It was a great stay!

Everything was overall well. Except my room had a strong funky drainage sewage smell. Hotel did not address concerns.

Check in staff was exceptional! The ladies were so helpful with suggestions for area attractions and most helpful with rental car return info. Also helped us get signed up for the shuttle and wake up calls as our flight was very early leaving Phoenix.

Very clean, loved the bar and restaurant.

That said, the front desk agent was friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. I was just there for one night to catch an early flight out, so I didn't use any of the other amenities. If you need a nice, basic place to stay and don't care about a breakfast inckusion, it's a good value. If you want free parking and breakfast, there are nearby hotelsbthat offer that for just a few dollars more a night. I'd stay here again, but will factor in the parking when comparing costs.

Karen at front desk on Sunday is a treasure. Place was amazing. Great place to stay.

The room is specious, but the hotel is showing its age. It took some trial and error to figure out how to turn the faucet handle just right to get the hot water for the shower. The elevator is not centrally located, so you will have to walk a distance from the lobby to the elevator, and another long hallway if you get a room on the far side of the hotel. We were woken up several by someone playing loud boombox music from their car in the middle of the night and engine revving from street racing.

Bar was good and Adam was informative about the menu.

The $16 a night parking fee for a place with plenty of parking was an unwelcome surprise.

i didn’t like that we had to wait to check in no one in the front desk we had to wait like 30 minutes

We needed to get back to the airport for a 8:00 am flight. The shuttle was full for any of the times that would work for us. The desk offered no help, we had to ask for any taxi information. The desk clerk acted like she didn't care one way or another.

Staff was friendly and room was clean and comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent. The only ridiculous part of the stay was a charge of $15.oo to park your car at the hotel! It is disappointing that the owners choose to charge that. I will not stay again because of that. I travel for business and have never had a charge to park when I am staying in the hotel as a paying customer.

When arrived at hotel, did not receive room we booked and there was no other available room for us. Kids had to sleep on cot and floor!!!! Terrible! Staff were pleasant though and did their job.

Fast Wifi, really couldn't enjoy the pool because of the huge bumblebee nest. They were very aggressive. 1 got caught in my hair & I left after 15 mins. Airport shuttle service & super nice room attendants/maids. Very spacious rooms & super comfy beds.

Rooms are basic, ok, but the interiors old and dated. If you are on a layover the complimentary shuttle fills up fast as it is shared with all the hotels in the local area.

They were digging a giant hole with a backhoe right outside of our window while we tried to sleep. My husband fixed the toilet. We were charged for parking. The front desk person was busy texting during our check in. The bathroom shampoo, conditioner and lotion were nice.

The airport shuttle was nonexistent. Waited an hour and a half. No shuttle. All the other motel shuttles came and went multiple times. Finally had to take a shuttle to a motel that was down the block from this hotel and then a taxi the rest of the way. It was a nightmare after a long flight.

Breakfast is not included and is expensive hotel food! There is a Waffle House in the parking lot with much better food and costs! The room we stayed in sounded like a puppy was stuffed in the toilet every time we flushed it! Very noisy fill valve

The room was clean. It had a small Keurig type coffee maker. They did have a free airport shuttle. It was a bare bones suite. The living room furniture was a simple two person couch with very stiff cushions. The door between the bedroom was glass with a sheer curtain, so you couldn't use the living room without disturbing the sleeper. The bathroom door to the bathroom wouldn't close because it was out of alignment. The shower door kept opening during the shower because it was also out of plumb.

The breakfast was extremely disappointing. There was a bowl of melon and a dish of scrambled eggs - which who knows how long they had been sitting there. See above regarding breakfast. Also, bartender needs to learn how to make a basic margarita.

HVAC was a mess. Room was super hot all night and the position of it blows directly on the bed. See through bathroom door makes going the bath room uneasy and no lock on the bathroom door.

In short, I won’t stay at a Hilton again because you house ICE

It was okay, but probably will look to stay somewhere else next time. When we got into our room the AC was not working, the toilet overflowed, we had requested a crib and got an additional bed instead and was just a very rough start. All of this was fixed but the vibe overall was not our favorite. It wasn’t the worst, but just okay.

Nice room, but the bedside stand is literally falling off the wall. Front desk staff is nice, but took awhile to check in because they couldn’t operate the card reader to work CC to run for the deposit and they put me in a handicapped room without asking. They did give me another room when I requested it.

The customer service was actually pretty awesome. Nadia at the front desk was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The rest of the hotel is OK. Things are a little worn and dated except for the main lobby. The shower, however it was excellent.

The staff was great! The room was a small apartment. There was food on site. It was fine. Its a stay by the airport. There was big parking construction by the front door. But that’s temporary.

Normally love staying at this property with the park and fly option but will nevere return as the service I recieved from the young shuttle driver was not acceptable.

Was pleased to find that the hotel had an evening restaurant with a great menu. Staff was very friendly Location was great for being near the airport however located in an industrial area so not much for a leisure traveler.

What I liked most about my stay was the convenience of having a restaurant located right outside the hotel. What I didn’t like was how far the location was from tourist attractions and entertainment options. Additionally, the customer service provided by the managerial staff was unsatisfactory. My room was not cleaned as scheduled, and when I notified the manager via text—the line of communication established by the hotel—they insinuated that I had left the “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door for too long, which was not the case. I had been out of the room long enough to allow ample time for housekeeping to clean it. Ultimately, my room was never cleaned, and I only received fresh towels after specifically requesting them.

This lack of information resulted in a difficult arrival requiring multiple elevators, a crowded train ride and a very long walk to check in. The front desk did point at a sheet of paper that explained the situation, but unless one was looking for it, it was difficult to see. Problems would have been avoided if this fact would have been mentioned at check and shuttle reservation.

Very clean and refreshingly nice personnel! Excellent location with included shuttle service to the airport. Not much regarding dining options in the area (Waffle House) - but a very good value overall. And, the nice folks enhanced the stay a great deal. Decent coffee. Close to interstate but not loud inside. Front attendant wasn’t rude but not overly friendly or welcoming. Pool was clean, hot tub looked like algae but maybe not- I didn’t chance it. Waffle House in the same parking lot. A business park/industrial area, close to colleges too. Overall I’d stay again.

It wasn’t a horrible stay, it was rather good. But when a hotel says they will clean your room every other day, I expect that. They did not. I had to ask for this to be done. And then the toilet broke and then backed up. It was fixed same day I called though, so yay for that. Very clean hotel otherwise and the people were nice. I’d use them again.

I’m really glad I chose this hotel. I want to say how impressed I am with Christina—her communication has been excellent. She’s responsive, easy to talk to, and always ready to keep the conversation flowing. Everything has felt smooth and natural, without any stress or frustration. We tried saying “excuse me” to see if anyone was in the back room and got no answer. We called the main phone and it just kept ringing and nobody got up to get it. Finally, I went on the Hilton app and messaged for help and she must have been alerted then that someone was waiting to be checked in. All of this didn’t bother me so much, but what bothered me most was that she didn’t even apologize that we had been waiting. She walked out from the back room (which was a second walk to the desk) and just stared at me until I said something.. not even a “I’m so sorry or how can I help you?” This part was a poor experience. But the facility overall was great!

I had a wonderful time staying here it was so peaceful on my floor that it helped me enjoy my first solo gateway that I really needed and the room was nice and clean and very spacious and I loveeeee that walk in shower

Our stay was great mainly because of the front desk staff called Nasha ( sorry maybe wrong spelling). She is a black lady who worked in the evening shift. Her customer service skills are top notch.

The noise from the room above sounded as if they were stomping around. The carpet in the hallways was rippled and a trip hazard. Won’t stay here again.

Comfy beds, clean bathroom. Not much noise even near the airport. Oh, and everyone should try their restaurants! It is one of the best of most hotel hosted eateries!

When I called for the airport shuttle pick up the person who answered was not friendly. And I called ahead of time for a shuttle. But the guy who did the airport drop-off was AMAZING! SUPER friendly guy, and very humble he alone gets 5 stars. If it wasnt for him, I would give a lower rating due really poor service at the initial pick-up.

The stay was nice , the hotel staff were helpful for us out of staters. Rooms clean and hotel was quiet and clean. Outside hotel was safe and having Waffle house next door was nice also.

A/C was lame. 110 degrees when checked in at 7:30pm. Couldn't sleep. Had to put parking pass on car dash after lugging bags in, so had to go back out in 110 degrees for that. Would never stay there again. Night before stayed elsewhere at a Hampton by Hilton and it was quite nice.

Was unable to get my room at check in. While family had tickets to dodgers game Missed first 2 innings of game due to hotels in ability to have 2 of the rooms I reserved ready. But we needed to check in to get ready for game. When we were able to finally get our rooms. We went to the game. 3 rd inning already. .. when we returned to the room our air conditioning was not working. We stay at Hilton hotels often and have never experienced this before.

Extremely nice place, AC works wonders

Because we had an early morning flight we opted for dinner at the hotel. The steaks were cooked perfectly to our preferences and the bartender/ server was a credit to the hotel. He was attentive and friendly!

Tried calling to get shuttle-5X no answer. Had to take an Uber

It’s inconvenient if you want to walk to restaurants or shopping. It’s in the warehouse district and nothing close unless you drive.

AC blows cold air directly at nearest bed and is noisy. Better if adjustable vent that could be pointed upwards. Parking space supply is shared and very tight on spaces. Good access to airport rental return.

This hotel carries Hilton name but it is not really a Hilton. The AC was really LOUD like a jet engine. I had one of my worst night sleep. There wasn't enough coffee in the morning and when we asked they didn't have any. Over all I will never book this hotel.

Nothing unique, just a sound and clean hotel with very courteous staff. A little older property that is beginning to show wear in bathroom but otherwise up to par and satisfactory. Again, staff very supportive and pleasant.

Always reliably clean!

From check in to check out, the customer service was A+. The hotel is very nice. The food at the restaurant is delicious. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. When it was time to take the shuttle to the airport, the shuttle was inoperable. A taxi was made available, free of charge, by the hotel. Was not able to take in all of the amenities, but will definitely stay here again so that I can. This is one of my best stays with Hilton.

The room size and layout was great.

The Hotel was very clean and staff was nice. My only issue was the A/C in all the rooms are inadequate for the Arizona heat. The first room I went into from check in was 87 with the air set on 70. Left for 2 hours for dinner came back and it was still 87. They moved me to another room which was a little bit better but not much. The room never dropped below 81 all night. I stayed her for one night but stayed at a different hotel in Mesa for 3 nights before this stay and the A/C worked great! My room reached 67 degrees every night. During the day it was around 72, which is fine. I will not stay here again because of the A/C.

Convenient location to the airport

Rooms are outdated.

Room was quiet , clean and comfortable and had plenty of room. Parking was free and plenty of it. Waffle House restaurant was next door.

Close to airport-great shuttle service! Front desk girl was very nice and helpful. Dinner staff was late opening for service. I went next door to the Waffle House.

This was a wonderful experience. Shuttle to and from airport was on time, quick and drivers were very nice. Lobby staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was worth the cost and the server was pleasant and efficient. Room was large, clean, great shower head and bed was very comfortable. A all the way!

We have stayed at this hotel prior and enjoy the price, the very large room and comfort. We simply use this hotel as a one night stay prior to a flight out early the next morning. It's always a restful and satisfying experience. We like the Waffle House adjacent for an easy meal requiring only a short walk across the parking lot. Gas stations are also close by for rental car fill up prior to drop off.

Hotel and stay were great. But hotels.com doesn’t give you the actual address in the invite so we went to the other Hilton garden inn PHX. Reception told us we were the third groups that did that that day. Very frustrating after long day of travel and unloading all our stuff, including car seat.
