Shuttle to airport at 5 am. Coffee in lobby very early. Cordial front desk staff. Room was spacious and clean and had a small fridge and good shower. We only spent a few hours there but all was good! No complaints. A little further from airport than expected but not a big deal.

Close proximity to the airport. Shuttle is on-demand for pick up from the airport. I waited there for 40 min and called the hotel and was informed that they do not run the pick up every 30 minutes for pick up. Be sure to give them a heads up or you might end up waiting there like me. AC was exceptionally loud and I had poor quality sleep.

Night staff picked up the phone, sent me the shuttle, I had a peaceful night sleep, woke up to take the shuttle back to the airport. I did miss the breakfast.

Definitely would stay there and recommend to others. Continental breakfast was very good with a wide variety of choices.

We had four guests in the room, but only two towels. It was very late so I didn’t feel like going to ask the staff for more so we may do but they need to include more towels in the bathroom. Also, the light from the hallway was so bright that it was hard to sleep with that light coming under the door. It was also very noisy that people above us. Beds were OK.

Did not partake of breakfast, but I always appreciate when it's available. My only issue with this hotel, is that the parking spaces are small. Hard to get in and out of with a full sized vehicle.

Had a missed connection in PHX, due to delays, needed a last minute room at midnite, for the nite. I booked it on hotels.com, after making three calls to other hotels that said they were fully booked (on a Wed!). The front desk lady was very kind, the shower was hot and good pressure, the bed was very comfy and the pillows were perfect! The morning hot breakfast was amazing and good coffee. And the free shuttle back to the airport was on time and efficient. The room had a couple little spots that showed the age, but otherwise it was a good sleep. Would totally stay here again.

I had to have my room key reset after every use. And my toilet got clogged twice. The cleaning staff spoke no English which made it difficult to communicate. I'll look for other accommodation next time I visit. Also you have to pay to park in 100 degree heat

Great hotel for being close to the Phoenix airport. Each to get to, and to leave. Outdoor pool was nice while we were there. Room is spacious. Easy to fit four people plus our luggage. The in-room A/C was VERY loud. Had to shut it down in the middle of the night. Staff at front desk was very nice and helpful.

The shuttle driver was the first pleasant greeting - punctual and polite. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was sparkling with a great shower. We appreciated the hot breakfast before leaving.

The hotel staff was excellent and very welcoming. The checkin process was good. Our room was clean and the property was clean. The only thing that was not great was the hot tub. We were looking forward to a relaxing soak before bed but it was so cloudy we couldn’t see the bottom so we opted out. Everything else was great.

Terrible experience, room we stayed in had plumbing issues everytime you take a shower the whole tub was clogged, had maintenance guy come out 2x to fix it stating it was just a lot of hair that needs to be cleaned out , which maybe some what true but I would not recommend this place !

The entire room smelled like mildew. The jet tub was old and dingy. The refrigerator was not cleaned out prior to my check in and there were leftovers from the previous occupant. The entire hotel is accessible without a key card. The outside doors are unlocked.

Grea bfast me u and got food. Well done there. I paid $179 and found another outlet that charged $118. Was not happy. Room was for handicapped. Didn’t need that. Lights flickered. Black out curtain torn. LOW WATER PRESSURE-ground floor! Trickled out. I adjusted everything possible on the shower head-no use. Very austere room, almost sterile in feel. Good coffee. Nice folks. Waited 45 min- after two phone calls for the shuttle TO the hotel. Will not be using Hotels.com again. Thanks.

Front desk representative acknowledged me as I walked up to the desk but then turned his back and continued talking with some co- workers, another representative had to come from the back to assist me. If he worked in the hotel where I work, he would have been disciplined.

My stay was fake several days. My room had the unfortunate location of a very, very loud outside unit compresor. I didn’t notice until a day or two. The staff moved me to e new room. They should not rent that room or make it sound proof. I could not rest.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very attentive. We only stayed their to sleep before an early flight. The bed was VERY comfortable! I would stay here again in the future!

The breakfast was really good. We were surprised and not expecting the taste to be that good. The van worked reliably to take us to and from the hotel and the staff was helpful. I do recommend. We have not tried the swimming pool. The A/C was really noisy and only until later I realized I was not able to sleep because of the A/C.

This was one of the worst stays we have had. It was expensive. The room was dated, the black out blinds did not cover all the way. The shower head was broke and we called the front desk 3x and where told maintenance would be up. After 2 hours of waiting we went to bed. The next morning we went to the front desk and where told maintenance wouldn't be in until 8a. He came to out room and fix it at least enough to use it. The hot tub was not hot, jets didnt work and the pool was very cold.

Room windows are not in the middle of the room, which made the room dark. Also, the surrounding area is ok, and the area being not busy, not sure why they are charging for hotel parking for the guests staying in the hotel itself. Parking should be included.

We needed something affordable and close to the airport. The staff members were friendly and helpful, and our room was spotless. We had to leave before breakfast was served, but it smelled wonderful.

Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Even though we arrived at midnight, the Airport shuttle was quick and the driver gave good tips. The next day the shuttle took us to pick up our rental car. Because our timing was off, we didn’t get to breakfast but waffle house is next door.

Everything was excellent including location to airport except for the fact that the hotel let 4 or 5 rooms of teen to early 20’s boys on the 2nd floor which is open to the first floor and front desk shout, slam doors, and cause other commotion on and off between 8pm and until after midnight without saying something. It’s not ideal when you have to get up at 3:30 am for a flight and the noise kept going until after midnight.

The staff were wonderful and the shuttle service was such a bonus perk to have! The room was clean and decently sized for 2 people staying for 2 nights! One issue I had was that the bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan which was a bit unusual but other than that, 10/10 stay. Oh also the breakfast options were some of the best I have seen at a hotel! I booked this property because it was close to airport. When I walked in the lobby I noticed a smell like wet carpet and the doors were open it was hot outside. Im not sure if there was a leak or what but there were fans on the floor as well. When we got to the room it smelled worse, very musty smell and it was hot in the room. The a/c was bumped up to 75. I requested another room which they gave me, it still smelled but not as bad the a/c was also at 75, once I lowered it and it cooled off the smell kind of died down. I lysol the enitre room. Thankful we only had to stay 1 night to catch our flight in the morning.

Lots of parking and an excellent hot breakfast. Spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. Only hiccup was our air conditioning unit being super noisy and rattling most of the night -- obviously turning it off in Arizona in the summer was not an option! So sleep was a bit disturbed, but overall a good value one-night stay ahead of our flight.

If you don’t wanna pay for parking I would highly recommend booking another place. This location now charges $10 a day to park and they do not tell you till check in. I have stayed here prior which is why I booked this place again. However I was definitely annoyed at having to pay for parking as it’s not a resort it’s a hotel that’s not even top tier. breakfast is always a plus. The team member who worked the breakfast our last two days was not welcoming. I don’t plan on staying here again due to having to pay for parking. I was also told most places are charging for parking.

I felt safe, the staff was very nice, and the included breakfast was just right. But the lighting really needs an upgrade. And it appeared very clean, but the whole place smelled of disinfectant, first thing walking in the lobby and in the room. Great location near airport with shuttle service. Did not get room originally booked, but was notified of situation before. Unfortunate, but understand things happen.

Everything was excellent except trying to take the shuttle back from the airport to my hotel. It was literally a nightmare

Our driver to the airport played the music so loud at 7am we couldn’t hear the person sitting next to us. When it was time to leave he spoke to us, and was really frustrated when we didn’t respond and slammed the door, but we truly couldn’t hear him because the music was so loud. He made us all feel uneasy while he mumbled and talked to himself after this initial interaction.

This hotel is always my go to when I am flying. You can keep your vehicle there for a price which is okay with me considering they have a shuttle to and from the airport.

I was in town with a friend for one night only and needed a hotel close to the airport and close to my employer and this Holiday Inn was perfect. The free airport shuttle was really convenient-just call when you arrive and they send a driver, who arrived in under 10 minutes. We checked into the room early (thanks, rewards membership!) and the room was clean and comfy. However, after a mishap with the door handle when we left the room for the first time, we were quickly given a new room across the hall. Unfortunately, the key card reader wasn't working well on that room door, so then we were placed into one more room. For us this was not a big inconvenience but the staff (Mia at the front desk) was so apologetic and made things right by giving us dinner and drink vouchers for the Hilton Garden hotel (their 'sister' hotel). The hotel manager also called our room to make sure we were happy. Every staff member we saw or spoke to was so kind and helpful. The coffee brew system was a nice touch-available 24-7. Free breakfast was quite a spread, lots of options for any dietary preferences.

It's a no frills hotel but an excellent choice for a long lay over with a free shuttle service. Functional, clean and staff were all welcoming. Continental breakfast was better than expected. Nothing much to see around. As long as you aren't expecting an "experience" this is great

Room is typical Holiday Inn Express. Mostly quiet and clean. Comfortable bed. My beef is that they charge for parking whereas the Hampton, Drury and others all have free parking. I could see that if it were covered parking like to many places go have in Phoenix but this was just a nickel and dime grab by the local owner to extract some money from the guests. As a result, I won't be staying there again. Had I not prebooked both ends of our trip at this hotel, I would have canceled our outbound night and gone to the Hampton which actually was cheaper. It's not the $$$; it's the way it is done and got nothing more than a typical parking lot. They've lost my return business.

It was a bit odd to have to buzz in to the desk to be allowed in the building to check in after hours. Otherwise beautiful and comfortable!

Lobby was fine. The redt of the hotel was run down. Carpets were filthy and the hotel smelled musty like a wet dog. The air conditioner was loud throughout the night.

The only downside that we had, was that there were three of us with three large pieces of luggage and the room was a bit small for that. But after the first full day, we made it work and it was great.!! Definitely would stay there again.

The fine staff do the best they can—no complaint with them—but Holiday Inn is typically low-class American hotel, with almost inedible food, dreadful music, and a loud TV blaring garbage pharmaceutical advertisements at high volume all through breakfast. Like I said, American.

Our stay was great. Just did a one night stay for pool and jacuzzi use. Kind of a staycation getaway. Just to relax away from home.

The shuttle driver told me the shuttle leaves in the morning for the airport on the half hour but that they would call my phone if I was not there a few minutes before departure. I was running late, but did not receive a call and missed the shuttle. The front desk clerk said that no one would have called if you’re not there. It was explained that registering for the morning shuttle was in part to enable them to call if you’re not there before the shuttle departs. Communication between the shuttle service and the front desk is muddled.

A great hotel stay close to the airport, which was important coming from Tucson to catch flights out of PHX. Mike, the shuttle driver is a gym and made my stay excellent. However, the attendant to the complementary breakfast chastised me for picking up a hard-boiled egg with my fingers when there were no tongs present, blaming me because she would have to throw away all of the eggs because I picked up an egg with my fingers.

Hotel and room was clean. Breakfast options were good. Outdoor pool is small. I didn’t like that there was a fee for a parking space.

We previously booked our last night stay for convenience as we had a flight out the next day. we were able to park this time in the parking lot but there would be an added $10.00 charge (they did kindly waive it) Talk about adding insult to injury. Very Poor Hospitality.

The hotel was lovely, but the shuttle drivers were not great. The lady that took us to the airport didn't give any information about how to get back to the hotel on our return. The gentleman that picked us up... wouldn't even lift our small bags and put them in the van. He was also driving for a coworker who seemed strange. The 2nd driver was not friendly or helpful. The other staff at the hotel always have seemed super nice, and that is why we returned.

Very convenient location close to Sky Harbor airport

This hotel was incredible. From the moment we walked in, we loved it. The staff were so friendly and kind. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The gym was above average and we had great workouts. The breakfast was delicious! Even our 10 year old picky eater ate well and said good things! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! We shall be back!
