Spacious and full fridge in room

I had a suite and it was reeeaaaalllly nice. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. I checked in late and they said the latest I could check in was 11:00pm. Check in was at 3:00 but I didn't check in until after 9:00pm. I had a full kitchen...stove, refrigerator and microwave!!! The staff was very courteous, pleasing and made sure that I had everything I needed. Breakfast was really good and hot. They had cereal, eggs, bacon, potatoes, etc. and you could get whatever you want. I know what hotel I want to stay next time I'm traveling.

HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION STAY: MONDAY 5/17-5/18 I'm going to be honest. I have a past stay there about 10 yrs ago to compare it to and its really gone downhill and has aged badly. ITS DESPERATELY IN NEED OF A RENO. OUR past stay was rated excellent so you do the comparison. I booked based on past experience, location which is literally minutes from my home, food cleanliness, maintenance etc. For this stay it was inexpensive so I cannot complain to much but I will be honest. The elevators are very slow. The hotel needs more The room needs a huge reno with updated furniture and decor The cleaning people don't really clean: Dirty door handles Dirty sink and garbage disposal. They didn't even fix it when requested. Nasty jizz looking stain on one of the beds top covers. Dirty stained pillow not pillow case the actual pillow. It was only for 2 nights so I wasn't going to be a Karen about it. My family and I will just not be staying here again unless its renovated and you have English speaking and well trained cleaning staff. Everything else was just ok. The food was disappointing. 10 yrs ago it was amazing. We had to stay for 3 months back then . Couldn't fathom doing it now. I am very disappointed in Hilton with all the money they have to take care of all their hotels. If you have a long stay this is perfect. They have everything you need. A kitchen with plates, silverware, pots/pans, dishwasher and everything you need. The bathroom has the best lighting. It was big and clean and comfortable. I felt extremely safe. The best part was the night time front desk staff. She always checked on me, making sure I was taken care of. It’s nice to have that especially when you are traveling by yourself. I had a migraine the first night and every time I saw her she checked on me. She received my food when I had to run to get my medicine. She was genuinely concerned and I appreciated it. Best experience I have ever had. I can’t think of anything.

Property is old and worn out. Furniture is broken Drapes are rotten from sun damage not one of the nicer ones we’ve stated at . Staff was friendly venerated buffet looked ok we didn’t eat however The outdated. Damaged furniture snd carport mold on baseboards in bathroom

Breakfast was horrible hot bar all they served was eggs with cheese, mentioned to kitchen staff that the waffle mix was out, staff stated that's all there is, oatmeal watery.

On the negative side, You have to pay a little over $5 for parking but you park your car yourself. The shower head in the room was out of my reach and I'm 5'6". I was not able to adjust the shower head because I could not reach it. When I pulled back the sheets on the bed, the fitted sheet looked like someone had tore a hole in it. On a more positive note, Raul let me check in a couple hours early at no extra charge! There was a wide variety of choices for breakfast and everything was fresh and delicious!

The carpet can have some cleaning though and water is not offered to customers anymore. Locations is also great close to I-10. Breakfast was very good with lots of option and a huge sitting area.

Got a suite to accommodate my partner and grandson. Upon opening my hotel room I noticed wet carpet, the kitchen sink and dishwasher had an out of order note so that was disappointing. What was worse was a tile in the bathroom was completely loose and raised. A completely unsafe bathroom space. I spent a lot of money and to not even be notified or room changed. Won’t be going back

Breakfast was good loved the potatoes and the thin crispy bacon. The tvs were a lil old fashion and a few lose tiles in the bathroom but everything was really clean and tidy. The staff was really friendly at front desk and during Breakfast.

Our room was amazing, as a 5 members family plus grandma the suit was perfect, one room with king size bed and a complete bathroom and the other one with 2 queen beds and another complete bathroom. Living room with a full sofa bed. Kitchen with everything you need . We loved the place

I wanted to like this place, the rooms were so spacious and perfect for my family of 5. This place has suites with up to 3 beds and a soda bed that was amazing, we paid way to much for what this place was. tiles we literally undone in the bathroom, carpet was old, all the furniture was broken, or super worn out. Curtains were dirty, this place is very run down and needs a makeover. The carpet in the hallways was damaged rolling your luggage threw it was a pain. One elevator was broken, breakfast was decent and staff was super helpful and courteous very friendly as well. I must warn you that you can hear the road from here its so loud, one bathroom had the vent on forever and But 5 stars for the staff, but please make this hotel nice as it has so much potential.

The hotel is very convenient to Camelback park. The breakfast is alright but comes in handy for a quick meal. The staff is really friendly.

Breakfast menu was good. The weather was nice, it was nice of the hotel arcoss to open their pool, so that we could swim. The front staff was nice. Good service and attentive, they fixed the window in the room, it wasn't closing.

Room required small fixes: the curtains can not be fully opened, air conditioner is too loud, only 2 chairs for 4 people, no hair drier. Overall, not the hotel that I would like to return.

For the most part everything was good. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok but not my favorite. I was a little concerned when my daughter checked in after me and was told she was already checked in. They gave me her room! We don not have the same name and I gave my ID upon checking in. How they miessed that up I will never know. Thankfully they were able to get things sorted out.

I called the hotel, told by the staffing personel that he would have his manager call back and assess the situation being I was charged a night for not showing up. No follow up after leaving my name and number.

Our heater didn’t work woke up to it being 65 degrees in my room had it set for 80 . Now I’m sick with a sore throat . On top of that they’re was no parking last night . I had to park in Culver’s parking lot . On top of that the manager on site was not helpful very down attitude toward the work place . I’d like a refund of some sort . This was not ok

My stay was terrible from the moment I check in .Antonitte the front desk manager did not greet me , she actually had an attitude that I was even there checking in at 9:30pm she sat the whole time didn’t smile or make her guest feel uncomfortable and while I was checking in she was on the phone dealing with another guest and once she got off the phone she started speaking bad about the guest to me . After checking in my family and I were walking to our room on the second floor . My son who is 4 years old who has autism ran to catch up with us and the house keeper screamed at him and told him not to run . I responded and told her that he can run to catch up to his parents . We weren’t running around back and fourth we were simply walking to our room and she did not have the right to speak to my son . Once we got into the room Antoinette called me with a rude tone and threaten to kick us out and call law enforcement. As a manger she was terrible and I would like a partial refund for my stay I could not sleep comfortably in this hotel especially with the main door not even locked it is free for anyone and everyone to come in . That is a safety hazard that I would like to report and I would like a phone call about this stay . Thank you!

Convenient and affordable but facilities are a little dated. Moderately clean, found hair strewn about the bathroom floor. Bathroom tiles on floor were loose. Could hear people upstairs walk around all night with their flat feet. Dog friendly place and close to my sons residence but will I stay here again? Hmmm See above

Parking is brightly lit,which you have to pay for. Our room was great, staff was very nice and courteous. Breakfast is available and was okay. Eggs, bacon, toast, and you can make your own waffles. The beds were comfortable and the location is minutes away from many restaurants, stores and a CVS. The toilet was a little slow,you have to pay for parking, and they forgot the linen for the sofa bed.

Having a great night sleep in a good bed is where it’s at for me. So the bed wasn’t as comfortable as it could’ve been.

Service was just okay. My key didn’t work when I arrived, the backup physical keys also didn’t work, and it took over 30 minutes to fix without offering me another room. The parking lot had random cars with people sleeping in them, the main entrance trash was overflowing, and no help was offered with luggage. Overall, you get what you pay for.

Hotel was cute but the elevator was broke. Had to use the stairs. Normally not a problem but Phoenix is hot as hell. Stairs didn’t help.

The hotel was clean and the beds were very comfortable! My grandson and I enjoyed the pool and hit tub after a long travel day. Breakfast was good!

The room itself was fine.. they could clean the carpets though. I stayed there for seven nights.. it was only cleaned once... After they told me it would be cleaned every other day. Had the same breakfast for like 6 days in a row.. only one waffle maker...

Everything was nice . I just wished they served bacon for the continental breakfast. Lol . Staff was friendly and room was clean and comfy . Although, they was going to charge $50 for parking, it was not stated prior to booking. However they waived it. I need to check my card to make sure. Great stay overall.

Arrived at midnight to rest for the night. The gentleman at the counter was nice but his appearance was not good. Gave us a room and the bathroom tile was broken literally broken. Did not take a picture because we walked right out. New room smelled a little like weed and was not very clean. Showered in the morning and in the middle of showering the water turned off. We told the front desk and he said the only was the water would turn off is if they were doing construction and he said they were not.

I loved this hotel…there’s so much to love, but especially the layout of the suites. The bedroom is back behind the kitchen and living room so that conversation or other noise from the hallway does not disturb anyone sleeping. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The staff was very professional and very helpful while still being very friendly. I’ll stay here again the next time I come to Phoenix.

Room was okay, worn furniture, ware and tare. Needs some updating. Room a/c and ceiling fan worked great. Overall it was fine.

Pool was closed on property but staff told us to walk to Hilton Garden Inn and we can use pool there. Room smelled of cleaner like WD 40. My daughter wanted to use sofa bed but it was out of the question. Does the staff even look at the conditions or stains on it? New beds and bedding needs to be updated at this property.

I got there very easy to find. Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Didnt like the extra $5 a day for parking. And I had to change rooms because the a/c in the livingroom didnt work. And the only ice maker was on the 1st floor. Very inconvenient.

What I didn’t like was the noise airconditioner.

It was so convenient to everything. I-10 was just around the corner so everything I wanted to do i just caught the freeway. The staff were wonderful! Rooms were very good and breakfast was awesome. Thank you, i had a great stay!

Checking in was a piece of cake with Antoinette. She is friendly and funny with guests.

The entire staff was amazing, kind and helpful. The property was clean and in pretty good shape. Our room had some minor cosmetic issues. Breakfast was hot and fresh although we were kind of sad that the waffle maker was retired while we were there. Other than that it was an excellent stay.

I stayed in a suite with a separate bedroom as I brought my daughter with me. I was expecting a desk with work station as that’s what was in the photos of the room. Instead I had to set up on the dining table. Not a big deal. I have done it in the past. I unpacked my stuff, set up my laptop and placed my cloths in the closet/dresser. Worked till ten pm and then went to open the fold out couch bed only to find a sign that looked very old stating the sofa bed was broken. Would have been nice to know this before I unpacked, say maybe when I checked in? And then there was the sink in the kitchen. There was a piece of wood missing from the front of the panel and there were four nails sticking out. Almost cut myself on one. For the price I would expect a better quality room.

I stayed one night. It was wonderful. The hotel was very clean. Everyone was very nice and comforting and professional. I made dinner for me and my boyfriend and I slept very comfortably and then I went to work. I love the room. I love the problem in the kitchen and the bedroom all separate it was a very nice stay for $100

Everything about my stay was good besides the fact that the couch pull-out bed did not work so I had to share the bed with the friend who was with me. It was inconvenient since this was one of the main reasons for booking that room. Everything else was good. I loved that I was able to take snacks due to the mini kitchen.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was courteous and efficient. We even had a room on the first floor which I was expecting to be a loud mess, but I heard absolutely no noise. Breakfast was above average with the most patrons I’ve ever seen at a hotel courtesy breakfast. We were extremely pleased.

The pool was under construction and was not told ahead of time that it would be closed. Luckily there sister property Hilton Garden Inn across the way had a pool we could use as well as a restuarant and bar.The breakfast was not great and they didn't keep stock of items as they ran low. So if you came towards the end there was not much left. The customer service at front desk was too busy on their phones to be attentive to the customers. It was close to our location for volleyball but for the price would probably stay somewhere nicer next time. Did not feel like it was worth the $300.00 per night.

I can’t say enough good things about this facility. From the check in to check out, the service was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was super comfy. Best hotel, we will definitely look for more Homewood suites to stay in from now on.

My stay at this location was outstanding. Given my daughter's nearby residence, I usually choose accommodations in Goodyear. This establishment, however, proved exceptional. Cleanliness and staff service were of the highest standard. Its proximity to Goodyear, just a 15-minute drive, makes it an excellent option. I highly recommend this venue and look forward to returning during my next Arizona trip. The atmosphere felt distinctly homely.

It was great

The property looks great on the outside and in the lobby but rooms are run down. Tiles are lose and/or cracked/chipped, raggedy baseboards, the ac makes a horrible noise every time it turns on and woke us up every night. Very poor lighting in the rooms. They told us housekeeping cleans every 2 days but they didn't clean our room. There was not a working laundry room available even though the website shows there is one. On the day of checkout, housekeeping kept knocking on our door to see if we were gone and we still had a few hours before we needed to checkout. We won’t stay here again.

Well I picked this because I wanted a jacuzzi to relax my muscles after driving I didn’t think I would have to check here to make sure that it was functioning but it wasn’t to my surprise so it was not at all what I thought I was gonna do

Pool and hot tub were not in service, bathroom light didn’t turn on, didn’t get our room serviced with more towels and linens or trash taken out, elevator broke on us TWICE so we had to use the stairs the whole time to get to our FOURTH floor room. AND NO WE DIDN'T GET ANYTHING COMPENSATED…

Rooms/suites are nice and spacious. Nice to have the convenience of the refrigerator and stove as well as some dishes. The property could use a little updating but not bad at all.
