Great location near light rail. The room was comfortable and included breakfast was good. This hotel has been under construction for several months

Our experience was really good. The front desk was cheerful and helpful. Only thing that sucked was the pool being closed due to construction going on. I was not aware of any construction happening. Other than that everything else was good.

The staff were super kind and helpful!!!

Our stay at Fairfield Inn was super lovely! The gentleman that checked us in was super friendly and made our experience in Phoenix much better. The staff were sweet, the breakfast was good, and the pools were really relaxing, some amenities were unavailable due to active construction, but that does not change how we feel about our stay this last week. We look forward to booking again in the future for any convention travels.

Giovanni was especially friendly and professional. He is an excellent ambassador to greet people and check them in as they enter the hotel. My room was clean, comfortable, and convenient. I was also quite pleased at how quiet it was at bedtime. I expected more noise in downtown Phoenix, so the quiet was an unexpected bonus. The ice machine was out of order.

Very sterile room decor; no wall pictures. Only two chairs for four people and one was child size. Joining rooms was not available.

The hotel is under construction which we were never told about prior to booking. Open construction tarps allowed drywall dust to blow everywhere, including to breakfast dining area. Within 5 minutes of being in our room I discovered the bathroom sink was clogged. We were given a new room which was better but the sound of the jackhammer still rose to the fourth floor. Pool area patio has chipped gravel all over. In summary, do not stay at this Fairfield by Marriott. It’s a mess!

The facility was under construction during our stay so the gym was not accessible. The staff were the best staff I have interacted with at any stay anywhere!

The staff were extremely helpful. I wanted to visit the Heard Museum which was very close - so the location was excellent for me. I also enjoyed the swimming pool. There were renovations in progress which made it feel less welcoming.

The location is good but unfortunately that is really the only positive I had. The facility is under renovations and they had plastic covering a large portion of the lobby. The hotel is a location for some type of State student testing so the breakfast area always had parents and children milling around.

The hotel also doubles as a testing facility and the lobby for breakfast was full of people who were not staying there. It was awkward and not enough room for me and my family to sit and enjoy breakfast The staff was nice and breakfast was good but this ended up being a stressful stay and I would not return.

The location was perfect for events of all kinds and many eateries around,. The place is under construction (3/26), but they had everything necessary for a stress free stay.

Rooms were big and clean, bit too cold for my preference but luckily aircon was easy to adjust. Breakfast was ok, but would´ve prefer more fresh components. Location was good, felt that you are outside busiest city centre but public transport route went next to hotel and Heard museum was within short walking distance.

Needed a nearby hotel while visiting family at Banner Hospital. This was one of the most reasonably priced highly rated hotels in the area. It was safe, clean and quiet. The room was very comfortable. There was a complementary full hot breakfast.

The water in pool was in really bad condition, we couldn’t get in. Water wasn’t clear, looked like the water wasn’t circulating. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly.

This property was in a business district and we were on vacation, so it didn’t vibe with our plans too well. We were just looking for a place for the night on the way to Las Vegas. It was close to an art district, but you still needed a car. We tried walking, but streets were deserted except for a handful of homeless people. I was disappointed.

There was a decent chunk of the mirror frame missing from the bathroom mirror. The toilet paper holder wouldn't hold the toilet paper, when you pulled on the tp it kept falling off. There was zero conditioner in the shower and the shampoo was nearly empty also. We didn’t call for more because it was late, we had an early morning and by the time someone could have brought it or someone else run down to get some, wasn’t worth waiting in the shower. The furniture had scratches and water stains on it.

Lovely hotel near downtown Phoenix. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient and provided information on the free breakfast, pool and jacuzzi hours and fitness center hours. The beds were so comfortable! The suite was spacious and well stocked with towels. I will definitely stay here again in the future!

This is our main hotel to stay when we visit Phoenix. Beds are comfortable and we appreciate the breakfast. Service has been good in the past, but a bit lacking this year. We tried calling the front desk and housekeeping but nobody answered, so we went down to the front desk and they helped us. Otherwise our stay was great.

This hotel was clean, and the staff was very friendly. Ony negative thing I can think of is that the maybe the shower needs to be upgraded. It looked a little worn, the drain was broken and there was water leaking out of the shower head.

The King room was very large and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Hot tub was great. Continental breakfast was good.

The parking felt safe. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was actually very good! Only issue when first entering our suite, there was a musty like urine smells from the carpeting we assumed? We turn the air up to cool/ vent rooms, plus we had room deodorizer, and smell cleared up. The pool hot tube and gym areas, all clean. Overall good for the price!

I left Sunday and they didn’t credit me that money until Wednesday. Also they charge me an extra$8.68 to my card without my permission and I still don’t know why Customer money must b respect and it’s unacceptable to use the credit card at will to make charges without the guests permission

It was a very nice hotel in a good area of Phoenix. We were in an accessible room, therefore the bed was low but very soft & lumpy. The sheer curtains were very dirty! Monday afternoon a homeless person was in the lobby/eating area for a good 15 minutes walking around inside. It was very rare a check-in person was up front. A maintenance person walked in & saw the homeless man. He finally escorted him out.

Good stay. Pool was freezing but hot tub was nice at night. Breakfast was okay. Packaged sandwich was dry. Oatmeal was good. Butter wouldn't melt on my waffle so we skipped that. Very comfortable beds. Good bless y'all. Also very accommodating.. our flights got in early and we couldn't check in immediately but sooner than we thought. We weren't going to be back to the hotel until after 11p, so this was huge for us. Great place!

Great front desk service

Everything was great from front desk service to the breakfast service. The food was good. The linen were clean, the room suite was clean. The only thing was 4stars for the hotel needs some renovating updates such as the walls and paint. Overall i enjoyed my stay. Staff were friendly and even the guest at breakfast were friendly.

The front desk was very helpful and accommodating.

Stay was fine. Room could use some new paint and a very deep clean. A fan would have been nice since the AC fan doesn’t stay on. Our room was cleaned up daily. Bed was a normal hard hotel bed. Location was quiet.

My family and I very much enjoyed staying here. Spacious rooms, friendly staff and centrally located.

Nice place close to downtown.

Staff seemed preoccupied at the front desk, but the breakfast service team was lovely and warm. A good, clean, bright, simple, comfortable hotel. GREAT pizza place across the street! Would definitely stay here again.

Only complaint is they charge me to park my car. Ridiculous junk fee!

I was unable to keep the reservation I made. I had requested a cancellation the week prior to the reservation but was denied because ididn't pay the additional fee for "cancellation priviledges".
