Check in was easy. The breakfast was good and they would bring out new food once the plats were empty.

The accessibility to face towels was in question the entire week (5/12 - 5/19) of my stay. The laundry was working at 50%, i.e. only one washer operable. The Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional as well as prompt. The location is within walking distance to restaurants and off a major highway. Overall I would recommend this particular facility and would stay again.

The staff members were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the hotel. They were always willing to help and made the stay more comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was also excellent. I looked forward to it every morning because there were good options and everything tasted fresh. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

First time staying at this hotel and I must say I was not disappointed. It was just as nice as people said in their reviews. Clean rooms and the free breakfast was enjoyable.

I don’t usually like to leave negative reviews, but I feel this experience needs to be shared. I travel often with my son’s basketball team, and when I book a hotel, I expect a comfortable place to rest. From the moment I arrived, the front desk greeting lacked a welcoming or positive vibe. When I got to the room, I planned to sleep on the sofa bed, but it was dirty. Underneath the sofa, there was a used tissue and an old charger, which made it clear the room hadn’t been properly cleaned. The bed sheets had an unpleasant, old smell, and the pillowcases were even worse. It made it very uncomfortable to sleep. Breakfast was also disappointing. Around 9:00 AM, most of the food was gone, with no refills and no staff attending to the area. I tried again the next day earlier at 8:30 AM, but it was the same situation—limited food and no restocking. I’ve stayed at other nearby hotels for similar trips, and the difference in cleanliness, service, and overall experience was significant. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet expectations.

Went to eat breakfast and by 8 am they didnt put more food out. So we didnt get to eat anything. We asked if there was going to be more and they said it all finished. And breakfast is done at 9.

Breakfast was not that good. Room service did not enter the room until the 3rd day and did not change the sheets or clean regular. No toilet paper replacement we bought it. We are vey disappointed and will not pick Hilton to stay again

Breakfast was better than expected with fresh fruit available in the lounge area upon arrival. Staff was very helpful and the shuttle service to and from the airport was great!

Specifically, the facility advertises that there are electric chargers available for electric cars to recharge. I rented an electric car for my stay and upon checking in discovered that the chargers were inoperable due to vandalism that occurred on or about 2 weeks before I arrived. When I departed Hilton had yet to replace the charger's severed cords. I changed rental cars rather than sit in a charging station on my vacation. No credit was given by management even after I showed my change of rental cars. The sole person at the front desk was clueless to the fact that the chargers were not operating and was unsympathetic. The pool area is small but only has 2 chairs to recline on. If you were not the first two to obtain chairs you were out of luck. When I inquired about the situation I was told by the Manager that this was not a Hilton resort and that is all the pool side chairs they have. The facility was clean but not having the amenity I specifically wanted to use was frustrating, especially because I purposely picked this facility because of the charging station. The manager was not happy to be there and was annoyed at my questions and inquires regarding the chargers and the pool. I will be happy to supply his name if asked as I have never encountered a more unprofessional person who holds the title of manager.

The location, the shuttle service to the airport and the room was just like the pictures and their house keeping cleaning was great. During my stay I double checked with the manager onsite as to what my overall total would be since I had two holds on my credit card for two different totals and it ate up into my available credit messing with our budget. The manager I spoke to, Edward, he reassured me that I wouldn’t be charged and that the holding fees will be dropped once’s I check out. Well at check out I saw my invoice and the charged that were to be dropped never went away. And of course the guy at the front desk said “I can’t do anything only the manger. You can call back and speak with them.” I said fine and I needed to catch my flight. Anyways- 1 later after we checked out- I still see the charges that were to be dropped. I was supposed to get a refund on those two charges and according to their invoice I received, I was issued a refund. I did see it on my credit card account. But 3 days later that refund was never processed and it was cancelled and I was never issued the refunds that shouldn’t have even been charged to begin with. I called and spoke to the one of the managers and he said it would be refunded. But it was not true. Then I messaged the hotel and they stated I would get the refund 3-5 business days. It’s been longer than that and I NEVER received the refunds I was supposed to get. I’ve tried calling them again and their phone rings and rings and no one answers then the call drops. This whole ordeal is the reason why I’m giving this hotel and stay a low score. 1. I asked questions and I didn’t feel heard. 2. No one is answering the front desk phone either. Oh and the lady checking us in was extremely weird and made me feel uncomfortable. I like the rooms but idk if I would stay here again. There was also some construction but we were never told why. This is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in a long time at a great price. The room was exceptionally clean and nice. The lobby was also clean and check in was easy. I have no complaints and would stay here again!!

not one thing I liked; NONE From the TV not working and the Manager claiming it's a user error (not taking responsibility for his own hotel), to the stains on the coffee cups and counter, to the mess around the property, to the attitude of some of the staff, to the lobby bathroom atrocities, you name it... it was BAD.

TV allows streaming (with ad-free HBO Max), which is awesome. The hotel does not offer a traditional shuttle service, and it instead uses uber for airport pick-up and drop-off, which we actually prefer. Breakfast could be a little chaotic because all the items are arranged closely next to each other. There could also be active cleaning of the breakfast tables since some people did not clean after themselves.

Couldn't use outlets on one side of wall because of weak/old power braker. Outlet of side table didn't work because of unplugged. Not refilled(empty) body wash and lotion. Clock leave on ground. Room telephone unplugged and didn't work even plugged. Gave some complained to front desk and she told hotel manager call us next morning but didn't happen. Really terrible, bad stay!!

We stayed for 3 nights and housekeeping never came to our room despite requesting it after the first and second nights. Because of this, our room was never cleaned and I had to go to the front desk each night to ask for more towels.

The girls in the front weren't nice and helpful, I would def stay here again for sure!!!!! Def worth the money, actually, it was a steal for the money, there is a gas station walking distance and a Chipotle right in the same parking lot. Conveniently located. Thank you for a great stay

Love the roomy option of two queens plus a sofa bed. Enjoyed being able to sign into my streaming services on the TV. Appreciate the free breakfast. No towels at the pool. No blanket in the room for the sofa bed; had to call the front desk twice to get one. Breakfast was out of many things: no bowls, no oatmeal, no bread or bagels. Maybe they were short staffed?

I had done mobile check in and picked my room but when I got there (after the check in time) I had to go to the desk because my room wasn’t ready. I had picked the room on the bottom floor as I was getting over a back issue and didn’t want to walk far. Unfortunately, there were none ready and I had to go to a different floor.

not recommended , petty operation poorly run, front desk attendants are not user friendly ,gouging for laundry services , attendant with little sign not willing to make change for quarters forcing my family to go across street to store that laughed and said they keep rolls of quarters on hand just because the place is a joke with a little sign they show off when they do not want to provide change , heavily gouging for detergent, 4th floor carpets are dirty and it smelled like sewer problems on Sunday morning when we were happy to be leaving, breakfast ,,,,,if thats what you call it, stayed at a IHG resort in Scottsdale the previous days and it was great , went as far as asking if I checked out early I would lose my money at this place and got a smirk and a reply yes you will not be refunded , try to find someplace else if at all possible, the girls cleaning the rooms were very courteous , but the management were not, definitely all about there phones . I normally will not do any kind of review, but for the money this place charges, it was very disappointing , the pool is the size of a large spa at best.

It was good for one night with the family after a long trip, we stayed and liked it, our room had a noisy air conditioner that gave us trouble sleeping and the linens smelled bad.

Overall, it was an OK visit for an overnight stay. We stayed at the Home2 suites in Buckeye, which was vastly different and a great experience. Here you could tell that the floors were mopped with dirty water because when we stepped on them, they were extremely sticky and they left the marks of our shoes on them.

TV channels were not working and you had to log into your subscriptions, internet was good. Got the room with the bath with the seat because I’m in a wheelchair and the seat was filthy…dried urine, hair….called for service to clean it and they were right there for me. There was no water power, just a trickle. Next morning got notice water would be off. Won’t stay there again.

Booked a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch for a family of 6. The pull out couch mattress was dirty and had black mold all over the back. When I called the front desk they told me they were at capacity for the night and the best they could do is bring another blanket for us to just cover over the stained, molded mattress! Yet, the room appeared clean until I moved the ottoman. There was a piece of clothing on the floor (previous guest?), some trash, and then there was trash on the table next to the sofa. I reported these to the front desk, and they said they would have my room cleaned in the morning or offered me a handicapped access room. I declined the new room because I could cover up the clothing and trash with the ottoman (which I did). The next day, after the room was "cleaned," the items under the ottoman were gone but there was still a pile of trash on the lamp table. We stayed here for one night before our granddaughter had to fly out on an early morning flight. It is a wonderful place to stay! It’s within very easy walking distance to many restaurants and it also has a beautiful patio with grills if you are more ambitious than we were! The breakfast is excellent and the courtesy shuttle runs 24 hours! This will definitely be our go-to hotel near the airport!

TV did not work nor did the printer in the lobby. No compensation like when an airline overbooks and they at least give you choices. To tired from traveling to start a new hotel search Really going to start booking at Marriott.

Parking was easy, check in was simple, friendly staff. Room was quite dirty, (mirrors, dirty hand prints all over inner door, mystery spots all over picture above couch.

We did not stay at this property once we arrived to the hotel on the date that I had scheduled. The employee at the desk told me that my reservations have been canceled. She didn’t know why that I needed to contact Expedia.

our room was nice, roomy and pretty clean. i did notice splatter stains on bathroom door n cabinet door. also shoe prints on ceiling. good breakfast choices. other guests made us feel unsafe. bikes were very noisy (bike week)so didn't sleep well at all, sleep deprived.

There was shoe markings on the ceiling, fecal smears on furniture, spilled drinks in the elevator, hair in the bathroom prior to us using. Incredibly uncomfortable pillows/bed & the “comforter” was as thin as a bed sheet. Will never be staying in this property again & will definitely warn others to chose a different hotel chain.

The room was clean but some of the finishses were worn. The clothing rack was pulling away from the closet structure and the window screen was damaged.

I had reservation for 2 queen bed type room and it was confirmed. But when I arrived at hotel, reception person informed it is not availabile and gave different room type. It was a bad experience for us

The restaurant was not up-to-date on cleaningnes the shower was really dirty and also people were complaining. We were being too loud so I’m guessing the walls are not insulated because we were just walking around and they were complaining about it.

Your staff was super friendly and the breakfast offered was wonderful. We will definitely be staying again when we go to Phoenix next.

kind of sucked that there were high school age boys running around our floor (second floor) at about 8-9ish pm but boys will be boys and it didnt last all night. Other than that it was a great stay.

There is no safe deposit box

Room was dirty, molding food under bed and other trash under beds. Had to have someone come up and fix the blinds twice because we could not either close or open them and TV kept flipping the breaker, so had to keep flipping it. There was a bag of trash by the elevator when we checked in on Wednesday and was still there when we checked out on Sunday. Breakfast was a joke. We stay in Hotel2Suites all over and this was the worst stay ever. At the other suites we have stayed at we actually had full breakfast with Sausage, eggs, real hashbrowns, and biscuits & gravy and bacon. Real Full breakfast, the breakfast sandwiches and omelets and hashbrowns, were the ones you get at a mini mart and heat them up in a microwave. VERY disappointed for our long stay. We plan to go to Arizona a few times a year because my daughter now lives there. BUT will not be staying at Home2Suites again there.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The drivers, front staff, cleaning staff, were all exceptional. Vince and I believe Ellie were the sweetest drivers. The heated pool was a huge bonus and we definitely took advantage. Breakfast was also better than most hotels I’ve been to. Only bad part was the area surrounding the hotel. We never had an issue but need to be aware at all times when out and about. If we had a vehicle, it would have been fine. Thanks Home 2 Suites for a great week!

The front hostess was quite friendly and it was easy to check in

We stayed 6 nights as a family of 4. The hotel has a convenient location 6 minutes from the airport. The room is spacious with mini kitchen, 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed. The cleanliness was poor- only available when requested and it was not offered. There was a lot of dust, trash was not emptied from previous stay and the pull out couch had a spring coming out. I requested a new mattress but was told not available and they gave me an extra cover. This was also an expensive stay at about $200/night. Overall convenient for families with spacious rooms.

The room was very clean, but it was disappointing when I opened the couch. Its cover was dirty with blood spots. I wish the cleaning staff would pay more attention to the couch since all other areas were in excellent condition. Wonderful breakfast.

Overall the hotel is ok for one night, but in our room the beds and blankets had stains and hair on them. The breakfast is not of high quality and there is very little of everything.

It was awesome and it is in a perfect location where you can walk to grab something to eat and right next to the freeway can't beat it and the people there are so polite and very helpful me and my family loved it here.

I guess maybe the Phoenix area motels don't care about the presentation. They seem to be unbothered in a remodel situation. Checked in no issues. The carpet has clearly been in that phase for eternity. Then we get up to our floor and when the elevator opens there is a odd table with a plate with breakfast items partially eaten. Some dark matter that looked disgusting. We went to eat and another hour after the plate was still there. We went to bed. Guess what? It was STILL there the next day with flies on it. Never again. And it was outrageous over $200!? That is robbery.

Comfortable room for the four of us. Kids got their own bed and the breakfast was quite good for your normal hotel breakfast.

Excellent hotel on an overnight trip. I had an early flight so couldn't use the breakfast room. Would definitely stay again.

Friendly service made me feel welcomed and important. The room is very clean and well- kept. Free bottled water is a great plus.

We already had a reservation. Our flight arrived delayed 10:40pm. I called for the shuttle to pick us up-they arrived within 10 min. And check in was easy. We made sure to make a reservation for a morning shuttle to take us back to the airport. The room was excellent! Comfortable bed and all shower products provided. The free breakfast in the morning was delicious-lots of choices. I would definitely stay here again.

When the day came to do a room service the room was cleaned but they didn’t mop the entrance floor nor the bathroom nor did they clean the toilet seat as well

They stay was great. Housekeeping was supposed to come every other day but that didn't happen. Otherwise a great stay

The young lady at the front desk didn't know of any places to eat within walking distance. I got to my room, looked out the window and found 3 places to eat just across the parking lot. No one was at the front desk most of my stay.

Stayed here before an early morning flight. The staff were all excellent and very accommodating.

Bathroom was not clean enough. I am picky but it needed improvement. Sink grout had mold and shower floor needed to be bleached. But way better than most hotels. Floor could of been washed better.
