Please stop renting rooms that are falling apart. The vinyl floor was coming up, the bathroom door was falling off. Holes in the walls, paint chipped up everywhere, using a flimsy towel bar vertically as a grab bar in the bathroom, no shower head just a handheld because the bracket was broken, shower hose ducktaped in place, deadbolt not working, lampshade crumbling, shower moldings missing and smelled like a smoking room. It was like sneaking into a hotel that had been abandoned for years. Please fix something.

This place was a slum. Noisy, filthy, drunk's knocking on my door, etc.

There's a picture of a beautiful pool but it's filled in with rocks and dirt and paved over. There's no towels. There are no amenities like soap or a cup to brush your teeth. Said I should get a fridge and microwave and when I asked for them the front desk just laughed at me and said they couldn't do anything about it. Everything about this property is a lie. It is a slum!

Well it’s close to the event and freeway I was doing This place was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The lighting in the room didn’t work, and the fire alarm was not fixed, which is a serious safety concern. The mattress was filthy, and I even found signs of bed bugs. There were also drug-related remnants on the walls and in the bathtub, which was disturbing. The surrounding area felt unsafe, with homeless individuals nearby, and overall I did not feel comfortable staying here at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had a really great stay at Motel 6. The staff was friendly, respectful, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of, which made it easy to relax and feel at home. The service was fast and professional, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and welcoming. I also appreciated how affordable everything was while still providing a quality experience. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a nice, comfortable place to stay with great customer service.

This place is in ROUGH shape!! My room had no nightstand, I wheeled over an office chair to put my phone on for the night, and the area is not the safest area. I’m from out of state, so I didn’t realize it was that bad of an area. You will not want to stay here with kids or if you are a female traveling alone.

It’s a large property located near several food and drink options as well as bus route and the interstate. Rooms were clean and noticeably updated in the last 10 or so yrs The location is not the best area. The office was in a not so obvious place. Upon entering the room and getting settled in I noticed a light bulb missing above bed, smoke detector missing from wall and found in the closet. The tv wasn’t working but once I checked a bit More thoroughly I found 9 not so entertaining channels. Also there are no ice buckets in the room or cups. Plugs behind bed were unplugged and quite the tangled mess to navigate so I could plug devices in and attempt to turn light on but no bulb. Also there are signs for “ice” all over the property but I came to find out there aren’t any machines anywhere cause the hotel got tired of repairing them. **Suggestion come up with an indoor alternative (large side by side freezer w/ 2 or 3 pound bags of ice for purchase? Or an actual restaurant grade ice machine and have it in the office for guests to use.) also there is no pool on property as I’ve become aware of at other properties. Last 2 small things are phone does not work (no worries as it’s more a bother) and i was not provided the WiFi password. With all the problems i tried using room phone and my cell to reach the office as I had a long day already and my room isn’t close by the office. Needless to say I walked down and the only 2 issues that got resolved were WiFi password and cups.

On my second day, I left my wallet in the room. When I returned, I was told my room had been rented to someone else... while I still had it booked. A stranger was already inside with my belongings, in the room i paid for, with it in his name. The staff refused to help, wouldn’t issue a new key, and gave no refund. I had to confront the person just to get my things back. Completely unprofessional and unsafe. Avoid this place.

I didn't like any part of this stay. It was terrible. We canceled our reservation after one night and did not receive a refund for the second night, even though we didn't stay two nights. There were boogers smeared in the bed sheets, smmashed bugs, hair sticking to the wall, mold in the bathroom sink. We canceled our booking on booking.com and only stayed one of the two nights. We did not receive a refund for the second night.

Staff was friendly and quick. The room was disgusting. The tub was rusted and chipped, the faucet hanging out passed the wall and the walls/ doors were really dirty... I don't think anyone who owns the Motel have been inside these rooms since the day it was built....there were no trashcans, the side tables had no lightbulbs and despite the offer of free wi-fi I couldn't connect and ended up getting what I could from the week signal coming from the McDonald's across the street that luckily reached my room. I had to get my door key re-set because it was around my phone, I guess and caused it to malfunction. The smell ..now I know I was staying at a motel and not expecting high class... but the smell was rancid. I just needed a bed and roof so that's what I got but I straight up overpaid, basically hotel prices for motel quality. I was there for 2 nights and went in at different times but only ever saw the one man at the front, I wonder if they only have 1 employee or something. Might explain a couple of things. I would not recommend this place, I'm sorry.

Nothing worked: land line, fridge, charging ports and room was disgusting. Tears and stains throughout bed sheets and curtains. Single shelf in bathroom coming off the wall. No hand towels or washcloths. No coffee, as advertised and no lobby amenities as advertised.

They towed my car and now I have to walk 2 hours to get it they have no address for the towing location which I'll use when a law firm responds to me.

Curtain were barely hanging on, space in-between door jam, loose doors.

Pretty gross. Tried to give me a room with no toilet seat. Felt like a trap house.

Nice and helpful staff + house keeping! Staff promptly reroomed me when a small problem arised. Overall a 8/10 stay for staffs responsiveness; only things I would improve is updating the rooms a bit + fixing, or getting a new, dryer for guest laundry facility. I would recommend them and stay again.

Never ever stay at a Motel 6 again no matter how desperate I am

It was AWFUL. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Bugs, hair, blood, and other fluid stains were on the bedsheets and mattress. Mattresses were torn up. No pillow covers, no covers on the mattresses, cigarette burns and smell even with it being a non smoking room, and a mystery pair of pants were hidden between the mattress and box spring. Everything was dirty. Especially the bathroom. No towels. Shredded mattresses with visible stuffing and metal. Check my google review, the photos are insane. Front desk only said “if it isn’t good enough for you, I’ll move you to another room”— lots of sketchy activities going on outside. It’s DISGUSTING and shouldn’t be running any form of business. Zero stars. I doubt any health inspector has been there in ages.

Our cats got to stay for free. Bed bugs in room 111. This AI robot responding back to me. We got a compensation of $11 for longer than a week of bed bugs, cleaning, and moving rooms. Some TVs in some rooms work, some don’t. Toilets and sinks rarely work. Thankfully a shower works but is not clean. Smelled like mold in the bathroom.

The rooms are run down. The sheets had hair and stains on them. I had to buy sheets from Walmart to put over the sheets that were there because it was disgusting. The smell in the room was terrible; a cross between insect spray and bleach. My bed was about 4 inch off the rails with the bed slightly pushed from original foundation. Because of this, there was dry food crumbs stuck to the floor. The rails could actually hurt someone as they protrude 4 inch from the bed. I had to be careful. The area is full of homeless and drug addicts. I actually seen a women walk across the parking lot in her underwear. I should have looked for another hotel but since I prepaid and it seems that almost every hotel was full my family and I just stayed away until time to sleep. I learned my lesson in trying to save a few bucks. Very disappointed. Do more research before booking online through a third party.

Staff was rude when we asked for more blankets because our reservation was for 5 and there was no accommodations for the fifth person when asked for more blankets. The clerk rudely handed us sheets. Then continue to suggest that we canceled our room and visit and rudely handed me the paper of cancellation and asked me to get the F out because he had to give the room to another customer that had an issue in the other room.

This place is a dump. Prostitution in the parking lot and potentially in some of the rooms. Other sketchy things going on. I can’t believe this place was more than $150/night. I was traveling and is was late so never would have stayed if I wasn’t in a bind with no other choice.

Check-in was an issue, several keycards did not work. I also had an issue with my keycards in the middle of my trip. Otherwise, this was a good stay, I could not expect much more from a cheap motel.

Just a heads up, we got bed bugs in room 111. We went up to the front desk to try to solve this issue, and we were just moved to another room, with no compensation. We contacted Motel 6 corporation AND booking.com corporation and got $11 for our bites, inconvenience, and money out of our own pocket to clean (our clothes, our blankets, our towels, our cats beds) Unfortunately, we had no choice and had to stay, and LUCKILY there were no bed bugs in the next room. There were, however, plenty of issues with this room. TV didn’t work (we were like whatever at this point) the sinks handle came out every time we tried to use it, and it trickled out. The toilet MOVED across the floor each time we tried to use it, I wish I was exaggerating. There was so much water damage in that bathroom, I would be surprised if there wasn’t mold growing underneath the vinyl boards. Also, a leaf blower was used to clean the parking lots and hallways about once a week…at 8am…with no leaves…blowing loudly in front on your door. It appeared to me that they were trying to get the garbage out of parking lots/hallways, but were just moving it into grass…littering. I would only recommend staying here one night if you NEED to, because I understand how much cheaper it is to stay.

This motel was filthy and infested with bedbugs. We were attacked by bedbugs and forced to change rooms in the middle of the night. The new room had neither a microwave nor a refrigerator. It was a terrible experience.

Location for my needs was great. The cleaning staff needs to do a better job. There was hair in the bath tub. The “remodel” in the bathroom was horrendous. The shower head was adjustable, which was nice BUT, it was so high on the wall, it couldn’t be reached without a step stool or standing on the edge of the tub. The light left much to be desired. One of the bedside lamps was missing a bulb and the “main” lighting in the room was SO bright it was uncomfortable.

The staff was horrible. My room had holes kicked in the bathroom door. The atmosphere felt like a trap house. Immediately when I pulled up, I felt so uncomfortable and unsafe. I went into my room for no more than 2 minutes before immediately leaving and going to the front desk and telling them that I felt completely unsafe and that there was no way I was staying there as a single woman. The attendant in the front was accompanied by the “security guard.” The security guard told me immediately that I would need to call Expedia and ask them to refund my room but that they would make me stay at least one night. Then stated, “there are bad places in the world and I just need to understand that.” The Expedia gentleman was very kind and understanding, he asked me to hold while he tried to call the facility to talk. No answer on 3 tries. I asked him to stay on the phone while I went inside to tell him to call Expedia. The gentleman refused and said he never got a call while the phone was right there. I just held the phone up to him so he couldn’t avoid it as he clearly was. He stated his manager “said one night minimum or no refund.” Then said his manager was unavailable for the night. I walked out and told him the “manager” was a security guard and he was clearly avoiding his calls. I said I wouldn’t not stay the one night even if I had to pay. He told me to check out and that he would send my info to a specialty department to review. I felt like they were trapping me to harm me.

The staff was horrible. My room had holes kicked in the bathroom door. The atmosphere felt like a trap house. Immediately when I pulled up, I felt so uncomfortable and unsafe. I went into my room for no more than 2 minutes before immediately leaving and going to the front desk and telling them that I felt completely unsafe and that there was no way I was staying there as a single woman. The man that checked us in was very polite and very sweet and very professional the lady that cleaned our room was also very nice and put a little rush on it for us so that we could get in a little earlier because our child was having surgery at the children's hospital in Phoenix there down the street and we needed somewhere to lay him down afterwards but the property itself was horrible there was trash everywhere construction where there were women hanging off the balcony trying to pick up my husband you know ask him out for a good time they're pimp was standing right now on the floor walking around pounding on people's doors of the sticks selling drugs out in the center you had a man and a woman get into a huge physical altercation where the man was shaking the woman screaming you owe me money b**** and you had homeless people sleeping on the grounds up against the doors under the trees around the entire building it was very filthy unprofessional the room was okay it had a huge hole in the bathtub the toilet was barely sitting on the floor was not bolted down the tank to the back of the toilet did not fit the toilet the cabinets were hanging off their room when I booked it said it came with the refrigerator and a microwave it did not come with either when I checked into the rooms the beds still needed blankets which I corrected that part and other than that it was not a hotel I will ever ever go back to nor will I ever recommend it to anyone it was probably one of the worst

this place is not good. we probably spent like 40 minutes in there before we tapped out and ended up getting a different hotel across town. terrible condition. the staff was actually pretty chill tho. the front desk guy was attentive and helpful so no notes there. but like please fix your property it’s not good

Bedding was not clean stayed more then 2 days room didnt get cleaned and requested to have it cleaned none of the housekeeping spoke English i kept getting the run around about who to talk to about getting extra towels wash clothes

I have stayed at this hotel for many years, I know it is a hotel on the cheap end, but the amount of homeless people in the property using drugs has increased dramatically. I don't know why the city and the hotel owners do not work together to solve the situation.

The room is nice for what i need it for so i can’t complain, the staff is friendly and they work with me when it comes to checking in if im a little behind come check out time. I appreciated all of the help very much!

This is the worst motel I have ever been to it’s filled with drugs and druggies police there everyday checked in my room and there was paraphernalia under the beds other people’s clothing and shoes in the closet no soap toilet paper no towels or anything in the room it was dirty I would but recommend this place to anyone the staff are rude and no one knows anything

Upon checking in to both of my rooms the floors had not been swept or mopped. There was holes underneath the counter broken mirrors light switches. It didn't work missing doors. The toilet hadn't even been clean. The tub was stained cigarette Burns on the sheets beds that were so old and lumpy. If you pulled up the fitted sheets there was hair all over the underneath of the sheets. The whole property smelt like urine and feces doors to the rooms were dirty, broken. Worst property ever. I will be forwarding this information to motel 6 corporate so that way they could do a site inspection and shut that place down or at least pull the name. We checked out within 45 minutes and they refused to give us our money back. I can't believe Expedia represents this property. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Horrible place! Dirty, run down, in terrible condition, burn marks in the curtains, sheets, walls, ashes on the bathroom counter, no Wi-Fi, no TV. Pool was filled in with debris, trash all over!

Upon check in after I couldn’t cancel I was told the TV hadn’t worked in 3 days and they would try to fix later that day. I got in around 1 am after driving hours so I stayed. There was mold I. The bathroom the tub was so black I couldn’t even use it. Unsanitary I know this is Motel 6 but it was disgustingly and uninhabitable. I called Expedia next morning to cancel rest of stay I had booked 3 days and was told management at hotel refused refund and there was nothing they could do to help. Don’t waste your money not even a decent place to sleep.

This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had at a hotel. Okay the worst for sure. First the room had no working TV or internet but was listed to have. Then I had to iron my pants. No iron in the room so I went to the front desk. He quickly responded to no irons on the property. When I knew in fact other rooms had irons and it was also listed. The second night I switched room. The TV and internet worked but still no iron or hot water in this room. The laundry room was not accessible all day and the front desk acted like I was inconveniencing him when I’d ask. He would pretend to call someone but I literally heard the busy tone when he was talking to the phone. Then I had a friend in the room when I was trying to extend for a third day and the front desk would not forward my call to the room. Ended up putting my friend and my belongings in an unsafe situation. I called multiple times hoping to get a different employee. However he ended up just picking up then hanging up right away. This was just unreal to me how he can get away with doing this. I feel like they just took my money and once they got it had no care in the world as to what they advertised online and reality. I would not recommend staying here endless they get an employee that actually did more than collect money.

The rooms are better than most Motel 6 rooms. But the staff was horrible n they should replace the guy that worked last night. They don't go out of their way to please a customer at all. Not even a little. I would not recommend anyone staying here. They clearly didn't give a crap about their customers. First off, I checked into Hotel and was told, the TV may or may not work. Also, the internet was not working. I told the clerk if he was making customers or third party booking agents aware of non worling TV or that they will have no internet and that the price of the rooms should be discounted. I went to look at the room and yes, TV wasnt working and the sheets had dog paw prints on the sheets. We went to the front and asled for another room and soemthing on the north side of building and located near the office. The second room was a lot better except the toilet bowl was the best working condition. A lot of people hanging out side near dennys restaurant. I would recommend this place.

This is by far the worst property I have ever stayed in in my life. There are crackheads everywhere. It took me an hour to check in because there were so many police officers there checking cameras, cause something had happened. The towels are dingy and dirty the whole property has urine fresh urine everywhere not to mention that the bathroom door is bottom, fell out and all his hair and nastiness fell out of it. I would never recommend anybody stay here the place should be condemned.

Wifi and half the power in the room didn't work

The listing stated tv and wifi. That's a lie. The internet was disconnected in the room. I arrived at the property and was told early check in was $10 but the "internet was down" so they could not check my reservation. The pool was boarded up and there were red stains all over the tub. My daughter thought it was blood but I think it was rust. There were drug addicts sleeping in the stairwell. I'm a single mother who relies on these property descriptions to be accurate. I knew the area was rough but this hotel is not family friendly. I stayed one night. I debated staying a 2nd night but the rate was 95 total for no tv and no internet. I chose to sleep in my car until I could find a more appropriate location for my family. Do not stay here. I really would not recommend it and can't believe Motel 6 allows this under their name. Really disappointed.

Not a horrible place, but not exceptional either. The price was cheaper than anything else around which was awesome yet a guy yelling cuss words in the parking lot middle of the night woke me up and made it difficult to sleep. Kind of dirty but no bugs that I noticed.

This motel is good if you’re looking for a cheap place to sleep and if you don’t prefer where you sleep (cleanliness, felt grimy). We only stayed here because we had an overnight layover at the PHX airport. The area was very sketchy and customer service was not great. The front desk guy was nice and he had an iPad alarm indicating when he would be back from his break. This was around 11 pm at night. It’s worth it to have a cheap place to sleep, but I would rather pay a little more next time to have somewhere cleaner.

Requested bottom floor due to knee injury. First room I killed two small roaches in the bathroom. Bedding looked like it had been walked on with dirty boots. No TV. Went to ask for another room. Was told by a guy there were no more bottom floor rooms them after another man spoke up in foreign language the man told me to go check another room and gave us a card key. Checked room, bed seemed clean at least, TV remote was broken with TV already on. Phone and alarm clock broken. By now it’s after 8pm and my child is tired. Took the room exchange. Unplugged TV. Woke up with bites across the back of my neck. Walked across parking lot for breakfast at Dennys, vagrants asleep on sidewalks which was alarming for my 7 year old. If we didn’t arrive late, had already prepaid nearly $100 and had an early morning appt at children’s hospital I would have gone elsewhere!

That was the worst property I’ve ever been to the towels weren’t even white. There was loose hairs on the towels everywhere, but the rooms were subpar and then I spent one night booked for two decided to check out and they don’t even offer refunds on anything I will never ever stay at this place ever again or recommend it to a friend.

It was nothing like the pictures showed. Even the pictures of the lobby look like a completely different hotel. The bathroom door didn't shut and there was lots hair in the tub/shower. The sheets and pillow cases were clean, but the comforter was not. The overall cleanliness of the room was questionable as the floor and surfaces looked fairly clean but the beds, curtains, and bathroom were not clean at all and there was still water from the previous occupants melted ice in the ice bucket. I know they can't really control the people who live around the area, but there were several people who appeared to be homeless and possibly on drugs roaming through the parking lot and hanging out around the lobby entrance. They did not bother or harass us, but I would be cautious if traveling alone.

The room smelled like mildew. The sheets were not cleaned and the mattress was stained in multiple areas. The window curtain was dirty and the curtain appeared to have blood stains. The bath tub had dark stains on the tub floor. Some of the internal walls had dry wall that was coming apart. The other motel occupants were shouting outside in the parking lot and I was afraid for the safety of others and myself. Overall, I would not stay here again. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this motel. I have photographs of my observations of the room.

the major thing about this place is the location and having to deal with homeless, tweakers and hookers all day and night. Screaming yelling arguing honking pretty much throughout the entire night made this stay very unpleasant

This motel is absolutely terrible. The room was disgusting. My boyfriend complained after we went to take a shower and it was black and had hair left in it. They denied it was dirty and said they wouldn’t do anything about it. People screaming and banging on doors at all hours. No trashcan in the room at all. Bedding and towels were dirty and had stains. And the TV didn’t work.

Arrived due to a late flight late at night. No one there for 15 minutes to check me in. Put me in a room next to people that were loud and using the motel for other things besides sleeping. I requested another room and went to bed at 1:30 am. I was abruptly woken up at 5:00 am when someone tried to open my door. It was not fun. I had to yell at them that they had the wrong room. I finally fell asleep again and then woke up early and left by 7:30 am the next morning. Very upset. Door looked like it had been broken into before. Curtains did not cover window. Tv on when I went in. Could not turn it off-had to unplug it. :(

Don’t be fold this is not La Quinta motel. This is a rundown crackhouse flop house motel six I was given a broken remote last night. I was there. I could not get a signal for the TV and no one showed up to fix it. They say they have Internet they didn’t if you wanna crackhouse experience this is where you stay.

I left my dogs food bowl on the floor overnight,we woke up and a cockroach was crawling on it. The remote for the tv was broken so it was stuck on , and i couldn’t turn the volume down . There was unfinished or exposed drywall in many places around the room.

This was a perfectly adequate motel for the night substantially nicer than the place. We stayed in Tucson the night before.

1st room tv channels was not working right, microwave not working, bathroom was a mess. The window was just tape up from inside and looks somebody tried to break in, in the past the screen were bent back. 2nd room was a little better but tv remote was not working properly maintenance was supposed to show up but didn't

Junkies outside, junkies passed out in cars in the parking lot with their truck hoods open. Literally dog poop in front of my door. No door on the bathroom. No door on the closet. Not a single smoke detector in the room. What looked like a blood stain on the bathroom floor. The property is FILTHY. Junk and trash everywhere. How Motel 6 can charge as much as they do for this place is a crime. Seriously avoid this place. Again, I have stayed at many Motel 6s in my time. This one was easily the worst and management should be ashamed to keep this place open. Avoid at all costs.
