lot of walking to get around.

The view and staff where amazing. The buffet breakfast was so good. The bed and pillows where so comfy. Room was a good size and stayed cool. The bath tub and shower was really nice at night after our long days. The hallway walk from our car to room being a long one was very annoying to walk past garbage outside the rooms was really horrible especially for the price.

I always stay here whenever i go to shows at Rawhide. They offer a shuttle to the event which is very convenient. The rooms are nice beds are above avg quality. Atmosphere is very relaxing and enjoyable.

Great staff

The room service was exorbitant which is expected, but not when the food quality is poor. For a very serious health condition I asked on my doctor’s advice to be able to use the sauna once. I was told no, and that no exceptions could be made, and that my only option was to have a spa service such hair styling, massage, etc. Totally lacking in compassion. Then, I was misinformed about hotel policy when a medical emergency made me shorten my trip by one night (originally 5). After I spent Two hours chasing everyone’s agreement under the circumstances, the hotel staff told me they had misinformed me, and that I could leave a night early. This was my last Sheraton stay, and my companies’ staff will not ever stay in one again.

My favorite spot when visiting Phoenix.

I have never met so many helpful and kind employees at one business. Absolutely everyone seemed happy to be there and eager to be of assistance. Bravo to your HR team for finding stellar employees.

Bedding was sumptuous and delightful to fall into the bed.. Amenities are great products… The Kai restaurant is not to be missed because a person will miss the most outstanding dining experience

It looks better in the photographs. Upon coming into the car park, it looked more like a high security prison. Absolutely no signage whatsoever on way to go ended up going into the conference centre with lots of heavy suitcases and having to walk a long way and go uplift to finally get to the reception. Absolutely no chance in the world to get any kind of massage or spa service. Confusing payment system my credit card was taken in most places around the hotel but refused when trying to pay the bill to check out. There’s nothing wrong on my card. Everyone else was able to use it but the reception check-in systems just simply refused my card and would not take any payment from it Leading me to have to use another card with all the confusion that comes with that.

Pillows and blankets are infested with black mold. Have never been more sick from sleeping somewhere.

I came for a convention and stayed on for vacation. So glad I did! This was one of the nicest, cleanest and most competent staff I've ever experienced. We had a couple of maintenance issues and they were corrected so quickly I couldn't believe it! So peaceful with soft, local style music playing through out the public areas of the facility. The convention food and service was amazing NO rubber chicken to be found! I plan to return for another vacation.

The beds are like heavennnn The door to my bathroom had what looked like someone's makeup covered hand prints on it. That was disappointing after spending a nice chunk of change to feel fancy. It was also upsetting that the road from the venue to the resort was closed. It turned a 7 minute drive into a confusing 25 minute goose chase. Gps didn't get the road closure memo.

Property is outstanding. Great and friendly staff. Went for our anniversary and mgt sent a nice welcome to our room. We will be back.

The staff were all super kind and helpful. Shout out to Kim At the front desk. Food was great and for the most part reasonably priced. The room was actually clean. They respected my privacy sign. The AC worked great. Bed was comfortable. My only complaints are, the hallways are confusing, there are not enough elevators, and not enough towel rods in the bathroom.

All the staff were great with the exception of the gal in the gift shop. Beautiful well kept resort, pool service was fabulous they brought pitchers of water and refilled often. Food was good by the pool and in bar. we will be back next year.

Really liked the music throughout the lobby and sitting areas. Didn't like at all the distance to our room especially since my husband is handicapped. Registration clerk said she would assign us a close room but that wasn't the case at all. He had to stop to rest halfway (about 200 steps).

This is our third stay at this lovely resort. Wonderful location and overall a fabulous hotel. Pool area is lovely. only negative thing is not a great variety of vegetarian food at all 3 places we ate. Front desk super friendly and helpful as were the staff at hanyo pool. We wil be back next year :)

This place was amazing and blew our minds.

It was a great location for a staycation with my family. The pool was perfect for kids and lots of activities for the summer holiday. The only downside was food options on the premises were limited for a large family.

It’s an absolutely beautiful resort! The only negative thing is the layout is very confusing and hard to get to where you want to go.

We did not have water from 11pm to 6am and once it came back it was chocolate water

Beautiful hotel. Lobby was beautiful. We had a suite and it was gorgeous ! Pool was awesome. We ate at one of the restaurants for the breakfast buffet for Mother’s Day and it was yummy! Highly recommend this place.

Tremendous grounds and extremely well finished. The buffet breakfast was surprisingly less impressive than was possible - given the restaurant standard for nighttime. I suspect that the buffet breakfast is limited and the added extras ($) would reflect the style better. The staff were great but breakfast was, in truth, disappointing. Servings at dinner were excessive - great quality but the volume - especially the single serve of chicken pie that would’ve served a family of four comfortably- was off-putting.

We just returned from our six night spring break trip to the Sheraton grand at wild horse. We went with our two children ages 8 and 11. It was absolutely perfect. Far enough outside of the city that it is quiet and relaxing, but close enough that we were able to go into Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, and Mesa within 20-30 minutes for various dinners or activities if we wanted. The hotel is beautiful and everything you want. We did ask for a room as close to the lobby as they had available because if you are in the far West wing it will take you 10 minutes to walk to it from your room and I was not going to do that with kids.

Room, deluxe king on 3rd floor, was good size, balcony, very comfortable bed. Plenty of storage in room and bathroom. Mountain View is worthwhile. Not enough umbrellas at pool and pool much too warm.

We stayed 5 nights at the Sheridan Grand at Wild Horse Pass. From check in to check out, our whole experience was very positive. The restaurants were good, the pool was relaxing and the staff there were very attentive. We would definitely stay there again if we are lucky enough to return to Scottsdale.

Loved the location!

Absolutely beautifully maintained, great views and plenty of things to do. The mattress covers under the sheets were very stiff and made what would have been very comfortable beds, less so.

The $29.95 a day resort fee should be waived during low occupancy. I didn'tfind a value to match those fees. For the daily rate, the coffee service in the room should be better. The Starbucks packets were poorly constructed and leaked grinds into the coffee.

The property is big and well organized. Maybe it wasn't season; the hotel looks like an abandoned building. There were just a few people, and the majority of my group.

Overall a great stay!

From the time we arrived till the last 5 minutes before we left, exceptional and friendly service. Hotel was clean, beautiful and had a very tranquil vibe. With waterfalls and soothing music, our stay was exactly what we needed. We'll be back!

Paid for a room with a Mountain View and saw trees from the property right outside my window and barely any mountains

Staff was great. We were very disappointed in the state of the pool and jacuzzi. Not up to par for the expectations of a four star hotel. Not a good value vs cost.

Wonderful: the decor was educational and attractive, respecting the indigenous origins of the property. The bed was very comfortable. The daily water bottles were appreciated. The soap, shampoo and conditioner had a rich, pleasant scent. The grounds were mostly eco respectful, except for a ‘river’ however it was beautiful. Activities available included a nice pool area, paddle boats and bikes on the river, hiking trails, a spa, snack bar, restaurant, bar, gift shop and balconies to star gaze.

It was an amazing staycation.

Overall it was a great experience. I'd have liked to see more variety in the food. Lighted walkways around the pool would be beneficial. Was not at all impressed that a banana on level 1 was $1.33 and $4.00 in the conference area. Big rip off

The resort was very calm and relaxing. There was a shuttle that could take us to the casino and the outlet shopping mall but if you wanted to go anywhere else, you would have to arrange a ride or rent a car.

Negatives- got to our room at 9 pm. There was food on the bed that someone had been eating. Positives- staff came to clean it up promptly. Pool was awesome. Two huge pools- so warm and perfect height for small kids. Pretty neat place.

We had a terrific time during our stay. We would come again for sure!

Overall great. Shuttle to the Casino was on time and great. AC in the room was good. Pool was clean and wait staff was attentive. Parking is far from the rooms but that is actually nice to not have people walking back and forth from their cars. Handle on our shower broke and maintenance was there at almost 11pm to fix it within moments. Great secluded place.

Everything you need is right at the hotel but if you want to go eat somewhere else besides the lounge downstairs or even the restaurant. You are minutes away from other places. Very clean. Pools were awesome. Just the only complaint I have is the valet. I think should be complimentary or a tad bit reasonable than $30

Love this resort. It’s a beautiful, authentic Arizona experience. Pool area is fantastic, but it’s time for new tile and cool deck. We’ll be back again.

The location had its benefits and drawbacks- it is remote and beautiful- we saw coyotes, rabbits, many types of birds, lizards and more, and it was nice to be outside of the city. It does mean you’re driving 15 minutes to fast food, restaurants and destinations, which is not ideal if you don’t plan on eating onsite each day. There are multiple paths to explore on the property. The recreated river is nice- although it’s pretty stagnant and not the most beautiful. We were lucky enough to have the pool area to ourselves each day (5 days total) and loved each pool and the slide. So much fun. The pool area was showing some signs of major wear in the pavement around the whole area. The pools also could have been clean s more throughly and bugs skimmed etc. We booked a horse ride with Koli Equestrian center and loved that. We also rented a pedal boat and loved that less- broken boats, stagnant river, clueless attendant.

As you drive in this is the last time you will know where you’re going. Very poor signage and be prepared to walk through a maze to your room. Very disappointed that Sheraton makes you really work for your stay. I will not stay here again.

It wasn't ideal that we got a room that was sized to be ready but had the prior guests food/beverage at the front of the door in the floor. Might consider being sure that the room is truly ready to check in. Otherwise the staff was great along with the pools and the room was comfortable and clean.

Property was beautiful. Pool needed to be skimmed. Staff did not share information about shuttles etc. Long road to get into property fyi. Bathroom was not always restocked properly. Food was very good.

Our room was so far from the elevator that we had to walk for five minutes, and there was only one elevator per level. I had my elderly mom with me and it was hard to get her to the room.

Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass was an amazing resort to stay at in the Phoenix area! The 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, and water slide were a great bonus along with the multiple restaurants on site. The room was spacious and clean along with very comfy beds. The staff were always friendly and accommodating.

Check-in staff were unfriendly. Pool staffed added a tip w/o consent after I signed my bill.
