There no ice buckets .I had to walk back twice because my key didn't work staff was rude gave me a different room.had to use a bag for ice there was ice cream left from previous guest.and they didn't have towels.tge was ventilation in the bathroom and a whole in the ceiling in the shower area. The price!

Nothing Everything Didn't like that the first room we were assigned was already occupied, almost got hit by the occupant because he thought we were trying to break in. Second room had no air conditioning. In the third room the pipe under the sink fell off and ended up on the floor with a mess. After all that trouble we weren't refunded anything from the company.

When we first got into our room it smelt like smoke, there was no WiFi and the pool was closed. Due to Covid but it should’ve been put on the front say that they had Covid patients in the building. But couldn’t change that so it was just an overnight stay.

Booked a non smoking room. Got to the hotel checked in. The front desk put me in a room with no A/C working in Phoenix. Then after that went back down to ask for a different room. And he put me in a smoking room. That smelled horrific. Went back down stairs and asked for a different room. He started yelling towards me, and telling me what did I expect when bookkkg a 2 star hotel. I will not be staying there ever again. This was the worst motel I have ever been to in my life. Save your self the money and time before booking here. Beware. Super ghetto!! And trashy!!! BEWARE!!!

I didn't like anything about this Motel-6 When I arrive to the Motel it was a very scary area full of homeless and drug addicts wondering around the place and staying at the Motel. We had no choice to book in other places because it was a long weekend (holiday weekend) so we couldn't find something available, other than motel-6. We had to experience someone breaking into a guest room, it was terrible, the police was all over the Motel chasing this guy. We had to listen to homeless fighting and banging on the doors all night, it was scary. I have stayed in Motel 6 before in California and I had never experience something like this. I don't recommend this place for anyone, it's not safe and you will not sleep at all.

Mattresses were awful. Sink faucet was loose where it completely moved when touched. One towel for two people. Towels way too small. After showering, faucet would not turn off. Have stayed at other motel 6. This will be my last

Everything. False advertising. The rooms a look nothing like the pictures. The building is old, rusty and the shower curtain was gross and slimey. Restroom was like an airplane toilet, compact. So was the bedroom, with 2 beds.

There was mold in the bathroom. No hand towels. The Motel 6 sign wasn't lit. Wifi wasn't working and the pool was closed.

Stay was ok but fridge was iced over n AC was not working. Got a few hours of sleep. Police circled hotel. People fighting nearby. Was a little worrisome because i was traveling alone.

Lack of amenities. Room only had one bath towel, one hand towel and one wash rag. We had to go out and purchase more towels and toilet tissue paper.

Office staff were not friendly or welcoming. There was no basic common courtesy. The quality of the amenities was quite low for the cost.

I did not, unfortunately. No Wi-Fi, our deadbolt was broken and made our stay feel unsafe, pool was down, looks like some crime had happened there because apart of the facility was blocked off, sink faucet was very loose, tub was dirty, we didn’t have a blanket only a sheet, other bed had blankets but cigarette ash burnt holes in it, and there was burnt marks in the shape of a face that was starring at us the whole two days, mattresses were definitely out of date. Whole lot of work for this property.

This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed at! It’s probably used as a halfway house. One bed in my room didn’t have blankets on it. No wash cloths. Total garbage

This property was the worst I had ever seen.we completed check-in which was fine.upon entering the room, I was immediately disgusted with the rooms condition. The walls were dirty and stained,the smell of the room was horific. The door did not shut all the way and had an approximate 1" gap from the deadbolt to the top of the door frame. The television had an approximate 6"wide black stripe down the entire length of the TV from top to bottom. I allerted the clerk of thes situations and asked for a different room. I was advised that I waited too long to tell him(approximately 45 minutes) therefore he couldnt do anything about it. At this point, due to safety concerns, I decided it was not a dafe place for my wife and I to stay. I then checked out and cancelled my reservation for the weekend. I was told that I would receive a refund and an email of said refinf by the on duty clerk. The next day, I still had not received a refund or email regarding the refund. The next day, I contacted the property and spoke to manager, "Jay" who advised me that he would send an email regarding the refund off the entire stay and a reverse of charges. To date, (3 days later),I still have not received an email or refund from the property.

Building is falling apart, literally!! Multiple safety hazards throughout the property. Bathroom had peeling baseboards and black mold painted over with white paint. Saving a few dollars is not worth it! Air conditioners smells like cat piss and rooms are poorly maintained and not properly cleaned. Sheets and curtains had cigarette burns.

The property was welcome to pets. However, it was extremely disgusting. I understand I booked a lower end motel, but I have also stayed at other motel 6s and budget motels. This place was foul. Deeply disappointed. If a hotel room doesn't have electricity, water (like a shower that doesn't work), or Wi-Fi (especially if it's perpetually "under repair," like this place), it feels like a scam. I got scammed.

Staff was amazing. The room, first the bathroom mold everywhere the ceiling, in the tub, all the caulking. Our bedding had burn holes in the blanket. The comforter was a flat sheet. The towel were stained. The room definitely needs some upgrades.

Although conveniently located, the room was tidy, the telephone had no cord and the bathroom door trapped my Wife inside the toilet. We were refunded.

Also, people don't pick up their dog poop, which is scattered all over the property. Be careful stepping into any grassy areas.

The amount of prostitution and I’m guessing drug deals going on at this site was concerning. The front desk clerk told us it was unsafe for us to walk to the closest corner store. The cleanliness was lacking, someone else’s hair was all over the room and on the bedding. The finish no longer exsisted on the bath tub and there was a car air freshener tree hanging from the ceiling fire system. The telephone in the room did not work, not connected at all. All in all I would spend a bit more for a night stay just for the feeling of safety and cleanliness.

At 3 am, the hotel caught fire. Had to evacuate. I have no idea if we can get a refund. Apparently the same hotel had a fire in the early morning in April, a month earlier.

the room was clean but in need of repair. Bed was hard and just needs updates sink moves around shower wall where shower comes out the wall has opening outside rail was loose. Room need repair vending machines were empty had only 2 items in them.

It was OK, not great, not terrible. The refrigerator didn't work, the air worked but was missing knobs, the light switch above the bed worked poorly, I think the on off switch was loose. The entry door had a 1/4 inch gap along one side of the door to the outside but no bugs. For the price was OK.

Sheets were gross. Told my son maybe the hair we found in sheets were from the maid. Room was clean though. It is next to highway so you do get alot of highway noise. Alot of trash laying around parking lot. Was cheap rate so not too disapointed.

I’ve stayed a many Motel 6s before but this by far is the dirtiest and most unkept place I’ve ever stayed. First there were no sheets between the bottom mattress sheet and the blankets I was switched to another room and this was tire in the second room also. There was dried what looked like food spills on the floors the shower curtain rod was handing by a thread with drywall detaching from the wall. At 9 pm in the room next store they started renovating with a saw or something. People were yelling all night. The air conditioner wouldn’t turn off the curtains were tattered with holes and there were large gaps in the door frame. It was a scary unsafe situation being female travelers or for that matter anyone traveling. The staff was very nice it isn’t their fault that this place was in such deplorable shape. I will be call motel 6 corporate offices tomorrow to report the unhealthy and unsafe conditions.

The gentleman at the desk with super nice, but when we got to our room it was horrible the door did not shut all the way even with the latch closed on it. We would have went and tried to find somewhere else to stay but my husband had already been driving so many hours and was too tired to drive anywhere else. It didn't even look like we had the door shut it looked like it was open a crack.

This was the most disgusting stay at a motel in my entire life. The entire facility was outdated, filthy & nasty. Had no heat and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Total health hazard.

The only thing going for this place is the staff! I hope the owner is paying their staff top dollar. Rooms need to be updated. They must be really relaxed on codes in AZ because nothing about our room was up to code. Water was cold, toilet was broken, pretty sketchy area of town. But, the staff... Top notch!!!

I get that this is a dog friendly property, but when one or two people don't pick up after their dogs then everyone else doesn't either. The walkways and paths look like they've never been pressure washed and are also filthy.

I asked for a non smoking room, my room smelled like smoke terrible. The front desk just brushed me off in the morning when I asked them. I write this from a much better room at Motel 6 Winslow. And got a better price! I will never stay at Motel 6 Phoenix West again.

Sam "the manager" was so incredibly rude and disrespectful. He refused to give us the name or information of the General Manager. Then he responded to us by saying, you can come and get your "sh*t" tomorrow. When I tried to explain to him the situation that we needed help with, he hung up on me. I called back and he told me that I was acting like a girl. Really? Thats how Motel 6 Managers talk and treat their customers? I've disputed the charge on my card and I've filed a claim with Motel 6 Corporate. I would suggest booking one of the other well run properties in the area and avoid this property as you dont want to deal with Sam "the manager". AVOID THIS PROPERTY AND AVOID SAM THE MANAGER.

This motel is a dump. The mattresses were absolutely horrible, it was like sleeping in a hole. Could not get any rest and kept waking up all night. Then the people above us came in after midnight and immediately out on loud music and started moving furniture or something. It literally lasted all night. The sheets were paper thin and stained, same with the pillows, and towels. The plaster is falling off the walls in the bathroom. There’s a thick layer of dust behind the tv, along the top of the shower, and under the beds. The tv resolution was so dark you could barely watch it with lights on and there is no setting to adjust its It was literally one of the worst stays of my life. And to top it off they charged $165 for this crap!

The towels stunk, nothing was set up. Beds were missing comforters. And the worse part was that the door didn’t lock or shut all the way. We had a few unwelcomed visitors, I had to pile stuff in front of the door. Very disappointed and not worth the money we spent.

You get what you pay for. This one Motel 6 I was very disappointed in. Room is small smells like someone was smoking in it after I did request a smoke free room. Beds low and uncomfortable. Pillows uncomfortable.

I’ve stated some sketchy places before but this one takes the cake. I’m pretty sure the local prison has better facilities… The furniture in the room look great from 20 feet away but once you got up to it you realized that it was beat up and probably bought at a thrift store. The bedding was a mishmash of goodwill donations. The pillows were flatter than the blanket, didn’t match, and I wouldn’t even put them anywhere near any part of my body. Shockingly there was no bedbugs… I’ve slept on concrete that was more comfortable than this bed. The free Wi-Fi didn’t exist… Music blared all night. Pretty sure a mechanic shop was operating outside my door, till bout 3am. If I wasn’t so tired I would’ve walked back to the office, got my money back, and drove home… The only way I’d ever stay at this place again is it the police took me there to house me for the night because the prison was full…

Not a bad hotel but its outdated and low budget.

The room is very sparse to the point to where there was only a bottom sheet on the bed. They don't do shampoo, but they do three bars of soap.

Door had been kicked in before and would not close right. Walls had stains on them as well as the sheets and pillow cases. Fridge was busted and the desk had a hole in it.

I booked my room 30 minutes before arriving, more than enough time for my reservation to show up on their screen. When I get into the office the front/owner says he cannot find my reservation. So I wait about 15 min. Still not there. There's very little cars in parking lot, so there must be rooms available. So I leave and contact Expedia the next day. The owner tells Expedia that I checked in, so I get no refund.

Room itself wasn’t bad but the lock was partially broken, and the male staff member was not friendly. The tub had an unpleasant stain ingrained into it. Thankfully upon rubbing, it didn’t come off. So it is possible they did clean it. It is also not the safest area. People roam in and out of there and chill in random areas on the property. There were also a good amount of cats roaming.

A relatively cheap place to stop for the night. The place is a little shabby. The room was dirty, the sheets were stained. One thin towel was provided. It was also cold and the heater didn’t appear to work. The room had a fridge and microwave. A number of fast food places and convenience stores within a mile or so. Barely tolerable at this price.

AC needs to be replaced-mold in the vents. The room was heavy worn down. Cigarettes stains on the wood floor! Heavy mold smell in the room.

No towels, roaches smelled like dog and smoke.

This place used to wonderful before a couple years ago. The receptionists was wonderful and very Informative. Very happy. And I had Issues with the The first room when somebody was trying to open up my room door Everything was dirty And broken smell really funny I asked the younger 24/25 receptionists was very friendly And very informative. and she young lady was very pleasant. She gave me a second room which was very clean. She's awesome. much quieter And cleaner .
