I wanted a microwave in my room

It was ok. Kind of small and old. Room was perfect for just me and for just relaxing after long days. Bed was comfortable. Dining options sucked.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, way too soft and lumpy. A hotel can get everything right but if the bed is uncomfortable then the entire stay is uncomfortable. Room 528 change the bed.

We were looking for a easy access hotel close to Sky Harbor International Airport and we found it!! Clean room with many amenities.

We were two husband and wife who checked in and stayed … but only one of us was given free breakfast the other person did not get. I think booking process is stupid. I will book hotel thru Expedia … very bad experience

Loved the room and its suite feel with the separate sitting room/office! Very attractive& spacious!

Close to the airport and it was clean and comfortable. Also liked that there was a restaurant. The bathroom was a little awkward in the layout, but all in all it was a nice room.

Great location. Pool was very nice. They have a horrible shuttle set up. We reserved seats and then too many people showed up. They need to track how many passengers they have for the shuttle.

Pool, cleanliness, updated The AC kept turning on and off at night. It woke us up 3x before I decided to call. They gave us a fan and miraculously the ac worked better as well

The room was decent and clean. Good location to the airport. The desk staff seemed more interested in chitchatting with their fellow employees. There was an older gentleman though that was very helpful.

Be aware of the resort fee. It cost us a hidden $40 a day. Not sure why it's not just included in the regular price.

Great location & very friendly staff. On site food option was great after a long day of travel. Rooms were very clean & comfortable. While the pool was being cleaned one morning before our flight, the staff even helped my daughter and I get assistance from a neighboring hotel to use their pool. It was a perfect solution for our timing and we really appreciated the extra help. It made the last morning of our trip way more fun. Breakfast was very generous buffet & very reasonable if you do the pre-pay option at check in. Highly recommend the Desert botanical garden if you’re in the area.

Exactly what I expected.

First off, staff is GREAT. It's the little things, sticky floor in room in front of table( visibly dirty). We had a suite, door between living space and bedroom would not close. Light for closet did not work. This is not the hotel I would have stayed at, but that is where my son was staying before shipping off to military.

Staff was personable and helpful. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Food was not hot even when buffet opened at breakfast.

Room was nice sized and the ac was great. Mini fridge didn't get super cold. Mattress was very firm. Pillows were lacking. Staff was friendly, but our room never got cleaned over our 4 day stay. Had to ask for towels and trash bin bags. They were delivered promptly. The property is nice. The pool and hot tob were well kept.

It’s near the airport so there’s a shuttle that goes back and forth but you must call them ahead to book a shuttle. At night, it’s not ideal to walk around solo. A lot of homeless on the street lights. Just fyi.

The towels had a weird smell that didn’t seem like it was wash recently. As well as the key lock for the front door was mounted with clear tape. A side from those two issues the hotel was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. A great stay!

The staff and the facility were great. We wish our room had been better. The bathroom door was a steel door with a closure attached, so you couldn't leave the door open. each time we opened and closed it, the door hinges squealed, and the door would slam shut. The bed was extreamly close to the floor, as it did not have a box spring, and the bed was very lumpy. Our kids had a very nice room, so hopefully they can fix room 204.

Great stay! Quick airport shuttle service, polite staff, and convenient location. The room was very clean and spacious. Looks just like the picture. The oil and gym was accessible up until 10pm. Highly recommended.

Housekeeping did not change dirty bedding, they just covered it up. Needs microwave in the rooms, going downstairs to use a microwave is quite inconvenient

I wasn’t informed of the charges they were going to place overnight. My room could’ve been cleaner there were things under the fitted sheet of the bed as-well as weird smear marks on the floor and tables I wasn’t completely comfortable sleeping there.

Need better pillows and more of them. Also, my parent’s bed was so low to the floor, it made it difficult for them to get in and out of bed. The bathroom door was an outside door, very heavy and would slam shut. Needs an upgrade overall to the hotel. The staff was very friendly. The only reason why I gave three stars was because we received a text asking us how we liked our first night’s stay and when we replied with our concerns, we received a text saying that we would be receiving a call from the front desk to go over our concerns and we never received a call. Otherwise, it was a decent stay but we will book elsewhere next time.

The convenience of being close to Sky Harbor Airport. The restaurant when fully open is great. I’ve stayed several times and been happy. This time the room I was in was in major need of refurbishment. The contrast to other times made it particularly troublesome. I had an early flight and did not sleep well.

I have never been in a hotel where the staff and all its entirety was so helpful and friendly. I checked in extremely late and dealt with a night shift and they were wonderful. The morning crew was equally as wonderful as well as the people who ran the breakfast buffet. Overall, incredible experience 10/10 and will definitely stay here when I return to Phoenix. I happen to come right down as the airport shuttle was leaving and they quickly called him and he returned back to get me. He was also very friendly and helpful.

The room had mildew stains in the bathroom and a blood spot on the wall. The bed was too low to the ground. The staff was incredibly nice.

Had to wait 15 .intes ti check in. Staff was somewhere other than the front desk. The food in the restaurant was marginal and both my wife's and my orders were botched. Overall, the staff were pleasant and helpful. Facilities and rooms were clean and comfortable. Bed was acceptable though the mattress squeaked at the edges.Shuttle from the airport took 30 minutes to arrive for pickup. While o really it was overall the experience was.ok, At $200+ a night it was not worth it.

The breakfast menu was decent. Adding more fruits & healthier selection of foods would be nice too. Other than that everything else seems to be fine

It was no breakfast bar was just free coffee you had to pay for your breakfast if you want a hot breakfast one microwave in the whole establishment to accommodate all the guests inside the hotel. No microwave inside the room and only a cooler as they identify to keep things cold not a refrigerator plus they charged me over $300 and still haven’t put back on my card.

This hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. They had a restaurant in the lobby with free coffee and a little market and a happy hour. We were pleasantly surprised. They also had a shuttle to the airport we could’ve used. The next time I fly out of the Phoenix airport I will definitely use them again.

The extremely thin walls of the room allowed me to hear the sounds of people sleeping next to me and their other less polite night activities from other rooms with remarkable clarity. The staff was satisfactory, and the room itself was satisfactory, although the bed was situated very low to the ground. While this may be appealing to some individuals, it was not particularly conducive to my comfort. The restaurant’s staff was unfortunately unprofessional, displaying rudeness and making me feel like I was inconveniencing them by having breakfast there.

Traveler beware. This is an airport hotel which I booked for 2 reasons. Airport shuttle and an onsite restaurant in the food desert around Phoenix airport. I waited 1 hour for the airport shuttle in 100 degree heat. You call and no one answers. Call again and if someone picks up you get confusing instructions and rudeness if you ask any questions. And then you wait. And wait. The onsite restaurant is basic bar food and ridiculously overpriced for what it is. Drinks the same. Stay away. Never again for me.

loved loved loved! the employees, airport shuttle service, location to airport to meet up with incoming family members was great, but best of all was your POOL! loved it and the weather cooperated with too ya! stayed 4 days, first two nights fair price, 2nd two nights i WAY over paid for rooms, and the view was of the roof air conditioners. also the restaurant workers were great, but the menu needs to be updated, offer more, and breakfast should be better if we have to pay for it

Location was perfect. I was only there overnight for an early flight out. Shuttle was punctual, and quickly got me to airport.

The food was good. We stayed four nights. Had their breakfast buffet daily. The main course was the same every day except they swapped out oatmeal with cream of wheat/grits. Wish there had been more of a variety. Out of milk for two of the days.

It is great for an airport hotel. The shuttle driver is excellent. In the morning they could not provide a shuttle to the airport for us so they paid fora taxi. The rooms have been renovated. The staff was great. A perfect hotel for an overnight stay

Everything was amazing, except for the pool area. We went there every morning after breakfast, well after it had opened, and it had not been cleaned from the night before and towels had not been restocked. Other than that, the room, the service, and the breakfast were all very good.

We had to leave at 5 a.m. so we were unable to take advantage of the breakfast.

Airport shuttle driver was the best part of our stay! It was a really mediorce experience at this hotel. Food was gross and the first room they gave us wasn't cleaned. You could feel the mattress springs in the bed.

We wanted to be closer to the airport due to early departure after our weekend getaway. The facility had security, very clean and customer service was excellent. Breakfast was good and had some gluten free foods such as pastry, bread and rolls.

Our stay was very short. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent location. Helpful staff x 2. Free shuttle on demand - I and my coworker had a 5am flight and the ride was 2 min to the airport. Facilities had not been maintained for some time: 1. no hot water on both days we were at the hotel, with no notification. Closet mirror door was off its tracks. Paint looked worn. Bar poor quality; but liquid shampoo, gel and conditioner were very good. I love the Hyatt Place brand and have stayed at other locations 50 times.

I was publicly shamed for the credit card I used upon checking in. I was humiliated in front of the entire lobby. Additionally, for paying almost $400 per night, our view was of the roof hvac system. The room quality was barely average. I originally thought booking this hotel would be a nice way to spend my birthday. Never again. I’ll save my money and stay ANYWHERE else.

Lack of communication between employees had us waiting for the free airport shuttle for over 45 minutes. Called the number provided 3 times to see where the shuttle was and why it wasn’t showing up and the desk clerk said “make sure to go to the share ride side.” Later found out the bus was going to the opposite side where the cell phone lot was. Mentioned this when checking into the hotel and were told we would be reimbursed for having to pay for uber after waiting for so long for the shuttle that never came to share ride side of pickup but never received reimbursement. Desk clerk gave email to contact for a cash refund reimbursement but never responded to email and wasn’t seen again since check in the 3 days we stayed at the hotel. The main reason I booked was specifically for the free airport shuttle and this was the first problem encountered from the hotel. Was highly disappointed from first impression but everything else turned out fine.

The hotel was clean and updated. The room was large and comfortable. The only unpleasantry was the hallway noise.

Staff was helpful and friendly. 2 star because we were consistently being charged “pending” fees even though our stay was paid for a month in Advance through Expedia. Totals $300 still pending and I’m home now. This messed up my trip because that’s money I needed for activities and to buy souvenirs for family. Got stuck in an elevator the call button didn’t work we had to use our personal phone to call them hoping we had signal to call. Room service missed a day of cleaning. We had trash and no new towels in the room. Our room door was really hard to open we had to use body force to push it open while scanning it. Breakfast was limited and not halal or kosher friendly . Only pork meats.

Airport shuttle was great. I enjoyed pool and hot whirlpool, and restaurant. The walls are a little thin in the rooms on 7th floor. I was glad to not have noisy neighbors. Overall a nice two night stay.

Be aware that cleaning does not happen every single day. When they did clean, our sheets were NOT changed. They just made the bed up. The bathroom was not cleaned. Just wiped over the sink. The sinks did not drain, the water filled and the sink was slow to drain. The cleanliness was terrible. It was also a urine smell in the room as well. We just went out and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned because the hotel was completely booked and we Couldn’t change rooms. I would not stay here again.

My stay and the Radisson staff / amenities were excellent. However being double charged on certain fees by Expedia was an inconvenience. Expedia’s service was the only downside to my trip.

BUT if you're hoping for a place with excellent customer service; lower the bar. I emailed the hotel the day before with flight # and arrival time to ensure we could use the free shuttle. There was no response to the email. We called 3 times after arriving and getting our suitcases. No one answered the call, nor was there a way to leave a message. After feeling frustrated we just paid for an Uber. Once at check-in we relayed this problem to the young lady at the front desk who said "I am the only one here and I stepped away to use the bathroom for a couple of minutes." This didn't seem truthful since we made those calls over a longer time frame than just a few minutes. She did not offer an apology or compensation of any kind. Later on, we saw her cuddling with a young man in the lobby area. (Friend or boyfriend; not professional IMO). The restaurant closes early, so we ate in the lounge area. It was just ok. There were 2 small complementary water bottles in the room which was a mediocre perk for a 5 night stay IMO.Monday morning we were woke by some sort of loud construction or possibly pressure washing at about 8:00 a.m. Impossible to sleep after that. Check out was easy however I just feel that the young staff do not take much pride in their role nor do they care to make a good impression on guests. For those reasons I probably would not stay again.

The room was musty and the air conditioner kept turning on and off it was very loud and kept us up all night. I told the office staff and they didn't do anything about it.

It was a last minute trip for me and i was sooo impressed with the service from front desk, cleaning staff, severs in the restaurant and the bartenders. The rooms were clean, they provided free drinking water in rooms and the pool and hot tub were clean and perfect temperature. Workout room as 24/7. Will definitely be staying here again!

They incorrectly charged me twice. I called and they couldn’t have cared less and told me “it’ll fall off”. It has now been 2 weeks but is still pending, which means I still do not have access to my funds. Any other experience doesn’t matter when they’re holding my money hostage and refuse to release the incorrect charge even after multiple phone calls.

Did not get the room I paid for. I prepaid for a King accessible room and was given a room with two beds and a tub. So it was difficult to shower.

The room was clean and the staff was nice, but the bed creaked to the point of waking me up when I moved. Also, there was no privacy; I could hear my neighbor's normal level conversations. Additionally, as a single woman traveling alone, I was concerned by the fact that they put me in the furthest possible room, right next to the stairs and the laundry chute.

AWFUL! No pillow top bed, pillows so small they’re for children. Called front desk for extra pillows for a broken leg and told they don’t supply pillows for feet. They sent a repairman for the toilet instead of pillows. No manager on duty. 180$ wasted and miserable stay.

Felt the location is not great at night.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We discovered there was no hot water in the shower and when we called the front desk they only said “Thanks for letting us know”. No comp. No offer to change rooms. Won’t be returning to a Radisson.

2 hour wait to complete meal service - not your fault. Snacks in your “for purchase” bar are stale and out of date.

The hotel was nice, very clean, and the staff was great. The bed was HORRIBLE. I was so uncomfortable all night, even to the point that I went downstairs around 1 am to ask if I could change rooms. They didn't let me, so I stuck it out, but I won't go back.

quick & easy checkin & out. A couple problems with the room, the hot water would not get cold in the shower, had to jump out because it wouldn't get so hot. And also the air conditioner rattled all night long.

Everything,the breakfast buffet as well as restaurant was fresh,and obviously prepared by conscientious people.The facility,as well as staff were top notch. The only thing I fear is that when recognized,It will be harder to get reservations there. I think the hardest thing for an owner would be the ability to abstain decent employees like the folks that work there. If the owner stays at other establishments,it would be quite evident. The staff was kind and efficient, the hot tub and pool were nice, and the airport shuttle was great! The only con is that the QR code in the room links to an outdated menu at the hotel's restaurant. The $27 steak we all went there for turned into a $35 steak, so we ended up eating burgers. The food was good, but we wished we had gone to Wing Stop, considering the only reason we decided to eat at the hotel was because of the previously decently priced steak that no longer exists. When I asked the server about it, she shrugged it off and said, Oh, that's from the hotel, not the restaurant." I had assumed the two were communicating.

The staff and management were extremely responsive to problems we had during our two night stay. We had issues regarding other guests(youth soccer teams) being loud, running the halls and knocking on the doors.

Check in was easy, clean spacious room. The bed was hard and not comfortable. We were not told that breakfast was a $15 fee, not a lot of variety. However there was an IHop 5 mins down the road that had great breakfast service

The site promised several amenities that were not given. The staff was lazy and rude. We requested maintenance for the toilet handle and the air conditioning /heating unit that was malfunctioning and they sent someone who didn't speak english. The front desk staff were the rudest. She, Curstin, was more interested in reapplying her lip gloss than addressing our room issues. I was also over charged for my stay and they charged my creditcard even after I had already paid with my debit card thru your app. I want someone to call me because this was a lot more abusive by the staff than I wish to input on this space to rate.

The first room was outside the giant ac units on 2nd floor, over the kitchen with constant loud banging. We ask for another room, my socks were very dirty from the floor and there were piles of someone's hair on the floor in front of the full length mirror, we had 2 tissues and no xtra toilet paper. I was disappointed, since we have stayed here a number of times. I felt the hotel is under staffed and they do not want you to book with outside vendors.

The hotel and the room was clean. The staff were courteous.

The bathroom sink was a problem - there was no cold water from the right handle. The water was hot from the right and hotter from the left. Also, the thermostat was broken: there were buttons missing, and there was no way to switch from heat to cold. Room 708, front desk was notified at check-out.

Just off the Loop 202. Close to the light rail, Can go to Downtown Phoenix or Tempe. Not a lot of food or entertainment close by.

Clean, well-stocked room, good climate control. The on-site restaurant food is a little better than fast food, but the server/bar staff were wonderful. There is a gym with refrigerated wet towels on site, a pool (did not use), and a convenient free airport shuttle. Taking off a star as the hotel double charged me and still has not refunded the money.

Shuttle from airport great. We returned prior to shuttle am start and hotel failed to confirm a taxi for our return to the airport. We didnt have breakfast but the bar/food worker was friendly, helpful and responsive to our order.

My one night stay was great. Staff were friendly, especially the employee at the bar/restaurant. Customer service is very important to me & she simply did her job & you could tell she loves her job. The room was clean, many rags & towels, & complimentary bottle of water. The hotel offered hotel shuttle round trip & they didn’t disappoint!! A major plus for me was the security after hours. The entrance doors are locks & you have to use your room key card to gain entry & there is a security guard on the premises also. I would stay again.

Shower temperature was incredibly inconsistent (would fluctuate from cold to scorching hot) without adjusting the handle, room phone did not work and was asked if I even needed the phone; it was never fixed, sink in the bathroom was hard to turn on and off, there is no microwave in the rooms; the microwave in the lobby is shared by the entire hotel and it hardly works, beds are very loud (can’t even roll over without the frame sounding like it is going to break). The staff was friendly but, the hotel itself seems in rough shape.

It was nice to have a hot breakfast included in our package (Expedia perk) and a shuttle service readily available. Will definitely stay here again.

Adequate amenities for a short stay. Hotel is in need of a refresh and upgrade, especially the bathrooms. The mattress on our bed had dips and uneven places that caused slight discomfort. The staff was very nice and personable. The front desk staff was always kind, friendly, professional, and helpful, especially Alexander. Shuttle service to & from airport was timely & convenient.

3rd floor carpet was wet and they had fans everywhere trying to dry. The mold smell was awful. This is a health hazzard.

Expedia messeed up my reservation, changed the dates of my stay so when i showed up to stay the night i had booked, the hotel didnt have my reservation. This is not on radisson, this is 100% expedia.com's fault. I will likely not be using expedia again unless they make this right

Flight issues so this was not a planned stop. I had issues with hot water this morning at 3:30 am and a light when you first go in the room didn’t work.

The front desk staff were nice but I had to call for towels and no one was available to bring them to the room. The housekeeping ladies came early knocking on the door. We asked that they come back in an hour and they never showed up. We had to ask for cleaning services on the 3rd day and the housekeeping lady was complaining to another housekeeper in the hallway in Spanish how we people are always demanding, when they did clean up the sheets and blankets were the same ones from the previous night

The hotel was clean and probably safe enough but the neighborhood did not feel safe and it was uncomfortable to have someone knocking on the door in the middle of the night.

Housekeeping needs to actually clean the rooms. The floors ate disgusting, hair everywhere, dirty washcloths and bedding. There was a dead cockroach in my room

Property is within minutes of Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport which is very convenient for travelers. The staff is friendly. However, the room was disappointing. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, and the room had a very unpleasant oder. The air conditioner was extremely loud making it difficult to sleep.

Destiny checked me in with a professional, friendly, and informative manner. She made me feel welcome and has the perfect personality for the job. The room was beautiful. The bed was a little too firm because I'm not used to sleeping on a box spiring mattress, but the pillows and blankets were comfy. The bathroom was very nice, but the sink drained a little slow. Overall, an 8 out of 10 is good enough for the great price I got.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The gentleman at the front desk was so helpful and kind. He got us into our room well before check in, so we got to enjoy the pool for longer. I waited in line for over 40 mims waiting to check in. The woman at the front desk was wonderful and cheerful but she definitely could have used some support in the check in process.

Had a fire scrare while there, they had to evacuate the entire room for 2 hrs outside in the heat of pheonix.

The offer shuttle but they never said was a charge of $16.00 to use the service. Uber was chipper and i have to wait 45 min.

My only complaint about this hotel is the laminate flooring makes the rooms feel sterile, like a Motel 6 pricepoint. I know they are easier to clean than carpet, but they take away from the comfortable feel of a hotel.
