Nothing, everything was perfect.

The two-bedroom/bathroom suite was a perfect fit with our family of 7. The room was excellent. I plan on staying at Homewood Suites on our future travels Nothing, everything was perfect.

The breakfast was good, however, I don’t eat pork. I was told that they also had chicken sausage, but it wasn’t available on that day. My suggestion would be to have two different types of meat available, because everyone doesn’t eat pork. I really love this hotel, it is one of the best hotels that does not break your pockets! Very kind staff too.

Fantastic breakfast, comfortable rooms, friendly and efficient staff, nice pool/hot tub. Also, an interesting place to run nearby (cemetery) with frequent spotting of coyote. The bathtub getting in and out of the shower was a little slippery, a bathmat inside the tub would have been better help as the tub was not flat but rounded at bottom. but no falls, I had to help my husband in and out. Next time I will ask for accessible shower.

My daughter and I were there for her gymnastics meet. it was close to the venue and a short drive from the airport. The GM was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Overall a great stay.

For guests who stay 5 nights or more you should include laundry tokens in their swag bag. When we stay at hotels for more than 2 nights, we wash the towels and the bed linen.

Our family stayed in three separate hotels on our Arizona vacation. This one was our favorite. Loved the extra space and the balcony. Definitely a winner!

This was our 2nd time at this hotel. We loved everything! Staff, breakfast, room for 5 of us with a great sitting area, great place to run nearby, Top of the Rock nearby, pool was delightful. . . blueberries in the morning are the best! Shuttle free and driver super pleasant. Nothing!

For the most part, things were great. Kyndall at the front desk was super nice and helpful. She could tell we were exhausted and did everything she could to make our check in smooth and fast. Overall, would recommend.

From the moment we walked in throughout our stay, the entire staff were friendly and helpful and made our stay very comfortable. Would definitely come back when we’re in the area.

An ok hotel… somewhat tired. An old fashioned shower curtain instead of updated glass shower door - apparently typical of many Hilton properties but a real negative for us.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. Super close to the Phoenix Zoo and the Dessert Botanical Gardens. There are lot's of dining option just 5 minutes away. We loved eating at the Panda Express nearby. Overall, very happy with our stay!

Nice to have a suite for a reasonable price. Double beds not queens. Ceiling fan in bedroom which is a huge plus for us - we love white noise. Small inground pool was all my 11 year old needed. Hot tub being repaired however - boo. Small gym for 15 year old. Lots of fast food restaurants visible from property - not really any other restaurants though. They give you a code for free delivery fees with Grubhub. Nice breakfast set up. Very short drive to Desert Botanical Garden.

This is a great hotel if you need to stay close to the airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable and breakfast is great relative to other free breakfasts. The surrounding area is not great and I would not recommend walking anywhere from the hotel.

Room was awesome, clean, good value for cost. Store nice. Food options nearby great. Despite a bad issue for pick up and check in staff you could tell were good people. Property seemed well kept. One elevator was out so walked all way around to get to room. Cable very limited. Outage at property caused us to wait an hour for shuttle and manually check into room. We missed chance to use pool as a result and very upset for the price we wanted the pool but it was “tough”, would have appreciated discount or more empathy. I would try again to see how pick up runs and maybe make this our go to layover hotel, seems worth the price if shuttle executes well.

Staff took great care of us. Just miss the welcome reception we enjoyed there at our last stay. Overnite desk mgr ordered us a Lyft driver because their hotel shuttle driver did not show up for work. That’s the kind of service I look for when we travel. Our overnite stay was only for the shuttle service to PHX so glad they could come thru for us.

We always love Homewood Suites......nice to have our own roomy apartment with full kitchen......airport shuttle is always appreciated and you can't beat the wonderful evening meal and full breakfast........the saddest part is checking out......

The front-desk professional started our stay off right - we got in late and she was very quick and friendly. We went to sleep, but when we got up in the morning - once already in the shower it was discovered that the big bottles of shampoo and conditioner mounted to the wall were totally empty - that had to have taken more than just a day to happen. Alos, there were not enough towels which required another trip to the front desk. On a time crunch I couldn't reshower so it was not great. We just wanted the bare minimum on our short stay and these little, but very big misses, really made for a stressful morning.

Our room had no hot water! My kids and I had to shower with freezing water because the hotel could not fix it. We were not moved to another room because they were all booked. I would like a refund because not having hot water is unacceptable.

This is a fantastic property for families, especially those with young children, as the bedroom has its own door (so baby can go to sleep early than the parents). The room itself is amazing, almost like a studio or 1-bedroom apartment, complete with kitchen (with dishes/utensils), small dining table and full tub and shower in the bathroom. It's clean, modern and cozy inside. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast runs until 10 a.m. and is great. Can't recommend this place enough!!

What a wonderful hotel experience! Three women of a certain age came together for a Phoenix mini-vacation and we lucked out choosing this place. The room (134) was spacious, with 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa, a full kitchen, a table for card playing, a huge bathroom, 2 TVs. Everything was very clean. The free breakfast was a plus and served in a huge room with many seating options that overlooked the pool patio. The Wednesday night happy hour was delightful. The pool area and patio were secluded and well-maintained. Every single employee was above and beyond friendly and helpful. Maybe the best feature? A 24-hour free shuttle service that transported us not only to SkyHarbor and back but also to and from dinner every night, stopping to let us shop for snacks and beverages on the way back to the hotel. We didn't take advantage of the fitness room or the desktop computers and printers but they were available. Would definitely stay there again.

Property is great. I came in at 5:30 pm and was told my room was not ready. I had to keep insisting that as check in was 3:00 and I was well after that it was not acceptable. Finally after several tries I was given a different room than the one I had previously been assigned. Should have been obvious to do this for me.

I got there late thinking all was well. The room was not ready and I had to wait 2 hours. Then at 830 pm I got my room and was frustrated to have to pay full price for a room that was not even ready. I can’t imagine how frustrating it could have been if I showed up earlier

Second time staying here. Property is located just far enough from ASU campus to not be terribly crowded but less than 10 minute drive to campus. The suites are very spacious and comfortable. I love the full kitchen, full sized fridge, and the suite bathroom is enormous with huge shower and whirlpool tub. Nice touches in the room are full sets of silverware, plates, glasses, a dishwasher as well, even the liquid dish soap and dishwasher soap is provided. Nice 2 cup coffee maker provided as well. The amenities are great, nice pool and huge hot tub/jacuzzi. This hotel located in Cotton Center, is a very quiet and well kept and manicured Hotel. Although there were some repair spots in the ceiling of the lobby, it did not interfere with the classiness of the entry. The rooms are large and very comfortable and with two rooms with a pull out loveseat allowed my 11 year old a very restful night. I highly recommend this hotel.

Was horrible our room was not ready until 830pm and on top of that the front desk lady was not apologetic at all told me complain to my 3rd party it wasnt her faukt and not her responsibility to gibe me and kind of discount.

The room was a great size and was very clean. We all fit nicely. The issue was hot water when it was time to shower. Some had hot water fine and others either had to take cold showers or had varying degrees of water temperature throughout the shower. Not ideal. The breakfast was good and the staff was very accommodating.

Easy layout but there was no sign for the elevators. Got lost but quickly found them. The only reason that gave it a disappointing review was the bathroom wasn’t completely clean. The small shelf in the shower that has the shampoo and conditioner was dirty. There were another persons hairs both facial and pubic left in that area.

Homewood Suites is very clean and was comfortable for our stay. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

The decor of the hotel, climate and cleanliness were excellent. The room was very comfortable and well equipped, although after the next morning clean we were left with only one coffee cup so needed to go find another one

Being a Hilton Honors member, I love staying at Homewood Suites. I get a bottle of water when I check in. There is breakfast in the mornings and a social event in the evenings with appetizers or a light dinner. This is great if I don't have time to run out and grab food. I stayed for a week and I stopped at the local grocery store up the road and picked up fresh fruit to keep in my room. Theres a full sized fridge, stop top, and microwave in the room along with everything a little kitchenette needs (silverware, cooking utensils, etc.). The living room with the desk and multiple outlets make this my go-to place for staying for business because I can relax and work at the same time.

They heard it was my sons birthday during our stay and they went out of their way to make him feel very special! The staff was just lovely. Property was clean and maintained beautifully.

Beautiful hotel, the people were very friendly. The room was nice and clean.

We never checked in to this property and they still charged us the full amount for a two nights stay. Shannon, who is the hotel manager, was unwilling to refund any portion of the reservation. I will be happy to remove this review if the issue is resolved.

This was a really nice hotel. Spacious, really clean and with a better than average “free” inclusive breakfast.

From arriving to departure everything was top notch and I felt 5 star status. Thank you for your amazing service and kind attitude. Customer service was top not everywhere I went. The wine and beer at nice was so generous. Thank you so much I will never stay anywhere else again in Phoenix
