The plumbing turned off mid stay. Had to switch rooms. Then, the new room's shower door would not close. Had to hold the door during shower use. Had to switch rooms a second time. A little stressful moving from room to room. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good.

Hotel was very clean and spacious. Complimentary breakfast with hot items was good. 5:00 am breakfast start time is great for early risers. Front hotel parking was not abundant but there is also an additional rear parking structure with overnight security. Price of stay was also very reasonable.

The man at the front desk was very accommodating. He cleaned our bathroom and brought extra towels if the water reappeared. Also made us feel safe and welcome. The bathroom floor was soaked with water. We had to stay in that room because the hotel was sold out. It was unsettling and gross.

The room was clean and updated. Liked that all bathroom stuff was included. The breakfast was good too and started at 5:30am on weekdays. There was parking structure we could use. The room was slightly small but considering it was in midtown was decent.

The bed and pillows and the breakfast The attitude of the man at the front desk. I also didn't like the fact that my room had no internet and I reported it every day for 5 days and the guy at the counter kept telling me to reset the TV and nothing changed. Every single day they told me they would send someone to my room and nothing changed. Then I spoke to the actual hotel manager and she refunded me half of my stay so she did make up for the loss of not having Internet or not being able to do any of my work on my laptop. And when I told her about it her manager under her starts arguing with me and then calls me a liar. I was furious at that point. If he works there and I come back to return, I will not be staying at that hotel. He is a horrible customer service representative for this hotel. He was rude and disrespectful and he did not accommodate whatsoever.

The location was good for my medical testing. The accomodations were not up to the same standards as other Holiday Inns we have stayed at. The beds were not as comfortable, the area of the hotel we were given was facing the road ( requested a quiet area) with alot of very loud traffic all night. The room was quite smaller. No places to eat in the immediate area and the check in person, although cordial, was not very interested in giving us details of available places to eat. Glad we only had to stay one night.

The staff at night checkin were very good and helpful, they assisted with room changes. However, on the day of check out when we went to the parking lot out front to load our vehicle. We noticed someone during the night had hit our car. When we spoke to staff at desk they were extremely unhelpful, stated there were no cameras out front. Additionally, we had a fire alarm early that morning and when we went to evacuate there was an odor of smoke in the hallway. We were told not to worry about it

Did not care for the offsite parking in a sketchy area and having to walk so far after you park your car just get into the hotel. Did not like that. The back door of the hotel was so cheesy. It really wasn’t shutting correctly at all, also there was a lot of trash and debris and clutter around the back door, it literally makes it look like such a rundown piece of property. The STAFF WAS INCREDIBLY NICE!!!! Did not like how “sterile” the whole place was, no art on the walls, no fake plants in the lobby or ANYTHING ANYWHERE. Very depressing!!! My friend said they were all out of yogurts and many breakfast items on days directly following weekends. He always books places that have free breakfasts included, but I prefer eating protein bars.

The only concern is the parking, it is limited at the hotel parking lot. Absolutely ridiculous parking situation. You have to park in an unsecured garage a block away with no access directly into the hotel. There is a dilapidated vacant hotel in between the garage and the HIE. The hotel itself is clean but the lighting is terrible in the rooms. Would never stay here again.

I thought the room in this place was great. Breakfast buffet needed some help. I got there right at six and quite a few of the juices were empty loop. Parking is the worst part of this place. Only about 10-14 spots in front of the hotel and the other was a parking garage over half block away. Didn’t feel the safest parking there since I had to walk there in the dark.

It is cheap which is what we chose. But the entire building smells like everyone smoked in it. Even though our room was supposed to be non-smoking, it had strong smell of someone chain smoked inside. It got so bad we checked out one day early cuz we can’t stand the smell anymore.

This hotel was the hotel from hell, i wouldn’t stay at that hotel even if they gave me money. Keys didn’t work, air conditioner was not working. They moved us to another room and tv didn’t work. The only good thing was Natalia who helped us with everything. But the manager was not to be found not even the following day or by phone. They told she was a new manager, so why take this big responsibility if you can’t have rooms to standards.

This place was okay. Not good. Just okay. As soon as you enter In the lobby, you are hit with a strong cigarette odor. Although, they have signs posted all over the place that they are a No smoking facility. The room was not cleaned as it should have been. Bed boards had splattered spots all over them. The floor was disgusting. The carpet was thick of grime. You can feel it on your feet—no noise complaints. No breakfast. Between a 1-10. I rate it 4.5. I would not stay there again.

My son & I arrived to Phoenix after a 16 hr drive excited to attend the Suns NBA PlayOff game. There were multiple events going on and we were thankful that we had our hotel booked in advance. Upon arrival the front desk advised us that the air conditioning in their facility had been out for a week and they were working on it but it wouldn't be fixed for multiple days. They used a back up generator to run the air units on fan to simply circulate the air. Phoenix was under heat advisory and we had to accept these conditions because there was not any other options and we had been in the car for so long that we needed showers before our event and a place to sleep before continuing our travels. We had to sleep on top of the sheets and we froze wet towels to put on our heads. It was the worst experience of our trip and the hotel said they didn't call to offer options or even inform of the ac issue. The lady simply said well it's not my fault and I can cancel no fee or charge the stay. As a single Mom on the road 16 hours from home with a child I had to accept the hot room for safety concerns. We had no where to go and had the hotel called us prior I could of looked for other options. They gave me no choice but to suffer thru the heat in AZ. This was unacceptable and a huge inconvenience to my family. I really needed comfortable rest to continue my travels and sleeping in a hotel with no AC in a city that has 110° weather was ridiculous. They did not offer box fans either. Sad Stay

Their a/c was down in the middle of summer. The lady at the reception asked if that’s ok and I declined and she said I would get a refund booked via Expedia. I left and checked into a different hotel only for this hotel to tell Expedia that I was a no show. Very bizarre. Months later I’m going to Phoenix and I remember I didn’t give a review. If you experience this same situation, don’t take a refund, just report the hotel to be shut until they fix the a/c.

The patrons were sketch, the building is old, outdated, shabby. There was debris and trash littered in and around the property. The parking is an unsafe distance and an unsafe walk, i has to make a friend to walk with me, so i wasnt alone. The room was mediocre, best thing going was the fridge. Poor lighting, decor and the AC barely worked. Which is why i was there as mine went out earlier in the day. Some reviews of this hotel border on the ridiculous. I did not encounter any transients, hookers or poor service during my stay. The room was as cold as I wanted it, parking out front was convenient and safe...and FREE. The room was very clean..no major issues. There was a smokey smell in the hallways but I felt this was normal in a hotel of this age......and I didn't linger in the hallways. The hotel was 4 minutes from the location where I had a meeting ...so very convenient. Although too hot to be outside...I did look at pool and spa and both were clean and inviting. What I did witness was a belligerent guest yelling at the CSR and she called the police and remained calm an professional. When the cable went out, a service technician came right away and tried everything including replacing the TV and cable box...but it turned out to be a citywide issue with Cox...nothing the hotel could control. Overall, this hotel is OK...nothing fancy but average. If you want something fancy and don't mind dealing with downtown traffic and $20 parking fees and a $200 room....go to the Hyatt.

Apparently having "Wyndham" in the name means nothing. Thinking this was part of a time share meant this would be a nice hotel, held to certain standards, I was wrong. This Ramada is very old and run down. Our AC ran non stop and was VERY loud, not to mention the visible air filter that had about 10 years of buildup on it. The couches in the suite were stained and old and so was the carpet. If there wasn't parking in their small front lot, we had to park in the back structure that they share with another hotel and homeless people. The pool was filthy and we had to strain it for a while before we could go in, even after that it was questionable. I would not stay at this hotel again and I would not recommend it.

When we checked in the staff was very nice. There was a strange odor on the way to the elevator. When we got to the room we heard a smoke alarm beeping. We reported it to maintenance and the front desk. We went to dinner and it was fixed when we got back. When we went to the elevator this time it smelled very strongly of a toxic rubber cement type smell. It was so bad we hurried to our room and turned up the air conditioning to filter it out. We then settled in for the evening and much to our dismay the adjoining room had a little dog that kept barking. Every time it barked the owner yelled at it. It wasn't the most pleasant stay of our two week road trip.

If you're looking for a hotel in the Phoenix downtown area KEEP LOOKING! Don't get fooled by the fancy pictures thinking you'll be staying at an amazing hotel. You won't be! As soon as you walk into the lobby not only is it extremely dark but the decor is old but the smell of marijuana and cigarettes is horrilble. I was given a room on the third floor but I had specifically asked for a floor that perhaps wasn't too busy so that I could actually get some rest and sleep. Well, that never happened! From homeless people hanging out in the parking lot and prostitutes trying to score dates by the lobby, it wasn't a pleasant experience. Yes, the room prices might seem cheap and like a good deal but believe me, that is far from the truth.

I’m super bummed out, I book through Hotels.com all the time and usually have the absolute best experience. That did not happen this time. This hotel had so many issues. The (elevator) never ever barely worked and the other one was just out of order. Myself and the kids kept having to walk all way around through the pool and up 4 flights of back stanky xss steps. We went to the pool “I” had to clean the pool of stupid debris and tons of dead bees moths mosquitoes etc etc! The lady at the front desk had some dude behind the counter talking about shxxxt I work here too then she left the desk and crept to the same funky as stairway with this mf I caught em coming out. The second the back door propped open 24/7 it’s LITERALLY REALLY SCARY SKETCHY crackhead mfs like RIGHT THERE I’m talking about my daughter was terrified I can go on and on and it’s all true! worst Hotel In my entire life😑 Stains all over the ceilings, walls coming apart from baseboards, stinks like pee. Front desk had terrible customer service half the time when you call or go up to the desk no one would answer the phone or be at the desk to assist you. The front parking lot is VERY small. Only a dozen or so cars can fit. The extra parking is located behind the other hotel behind this one. Not a bad walk but a LOT of transients and druggies hang out on that street, especially in front of the back entrance to the hotel. I had to walk to the front to avoid them. There was activity ALL night long in the front parking lot and front doors and they were NOT guests. Looked like drug activity. I cannot believe the hotel did not monitor any of this. I was staying alone and felt VERY UNSAFE. I ended up checking out immediately after 2 nights and found another property even though I had to pay the entire stay. It was WORTH MOVING! Do NOT stay here unless you want to be surrounded by drug deals and transients! Hotel should hire SECURITY! HORRIBLE experience. I was even afraid to get ice due to the "activity" in the hallways.

Since not ever stayed in Phoenix before a bit discouraged as trusting the next hotel we may choose on our travels.

Alittle out dated but works, we’ve been here in the past still the same

The hotel wasn't in the best area, parking garage was kind of run down and sketchy at night. Too far of a walk from the entrance to the hotel. Originally booked the hotel for the pool and the pool was closed, I wish they would have advertised that on their website.
