I got in the room, turn on the light, and immediately see roaches scatter. I normally put stuff in the nightstand, but there was a cluster of roach eggs in there. There were streaks of dead roach smeared on the walls. The halls reeked of weed but thankfully it didn’t reach the room. It felt like a sketch area, but thankfully people kept to themselves the entire time and I didn’t have to worry about my car. But! You get what you paid for I guess.

There was a lot of people who used drugs and the guys across from me were so bold to open their door and my smoke alarm was still going off they were smoking a glass pipe of meth I'm an Attic 26 years clean and I know what I saw!

Initially, the value seemed fair as I would only be sleeping here (maybe 5 hours per night). BEWARE THE ROACHES! If I could give this property/stay a 0 rating, I would have, but that wasn't an option. I should have just walked away when I walked in. The lobby and corridors were dirty, humid and had a very bad smell. When I got to my room, I immediately noticed the door had been tampered with (you could literally see in and out of the room through the gap), Maybe they hoped I didn't notice? Not to mention the bad smell. After bringing this to their attention, they said they would look into moving me into another room but no guarantees? The room that they moved me to looked dirty, had a broken cabinet door hanging by the hinges, a slate on the blinds was broken and the smell wasn't pleasant in this room either. Against my better judgment, I gave it a chance since I'd only be sleeping there a few hours a night. BIG MISTAKE! Aside from those not so pleasant things: - Night 1 wasn't horrible other than the stuff mentioned above and the terribly thin mattress. - Night 2 I believe someone (a staff memeber) without any type of notice (no communication) or permission was in my room to leave a notice that pest control would be spraying on Monday with very vague details. Odd, right? - Night 3 I was woken up at 4am to someone pounding on the shared wall consistently for around 5-10 minutes. - Night 4 when I got back to my room around 11pm I was using the restroom, 3 roaches fell on my head/shoulders. I managed to kill 1 of them. Needless to say, that was the straw that broke the camels back. I packed my stuff and left immediately. Now I have to worry if any got into my suitcase.

Could not check in at arrival

Location nothing more I didn't even use the room and wanted to get my money returned or even a chance to stay at a sister property. I only stayed in the hotel room for an hour and left due to being the worst room that I have ever been in.

Staff was nice n tried but it took forever for a late check in and one key didn’t work, we were asked if we wanted to see the room first….which shoudlve been our warning we refused just wanting to get sum sleep as it was 1 am and walked in to roaches everywhere dead n others crawling here n there and the smell on our floor was horrible definitely wasn’t the nicest place but had a stove n fridge n microwave which is a plus but for the same price definitely could’ve found sum better

Room was clean, parking was O. K. Air worked well. T. V. Caused problems. Needed help to get it to work. No ammenities. No coffee in the morning, no coffee maker in the room. Hallways were darker than i like, carpet in the hallway was badly worn and dingy.

This establishment is not a suitable place to stay. The room was extremely basic, lacking even a bedside lamp. Unfortunately, there was no soap for the shower and no shampoo. It was the least satisfactory experience I have ever had with this chain. In fact, I felt as if I had been transported to a third-world country.

Nothing The front desk was always closed, I had to called and wait a lot while check in or out. The property smells so much as cigarettes and the room was not well clean. We found hairs everywhere and under the bed was a lot of dust, like two of the pillows were in bad conditions, just a poor experience.

Terrible experience. The first room we were given had an alarm going off that staff already knew about. The hotel and rooms were very dirty and looked nothing like the pictures. They ended up moving us to another room, which was no better. The bathroom light would not turn on and their was no shower curtain. We even saw roaches. Definitely would not stay here again and would not recommend to anyone.

First impressions looking from the outside the area looked unsafe dirty. as you enter reception is small and it looked dirty even behind the reception area. The big lady at the front was rude but I was already feeling a certain way about the hotel. A bad way. As we were checking in she made me go get my husband because requested his ID as well. There was another lady who ended up helping us which looked like she was new so check in Took forever. As we proceeded to go up to our room the hallway to the elevator was disgustingly dirty I was scared to go up. It looked like what I imagine the projects look like. So we get into our room and as my son places a bag on the counter a freaking ROACH popped out from the counter and I was like NOPE! We are not staying here! Got our things and went right back out. Also kids were running up and down like it was their apartment building on the hallways and you can hear the parents yelling at them but couldn’t see them. We Went right back down and told the big lady heck no we are not staying here there’s ROACHES in our room and this place is disgusting!!! She was rude Ofcourse and said we would have to contact hotel .com for our refund and it’s not guaranteed. We asked her what did it depend on and she said I will have to check the room and make sure you didn’t use it and we said trust us we didn’t. I’m glad we did get a full refund but ugh what a horrible experience!!!

I didnt like how my sheets were dirty and the staff didnt want to give me clean sheets and I paid for 2 beds and they gave me 1 bed with a sopha bed and it was broken

Felt like a prison halfway house. Front desk people were super, but with the number of obvious ex-cons coming in and out and the people hanging around (including one shooting heroin in the back parking lot and another couple copulating in a dark corner of the parking lot) it became evident that this hotel is something of a halfway house for recently released inmates or something. Cannot recommend this place.

Room was very dirty. All that was available was a smoking room when i arrived even though i had reserved a non-smoking room. Smell of pot knocked you down when you stepped into the hallway on the 3rd floor. Ftont desk was courteous.

I work for this company and the customer service I experienced at this location was horrible….. I arrived at noon with my family and not one other solo was checking in from noon to 3 and no room not one was available until 3pm…

I don't understand how a mattress can be that small and say it fits two people. There was a dirty towel in the bathroom and the tile in the bathroom was raised up because of water damage. It was very obvious. They provide nothing to you like other hotels do in your room, everything is old & tv small. They need to really raise the bar here. Personally I will never stay there again. How can you expect people to want that or to get quality people there?

Stayed in room 420 for one night. The room is infested with cockroaches! My shoes were sticking to the floor because it was dirty. The walls were dirty. The room smells like someone cooked fish in it. The AC unit was disgustingly dirty. This room has not had a proper cleaning in a VERY LONG TIME. This hotel needs a DEEP CLEANING AND PEST CONTROL IMMEDIATELY!! There are homeless people in the parking lot. Staff was nice. I informed housekeeping and the front desk upon checkout of the cockroaches, hopefully they do something about it since it's a health hazard. I would NOT stay here again even of I was paid for it.

Wasn’t even allowed to stay. Tried to check in just after midnight, sign in lobby area to call number to check in. Called and they said check in is closed and I had to contact who I booked though. Lied on the phone saying my booking provider (Hotels.com) was legally required to provide me a place to stay tonight. Tried to contact hotels.com and the agent said that was an obvious lie, they contacted the hotel and he admitted to me through the chat that this is the worst property he has interacted with. Forced to get something more expensive last minute. Agent tried to get me a refund but hotel refused several times. Only got a refund because I sent an email to Hotels.com legal which meant they’re out of that money and not the hotel. Total scammers.

the front desk staff including hotel manager behaved like children, extremely hostile, agressive, unprofeasional, rude and highly disreapectful. And without just cause, they kicked me out of the room i had paid for by a dv survivors emergency services organization with a remaining night stay they stole from me. all this despite knowing I was relocated due to dv and kicking me out without an immediate refund of the remaining night stay, the hotel front desk staff put my life at risk of significant danger. I am appalled at the horrendous behaviors of the staff at this hotel and they should feel ashamed of how they acted and the harm they caused another human life! period thanks

the rooms are full of roaches and they will lie like somebody came to spray. they only clean the rooms once every 2 weeks. hallways and elevators extremely dirty. internet extremely slow. they charge for new linen even though they dont clean the rooms your whole visit. sheets had stains when i first got here. its not clean at all i would not recommend. needs to be torn down and remodeled

So, I know nothing about the facility, staff, room, or stay. I tried booking the room for a couple nights but for whatever reason it wasn't going through, so I thought that was the end of it until a day or two later when I was billed. I was super confused, because I never received confirmation or anything. Just a page that went blank while I was trying to book, then being charged. So, yeah.... definitely not happy about being billed for somewhere I never stayed. Horrible!

The staff was great and helpful my only complain about this hotel is that the room was old you can tell by hot the bath tub looks, the bed was no comfortable and small, and there was no TV in the room. I have stayed at better looking Extended Stay's. This one was run down.

The room smelled like smoke from the time I arrived. I asked for a non-smoking room. The second day was horrible. I had to open the window and spray Lysol, and turn on the fan in the bathroom in order to breathe. I found out that smokers were placed on the third floor and I was on the fourth floor. Why would management place smokers below a floor? Smoke travels upwards. There was construction taking place on the first floor, where I asked to be placed in the beginning. There was a man outside with a woman in a wheelchair, smoking and would not move as I was backing out. Then there was a man with a dog and a cat, with his clothes and the rest of his belongings outside on the sidewalk. It is a dump!

It’s a trap house, I checked in and I checkout the same night.

This place needs some cleaning up. It all started when we walked into the room. There were roaches. Floors, bath tub and toliet needs some cleaning. It was gross. Beds were hard. Too much noise outside. Even tho we were on the top floor. Never again will my family and I stay there.

ROOM: Bare bines....pillows set on a table, no blanket at all...not on bed nor in room at all. Floor non carpet tacky/stickey. Bathroom - one bar of soap on tub, nothing nothing else. Had kitchen but no cups nor coffee or anything. Felt like a prison cell (or as i imagine) LOUD almost all night. We had event immediately after checkin, si when we returned ww expected to ask at frint desk for blanket and hand towls and cups....to our surprise, no one on duty at all. Had to use hotel key to come in at all. Wey u nervi g - while we are grown women staying, I would not have felt comfortable recommending my 20-something daugher to stay here. This was discounte price at $135...was worth about $35

This was not like an extended stay. They're were no dishes, no ice machine, the tv remote didn't work. The keys didn't work at first, i had to take them back. This was an overnight stay not an extended stay. It was the absolute bare minimum for a hotel.

The front desk clerk was great. We had a non smoking room, but it smelled of smoke. The floor in the bathroom was dirty, the stove hood vent needs to he replaced, and the elevator smelled like smoke.

I believe front office closed at 11pm. Outside parking lot was okay but nearby homeless sqatters. Bugs in the in room we were in (129) didn't have food in the room because of it.

I hate to leave bad reviews, but I feel like this is necessary. I had to ask for a refund after the first night. I have never done that before. The rooms are unbelievably dirty. There were bugs everywhere, both dead and alive. And the whole place smelled awful. To add on to it, someone burnt their food and set the fire alarms off in the middle of the night, although that is not their fault, it didn’t help their case. It was just not an acceptable experience. For one night assuming it’s a cheap stay on a road trip, fine, I can suck it up. But for an “extended stay” there’s no way in hell.

The two front desk ladies were both very patient and nice. I asked for linen late and she went up stairs after office hours and got what I needed. She is nice and helpful and I needed that with my transition from my home to here.

this hotel needs to be demolished and rebuilt. it’s a literal piece of trash. the place smells like cigarettes and weed and purely is dirty as hell. the outlets spark when you use them. the beds are hard as a rock. $125 wasted i could have slept in the street and been safer.

We had to place 3 of our employees on your hotel and it was embarrassing to receive videos and pictures of your horrible dirty place. Roaches were everywhere, mold, rust, dust, dirt… and we paid $295 a night? I was very disappointed and so as our crew.

The room was not ready. The only good thing was the lady at the counter made sure my room was kept for me. I had a concert to go to and would have missed the start if i waited to check in. The hotel was sold out for the night. The facilities outside were dirty. Overflowing trash and cig butts all over. The room was clean but no amenities. A bar of soap, no usual shampoo/conditioner. The tub faucet leaked bad. I had to put a bath towel around it so i didnt hear it all night. Not worth the time to call it in at 1130 PM as i said all rooms were full. The elevator was filthy floor had trash on it, walls dirty and it smelled bad. The 4th floor hallway was dirty. Old carpets. Duct tape holding it down at room entrances. I was going to let the desk know about the tub leak bur at 830 AM when i left, it was locked up, i believe it said they would be open at 10 AM. There wasn't a drop box for keycards for checkout.

Price was 150 but hotel was horrible bed is the n top of an old slingboard. No toilet paper in restroom n roach dead in bathtub. Halls are dirty. Smell of weed n people look like they came out of prison. We saw the place n check out within the hour

Never have I felt so unsafe and disgusted in my life. I video taped the room. The sheets had cigarette holes in them. The floor was full of mud and the bathroom full of dirt and whoever’s hair all over the tub. They had one pillow and I waited two days of asking and still no pillow. The smell of weed and cigarettes all in the room. The hall had vomit and also the elevator with dirty towels on the floor in random areas. People outside yelling and fighting each other using profanity infront of the kids. This place is a nightmare. I want my money back.

Enjoyed my stay

This has to be the absolute worse place I’ve ever stayed in. I travel about 25-30 weekends out of the year and this by far has been the worse “hotel” I’ve ever stayed in. The pictures are not what you get once you arrive. The moment I pulled into the parking lot I got hit in the face with the strong smell of marijuana. About half dozen vehicles out front with people waiting in them for people for inside the hotel to walk up to the vehicle driver for 10 seconds and then walk away. Then another person come out to the same vehicle for 10 seconds and walk away. When trying to check-in, I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to roll up a gate to help me, just to walk into a room that looked nothing like the pictures. Huge water leak from shower, was unable to relocate due to no more rooms available. Had one bed sheet for the mattress and one bed sheet for myself. The mattress was paper thin and extremely uncomfortable. Woke up to a huge cockroach on my luggage and to a strong odor of marijuana seeping through the room door. Then when checking out, the gate was rolled down again. And for the price this place is terrible, paid over $160 for the worse “hotel” Ive ever stayed in. Didn’t take pictures because I wasn’t going to say anything but then I got an email asking about how my stay was, and I couldn’t not say anything at that point.

Very poor cleaning the elevators were disgusting. The floors were gross. The hotel was definitely not worth the money that I spent. The bed had burn marks and blood stains on it. The TV remote didn’t even work. There was a cockroach catcher right by the TV. The bathtub was gross. When I stayed there, police showed up twice the whole night. I do not recommend.

Worst experience ever! I arrived at 7:30PM to check in and there was no one there. I waited and waited and I called the number per their Instructions but no one ever came to check me in. After waiting over 30 minutes I finally gave up and left as I was exhausted after traveling. Called the company and they refused to refund me money. Total waste of money and time. In the 30 minutes I waited I did get the opportunity to observe the terrible conditions and questionable occupants of the place. Not sure I’d want to stay there anyways. Terrible neighborhood. Place was dirty and smells and didn’t feel safe or clean. Don’t waste your time or money on this one.

Other than the police activity that occurred in the entrance to the hotel from a car chase and helicopter flying above , it was an ok stay

Exception service even giv n the inconvenience of my late arrival. Blessed and highly favored.

No towels in my room there was only 1 big towel and one small one I called and never got an answer.
