Nothing the place was closed down and boarded up. and I was not informed before arriving.

Absolutely nothing. There was a security fence around the site and no people thre. The motel is closed and yet you still took my booking. We arrived at 4.00 after s long drive and found a do not enter site. Fortunately we found another hotel on booking.com

We left after 20 min . The curtain was hanging from the wall . The lights were broken . Tv hardly worked . The bathroom door didn’t shut and the smoke detector didn’t even have a battery . I am hoping for a refund . Not even close to stay able

They have no Wi-Fi on this property. There's no refrigerator no microwave in the room. My TV was broken. Sketchy neighborhood lots of homeless around the property I was worried about my car in that neighborhood

Affordable. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a great location. Easy off ramp to get to the motel. Plenty of parking on the side and in back of the motel. The staff were very nice so I don't want to rip the place, but for the time we were there, there was a need for better bug control. They said they were dealing with it so hopefully by the time anyone reads this it wont be an issue. The WIFI was down when we were there so I'd call and confirm it's working before booking.

The only thing that worked was the television. I was taken aback by the duct tape holding the toilet seat together, the bulbs in the wall lights hanging from the frame with no shades, the sheets had a few fleas, the mold in the bathroom was black and obvious and missing face towels/only one full size towel.

The light over the sink did not work. The towel bar was hanging off the wall on one side, there were holes in the curtains and the AC didn't work.

Parking near room. The towels were dirty. When reported to the staff they said “I will bring you more later.” Never showed up. Tv was broken and remote was missing a back and batteries.

Not new and crisp like the pictures. Furniture, tables etc were damaged and painted over as a fix. No hot water in lobby to go with the coffee. No ice. No snack vending. Drink vending was out. The 1 single wash cloth was more holes than cloth. No hand towels. No bath mat. Had to use one of the 2 bath towels as a bath mat.

I didnt mind this motel but at the same time the staff were not the best. I waited 30 minutes to check out and no one came and came and helped me. Ended up leaving and calling them to check out later.

I always feel like a fool when I think I found a fairly priced property, but then see I got less than I paid for. We are back in Canada now, luckily it is below freezing here still, and we hope keeping our bags on the deck for a few days might freeze the bed bugs. The deadbolt on my door would not lock all I had was a little bar lock on like you have on those motels. I had to go to the office twice because my key quit working so I couldn't get into my room. Was traveling with my service dog and there was next to no place for her to use the restroom. Funny thing is signs everywhere saying keep the pets off the grass but there was no grass to be found at this hotel.

Location Got there and WI-FI was down yet no mention when booking with booking.com. Needed to communicate with family. TV didn't work at first and next day. When working had none of the premier channels. Noise from floor above annoying at times.

The rooms were disgusting. One was full of smoke. The other smelt like Tom cats. We checked out after one night.

The staff were really helpful - particularly Sam at the front desk, and the cleaning staff. It was a comfortable bed for the night, in a clean room - and that's all we were looking for. WiFi wasn't working. There was some confusion with the room makeup, but soon fixed by the friendly staff. The location and site overall is pretty basic.

The internet was out and had been for a while (days). That was not on the listing and would have changed my booking decision had I known.

Motel 6s are getting worse than I recall. Rooms have broken down fixtures, towels are not fully stocked (no washcloth or hand towels). Bed sheets are stained, tubs are dirty, drain doesn’t work, faucet not securely fastened, heater did not work (was moved to a room with somewhat working heater).

Old motel needs to be remodeled. 1. floor was dirty, swept but not mopped. My feet were filthy just walking around the room. 2. Desk had no plug. I had to unplug the fridge to use for my laptop. 3. Only 2 towels, no wash cloths or soap or shampoo. Had to use one towel as a floor mat for the shower. Used it to walk around to keep my feet clean. 4. Shower had black over many tiles, several tiles had buckled and I'm sure were leaking water into the wall. 5. Luke warm water, after 15 minutes of waiting I just took a warm shower. 6. Faucet leaked. 7. Free Wifi didn't work and they had no idea when it would be up. No discount for that. 8. No phone in the room. If I had a problem, which I did, I would have to go to the office. Now for the good. 1. It was cheap. 2. Bed was clean. 3. Heater worked fine and quickly. My advice, pay a little more and stay somewhere else.

Many cigarette burns on my sheets and walls. All of my clothing wreaked of smoke just from being in the room overnight. The lampshade was tagged with graffiti, another torn to shreds. May dispute the charge as the room was below any possible minimum standard.

This property should not be listed on Expedia. It is uninhabitable. Doors do not shut properly. You can see daylight through door jambs. They do not lock, deadbolt ot latch properly. The bedspreads were stained and the room was filthy. I was forced to stay in another hotel, and Expedia has not issued a refund for this horrible room. I am hesitant to use Expedia again.

I booked this stay as it was $60/night compared to $120. I thought I was saving $60, instead I felt as if I wasted it. I would have felt safer and slept better if I parked in a random residential and slept in my car.

The worse Motel 6. Ive stayed at Motel 6 for over 40 yrs all over the country. This place should be condemned. Staff was amazing. I left and didnt stay. Smoke filled dirty sheets tub was disgusting

The water had to be shut off the morning of Oct 22. I was not notified ahead of time of this outage, or even after it started. Fortunately, I had finished my shower just a few minutes earlier. Keep yourself customers informed, please.

What I liked was quiet but The guest were too loud to doors slamming Service helpers talking and yelling at each other from one floor to the next, I had No lights working in my restroom so I did not really like it but I still chose to stay one more night, I was too tired to look for another hotel... But I did that first thing this morning....Thank You Expedia...😎

Burn marks on the tub, uncomfortable beds, never git our rooms cleaned. Checked out early to go stay the night at my friend's house. A lot nicer there.

It was an old place, bathroom was not great, tiles falling off edges of wall on floor, tub not clean, -had to clean it myself, front desk made me feel like a criminal- demanding IDs for every guest.

Upon arrival staff seemed bothered. Then the room was horrible. Stains on the sheets and bed. Stains on the furniture. Drug addicts everywhere. Ice machine didn't work. Beds were super old and uncomfortable. Just a really bad experience overall. Don't stay here unless you absolutely have no option.

This Motel 6 is abysmal, and so is Expedia for selling me the booking to this dump. I wasn't expecting luxury from a Motel 6, but towels and hot water are not unreasonable expectations. You are apparently horrible at vetting your lodging offerings. You sold me pathetic lodging.

It was awful. We asked for a refund and left immediately. Felt very unsafe there.

Absolutely filthy, Blood on the toilet paper, roaches and hair in the sheets they said they didn't have extra and when i asked for another towel they could only give me one. Shower definitely hadn't been cleaned and there was trash left from the last people.

The toilet constantly ran towel rack fell off wall when I hung towel light over toilet didn’t work and worst of all room had absolutely no hot water

The hotel had no towels no hot water.. they had electrical boxes hanging out the wall.. and I’m a electrician so it bothered me.. so for $85 a nite I would never recommend anyone here at this motel 6 on 52st and vanburen you couldn’t even control your own air because there was no buttons.. lol omg!!

I couldn’t even get to stay at the property. I booked the at the property weeks in advance but when I got there, they told me that all reservations were full and their rooms were sold out. I even showed them my confirmation number but the staff claimed it was a “glitch.” Never got my refund and had to spend extra money somewhere else.

Water never got hot, pool was broken, sidewalks were dirty, room key’s kept failing, guests fighting in the parking lot, my greeting from office person was a rude “What’s up?”

The bathroom, specifically the tub, had significant stains and dents and scrapes, the walls were covered with a heavy plaster cover over an obvious hole, and the shower curtain needed immediate replacement. There was a guest firing a gun while in the room and the police showed up and then the desk clerk coming on shift at 3 am was arrested for interfering in a police investigation. I’m sure this is a franchise, but Motel 6…do better.

Sheets are stained so whether they were actually washed or not between guests is hard to tell. The lamp next to the bed did not work. The toilet was constantly leaking and a small trash can was put beneath it to catch it. The toilet and shower did not look clean. The small bars of soaps, although packaged, looked like used slivers of soap.

Rundown and dirty. No washcloths. No water for shower. Key quit working for entry. Went to front desk several times. Don't think they cared. Roach in bathroom was final straw. Tried to get refund through hotels.com. Wasted 6 more hours of my vacation. Ended up just leaving the last day and going to another hotel. Don't Stay here

Solo traveler. Place was shabby and not clean. TV didn’t work. Changed room. Heat/AC unit had all control buttons broken causing constant airflow and no control of temperature. Checked out first thing in morning

tub was stained making it appear to be dirty, and there was virtually no hot water in the shower. Property pretty run down. No idea how it got a four-star rating. must be from a decade ago. that will be our last stay at a Motel 6.
