Our room overlooked the 18th tee box. Very nice and clean room. Loved the fish tacos at the restaurant.

Staff was awesome! Facilities and Amenities were easy to find. I love that they had an activity calendar with different events like pool games, board games and crafts for children in the Tot playground. Rooms were clean and matched photos online. We would definitely stay again. Family friendly

A minor complaint were the windows next to the main exit door that we cured by taping up black construction paper otherwise the morning sun light up the room too early. Loved our stay and would definitely stay again. Oh, the bar at the pool could've been open longer!

The rooms were spacious. Our King bed was very comfortable. I normally have a back ache after sleeping in most hotels just for one night let alone a week. The kitchen was equipped for basic needs. It had two days worth of detergent and dishwasher tablets. We really enjoyed the golf course. It was in nice shape and the staff were all friendly.

The resort was beautiful, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had a great view. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was amazing and had plenty of lounge chairs. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful resort!

I didn’t like how far from the pool and other amenities we had to walk. The check in was slow and they messed up our reservation. WiFi was shoddy and hard to sign into. Maid service was rude when they finally came around. Worst visit of the five previous visits to this location. Lastly we checked at noon for almost the cost of a night and they wanted to charge for anything past 11am. Checkout at 11 is crazy. Parking was also terrible because of construction.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful The room was not cleaned well, bathroom floor was not clean, top of dresser had something sticky, walls had stuff running down them in the kitchen, bedding for pull out bed had no pillow cases, light switches were dirty throughout.

We didn’t get to use amenities due to celebrations at other places

We did not eat breakfast. We like that there is a clothes washer and dryer in each room. It's not a real problem, but waiting for hot water seems to waste a lot of water. Maybe water heaters in a smaller group of rooms would help this.

Had a great time staying here! The room was comfortable and the kitchenette was well-stocked with glassware, dishes, etc. and enjoyed the pool/spa. Only nitpick was the thinness of the walls (the next door neighbor guests were extremely loud at 4-6 AM every day) and it was hard to adjust the hot water in the shower. Overall had a really great stay and would stay again.

Staff informed at check in that they updated our room but it was the same room we booked. It was upstairs and I informed them due to medical condition please get us downstairs-never addressed the issue. Second day we requested bath towels and staff said they will bring it to us-never came. We had yo wash our own towels when needed.Third day, toilet clogged.room trash was full and never got changed.

The only minus was the people who were using the pool from a neighboring apartment complex. They were not guests of the hotel, but snuck in and were disruptive. We ended up leaving early because of it. If that could be more regulated, the experience would have been great.

The rooms are dated but functional. Decor should be lightened up and modernized. We don’t golf so only chose this place for the pool but our suite and a majority of them are far away way from the pool so walk in 108 degrees or drive if you can find parking. No places to park to actually check in either that I could see. Then they want to do a timeshare presentation. Nothing about this place warrants ever going back.

They don’t do daily housekeeping but we don’t like that anyway and they were always attentive if we needed something. Overall it was a great place!

It’s very old school a bit run down but was ok to stay for 2 nights don’t let the pictures fool you they make the resort look better then it actually is

Overall loved staying here a couple nights. But the walls are truly paper thin. You could hear someone blowing their nose on the other side of the wall. But very comfortable and overall do the price depending on what you need, I’d recommend

I only stayed a few nights, so I didn't use any of the amenities. It was a very nice room at a very reasonable rate. My only complaint would be having to drag my luggage up a flight of stairs. Otherwise, great place, I would happily recommend.

Lovely property conveniently near downtown, airport and the foothills. Beautiful natural surroundings but lots of random trash in the courtyards and entrance to the room. The room itself was well stocked and clean with the exception of random TP pieces under the sink in the main restroom. Many hot tubs and ones or adults made relaxing enjoyable.

The walls of the rooms are really thin so you can hear what your neighbor is doing. It’s pretty terrible if there is a crying child early in the morning or late at night. We didn’t have any hot water during our showers and there were several dark hairs on our clean towels and in the bathroom. The property is lovely but they just need to dial in on some key issues that make or break an experience.

Unfortunately, I do not remember her name, but there was a staffer that called. I did my entire check-in, but I did not stop by the desk to the right of check-in due to not wanting to be asked to become a member. The woman that called me over and over, said that if I did not come back that my keys would be deactivated. This was incorrect and not kind hopefully that changes.

The room was not in great repair and very out dated. The shower faucet handle broke off. My husband had to fix it. Also, the walls are very thin. If you are a light sleeper, not a great place. Other than that, the pool is great and the golf course is awesome.

We did not eat at the restaurant...we chose to cook our breakfasts in our own accommodation.

On a more positive note, the pool area was nice and well-kept, and the grounds of the hotel were pleasant and enjoyable to walk around. However, the issues with cleanliness and customer service made it hard to fully enjoy the stay.

I didn’t realize the room wasn’t going to be done daily until we arrived consequently we have to ask for towels and paper goods often.

The landscape along with the sunsets are breathtaking. The staff is great, friendly and helpful. The restaurant food excellent.

We’ve stayed at this property before and really liked it. This time was just okay. Our room was loud which must have been due to the air conditioning units behind it. Also by the time I got done in the shower the water was up to my ankles! I would have thought maybe things like that would be checked once in a while. We checked in at 2:00 and were charged $25 for early check in. I could understand that if the room would not have been ready but it was. Check in hour is 4:00 pm. Check out hour is 10:00 am. Most other places are 3:00 and check out is 12:00. One last comment is that the room really needs to be updated!!! Most likely won’t stay there again.

This is a great place to stay if you have family, want a nice room, or enjoy golf course scenery during your visit. I wouldn't mind coming back!

When I explained to the staff checking us in at the front desk , they couldn't have seemed more disinterested ! I did explain to the girls that we had been up since 4:00 a.m and we were exhausted and needing to find someplace to eat . As a businessman myself, if I ever experienced one of my staff behaving like that with a client/customer of ours , I'd probably demand their resignation ...., right then and there . When you're in the "hospitality" business , maybe you should actually show some !!!

My room had dirty floors and a moldy shower. There was no hot water in the shower and the front desk told me that it takes 15 minutes to heat up (?), but they’d send someone to take a look. And then did not.

The resort was very kid friendly - great pool and playground with some activities during the day and evening. It was nice walking around the property. There is a restaurant on site which was ok. The biggest issue is that they don’t clean the rooms unless you pay a fee.

We just stayed for a week. Kids loved the pool. Loved all the amenities in the room, especially washer and dryer. Loved how they had easter event at pool. Will definitely be back.

Great property for families. Room was big and clean. Pool had plenty of space and the golf course looked beautifully maintained (did not play). Lowest toilet I’ve ever seen

This was our 6th visit to the Legacy! As always rooms are very comfortable. Staff is courteous and pleasant. Golf course was in great shape.

I was alone and felt very safe. Staff met every request with friendliness and professionalism.

The only downside was that the rooms felt a bit outdated and could use some modern updates. However, this didn’t take away from the overall experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

The rooms are outdated and dingy. We had hair on our sinks, small dead bugs, and dried urine on the toilet seat.

What a beautiful resort! Clean and up to date. There are staff everywhere during the day on golf carts meticulously tending to the property. They always have a smile and “hello” for you. The greens are gorgeous and the pool area is great! 5 stars. Stay here. You won’t be disappointed.

Rooms were huge, well stocked kitchen, huge bathroom. Very clean. The pullout couch wasn't the best, but they rarely are anywhere. Staff was super friendly and helpful, great pool. Place is 10 mins from the airport, but it's very quiet and very close to the South Mountains, you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere. Golf Course looked great, didn't get a chance to Tee it. We're planning to return next year.

Enjoyed our stay in every way but one. The walls in the casistas were paper thin. We could hear every noise, voice, and use of water in ajoining rooms. Please blow some insulation into the walls, floors, and ceilings!

Kitchen is awkward with a college dorm fridge. . Tv small. Gym was basic. Pool was good should have been bigger. Restaurant was very average. No room service. It’s dated. Rooms are out of 1970. Bed was comfortable. Not a lot of clothes storage.

Great place. My only two suggestions are to have the hotel and restaurant services setup together. I would like to have billed my drinks and food to my room. Two, we need more places to hang towels in the units.

We got in and tried to check in early. They said the room was not ready but they would give us a call when it was available. We sat by the pool for over 5 hours with a cranky 4 year old. We were up at 3am for the airport and we were all tired. At about 4:10 L walked over to the front desk to get an about date, and I was told the room was ready, and had been ready for some time. No phone call or text. The 2nd item was just a smelly refrigerator in the room. Previous occupants must have had something pretty bad in there, surprised it was not picked-up by housing keeping. Bought some Armour Hammer baking soda and made it work. Overall 5 star stay. Room was nice, grounds were nice, and with the exception of the "no call" the front desk staff was great. Will stay there again.

The property is absolutely beautiful. At night sitting at the restaurant is so gorgeous. Our room was a little on the older side but clean. We viewed the 17th hole which was very entertaining. It would be nice as a guest to have range balls available during stay not charging $25.00 an hour. Paid enough for a day of golf, course was great, greens are killers, and overall we loved the place.

We had a long day of travel and arrived really late. The staff at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. My husband was scheduled for a golf lesson and wasn't sure where to go. Everyone he asked was very helpful. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we could need. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was amazing! They decorated our room for my husband birthday for free. The location was perfect and the view was beautiful! We also enjoyed happy hour at the on site restaurant! No issues.

Overall good experience. The only issue I found was that the wall between rooms is kind of thin. I could hear the conversations of the family living in the next room.

While we enjoyed our short stay, I must say that our room was starting to look tired and in need of renovation!

First room no water heater. So moved us after we got all settled in to another room so we packed everything back up and moved. Checking in there are 5 or 6 people ready to get you to sign up for timeshare presentation. Little overwhelming when you just want to get to your room after a day of travel. Just say no thank you and move on u less you want to do the timeshare.

TV in master had a lot of static on CBS and other stations during the Olympics. The water or something flowing in the walls in the master was very loud. Shower was not warm enough for my husband, yet the older bath tub (has jacuzzi openings, but they don't work) has very very hot water. No cold water in the bathroom. This place is a vacation time share type place. No hard sell, but it was odd. The pool area looked like a nice resort, but the restaurant is more of a cafe and the bar consisted of 5 or 6 barstools in the cafe. Golf course was nice according to my husband.

Bathroom/tub very outdated and therefore did not seem all that clean. Staff was nice enough. Did have some issues at the course with not being able to ride along with husband in cart…even when we paid extra riding fee. Get a few more carts to accommodate for that. Course lost money because we didn’t end up playing at all! Restaurant lost money because we didn’t end up eating there. And all others- cart gals, snack bar at turn, bags boys… everyone. Too bad for you all! We probably won’t be back.

We loved this place and would absolutely return. Great pool, beautiful grounds, and helpful staff. It was nice to have a kitchen and a balcony. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because the walls are thin (the adjoining interior doors don't help) so if you have neighbors, you can hear them really well.

We booked this place because we thought it was a luxurious golf resort. In all actuality it was a need of remodeling time share resort. We hadn't even got checked in before they asked us to go to a presentation on the timeshare. The room needed updated. The toilet was placed crooked, the floor tile wasn't finished, the closet doors were hard to open and slide. The cabinets were shotty and need updating.

Walls are very thin!!!! We can hear our neighbors all the time from both sides of our room! We hear them snoring that we can hear very loud from our room, what they're watching on TV, their conversations, dishes and utensils sounds when they eat. Very noisy. We couldn't even sleep or rest. Broken patio door lock that doesn't lock and broken toaster as well. Never staying here again. Their key wristbands that supposed to work like room key card to get access to room and pool don't even work.

Clean room if somewhat OLD. Also given a dishwasher but with no detergent........defeats the object, no one is going to go buy detergent for a stay of a few days.

Finally she said it was ready but that she would find a golf cart to take us to our room. We waited a few minutes before we decided to walk to the room since we knew where it was. We opened our door to someone in our room decorating for my husband's birthday. I had booked the room weeks ago and asked if they did anything for birthdays and they said they would decorate the room so it so disappointing to find that she was just beginning to decorate after we were told the room was ready. i asked her to leave since the surprise was already ruined. There were scraps and little bits of dirt every where on the floor so i thought they would send someone to vaccum or clean up. They didn't even after i called reception to let them know. Then there was no toilet paper in the bathrrom and the toilet was filthy. I called for toilet paper but none ever came until the next day. Their walls are so paper thin you could hear your neighbors clearly so we really did not get any real rest. I will never go back there!!

The room had no hot water in the shower. I made the front desk aware of the situation. They sent someone to fix it. Surprise, surprise no hot water for the shower again the next day. I let the front desk know when we checked-out and all I got was a sorry about that I’ll send someone to take a look at it. A lot of good that does us as we are checking out and already had 2 days of cold showers!!!

Room was dirty. Mirrors had either toothpaste or hairspray all over them. Floors were filthy. Bathtub had hair and little ants crawling in it. Sink countertops were dirty. After we checked into room, a maid tried to enter and said she was there to clean the room so not even sure if we had a clean room. Then took 4x asking for items that were missing and extra items we requested to get them.

Everyone was very polite and friendly and not pushy. Once i let them known i wasnt interested in buying anything they left it alone. The suite was nice and well appointed. Everything need for an extended stay. The pool and grounds are very nice. Visible securuty constantly making rounds of the grounds qas nice to see, knowing my car and suite were safe while i was out exploring. Would stay again.

Great experience, place, and the golf courts are beautiful.

However , they really need to work on the hot water. All the rooms require you to run the water for over 10 minutes before it is tolerable to take a shower. When I complained the only answer was “ we have hot water on demand.” I would think this makes zero sense wasting water in Arizona. This was the situation for 3 different rooms in 2 different sections.

The room was very nice and the pool was enjoyable as well. We liked being on a golf course. Thinly confusion was the golf coarse is not part of the resort but they work hand in hand.

Our first couple nights there we had cockroaches , it was something we overlooked until in the first 3 days we had more , the guest service changed us rooms when it was brought up and gave us a 25$ voucher . When we got the new room . We had no bedding or dish soap and found a previous guests glasses and garbage in the room aswell as we found more cockroaches on one of our last nights . Good course was in immaculate shape but rest of stay wasn’t ideal for a 10 day vacation

Clean, comfortable bed. Laundry in room. All appliances. Bring some good earplugs. Noisy banging doors, appliances, no noise insulation between units. Impossible to have any sleep into the mid/late morning if you have families around. Units can be far from pool and amenities. Cleaning only if you ask 24 hrs in advance. If your stay is not long enough you may be charged over 90 USD per cleaning. Reception area has a sales desk for timeshares. Feels uncomfortable and a bit aggressive at times.

all the staff was very friendly and helpful, the whole facility was very lovely and clean. There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like

Nice and clean

The rooms were spacious and well kept. The clubhouse and grounds were lovely. Not a fan of Booking.com being the only way to address our reservation. When we arrived our room had been given away. We kept our rooms & paid for both knowing we may not use one of the rooms on Fri night. It's not ideal that the facility has no way to attend to the those details for guests and it has to go through Booking,com. it takes away their ability to address those issues & let the guest know they are heard and seen & not just a booking.

Room was ok, but the shower had a lot of mold in it. The vanity sink was not cleaned when we got there. We had to run the shower for literally 15-20 minutes for the shower to warm as instructed by staff. We were informed on our 3rd day that house keeping was not included in our package. Booking through Expedia was a miserable experience for too many reasons to list.

The Staff was nice, the room maintenance was lacking not up to standard older and needed to be upgraded

Toilet ran off and on 24 hours a day and no housekeeping for fresh towels.

Great golf resort

Arrived at night, wanted showers but no towels. We had to call the front desk to request, they apologized and said they were short staffed. Took about 15" to get towels delivered to our room. Free parking but we had to drive around looking for a free space. No breakfast included. We scheduled four nights but they only gave us coffee filters for two nights, again had to drive to the reception to get two more filters and coffee packets. Nice place but apparently difficulties effectively managing/staffing.

Check-in start off extremely rough with us being sent to a room that had someone else already occupied. We received a noise complaint for talking at 6 PM. Reported it to the front desk that we did not appreciate that they didn’t even have the common decency to respond to us.

Property was gorgeous, golf course was in excellent conditions. Extremely convenient walking to the golf course from condo.

Good but cleaning (mexican) staff are rude and racist

Amenities are very plentiful even though did not have time to enjoy them all.

I love this place. My 3rd time staying. I had an issue with my room. They were happy to fix it. Gorgeous pool area. Very relaxing.

Online stated jetted tub no jetted tub. Staff was rude in the morning about checking out I guess they were short staffed on friday 12/19 according to the girl who answered the phone.

Room was huge, washer+dryer bonus, patio and views were lovely.

The room was a bit dated for a golf resort. The staff was wonderful, and the restaurant on property was great. Excellent service and prices. The pull out sleeper sofa had no sheets/ blankets or comforter on it. The pull out mattress was old and thin..when I laid down on it, one could feel the springs digging into back. I did find sheets the next day in closet. Would have been nice if they told me this at check in..I was in town for a wedding and this was the closest place to the venue. Other wedding guest's were staying here. It was quiet at night. BUT it is rather dark when walking around at night. Its a long walk from the front to the back where the restaurant is. I didn't use the pool or other amenities.

Nice sized suite with well stocked kitchenette. Bed and linens were high quality. Suite was clean. Four star rating, rather than five star, was only due to sound quality. Sounds from neighboring rooms, room above, and guests inconsiderately closing doors loudly were experienced.

We had everything we needed including coffee. Nice amount of plates, mugs & wine glasses.

If you dont care about hearing people in bed doing the nasty, talking, or even snoring in the rooms next to you then go! If you dont care that the bathroom sliding door shuts or has a handle then go! If you want to be called 5 times to remind you about your meeting about locking in on time shares to get free rooms then go, still waiting on my $40 deposit to get refunded! They will not clean your room even with a week long stay when called and asked they will only bring linens.

But over all this place is fun an feels really clean. Even after saying the knocks I would stay here again in a heartbeat. They have an updated area an ours was not updated yet. Totally felt safe at night out an about on the property definitely recommend

Staff was lovely!! Resort is abit older but very clean! Concierge was so helpful with getting around, where to go for food and things to do! Only complaint is rooms aren’t super sound proof- so if you have noisy neighbors you’ll hear it. But all in all, I would definitely stay here again

Nice convenient location with wonderful pool and grounds. Loved the kitchette, washer/dryer, list of local restaurants etc. and private balcony.

The bathroom was not clean- a lot of hair in and outside of the bathtub from a previous guest. They did not provide any room maintenance during our 4 night stay (making the bed, changing towels, taking out trash), nor were there any signs saying they did not provide that service and it definitely was not discussed during check-in. Two towels for 2 people for 4 nights is ridiculous. The pool was nice but there was no bartender Monday through Friday. It’s a busy resort with plenty of guests. People would like to have beer and cocktails by the pool on weekdays. They need to just eat the cost of employing a bartender the other days of the week. Lastly, after check-in there is a high pressure sales pitch to get you to attend one of their time share presentations. Would not stay here again.

My room was not thoroughly cleaned when I arrived. There was trash on the floor and hair in the shower from the previous guest, and the bathroom was not cleaned. The concierge badgered me when I checked to do their time share presentation. There is also not enough parking available and I had to park two buildings down from mine if I was out past 7pm. I would not stay again or recommend.

Wouldn’t stay again. No bedding, waiting almost two hours. Outlet didn’t work for light and phone so had to alternate which to use. Dated and ugly. Sofa bed was brutal.

The dining room was a construction zone and while I intended to invite some people to dinner there - I could not or would not. The golf course was closed and the hotel never told us. I had numerous things break in my room. A light was out the refrigerator was freezing everything and the safe need repair. This is far too many issues.

Major this was the people in the other rooms around us. Our neighbors would start making nose around 3:30 am and stop around 5am.. just wish the nose rules would be a a lot stricter

Items were stolen from my car. Spoke to staff about checking cameras but staff seemed uninterested to help. I thought it was a safe area but now my whole experience is ruined. Will not return again.

Clean condo staff took care of any issues fast and friendly

The garbage disposal in the room didn't work. Everything else was amazing. There is no continental breakfast, but there is a restaurant that you can get breakfast at; I didn't have breakfast.

The only thing that didn't work was my TV, they had an issue with their supplier for the block I was in, they immediately offered to give me a different room but it was my last night and I wasn't really that bothered about it so declined their offer. The site itself is great and if I'm ever in the area again I would quite happily stay there again.

This is my first time traveling to Arizona with my husband we went for our anniversary. The villa was amazing. The pool was spectacular. Ate at the restaurant. Everything was superb check in super easy. This resort is amazing and beautiful.

Enjoyed my stay there. Room was clean and the staff was friendly. One weird quirk was that the A/C's condensation dripped out into the shower (by design) so if it was on, and you took a hot shower, cold water would drip on you. Never seen that before.

The staff were very helpful and friendly! The grounds are beautiful and quiet and you can wake up and hear the birds on the golf course!

This a timeshare property if you were not aware. Be prepared to be asked to join a sales pitch. They are not pushy and under no obligation. The resort and adjoining golf course are in excellent condition. Restaurant has good food, and views. Pool & hot tubs well kept

The sofa bed didn't have any of the beddings in the room. Anywhere, it was about 11 at night. So we called or requested the betting for the pullout we had to go and walk and get it in the rain. Then when we get there, the hotel attendant that was there very ruly, just pointed to the bag. Den.\nSell word to us as she's munching down on food and didn't even ask us anything just pointed at the item didn't even say we're sorry, didn't even say thank you, didn't even say sorry for the inconvenience, nothing at all.She was very rude

The golf aspect of the resort was wonderful, the course was incredible, very well maintained, and staff regarding the gold aspect was very helpful setting up a tee time for my husband and coordinating renting clubs as we were visitng from out of town. The pool is nice however our room and other aspects of the stay were not so nice. It is obvious the property is somewhat old, while it is convenient that you get a kitchenette and laundry in room, some of the doors on cabinets were missing handles, the recess lighting were dislodged from the ceiling and our balcony screen door didnt work so we couldnt have use of our balcony during our stay. Additionally they do not provide room service during "shorter" stays, we had stayed 5 nights so you are expected to continue using same towls for the duration of that stay, we had to continually ask to have new bath towels brought to the room as we had several hikes planned for our trip, additionally you could not get these from the front desk they could only be brought to the room and only if you were there to take them when delievered so a bit of an inconvenience there. All around a beautiful property, my husband enjoyed the golf, course and staff surrounding that was wonderful but otherwise the lodging aspect left something to be desired

The grounds behind our unit had an unplesant view, the pillows were not comfortable and the sheets were scratchy. Those are my only complaint.

The Legacy is always a great place to stay if you can get past the time share promoters. It is usually pretty quiet but this time we had noisy neighbors who smoked on their porch. Staff was very helpful.

Whether you like golf or not, thr Legacy is a great location to stay and have control of what you want to do. In 5 minutes you can shop for what you need. It's 15 minutes from downtown Phinox. The staff is pleasant and very welcoming. Prefect for couples and families. Will come back.

Excellent place for families or couples for a low key retreat

The walls are paper thin—you can hear everything. One night there was a couple fighting and slamming doors, while another room had what sounded like a party with dishes and liquor bottles clanging. I called guest services, but was told they couldn’t do anything unless I paid $95 to move rooms. The refrigerator in my room stopped cooling properly, which caused food to spoil and ice inside to melt, leaving water spilling everywhere. I had to try moving things around myself just to manage the mess while waiting hours for maintenance. When they finally marked the issue “resolved,” nothing had actually changed. By the next day, another staff member admitted the ticket was still open and wasn’t sure it was ever fixed. What makes this more frustrating is that this was my second stay here, and I had a similar experience with noise and poor customer service the first time as well. The worst part both times was the way guest services handled everything—rude, dismissive, and with zero solutions. Overall, a very disappointing stay.

The in-person staff wasn't as friendly or efficient. They were annoyed that I didn’t sign up for their 90 minute timeshare presentation. She forgot to give me the wristbands after I declined going to the presentation. But, I am so grateful for the staff that communicated via text. The unit was wonderful and had everything we needed. The location was a bit far from where we were going to visit, but it was quiet and nice.

Amenities at the resort were great as well as the staff from reservations, My only complaint during my 11 day stay was that housekeeping staff never came to clean my unit nor asked if there was anything I needed such as towels or garbage emptying etc.. While the rooms were well stocked with sufficient items and nice I did have to empty my garbage even after setting it outside of my door, it was never picked up. Overall I would definitely book here againI

The only thing I don't like is you have to go through the pitch for timeshare to get your pass for the pool. They should give you the pass when you check in and say if one is interested in timeshare then talk to them. Otherwise I love this place.

This place was amazing! The room was perfect, it was quiet and had great amenities. The staff was friendly. One of the best stays I have ever had!

Air conditioning units were very load and would vibrate the walls and woke us up several times.

We have stayed here last year and had no issues. This time was not as smooth. First was the bathroom door issue, it was not closing all the way. It’s a pocket door that got jammed and would not pull out. We had maintenance come and try to fix it, but we still had a hard time with that door the whole stay.

Check out is at 10 am not like 11 or noon at most other hotels. And they won't extend to 11. Room and furniture a bit dated but in ok shape.

Excellent room ! Great size, very comfortable bed, large balcony and room amenities. The room itself would get a 10 out of 10 ! The rest of the resort not as exciting. The Pool was clean and adequate however I would not consider it very resort like. Dining options on site were limited to the one restaurant at the club house. I did have breakfast one morning there, I found it a bit overpriced and the atmosphere not warm or inviting. Restaurant Staff was friendly. I want to like this resort because as I said the room was great especially for a longer stay but just didn’t find the resort overall having a resort vibe.

I didn't think I needed to request a handicapped accessible room. I was surprised that apparently ALL the toilets in the condos are LOW. Makes it difficult for those of us with knee replacements. I would have liked to have a higher height toilet as an option.

Thec room was very comfortable and clean. The patio is a great place to relax. The only thing the room lacked was dishwasher soap tabs and or dish scrub to clean dishes. Otherwise the stay was great.

Wasn't until check in that my friend and I were informed that there was no housekeeping because our stay was just 3 nights. Mattress on the sofa bed was old so caused discomfort, informed front desk Wednesday night. Had to remind staff next morning and had to wait til after 1pm for Maintenace to come and replace it with a new one. Paid extra for a room with the jetted tub.1 of the 4 jets wasn't working. Around 5.10am morning of our check out we were awakened by loud stomping from the newly checked in occupant of the Suite directly above us. Called front desk around 5.25am to complain about the disturbance. Was informed quiet time ends at 5.30am. Grill/ Restaurant on the premises lacks choice of healthy options during mid-week stays. I have to give credit to the staff who were phenomenal and very accommodating, and the facility was outstandingly clean, but my friend and I came for much needed R&R but instead became stressed ref the sofa situation, limited healthy menu choice and the disturbance so early in the morning was the last straw. We were 2 retired widowed ladies who just needed a break/some pampering who tried to get away from cooking, cleaning and disturbed sleep only to find ourselves experiencing all of the above because we discovered that the Resort is infact a Time Share.

Convenient location. Close to the airport. Beautiful pool and grounds. Very quiet. Only inconvenience was that it took a really long time for the water to heat up when taking a shower. Other than that the rooms are well equipped with everything you need to make a comfortable stay.

This was close to my 20th stay here. I literally go to Phoenix to stay here. The staff is very friendly & accomodating. This time i brought my 4 granddaughters 7 & under, we had a 530 flight & they have a pretty firm 10am checkout policy. They gave us a 2pm checkout so we didnt have to have the girls out in the heat. They were able to take prooer naps which made life so much easier for me & my daughter. Ive been there 2x in last month & cant wait to get back to my home away from home ASAP.

The grounds were nice, the room was clean but needs updating. We had to run the water for 20 minutes before it got hot. The pipes are so old you could hear the neighbor filling up their jacuzzi tub late at night which woke us up every night.

This was a great stay. A bit impromptu with family joining from out of town. It passed the eye test for me, and was a comfortable stay. Spacious, and was able to lodge all members in the same building. All around great experience. I will visit again in the near future.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Legacy Golf Resort! The kids LOVED the pool and movie at night, and all other amenities. Room was super clean and well organized. Staff always very attentive and are always on top of responding to you Asap. Definitely will be coming back!

This place was nice and lovely. Went to Arizona with the family to see a Baseball game. Chase stadium was only a couple minutes away. This place was nice and quiet and clean. I'm definitely coming back again next year

My husband got talked into attending the time share event. They're slick. Promised pastries...had pretzels. We skipped breakfast and were starving by the time we got out. They took a $50 deposit to attend - so we felt like we had to stay or lose our money. Then - we took the 7-day vacation certificate as our reward. Fine - live and learn. Now, I'm trying to book a vacation with that certificate and find most places I'm interested in going...I can book cheaper on Expedia. Found some reasonable places in our local resort area that seemed like a good deal, until I read the fine print and there is $111 cleaning fee per day. There are very few "free" places to book and they are places I would not feel comfortable staying (and still required the cleaning fee). In addition, we could not enjoy our patio because every time we went to sit outside, the people next to us were smoking (two different groups in the time we stayed there) and the smoke was blowing our way. Not the best set up. Maybe they need smoking and non-smoking areas.

Friendly staff and Great golfing

Check in process was easy until I repeatedly had to decline a timeshare property viewing promotion. After I stated several times that I would not be able to attend the 90 min viewing, I felt I was just brushed to the side by staff… I also left an item in my room after check out, I called the next day to see if anything was turned in, and the woman stated that I would have to file a claim and then Security would check to see if my item is there and then they would let me know there is no other way of retrieving or inquiring of a lost item. Last day as well there was a small roach in the corner of the room
