Absolutely no AC and they did nothing about it and wouldn't give a refund

It was so dirty, flys everywhere dog food under the beds. Smashed roaches stuck to the wall. I didn’t even stay the night . I left a few hours later to sleep in my car. Wasted $69.

Paid for wheelchair accessable room, however was Overbooked forcing us to pay extra for a different room not wheelchair accessable. No air-conditioning. When asking staff for a different room or refund was told to "power cycle the AC and deal with it" eventhough in Arizona it is illegal to rent out a commercial property or room with no working AC. Roaches. No manager on site when I first complained through hotels.com so no refund was given as of yet. Very bad experience.

The staff was very helpful in the office a mistake was made on my booking with booking. Com and they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable until it was worked out then it was check out time they still let me sit there. Then just paid cash . But that was my decision to do that I'm still here at the hotel n the next day went back to booking. Com n they were still very helpful n made me feel comfortable so my hats off to these staff members thank u so much it might not seem like a big thing to some but when u are disabled n 65 it's a big deal to me !! Thanks Mrs k smith There's nothing that they feel short on the room was clean n they came daily for house cleaning thanks so much Sometimes we don't give. English praise to the workers who are there every day n they give the guest a warm greeting no matter what's going on in there own life's so thanks to all the staff here at motel 6

After the homeless talked crazy to me I was asked to leave never refunded my money with a week left.

My only comment would be that it's better to be there then sleeping in the street.

And she said that she was still waiting for house keeping that I'd still have a wait till 5:30 pm before I could get a room. Then when I did get a room it was dirty, the Television Screen was smashed and didn't work... people walking around yelling, arguing just loud...

Basically everything. I understand that they are affordable im not expecting luxury but basic cleaning. Went to check in and first we booked 2 rooms and they only gave 1 said the other was cancelled but didnt inform so started off not well.

This place has really bad consumer service when I arrived at the place. The lady was very moody. She didn’t activate the card right I came back down and asked her seems like she got a little bit upset when I went into the room the room smelled like cigarette it was really hot. I went to turn on the AC. There were no AC control box. It seemed like it had been broken off the wall. The AC did not function. I then went to the front desk and asked if they could switch me rooms and she repeatedly rudely said. know that because she already had switched out a lot of people for the day and that she was not doing anymore. I asked to speak to maintenance. She got mad and said no one was gonna speak to me that I pretty much lost my money no refund available nor another room I didn’t have to sleep outside in my truck due to this issue

The hotel staff were nice and trying their best. The patrons are drug addicts, homeless and super sketchy people. I’m not joking, we felt unsafe. There was a homeless person with his trash bags taking out multiple drug pills onto the Motel 6 check in counter!! I’ve stayed at many Motel 6, we like the free dog stay and just need a clean place for the night. This was the scariest Motel 6, do NOT stay here. The room itself smelled like old smoke but it was bearable. The A/C didn’t really work, the room stayed at 77 degrees all night at its coldest (we have a thermometer that told us). Didn’t see any bed bugs or roaches though. The sheets seemed clean. We didn’t shower, I wouldn’t recommend it. I wanted to give a shout out to the two ladies that I saw working there. Conditions are downright dangerous with their patrons, they were kind and helpful, they put up with a lot. The motel owners should install more protections for their employees at the front desk, I hope they stay safe.

That the bee was decently comfortable, had a mini fridge and that the door locked. The interior of the room was permeated by an unpleasant odor. The property was inhabited by numerous homeless individuals and drug addicts. Despite repeatedly requesting a room cleaning over several days, my request was ignored. Consequently, I was compelled to procure my own sheets, as the establishment failed to provide any. To exacerbate the situation, my bicycle was stolen overnight. The theft occurred despite the use of a “high security” bike lock, which was subsequently cut through. This indicates that the individuals responsible for the theft possess advanced hardware. Overall, the experience was highly uncomfortable. While I was fortunate to have a relatively safe place to sleep at night, I was fortunate to be able to leave the premises sooner due to the timely completion of my new accommodation. I strongly advise against staying at this establishment. The property urgently requires additional staff to address guest needs and enhance security measures to prevent the presence of homeless individuals and drug addicts from further compromising the comfort and safety of the premises.

Clean room okay property but too many prostitutes loitering around

Dirty. We got switched to four different rooms some didn't have a TV one room just didn't even have a shower it was disgusting and we were concerned all night because there were homeless people and individuals Roman department at night I felt really unsafe.

Nothing The staff is incredibly rude the maids don't clean under the bed or even change sheets I had dirty sheets when I got there and they now have hotel security that does not allow you to have any guests including family visit while you are staying in a state you don't live in they run them off they're incredibly rude and they are very authority provoked people I left over the security I will not return.

Not a single thing, the place is absolutely foul. my room had a wet flood smell mixed with chicken grease and cigarettes. I have a 5 month year old French bulldog and he over dosed on fentanyl because he licked it off the floor in my room when I first checked in. I don’t do drugs. This is absolutely a dangerous disgusting environment

I have stayed here about three, maybe four times… The property is horrible, mostly people engaged in illegal activities… Rooms are lightly cleaned and you should be cautious if using their towels, bring your own… Twice now the air conditioning system didn’t work… Furthermore, this last time when the room didn’t have air conditioning, it took me over an hour to resolve as they didn’t want to issue a refund nor let me change rooms; but, I was finally able to move to a new room… However, fast forward a few weeks when I need a room for a night again, I am banned from the property! I assume they don’t like guests holding them accountable as just desire the criminals who won’t complain or make them fix their property!

My room was roach infested there were stains on the ceiling and it looked like black mold in the bathroom ceiling, I saw a lot of drug dealing and usage along with other sketchy activities, you had the homeless roaming the property and it was noisy, I mean, there are policies and rules regarding your stay at these places, and I would think it would be enforced more, just to make it a nicer safer stay for guests

Check in was good, the lady was very nice and got me checked in fast. They even had an option for a smoking room. How ever once i entered the room everything changed. Theres no air control except on low or high. The worst part is that it didnt work at all. No fan so after a shower the humity with the rising outdoor heat was so extreme it was paralizing. I swelled up with water retention and i just kept passing out while having a hard time breathing. I got out to walk the dogs and it was a relief of cooler air. Open the door to the room and got hit by a wall of heat like it was in the middle of summer and your trying to get into your car thats been sitting in the sun. Except theres no way to open a window or turn on the air to push out some heat. The room was dirty and had no trash can. They claim to have everything like a normal motel 6 but there was no tv in the room and no wifi. The only nice thing was the animals werent a problem, they dont charge extra for them. If something happends when its time to check out; say waiting for a ride, the day time staff arent nice enough to even see if your ok or need help. She will have her staff call to have you 86d from the property. I had to stay an extra night and they refused to give me a room that had the air working. They said they would send maintence. No one ever came. I had to go to the urgent care because i was over heayed and had so much trouble breathing. This place wouldnt even consider a discount for the trouble. Beware!!

Roaches, mold throughout, inoperative wall outlets, broken shower rod, moldy shower curtain dragging in tub, decrepit furnishings, missing light bulbs in numerous fixtures, numerous cigarette burns on all furniture, tub, return air grill missing filter and dripping water onto floor, walls poorly patched and repaired, bathroom door does not close, bed improperly made (top sheet on top of blanket), bathroom exhaust grill falling off. This place is an unsanitary dump. Hard to believe brand and inspectors would allow it to remain in business.

Hair in the tub and the bed. Booked for two nights on Expedia. Went out for the day after our first night and came back to discovered they packed half of our stuff up and only booked us in the room for one night. Had to deal with the site manager to have this corrected. Hard to get up the stairs to our room because homeless people were burning meth on tinfoil on the stairways. Junkies and homeless everywhere…. Second worst place I’ve ever stayed in my life..

The room was dirty including the bathroom. There was no amenities, as in no fridge, no microwave, no television. Since I prepaid with expedia i was locked in for the duration so I grabbed bleach and a sleeping bag.

The room offer to us was not very clean, it smelled a lot of cigarettes, it had no internet because they have issues with their signal it only worked near the swimming pool and reception, water was dripping from the ceiling, and the air didn't cool well, I don't recommend staying here

Nasty stay away from all motel 6 in Phoenix, Arizona

Room reeked of smoke, cigarette burns in the curtains. Bed sheets were "clean" but stained. The hotel is also home to long-term residents. After checking in, decided to leave and find another hotel.

The place is trash in the middle a trash area. The staff is friendly enough and did their jobs, but apparently their job doesn't include doing something about the obnoxious pieces of filth having around the property without renting a room. If they weren't folded up where they were on fentanyl they were telling at passer bys. Seriously call the cops they are trespassing.

No, this property does not belong on this platform as an option for travelers.

Worst hotel. At night a lot of homeless people hang out by the pool area. It's so loud at night, you can hear people fighting or drinking outside. Definitely not a family place. And lets not even talk about the cleanliness of the room... my bed had some questioning stains. Will not come back!

Booked a non smoking room that horrendously wreaked of smoke, there was a bunch of what appeared to be homeless people that hung out in the parking lot, and the ac in the room stopped working and I was told there is no maintenance worker available or any other rooms available neither. I will never stay here again and would definitely not recommend this hotel to anybody ever.

Linens clean but thread bare, freyed, holes & tears in sheets, towels ragged with freyed & torn hems. All linens greige & in desperate need of bleaching (but they'd probably disentrigat!) Floors, sink, toilet & tub clean. This hotel is truly BARE BASIC (just 1 up from a tent in the sand!) But, the staff were very respectful & helpful. Truly delightful people! Parking lot & sidewalks were pretty ragged, bumpy & potholed too. Overall I'd give Motel 6 a grade D but staff an A. (You get what you pay for & if it sounds too good to be true it probably is! And it was!) I've learned my lesson. Never stay @ Motel 6 again!

The room just *barely* met the most basic of cleanliness standards and reeked of stale smoke smell despite being a nonsmoking room. Was not entirely confident in the safety and security of the property, either. Glad my stay was only one night, would not return.

I never had high expectations but this is a very run down spot. Basically a homeless shelter. People very loud all night long high on drugs. Trash everywhere. Cigarette burns all over the room. Sheets gross. Everything was pretty much disgusting. Bring ear plugs and your own blankets/pillows. Im not usually one to leave a review but this place was bad enough to warrant one.

Run down condition in general. Lamps not all functioning. Cigarette burn marks on floors, bath tub, and counters. Very frustrating door lock which required two replacement cards and still needed multiple attempts every time. Linen was in poor condition and had visible stains in multiple places. The one good thing was the staff, who replaced the linen and in general were pleasant and helpful. Our experience this stay will make Motel 6 our last choice for lodging.

The room was horrible! It smelled disgusting, like smoke. It was filthy: the walls, curtains, pillow cases, floors, bathroom walls were all stained. There was mold on the ceiling. No trash cans in the restroom or the room. The mattresses were horrible. The doorframe & door had a huge gap between them. There was constant foot traffic outside our door. People yelling curse words and smoking both cigarettes and marijuana. The a/c unit in the room was broken. We’ve stayed at multiple Motel 6’s in the past both in California and Tucson and have never ever experienced anything like this particular location. I’m more than sure it’s being used for illegal activities.

We go back to the front let them know gave us a different room the door wouldn’t open went back down stairs again!! 1st room the door could not be opened. We were given another room, it had the worst mattress ever, the tub was stained, cracked and seald with caulk. The tile floor needed a wet mopping. It was dirty. People making noise all night, outside the walks were dirty. Strangers hanging out. Long term rentals to distressed persons.

It was really bad since the beginning, smelled really nasty walking into reception and then I had to go back and worth with all my stuff like 3 times because the key wouldn’t work. As soon as I walked in the room it smelled like someone had just smoked a cigarette, curtain all ripped and nasty , bugs on the wall, all the sheets were dirtyyy and had cigarette burns on them, shower wall was full of hairs , and to top it all off , I think some people live there and the people next door never shut up, it was very scary this lady kept on making weird noises, she might of been on something, kept pounding on the walls and running back and forth and screaming, SO SCARY , I just wanted it to be morning already. Don’t recommend but I mean if you’re on a budget and just need it to sleep just know it’s way more worse in person

The room was disgusting, there was very clearly prostitution and drugs being dealt. When i got there to check in at 4 p m i was told my room wasnt ready yet and to come back in 20 minutes. When i cam back, it still wasnt ready and i had to wait another 20 minutes. When they put me in my room, for which i paid for a single, with a fridge, i was out in a room with no working rv (literally shattered) the room was filthyy, and the heat didnt work, so i froze all night. This place is absolutely tereible, disguting and felt so unsafe. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Room was dirty, there were stains all over the bed - disgusting! We left in a hurry, cancelled and at least received the refund without problems!

No hangers or hooks. AC didn’t work, it was a long sweaty sleepless night. It’s Arizona, AC is essential! Drug dealing in parking lot all night. Bed was missing a top sheet. Cigarette smoke smell so strong that my clothes smelled like I had been in a bar all night. Overall disgusting. Pity because the other Motel 6’s I stayed at this trip, Palm Springs downtown, Thousand Oaks, were fine.

Non smoking room stunk of smoke and there was a lighter under the table. No top sheet, had to sleep with the "bedspread" and a blanket over that. Lumpy bed. No hot water or air conditioning. Dogs barking in rooms and loud music and partying in next room all night. Could hardly wait for morning to get out of there! Didnt even try to take a cold shower. Never again!

Any issue that came up no matter what it was even if it was just a little thing. They go above and beyond for making sure they uphold customer satisfaction, I can say guaranteed. Having to spend the holiday here was hard enough without the added stress, I am thankful it was here. They made getting through it easier with good people skills and kindness. When your away from home these people make you feel at home.

Awful experience!!!!! The room was dirty, toilet kept clogging so there was a plunger next too it. It was very noisy all night long. Every day there were homeless on the stairways and in the courtyard spreading their gear everwhere and blocking access to our room which was upstairs. There is a criminal element happening there as you can tell in the clientele.

No hot water for shower, place smelled bad and sheets were all stained. Never coming back.

Was treated horrible by the staff for I pay for the room through Expedia which front desk agent they did not accept for they are scam artist company which they take people money. Then she said she has never heard of Expedia.

Wonderful staff! Very helpful & accommodating. Lots of shopping and eating in walking distance. Bus stop right in front of motel. Pool is always clean.

There were no pillows when I checked into my rm. It took about an hour for someone to bring them to me after I walked to the office (cuz I wasn't able to call the office since there was no cord to the phone in the rm) to let them know there were none in the rm. It was pretty late but when I was ready to go to bed I realized the linens looked not so clean so I again went to the office to ask for another set & more towels which neither were possible cuz apparently they don't leave extra linens w/the overnight shift? But hey, @ least they had a roll of toilet paper to give me.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing from the moment I arrived. First, the front desk staff was notably rude and unhelpful, which set a negative tone for the rest of my stay. I was assigned Room 222, where the air conditioning unit made a loud, constant noise that made it nearly impossible to sleep. The mattress was uncomfortably hard, and I woke up with back pain the following morning. On top of that, the neighboring room had loud altercations during the night, including yelling and what sounded like them throwing belongings — further disrupting any chance of rest. To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The bedsheets had cigarette burns, and the towels were stained, which is far below any reasonable standard for hygiene and comfort. Overall, this was a horrible experience, and I believe it’s only fair to bring these issues to your attention in the hope that future guests are not subjected to similar conditions. I expect a response and some form of compensation for this extremely poor stay.

It took 3 times for me to get into my room. The clerk kept giving me key card for room 121 that DIDN'T WORK!!!!! He finally moved me to another room. The AC was off so then room was hot when I went in. The fixtures were shabby -- there was evidence of a water leak around the air conditioning vent, there was mold around the bath tub, I had work to do and needed some light to do it. None of the lights had a decent wattage bulb. The clientele was scurvey at best and hanging around outside instead of in their rooms.

My room was very clean, the bed was not too good - I couldn’t sleep too good because I could here traffic all night, there was a street in front of hotel - maybe next time I’ll tell them to give me a room in the back. Just letting you know that

The room was extremely dirty, and smelled heavily of cigarettes. The AC in the room did not work, and most of the lighting in the room did not work. I drove 8 hours to Arizona, so I was obviously tired and wanting to go to my room. The receptionist saw me back in park and said nothing about it. I had no idea this was not allowed. Once I went to my room she had my car towed. Worst experience of my life.

Keys for the room did not work had too repeatedly request another key to open the doors. Request other items and never received them. That room was not a premium room that I reserved. More like a below standard room.

I stayed here for almost a month and the staff was ALWAYS wonderful! Very friendly and pleasant. I definitely recommend this place for short or long-term stays; especially if you have limited funds. Lots of food places, convenience stores & shopping within walking distance. Starbucks, Waffle House, McDonald's, QT, Kohls, Walmart just to name a few. If you don't want to walk there is a bus stop conveniently located right in front of the motel. I would definitely stay here again.

Pool was shut down, beds were worn out could feel the springs. They tried to double charge me. They sold my room, not honoring my reservation. Bad neighborhood. Noisy. Poor AC in Phoenix in August!

A/C didn't work in room for the SECOND time. However this time the lady tried to say she didn't have any other rooms available. I knew that was a lie because 2 people were walk ins for a room after my complaint

When I was checking in the front desk didn’t have any record of me booking through hotels.com even though I had booked hours before check in. The 1st room they gave me smelled like a dead animal, the second smelled like body odor. The 3rd room they gave me smelled like mold but it was better then the first two so I just had to settle because I could cancel or get a refund according to hotels.com. It was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I wouldn’t let my dog sleep here .

By the office they're was powder or formula on the floor as you walk inside the office. Seen a blk chevy truck hit a green Toyota backing in, they kept backing in to park. People are loud all hours and knocking on doors. Don't stay here pay extra to be further from this place.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed, no remote for tv. THE AIR CONDITIONER DID NOT WORK AND IT WAS 111 degrees outside. I had to go and buy TWO fans because it was unbearable. The tub had a big break in it, you could see the ground underneath it. The pillows had black stains on it, like if someone ran over them with a cart or something. Overall a bad experience.

This property was very run down and dirty. The mattress was very stained. No protector. The furniture in the room was falling apart. No trash can. And the pictures online looked NOTHING like in person. We didn’t stay. We checked in. Went to the room (saw the condition) and came back to the lobby and asked for a refund and went to a different hotel.

Bed sheets were all dirty was not comfortable at all to sleep with a strong odor of cigarettes, roaches everywhere and ac was on high but room was still hot would not recommend unless your really crazy never again rather pay the extra 30 for a better hotel

We had 2 rooms and one was full of roaches and the other one still had trash under the bed and under the tables and both rooms look like the floors have not been cleaned to well

Came into town on late evening flight has reservation was place into dirty room with beer cans, trash everywhere including dirty soiled towels. My co worker help me bring my luggage into the room. So several trips were made and was rudely interrupted while I was asleep by security who was mindless idiot claiming false information about him being the owner of the company said he can throw me out of my room. Which is made racist comment about me and my friend. Is this what motel 6 represents for good customer service

The they gave us look like someone was in there already, the door was open and the bed looked as if someone had been laying on it,the Tv was on too. We asked for a different room and that one wasn't any better. The restroom wasn't swept there was a cigarette butt and a dirty wash cloth in the shower. And the worst part the room had no AC. I was tired of driving 7 hours . So I stayed. But it's been the worst motel I've ever stayed in. Also the outside was full of drug addicts. I wasn't familiar with the area. And really had no where else to go. So I stayed. But never ever again. It definitely wasn't worth the 245. I was charged for two nights. Like I said the motel looks nothing like the picture you promote. I wish I would have took pictures of everything.

If you’re ok with homeless people, night walkers, drug dealers and users. None cleaned rooms, no A/C in some rooms, no ice, no microwave in rooms, some rooms may or may not have mini fridge. DV situation. Stains and blood on the bedding. Condoms left in rooms. Etc but at least I didn’t see a roach. If you’re ok with all the above you’ll love your stay here. Rooms are cheap.

It was noisy both nights that we stayed at this Motel 6. We could hear people talking outside our room and I had trouble sleeping because of it.

I made the mistake of reserving a room here without reading the reviews. The front desk clerk was very nice and understanding. The hotel is in a bad area surrounded by transients . I did not feel safe so I left and paid double for another room at another hotel chain.

This is one of the worst hotels I ever seen. I immediately requested a refund because of how dirty the rooms are. They never answered their phones, not sure if their phone lines are working but it was unclear about the check in times. The place smelled like marijuana & the bed sheets were very dirty when we walked in. Please save your money & book elsewhere. I will never book a room with Motel 6 ever again.

Well as soon as we get to the hotel they tell us that the system is down and that it'll be down for the foreseeable future and that we need to just wait in our cars until they see them come out to let us know that the systems are then we end up waiting 3 and 1/2 hours before we end up falling asleep in the car and then I wake up and send my wife inside to see if the reservation is ready or if they can actually let us in and turns out the systems have been up for a little while but they just didn't care to go check in the parking lot for anybody sitting in their cars waiting still. I feel like I'm very unsatisfied with this visit because all of that caused both my sons to be late for school and me to be late for work because we got such bad and little sleep that we overslept right through our alarms. Please let me know how we can be compensated for this terrible visit

Stayed here two nights. The central air conditioning was down in the entire building, although they fixed it on the second night. Bed was broken. Saw a couple cockroaches. Room smelled like strong cleaning chemicals. Half the power outlets didn't work. The premises were occupied by vagrants and people with drug issues. Woke up at 7am to a woman outside pacing and ranting about how she was going to "f*** up all the haters".

The scariest place I have ever stayed! Blood on the pillow cases and bathtub. Hair that wasn’t mine everywhere, just overall so dirty and gross. Always crackheads wandering around VERY unsafe.

The place is beyond desireable. Between the homeless in the area and obvious drug deals being held on the property within parking lot, you get what you will be paying for. One plus was the mattress was relatively new and comfortable but that's about it. NO AIR CONDITIONING; or it is more fair to say the A/C was non operational.

Couldn't have been worse. Homeless dealing drugs out of the room under us. Randos banging on our door throughout the night. No ac! Smoke smell in every room. We know we switched 3 times before giving up. More patched holes in the walls then wall. Floors made your feet black. Lipstick on the sheets. Holes in all the blankets, holes in light shades. The grate to the exhaust fan in the bathroom fell of randomly in the night.

the heater did not work it was frezzing in the room i called several times no one vame to fix the tv did not work and it could have been a simple fix there's no batteries in the remote that could have been the main problem or the only problem I'll never know after several calls asking for help a blanket anything and I was ignored I left the next day

Room was ok but service was less than mediocre. After being there for about 5 days i extended a day and because front desk associate didn't do her job properly i was given 20 minutes to get my belongings and leave before security was called. Wouldn't let me explain it all any questions. So i called the business that booked my reservation. They were able to get everything fixed and i went down to office to verify. Everything was ok. Then at MIDNIGHT my phone rings and it's the front desk very risky telling me i need to come down to the office and bring my ID when i come. Apparently the front desk girl also f*cked up again and didn't get my signature... However, she told her boss that i didn't have my ID And that i said i would bring it down and never did. She never asked me for ID. GOTTA LOVE A LIAR!

The bedding was dirty. Wifi didn't work and no hot water in the bathroom. Light bulbs missing in main room. Checking in had to be cash or card, I use Apple Pay. I was lucky to have cash on me. I will never stay there again!

I cannot say enough about how terrible this place was. They front office lay was really loud and kept having a conversation with the other lady instead of just checking us in and then… The first room had a smashed up TV. the second room they gave us, the key wouldn’t work two times and then it smelled like an ashtray. And finally, the third room they gave us wasn’t ready and they rushed to get out of it and didn’t properly clean everything. The sink and mirror were not clean and the floors weren’t mopped and the bathtub was gross. Then in the middle of the night the bathroom and sink area was covered in roaches and there was even one crawling up the wall next to the bed before we left. everything was very old and falling apart. Also lots of crackheads and homeless people standing around outside. Awful place to stay!

As of this writing, I am currently stuck/locked into the room because the maintenance man was supposed to be fixing the lock mechanism and closed the door and I can't open it. The front office does not anser the phone unless I call the main 800 number and they transfer me to it. The guy told me the maintenance was going to be here in 30 seconds 30 minutes ago. I guess time to call the 800 number or the police. I need to find a new hotel to stay tonight and I am going to contest the fee on my credit card. I am going to order food and when it gets here, just ask them to get the front office to bring a screw driver I guess to open the lock. I am going to give them 2 more minutes, then call 911. I wish I was joking, but this is actually happening as I write this.

We showed up at 11:59pm and the manager at front desk told us that our booking was cancelled. She said we do that if guests do not show up by 6pm (weird af). We were not notified by hotels.com or the hotel itself regarding this cancellation. We were then waiting for over 20 minutes for a room. We were told the rooms were dirty and were checked into a dirty room with used sheets and blankets. There were no fresh towels and the toilet was extemely filthy. This is a very poor experience for any customer.

Our room was run down. Mattress had holes in it, very uncomfortable, rooms are old, towels had stains, people were jamming out loudly. Slamming doors. I heard knocking, I didnt get much rest, I was glad to leave the next day!!!

The advertisement for this hotel says they have small refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms which was not the case, we requested both and was given a fridge we had to clean out, and was not given a microwave unless we paid $6/day for our 4 day stay. The first night we were there we had sewage coming up out of the floor in the bathroom and smelled awful, the next night we stayed the room was too hot and upon moving to the last room we were in we were asked "why are you moving rooms again and why did you come here?" I've never had such awful attitude thrown at me from a business who has the issues in their establishment before as if it was my fault. Nor have I ever been charged for something that's supposed to be in the room that I'm paying for. So my husband and I had no way of hearing up any foods except to go back and forth to the office where the microwave was for free to use. There was roaches and flies in our room the first moment we stepped in and weird wet spots at the feet of the beds which I wiped up. I spent near $400 to stay in this place and couldn't relax even one night from all the noise above us and then strangers showing up looking for random people. That place isn't worth near $100 a night. I thought it would've benefit me and my husband from the heat but I should've looked for a cheaper place I could of kept us out of the heat longer with that money.

Was harassed the whole time I was there did not enjoy at all and also this dude that always stays there was mad at me that I did not want him in my room and mad I didn’t want to get him a room in my name. He knows a few of the workers well and a few of them also buy drugs from him. So he was mad at me and told the workers to place me on the DNR list for no reason at all !! I’m highly upset because I’m a good person and never been placed on DNR list this is crazy and I hope they will fix this and take my name off of there ASAP

Front desk lady was excellent, let me check in early since a room was available. Decided to extend my stay for an additional day.

I had a non-smoking room that could still smell weed and cigarette smoke in the room. My sink was dry slow to drain. I do have to say that the attendants there were very nice and tried to help in anyway possible. It was a very quick check-in since I paid everything online. They need to have brooms and dustpans for the tenants to use.

There were roaches all over. We got a nonsmoking room and it tracked of cigarette smoke. We washed everything before bringing it inside our home. There were brown stains all over the shower and the curtain was yellow (used to be white) and it had little hairs inside the tub. The outlets were not working either. There were people screaming all night.

Dogs barking all night. Live-in low income residence blasting music and arguing outside my door all night. Was charged $130 for a $40 room! Hair in the tub. Blood on the floor. Sheets had hair and looked like slept in multiple times before without washing. Uf I could have found another place I would not have stayed!!
