    As soon as I walked in they made me feel like I was important. My name was on this board that said I was a guest of the day. The room was perfect. All the staff was super nice and the breakfast was great That I had to leave so soon

    Staff were excellent the Uber service was so helpful. Front desk , especially the manager was so kind and friendly . The breakfast was ok and the suite was nice and roomy. The toilet needs to be updated though, the water would not stop until you jiggled the handle.

    Room was clean, but the hotel is very outdated. Outpool was closed (June 2026). Breakfast it's a joke: waffle, muffin, bagels, cereal, milk and yogurt. No eggs or omelet, no sausages or bacon, no potatoes. Not sure how they called this breakfast. Also, very hard to get inside the parking lot, only 2 options and one was from freeway. Will not stay here next time.

    This was my third stay at Greentree Inn and Suites, Phoenix Airport. Some of the reasons I stay there: Staff are always friendly and helpful (and someone is at the desk 24/7), they have a continental breakfast buffet each morning, they provide airport shuttle services as part of the stay and they have amenities like a laundry room and gym.

    It was amazing!!! Very kind of them to provide ubers to and from the nearby airport. Staff was really kind and knowledgeable. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast surprisingly had a lot of options and the baked stuff was not stale despite the breakfast being a few hours open at the time of going. Honestly would recommend to family and friends.

    Checked in, got up to the room. Remote on the tv did not work, upgraded to a suite. Remote in that room did not work. It was not worth moving again, so television was limited. We were on the 2nd floor, overlooking the pool. It looked like pond scum on top. No way we were going in the pool. Breakfast was the usual waffle, sausage and potatoes (they were out). We went out for breakfast. Rooms were dated, but clean. No bad smells. We will not stay here again. Hope this helps.

    I was happy to walk into a cool temp room from the heat. Floor in our bathroom would come up from the flooring when you stepped, weird! The tv I had to adjust cause there was no picture. Second day we were out of water for 5 hours and weren’t notified about it. A few other things weren’t cool but needless to say I wouldn’t stay there again. Oh and breakfast was whack.

Had a room on the 3rd floor that was like being in a sauna, the ac couldn’t keep up with the heat. The front desk was very helpful in getting us moved to a much cooler room.

    Room was dirty, urine on bathroom floor. Cockroach in the bathroom. Broken AC, had to move rooms. Didn’t get to bed until after 2am. Next room top lock was broken off, felt very unsafe. Beds are terrible, very uncomfortable. TV did not work in second room. Hotel very run down.

    This was a great stay. My son and I stayed for a basketball tournament. Its in a convenient location with inn and out burger 10 min away and many other restaurants near by. There's also a dollar tree and a gas station across the street. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

    DO NOT STAY HERE. I am shocked this place has so many good reviews. The location is TERRIBLE. The hotel backs up to public housing and is next to an abandoned, boarded up gas station. When I got out of my car, I noticed a group of men hanging out by the dumpster and as a woman with my mother, I felt so UNSAFE. I immediately got back into my car and found a new hotel to stay the night in. I couldn’t imagine having to leave that hotel at 4am to go to the airport in such a sketchy area.

    We use this hotel to stay one night before our early flight. The person at the hotel stated that they had complementary Uber for us to get from airport to the hotel and then from the hotel back to the airport for our flight. When I attempted to get the Uber from the airport to the hotel for check in. I called the hotel desk and could not get anyone on the phone. Multiple attempts and the line was busy. So we paid for our own Uber to check in. When I arrive to the hotel to let the receptionist know that we were calling and the phone line was busy for extended period. She stated that she was on the phone and that she was sorry. The room was clean enough to get a night sleep and head to the airport. It’s not an extended stay hotel. I believe they have breakfast however we left by 6 o’clock and there was no breakfast out there. We were able to get our Uber complementary back to the airport. The pictures online make the hotel look really nice. However, the lobby was really dark.

    From the moment we arrived we were happy with the choice. The check in was so quick with no hassle and I had the key to the room in 5min. The room was better than expected. It was clean, huge and was more than enough room for my kids and I. Swimming was enjoyable all the way to the included breakfast. The weight room/gym was also a plus. I am planning another trip and this is where I want to book again.

    We stayed here because it was close to the airport. It’s not the best area. Front desk staff were extremely courteous. The room was fairly clean. Hotel needs some maintenance and updating. On the 2nd day we could smell marijuana in the hall near our room. There were also several homeless people camped out at the building next door which has a connecting parking lot. This was our first stay at a Green Tree. It was ok for what we needed but we probably wouldn’t stay there again.

    Room was dated, room key didn’t always work. Floors in hallways and elevators were dirty. Popcorn was available on arrival that tasted awful. Terrible neighborhood with holmless people sleeping 50ft away. Hard to get into property if you were coming the wrong side of road. Breakfast was good. Pool was cold and no towels available. Had to bring down towels from room. I think there was only 3 towels in room and no Kleenex. Limited power outlets in room. Gunshot hole in window and noisy ac. I wouldn’t stay here again.

    This property is very dirty pictures you see are not what you get at all. Very worn down dirty property. Was there for an hour. Lifted sheets off like I always do with every room I stay in to check the mattress. Blood stains on the mattress. i checked out immediately

    The hotel said they would call Uber to pick me up from the airport. I called 3 times and waited over an hour for a ride. They are 10 minutes away. I got another ride from an Uber driver and the original driver showed up after I was almost back at the hotel. Night staff needs training in customer sevice.

    The staff were all friendly. Nice breakfast variety. It’s disgustingly dirty. There was trash on the floors in the lobby and hallways. Our room windows were filthy. The jacuzzi was barely luke warm and the pool has visible dirt on the bottom. The surrounding area has tents, a liquor store and lots trash laying around.

    I actually ended up not staying there, but they were very nice and gave me a refund. Other people staying there seemed content. It just didn't meet my standards. I relied on the rating. Maybe I just got unlucky with my room, it wasn't clean, may have been by accident. In my opinion rooms are more Fair than Very Good.

    We had a reserved and paid for room. It was given away and we were given a room with different bed sizes for 3 adults when we specially searched for a king with a hide a bed as we sleep on a king now. The queen beds were in poor condition, the lamp shade was broken and the couch had holes in it. The manager email was on the front desk so I wrote to them with no response. If a room is promised through expedia, it should not be given away. PHX was packed that weekend and hotel prices were through the roof so changing at that point was not an option though they were eager to get rid of us if we would have allowed it because they were overbooked. Will never stay there again.

    Loved this hotel for me and my significant other. We stayed a week and this hotel is in between everything. Room was clean staff was friendly hotel breakfast was decent. Pool was refreshing but the hot tub was lil dirty and not so hot but it was hot the whole time we were in Arizona.

    Our room was not ready at check in time at 3pm. We left after waiting 1 1/2 hrs as we had to return our rental car. When we returned after 5: 30 we were told our room was ready but there was a cleaning lady still in our room! Since when does 1 room take 3 hours to clean! I will never stay at a Green Tree Inn again.

    The room was a decent size. Loved that there was a microwave, mini fridge and a coffee machine, although I don’t drink coffee.Very convenient Staff could have been more pleasant and friendlier. Would walk by a staff member and wouldn’t be acknowledge. Breakfast was not so pleasant.Pool was freezing cold, jacuzzi had too much bleach to where my eyes burn.

    Took a little while to check in. I think they were shortstaffed in housekeeping. The breakfast was excellent. Pool and hot tub were cold but relatively clean. Front desk staff was very accommodating. I had a late flight and they allowed me to hang out. Use the pool lobby, etc., until I shuttle back to the airport.

    That the seven days that they stay at the hotel, they never clean my room or do any type of service besides that the shower drainage was clogged so everything from the drainage was coming out and he was kind of nasty. The gym Equipments were on the worst conditions they don’t even work. They’re all broken & useless,the Jacuzzi didn’t even work either. So kidna wack.

    They advertised “free airport shuttle” however what they meant was “we may or may not answer to order you an uber”. In our case no one answered when we called so we just paid for our own uber, when we got to the hotel all they said was “oh that’s weird”. No offer for reimbursement, no apologies. The pool is not heated, even in 40 degree weather it was too cold to truly enjoy. Also not in the sun for the entire day so go in the morning/afternoon if you want to be in the sun. The breakfast was typical (fake eggs, possibly bacon or sausage) the waffles/waffle station was delicious though! I will probably not stay here again.

    The bathroom was okay. No conditioner in the shower - empty. The quality of soap, shampoo, etc., was cheap. Consider using a better brand, and be sure all canisters are full after each visitor. The constant drip in the tube faucet was irritating. The shower head was less than desirable. When you try to turn off the shower, you have to use great force to shut off the water, but it doesn't work. The water would not turn off. The entire system needs to be replaced. The surrounding area of the hotel did not feel safe The breakfast seemed fine, coffee was good, but I only had cereal and yogurt. I will go elsewhere for my next visit.

    It offered free rides to and from the airport, which was very helpful during my unplanned two day layover. The breakfast was lacking protein, too heavy on carbs. Fresh fruit and boiled eggs would be nice. My room overlooked the pool, and there was a large group of people partying there until it closed at 9pm, making sleep difficult.

    I arrived to the property at 12:30. I did call ahead of time after my flight was delayed from Charlotte advising of my approximate time of arrival; there was no concern raised. Upon arrival, I took note that we were waiting very long while the front desk kept running back and forth from the desk to room as he check on something. He seemed very nervous as he made text by phone awaiting a response. This caused an accumulation of customers behind us in line, not yet attended to. Then I was told the king size suite I had already paid for, booked for 4 was not available, inclusive there were no other suites available in the hotel. The only option was to just take the last king size bed. Even a request for two queen, I was told is. It available. This only resorted in 4 adults to one bed after a long flight. I asked giving the circumstances as he has ran to check the room about sufficient linen and was told the room was stocked. There were not enough. I agree with management who finally responded to the text and returned the call that I deserve a refund. All justifications and explanations for such an impression cannot compensate for how exhausted bodies just needing to sleep had to be cramped in one bed. Expedia, the hotel ask that you reach out and they will approve this refund. Thank you for standing up for your longstanding customer.

    Property had alot of people roaming the site at night, the room was clean but could have extra trash bins instead of just the restroom, cool ac so recommend taking extra blankets due to beds only having 2 sheets and a thin blanket in-between, bathtub/shower the water wasn't draining while taking a shower water was feeling up 😒 Breakfast is continental but eggs and potatoes were cold 🙄 Hotel was near Walmart, AZ Mills Mall. We had several options on fast food restaurants aswell as grocery store.

    Amenities were subpar—stained pillows, no proper comforter (only a throw lined with a bedspread), and toiletries placed incorrectly, with body wash bolted next to the sink and hand wash in the shower. When I requested a correction, it was ignored, and the front desk claimed 'both are the same solution.' Additionally, the bathroom door made a loud creaking noise, and the mini-fridge was not properly secured, causing it to move every time it was opened. I will be staying away from GreenTree in the future and cannot recommend it.

    The unit itself is OK. The staff seem friendly enough. But their execution is lacking. Very basic things were overlooked for the entire duration of our five days with them despite our better efforts to get assistance. Good news is DoorDash can actually come straight up to your room and for the most part do. So if you ever need emergency toilet paper or you can just DoorDash it. Good luck!

    Absolutely terrible establishment. When we showed up there was nobody at the front desk. Waited 20 minutes for him to show up. Meanwhile other guests with problems and complaints began to show up and wait with us. When he did show up, We were double charged. I had already paid in full through Expedia before we arrived. I even had my receipt printed out and showed it to the front desk attendant. He said he would not charge us when he saw it. Woke up to see my bank transactions and he had charged us! Liar! It was 3:00 in the morning because we had an early flight to catch so we couldn’t even talk to a manager before leaving. This place is terrible. You couldn’t pay me to stay there again! Please, go ANYWHERE else!!!

    Domnquia was amazing every time I saw him. When I first arrived, it was late and he was walking the parking lot to ensure there was no sketchiness happening. He was so warm and welcoming with all his customers. The room was very large which was very nice but the pillows and shower head were in pretty pepper condition.

    Overall, not a good experience. Cleanliness lacking, hot tub cold, but the worst part was on the morning of departure, I returned to my room around 10 AM after getting some breakfast downstairs in the lobby to find that the cleaner was halfway finished cleaning my room and my belongings were on his supply cart. Checkout time is 11 AM but I had a 12 PM late checkout. Regardless, very intrusive that someone entered my room before it was even checkout time seeing that the TV was on and my belongings were in the room and he proceeded to start the clean. Terrible..

Also there was a coin from a foreign country under the pillow from one of the beds, I wonder if person staying in room before us leave it there and house keeping never changed bedsheets.     The floor was softer than the beds, it was like sleeping on concrete with a mattress protector. Say on the dipped in couch in the room and itched. Bathroom was decent but if you going to make it look clean, then clean up around the tub before cover dirt and mold up with caulking. Didn't eat the breakfast, wasn’t even told what time it was served or where to go to get it. Parking lot is dark, asked for a room that was wheelchair accessible, had to have my husband carry our daughter up stairs because it was too high to get a wheelchair up it. Wouldn’t stay back here again definitely learned out lesson.

    2. Hotel phone system won't allow calling front desk ("broken"). 3. Hotel phone system won't allow setting wake-up calls. 4. No doorstop on room door, so it slams into wall. 5. No desk lamp. 6. Dim overall lighting in room. 7. A/C blows directly on desk user. 8. Curtains won't close completely, so light leaks into room. 9. No wastebasket in room. 10. Noisy fridge. 11. Only luke-warn water in shower at 11:30 PM, no hot water. Less than 10 people were staying at this hotel last night, which is a clue: DO NOT STAY HERE! The only good thing was that the breakfast waffles were very tasty.

    Walls are very thin and had people fighting at 2 am and slamming the doors. The bathtub water wouldn't shut off so we had to listen to the water dripping all night. Got to the place to check in and nobody was at the front desk and you can hear the staff talking and arguing. The surrounding also did not feel safe. I would not stay here with kids.

After reading some concerning reviews on Google and Expedia, I reached out to the location manager via email and phone to discuss my concerns. I am happy to report that during our four-day stay, we found absolutely nothing to complain about. ​The suite was extremely clean, fresh, and very accommodating. It’s clear the property is well-maintained. While the breakfast is a standard continental style, the dining area was spotless and the food was served hot. They even offered a complimentary Uber to and from the airport, which was a great touch (even though we didn't need it). After researching the owner’s story, I’m even more proud to support this business. We will definitely be returning to GreenTree properties!

    Bad room condition mold on shower head, holes on the walls, walls breaking down, wierd metallic water smell. My car got vandalized, a whole mess. Management found me a room after 2 hr of being in my car motnhaving had a shower later in the morning and I had to call them otherwise they wouldn't have done it. (They wanted to charge me. Only when I said it's not my fault they later on told me they won't charge me. I will never go to this place again.

    Beds are from about the 80’s I’d say. Could hear the springs when you get on it. Not comfortable. Don’t look up in the bathroom. It needs paint desperately (mold or something in the corner) No snacks or drinks due to waiting for a vending machine I think. Broken water dispenser so could not have a glass of water. Lobby and grounds were nice. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good. Complimentary Uber instead of shuttle bus to airport. Some really nice things and some kinda bad things.

    and she had to clear everything through corporate. I ordered a brace, paid for it myself and the manager picked it up for me. There are 2 steps up to enter the back door where I parked. There is no handrail. I made it down this morning then didnt see the half inch drop at the end of the sidewalk. There should put a white stripe at least. Usual full breakfast but no meat, I took some potato chunks but they werent fully cooked. I couldnt walk to the microwave so i just had a blueberry muffin.

    You didn't give me a receipt, the toilet in the bathroom ran constantly and the repair guy couldn't' speak English so he didn't' understand the issue, there was no light in the Livingroom area so you couldn't read or do any work at the desk there ( there was a light switch as you walked in the room, but you had no light installed!), there was no blanket in the closet so I had to put my coat over me on the bed to stay warm.

    Uber return to PHX was done at 5:30AM . Missed Hotel Breakfast which started @ 6am but was able to get an apple and coffee. No hotel phones were working so no wake up call! No business center so could not print boarding passes Room was clean and comfortable! one night stay ok

    Television had no remote. Once I got one from the front desk, then it had "no signal", . Finally was switched to another room., after 4 trips to the front desk. The phones on the room did not work, and there was no instructions on how ro call the front desk if the phones were working.

    Hotel needs remodeling , tv didn’t work . I asked the first time and was told to go up and bring the remote control back . I did , then I asked if someone could check the tv out while I was out , nobody did . I have never complained about a hotel because I understand things are not always Perfect . I left today and needed to stay longer . I was not about to do that again … sorry for the bad review . If you’re going to be on the hospitality business , you should know you are in the hospitality business …staff was friendly or I wouldn’t have stayed 1 night.

    If I could leave this hotel zero stars, I would. There were no accommodations at this hotel, as far as checking in early, checking out late. We were told they were short staffed the whole weekend. We were told to ask, to have our rooms cleaned and staff would not pick up calls from our room. We would have to go downstairs with our needs. There was no staff at the front desk during after hours (930pm) Mind you, it was not alot of ppl staying here based on looking at the parking lot. This hotel should not even exist in my opinion, whoever the owner is, needs to rebrand and start over with employees that want to be here. Our trash was hella full, to the point where I had to buy trash because the cans in the room were so small and it was literally one person cleaning the rooms occupied. We also had broken plug outlets.

    No onsite Shuttle service, offers Uber to airport Terminals only. I opted to keep my rental car and drive myself to the airport in the morning to avoid waiting for uber pickup. Nice lobby, but room furniture worn. Be aware. Urban area with fair amount of foot traffic.

    The amenities at the property were outstanding. The pool, the hot tub, the gym and the breakfast were all excellent. When I arrived to check in, there was a sign at the front desk helping another guest as I waited. I heard someone in the back I said, excuse me, and then they came out. The gentleman was nice but yet I thought it was unfair that they put this sign out and they were just sitting in the back in the first room he gave me the heater was not working and he graciously changed me to another room what I noticed in both rooms was that there was no remote control for the TV. The location was conveniently located around entertainment, venues, and close by the airport.

    Staff was very welcoming & kind. On-line pictures vs arriving in person are 2 totally different visions. Online showed a well kept beautiful hotel/rooms everything is very outdated, beds are very bouncy pillows were very flat, room was very small vs what it looked like in the pictures. Area didn't seem very safe at all, walls are very thin can hear everything & everyone around you.

    The bed is extremely uncomfortable! Back pain insane right now. The noise is strong, is like pop are getting inside your room. The doors close super strong and it’s really noisy. The airport shuttle is great, people are nice and breakfast is good, but overall I will not recommend staying here. It needs major maintenance and cleaning is lacking.

    This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything was bad about it. For the money, it is a rip off. Very noisy, tv did not work. Paint peeling off walls and doors.     Check in took 25 minutes but not really the fault of the front desk staff. While we were waiting one guest came back and said her room hadn't been cleaned. Then when we got our room ours hadn't been cleaned either. We were given an upgrade which we appreciated. Toilet paper is cheap and towels are thin. This place needs to get its act together a little better.

    Toilet barely flushed and ran the whole time. Didn't get housekeeping or new towels for 3 days. The pool was uncomfortable because of how sharp/rough the plaster was. Fitness area had no actual work out equipment. The hotel was run-down and dirty.

    Only good thing about going here was the very kind check in staff other than that I would not stay here again. The restrooms are disgusting, the toilet seat is stained yellow. If you’re looking for a comfortable bed it’s not definitely not here, there is not really a comforter on the bed just a sheet with a cheap thin cotton blanket.

    It seemed very rundown and in need of an update. No placards for door knob asking for room clean up or do not disturb. Staff was not super helpful. Toilet was a kids height, very annoying.     Don't blame it on the staff. The Green Tree Inn does not take care of this building and apparently they hire illegal immigrants who have ZERO ENGLISH. This place is disgusting. Isn't it illegal to post fake photos? I will lodge a complaint with Experian and request a refund! I would have left but I had no car during my stay! Turn the lights on in the damn lobby!!!! It is so dark and dingy. The carpets are shamefully disgusting.

    The value was great considering there is a breakfast included with hot items and sufficient protein. The room was a classic hotel room which had been remodeled. The staff were very courteous and helpful. At this time I'm traveling for sports competitions so that's all I need. There was a quirky aspect whereby there was only one small waste basket in the hotel room and I think it's because they were trying to discourage people from eating in the rooms. But that doesn't really affect me given my purpose for travel. Also there's not daily room cleaning by default and I didn't see it offered, but again, that's not very important to me if I'm traveling for sports competition.

They really should upgrade there security cameras and get security guys and fix the fence that is around the area. My truck got broken into and my work tools stolen.     The "greeters" were rude. A $100 deposit was added to the bill without being told when we booked the rooms. There was only one luggage caddy. The elevsator is at the opposite end of the building from the lobby. The "shuttle" is an UBER. The room towels were unusable as they smelled like grease.

    Reviews were really good, my experience wasn’t the best.Came in after late flight. Air did not work, toilet running. Asked to change room , was told to wait an hour to see if it works, this is after 11pm! Went down again & was then given a room with air. Shuttle service was actually a free uber and that was great! It was clean enough and beds were ok comfortable, desk employees were arguing, breakfast was as expected. Reviews definitely did not live up to our experience. Unfortunately.

    First let me say the front desk staff was great and the uber to and from airport was easy! The hotel itself is not great. Needs updating, pool and hot tub were drained with no heads up. Went to breakfast and almost everything was gone 1/2 hour before it ended and nothing replenished. The area itself has a gas station and liquor store across street and a chipotle and wing place nearby but that’s it. Housekeeping barged into my room without knocking even though I was told there would be no house cleaning during our stay. It’s close to airport that’s the only bonus. Wouldn’t stay here again esp for price

    My issue is I did my booking on 09/18/25 and we got there a little last night to check in due to driving to PHX for about 12 hours or so. They gave us a room on the fourth floor right in front of the elevator. Around 6 in the morning they are doing maintenance and fixing the elevator and there was loud banging noises for 3 hours straight. I went downstairs at 830 I spoke to the reception and told her about our advanced booking and if they knew there was elevator maintenance today and why we got that room. She said they were aware of the maintenance and they are fully booked that’s why we got that room last night. But my problem is if y’all know there’s loud work and fixation at the elevator then why is that room even open to book or stay at???? I don’t understand that part.They could’ve even told me to cancel the booking if they were full. I had 3 weeks to plan a stay in Phoenix. Just because there’s open room doesn’t mean you shove a customer there to make your money. The customer has to be able to to stay and be comfortable. And after just long journeys that what we got in return for booking a company like GreenTree. Will not be using this company anymore.

    Our stay was very disappointing. There was noise coming from somewhere in the middle of the night, so it was hard to sleep. The shower water pressure was extremely weak — I couldn’t even wash my hair properly. They also charged a $100 security deposit without informing us in advance. On top of that, the elevator wasn’t working, and we had to carry several large bags up to the 4th floor. Overall, not a pleasant experience and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

    Staff was good, no complaints. Lobby appeared to be updated. The rest of the hotel was old and in need of a good facelift. Like perhaps strip everything down to studs and rafters and start over. Pool and spa was green, they drained them while there. Elevators were down and required attention while there. So overall is a ok.

    The elevator was down and everyone had to use the stairs. I put the clean my room sign but nobody cleaned it and i called the front desk and ask why? He said they already left and i said i need clean towels! He said come down and get them.the mattress is the worst I’ve ever slept on! So weird pillows as well! One is so low two is so high! The whole hotel is falling apart! Completely different then its pics and its rating! This hotel deserves maximum rating of 4. Everywhere smells weed in and around the hotel too!

    Both TVs in suite didn’t work; one of the boxes had a cord unplugged, the other had to switch the input. The desk clerk gave advice vs having anyone come fix it. The elevator worked one time during our stay. And the cleaning lady started trying to enter the room an hour and a half before checkout, a total of 3 times. The breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable.

    No one at front desk for over 5 minutes, called the number, he came in then from outisde. Although, he was a nice friendly guy, then. Hotel seems very basic.     I was actually pretty impressed with the hotel itself. It smelled good inside. Room 121 was pretty good. Was clean inside, beds were made tight and nice and it had a couple cool fixtures. And the breakfast was probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I've seen. Make your own waffle stations and a great variety of other items as well. Will definitely stay here again. If nothing else just for the staff and breakfast

    One of the great thing this facility had was her receptionists, Hazel. She was amazing and so helpful and very perfectionist. Plus the housekeeping were a sweet hearts. So kimd and loving. Everything else wasnt so perfect but the receptionists and the housekeeping made everything perfect.

    When I checked into the hotel, the person checking in was extremely nice and welcoming however, that was the only positive of the stay at the hotel. The room I got was very dirty. It had stains all over the carpet. The bathroom tub was clogged so when I took a shower, it was pretty much a bath, and it was not very hygienic. Also, in the morning the electricity went out in the area, which I know is not the hotel‘s fault But it just kind of added to the horrible stay. The elevator was also not in good condition and it just is a very rundown hotel. The the hotel gym has no free weights only a couple of treadmills and the machine which is the weight machine is very old and awkward and looks like it’s about to break. I would say if anyone is looking to stay here just spend a little bit more money and stay at an actually well runner and managed hotel that focuses on cleanliness

    GreenTree Inn was a great stay. While I was expecting breakfast, as the website mentions it, I was not expecting eggs, sausage, and potatos during breakfast. That was a pleasant delicious surprise! Front desk staff were extremely helpful. Instead of the typical shuttle service GreenTree utilizes Uber (at no cost to the guest) for transportation to and from the airport.

    Our first room was dirty, my baby and toddler were playing on the floor and I noticed stains on the floors and grabbed a towel to see if it was wet. Sure enough it was wet and the towel was filthy with whatever junk was on the floor. Showed item to receptionist and they upgraded our room.     This stay was horrible, when we first arrived, the first room the ac didn’t work, the next room we unpacked and the tv didn’t work, and then the staff FALSELY ACCUSED us of smoking in the hotel room, when we didn’t. They entered our room when we left and called us. We tried to speak with the employees and they themselves confirmed, they smelled no smoke, no smoking items were found in the room, they refused to give us any money back for our stay, instead threatened us with police.     Omg, where should I start. Upon my arrival I was welcomed like a queen. The staff were so sweet and treated me like family. They gave me the best room. Omg the room was huge, very clean and beautifully decorated. I had so much space and didn’t know what to do with it. The staff attended to my concerns immediately when I brought them up. I wanted to move here and they were showing the best towns to move into. I was treated like family. My bed was very soft and comfortable, just the way I like it, I had good breakfast everyday. I had a microwave and fridge and a working space. I also had a dining room. I told y’all the space was so big. Loved my stay at Greentree and didn’t want to leave. Thank you guy so much for making it the best hotel I have ever stayed in.
