Pretty dirty all around from the time you enter all the way to your room. Lots of transient and police activity throughout the day and night. Room smelled like vomit.

Booked through Expedia, when we arrived they did not have the room they wanted to charge us an extra 30 dollars from a single bed to a room with 2 beds., front desk was not pleasant or helpful. Luckily expedia refunded us our money and we moved on.

They said we were on dnr but refused to say why or how Not take my money

I like the extended stay I prefer the one on central but this location screwed me over because the rude cleaning lady said we was smoking and we're not thx to her I can never go back and we cleaned the room up with are cleaning supplies so she didn't have to clean. I like the hotel and the tall light skin dude with box braids was great other then that the cleaning lady should get fired for lien.

Room ok. Have to ask for kitchen stuff not kept in room. Air conditioning worked great. Staff was nice and friendly.

everything was as expected. everybody minded their business. It was calm during my stay the drama was outside. No smoke smell or anything it was peaceful.

We were informed the property was overbooked, and resolving the situation required upgrading to a different room type at an additional cost, which was difficult after a long day of travel. In addition, there was a noticeable odor of cigarette smoke and marijuana in my room and in some areas of the hotel, which made the stay less comfortable. As a touring group, we rely on having separate rooms arranged in advance, so this situation was not ideal. Overall, the experience did not fully meet expectations, and I hope the property is able to improve how reservations are managed going forward.

This is clearly a place where homeless people stay when they have a few bucks, and the whole property is trashed. After taking pictures of the bugs in the bathtub and the cigarette butt on the floor, I decided it would be safer to drive through the night.

This is not a place for a family to stay. We had to give our ID and see the room before they would allow us to check in. Thank goodness they did because the room is not a suite-they are bare bones and smell like cigarette smoke is embedded in the walls. We quickly returned to the lobby and retrieved our IDs. If you are looking for a nice place to stay, this is not it. I don’t recommend women stay here alone.

The atmosphere around the property was also extremely sketchy. There appeared to be prostitutes both inside and outside the building, with people constantly coming and going. It felt unsafe and uncomfortable the entire time. Between the roaches, stained bedding, and shady activity around the property, I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. I will never stay here again. Ever. Note, I advise the front desk about the cockroach and stained sheets and I asked for the manager and she wasn’t in. I asked the front desk to have the manager to give me a call. The response “she doesn’t make personal calls.” And unfortunately I didn’t take photos/videos. Lesson learned.

We needed a place close to PHOENIX HOSPITAL, we had booked one that was, initially 2 miles away, but on confirmation it was actually 15 miles away. When we eventually get there, around 9.30 PM, they’ve told us it’s OVERBOOKED, NO ROOMS AVAILABLE. Had to found another hotel almost at 11.00 pm

The building looks beautiful but that’s how they get you. There literally was a meth pipe on the ground. Rooms are very dated and run down. You literally have to wake up the front desk staff the the phone they have there.

The location was close to where I needed to be. There were homeless people hanging out in the parking lot when I arrived after dark. No shampoo, conditioner, etc in the bathrooms. Very few channels on the TV. I would not have taken a bath in the bathtub, it was pretty old and stained.

I brought it out again the next day and when I got back from work, I found all my stuff at the front desk because I was getting kicked out for leaving trash outside. Staff stole a tablet I use for school, a watch and groceries. On top of this, they will not refund me so I consider this theft. Not to mention this place is more like a low income housing projects think twice before choosing this place

First room smelled like mold and flooring seams appeared to have mold, there appeared to be a condom wrapper on the floor near the bed. We were offered a second room that was much cleaner; however the window did not close all the way making the room very noisy to freeway traffic.

My room was dirty. The floor was not swept and the tv and the table had fingerprints on them. The beds were old and hard and the elevator didn’t work properly.

When I arrived and attempted to check in, I wasn’t allowed to. The front desk person said they were coming and I waited for over an hour and they never showed up. I selected to pay on site, but they charged my card before I arrived. So they charged me for a room and then didn’t check me in.

I gotta say the price on my stay was pretty reasonable. Something I was able to manage. As for my comfort, it was nice. I was able to get a good nights rest. I appreciated the kitchenette area. I love to cook. However, I had to go out and buy supplies for cooking as well as for eating.I understand some, but not all! I asked the front desk clerk, why they didn’t provide the basics? Her response was very informative, I really appreciated her knowledge. I didn’t expect the answer I got with no judgment at all. I have much respect for her, you know who you are young lady. The only complaint I would have is on management. At checkout I was being rushed, knowing that I was disabled, rushing me out and speaking very rudely to me doesn’t get It to be a five star hotel rating. Please it’s time to check ur staff, if it weren’t for her, it would be a 5 STAR *.You know who you are lady with the short hair. A special thanks to the maintenance guy who returned my flat iron. There needs to be more people or staff like you. thank you for your honesty and I believe it will go a long way. You deserve a raise. Blessings to all, keep up the good work. Job well done :)

I made reservations prior to arriving. Office was closed when i arrived to check in. 15 mins later after waiting I told the room I reserved was no longer available and the only room they had left was a room with a npn working television. It was 10p.m at night so I didn't mind. I was tired and had to work the following morning at 5 a.m. I finally was all checked in and went to sleep the following morning i woke up for work to no running water! I was told it would be on in a few hours. As I was working (I work from home) I get a knock at 9am from the office receptionist asking if I was going to pay for another day. Mind you,check out is at 11am. Over all it was the worst and most uncomfortable stay and not worth what I paid for.

I made reservations prior to arriving. Office was closed when i arrived to check in. 15 mins later after waiting I told the room I reserved was no longer available and the only room they had left was a room with a npn working television. It was 10p.m at night so I didn't mind. I was tired and had to work the following morning at 5 a.m. I finally was all checked in and went to sleep the following morning i woke up for work to no running water! I like the security features, and that the rooms are all inside with one entrance. The staff were excellent.

I had a female guest over that stole my room key and when I was not at my room the female went to the front desk and the hotel employee reprogram med the key she presented to open my room. The female called me and told me she was inside my room. I asked her to leave before I returned. When I returned she was still in my room and became resistant and argumentative when I asked her to leave again. To avoid a confrontation I left my room and called the front desk to ask her to leave the room. The employee said no it is my fault I invited her over earlier and hung up on me. I called the customer service number again to speak with somebody in charge . The employee that took my call said he called the hotel employee it is not their job to clear rooms of unauthorized people and told me The only option I have is to end my reservation early and check out of my room. I still had 2 nights left and was forced to check out since hotel management would not ask them to leave

Hotel is very clean and close to any major Phoenix highways. Had a few issues that addressed asap. Overall good deal.

Check in was very fast. My mom and I were given a sufficient amount of directions to know what to do for our stay there. Cleanliness of room, bathroom and building was superb!

The smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night, I have no idea why, or if it was just our room, but nothing smoky was going on in there. This felt a lot like a studio apartment situation with several long term residents , which is fine everyone was friendly (except that one lady) but it really wasn't what I expected it to be when booking. Long term may be ok but bring dishes and towels you'll need them. and if you drink coffee you should explore options for that because you won't be getting any here.

I stayed at this property in hopes to get a piece of mind and going dining in the area. After I checked into the room. And need to go out to my car. We discovered that there was a malfunction with the door lock. I reported it to the front desk. The guy came up and looked at it and said he was coming back with some tools. I wanted to go out for a while and he hadn’t returned so I went down to talk to him. To find that the front desk was closed for the night. So I could not leave the property with all of my belongings in an unlocked hotel room. I had to make sure to sleep with the latch on the door for my safety, but I still felt unsafe because the major lock wasn’t locked. I reported it the next morning when checking out. The rep took my information and said the manager was out until Monday. I did not hear back so I called Monday afternoon. They placed me on hold for a very long time and never returned to the phone and still haven’t called back to address my issue.

The place wasn't bad overall it was good minus cockroaches in the bathroom.

I had dirty rooms and bugs and dirty linen on my bed the staff was nice and tried to accomodate me and my request to change rooms but the same thing just different rooms I took pictures and video to show the staff because I thought would give me trouble but they just gave me a new room apologized and kept it moving but I had the same results, bugs and dirty rooms with a runny bug filled toilet.

Got to the hotel at 10: 30 and the front desk was closed and there was a phone to call the office no one answered and i was forced to find a different hotel

The lady at check in was very friendly. Stains on pillow cases, blanket and shower curtain were very dirty. The brand new looking paint on the outside of the building made me feel as if the inside would match, it did not. The inside hallways and room looked very used, worn and dirty. Walking up to the only entrance and exit were 3-4 undesirable looking men smoking and spitting on the sidewalk, I had to dodge stepping on the spit land mines. If it wasn’t for the excellent, friendly check in lady, I may have turned away and went somewhere else. Place inside needs to be rehabbed.

Room was clean except we didn’t have tissue or hand soap in our bathroom the room has a modern update compared to another extended stay I stayed in no complaints the price was right for a one night stay! Staff was polite!

This is not really a hotel, but a place where individuals can live daily, weekly or monthly. The rooms are set up like a miniature studio apartment. Very small. The people staying here are sketchy. There are people in the parking lot all hours of the day and night drinking and smoking. We honestly thought our car would not be in the parking lot the next morning. The front office closes very early and opens late the next day so if you need anything, you are out of luck. The towels in the room were stained. When we pulled down the blanket to the bed, there was hair in the bed. We ended up sleeping on top of the blankets and put our t-shirts over the pillows. Clearly, the sheets had not been changed. I would not recommend this place at all, it's disgusting. A very gross establishment that should be condemned.

Access to the parking from the street is really inconvenient.

First, there was a lot of smoking in the non-smoking areas and right outside rooms. Second, the bedsheets had stains on them and I’m not even sure if they were washed. Third, burn marks all over bathroom floor. Forth, lots of cockroaches in the bathroom and kitchen area. We had to leave lights on to keep the majority of them hidden behind the walls. I actually left the property early at 2am because the office was closed and no one to take care of any issues.

The room was excellent but I specifically told the desk that I was checking out at 11am and not to be disturbed before then...At about 9:45am someone knocked on my door asking if we were leaving...and also...there was not a do not disturb sign to put on the door...This hotel will not see me again...

Always read reviews! Pictures are very deceiving for this hotel. Staff was very nice upon check in but everything else was not up to my personal standards. Hotel has an off smell about it, room looked nothing like the picture shown on here. Bed sheets were dirty and floors looked like they haven’t been cleaned in a while. Microwave made a really strange noise all night and overall cleanliness was very poor. The area is not very good either. Luckily we weren’t close to the road but wouldn’t dare walk around outside at night. You definitely get what you pay for with this hotel. It’s okay if you just want a place to sleep for a few hours and then leave but wouldn’t recommend much more than that.

I did not like that there was no lobby, and no breakfast, even though I received an email saying there was grab and go breakfast in the lobby.

I was not able to stay because I was told there were no rooms available. However, the hotel managed to charge me the cancellation fee.

Mattress not comfortable. Hallways were filthy with floors that looked that they haven’t been swept. Entrance was strange to get into to, not very welcoming staff.

I called ahead of time to let them know I was going to be checking in late (probably after midnight) due to traffic. Lady on the phone stated they were overbooked and my room was unavailable. After some checking she was able to find another room that somewhat met my needs. Upon arriving the lady at the front desk was unwelcoming to say the least. The entire hotel reeked of urine and smoke. Our room floor was sticky and the bathroom walls were covered in yellow dripping stains. At the end of our stay I approached the front desk (9:00AM) and was closed. I used the phone provided to reach someone to help me check out and no one answered. I phoned multiple times with no response. 9:30AM another employee shows up for her shift (can’t get in to office and can’t get ahold of anyone either). Employee knocks on “manager’s” ? door and phones multiple times until she finally opens her door and confused on what day it is she says she’ll come out a few minutes. She opens front desk and without greeting or even apologizing for making me wait she begins the checkout. After having to ask for a copy of my receipt I realized they over charged me and she stated she couldn’t do anything to fix it at the moment and that I would have to call back the next day to fix. I’ve tried calling multiple times, again with no response. This is so frustrating and unacceptable. They definitely need to make changes to the way they run this place. Completely unprofessional! I won’t be staying here again!

My room was dirty, I was given a second room and that one was dirty also. I ended up leaving to another hotel in Tolleson AZ instead.

It was good stay very nice friendly staff it was okay over all

There was blood on the bathroom door. The entire building smells awful. From the elevator to the hallways and even the room. Even though it is supposed to be a non-smoking area it still smells like cigarettes. The highway is right outside and you can hear almost every single car drive by. People need to be responsible and pick up after their pets so that’s not really the property’s fault. Bed and furniture seemed flimsy, no closet or safe.

My internet was week and i never got message about price and ability about booking and we never went there and stayed in different hotel but Expedia charged my card for that extended stay America select .

This is going to be the noisiest, dirtiest and unfriendly hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I pull up in their socks, sitting right at the front door trying to walk in. The parking lot was so packed and cars were within a foot and a half of each other, and I got dings all over my car. I will never stay at one of these again.

This is not an adequate picture of the property and is misleading. Not a good area and many transients hanging around. Had to have ID for everyone staying in the room. Staff is not friendly and only one entrance to the hotel is open. Horrible experience overall.

Extended stay. Did not honor hotels.com. lost out the money i payed. Waited a week to be told to wait longer for refund. I doubt i will get my money or points i used back. It's a risk staying at Extended stay.

Just the worst experience - and on top of it all this place is the seediest you could imagine. For starters on my prepaid reservation: There is a giant sign out by the road - FOR A DIFFERENT BUSINESS. No "Extended Stay", it was something else. This is a busy one-way, I thought I'd mis-remembered the street number or possibly name, and drove on (at 11pm on a Saturday) looking for it. No Extended Stay. Finally stopped and checked for addresses online - the same address kept coming up. Went to the Extended Stay website - no maps coming up. Same address was one of maybe 15 showing. Drove the nearby streets looking, just in case. Retrieved my email - same address. All of this was sitting in a BAD neighborhood. Finally drove all the way around and back, and went on the one-way to the building, and pulled in parking lot. A lady sitting on the ground outside told me that this IS the Extended Stay, they just hadn't changed the sign. !!! Went inside. Seedy beyond belief. No counter, had to call on a phone. Put on hold. Really obnoxious. Long wait, said someone coming, waited minutes, left. Just the worst. Will now fight for refund. Slime!
