This was our second stay before flying out of PHX airport. Staff is friendly and helpful. Happy hour is nice. Room is comfortable and quiet. It was well suited to our needs. Would stay again.

Convenient location with airport shuttle service included. In room Air-conditioner was extremely loud. Drain in tub/shower needs clearing, water was backing up.

Location of the property was ok The front desk employee that checked us in was extremely rude. We stayed at the hotel for 2 days and every time we seen her she would say smart comments. I didn’t think her comments were appropriate.

Everything about this property is amazing, it's definitely going to be my go to for my AZ trips from now on.

It was a wonderful experience starting with the front desk, we met Elisha who helped us with an early check in and invited us to help ourselves to the breakfast buffet while the staff finished preparing our room. She was very friendly and helpful making us feel welcome right away. We will definitely recommend this place and look forward to staying here again.

We had an accessible room which was very accommodating. It was clean and the staff was super friendly. Great amenities including dinner snacks, free soda, popcorn and even a couple of adult beverages! Didn’t use the pool but it looked nice! Highly recommend this hotel!

They do not recycle and use styrofoam cups for coffee. It was a bit shocking and I hope leadership makes a decision to make recycle.

Very clean and comfortable. The staff was so nice and friendly and the evening happy hour was fun.

The room was very nice, and the bed was BEYOND comfortable. When calling for the shuttle once I landed, I was told due to a large group coming in, it would be a 40-minute wait, but Drury paid for my Uber instead! I was very impressed! There was nothing that I didn't like about this property.

We always stay here when travelling. Always good and the breakfast is awesome. This time though the bed smelled like other people. The pillows were the worst. Never had any problems before and one time problem is not enough to find somewhere else. But it was pretty bad

Stayed here for one night prior to taking the flight from Phoenix. They had a decent breakfast and their rooms were good and clean. The shuttle service from the hotel was very helpful.

This hotel was just what we needed. Our airline got canceled and we thought we were going to sleep at the airport. We decided to get a hotel and picked the Drury close to Sky Harbor Airport. It was perfect. They have a 24/7 airport shuttle and picked us up within 15 minutes. Once in the lobby, the receptionist could not have been nicer. We were really tired from a long day. She upgraded our room and then told us we had three drinks and a dinner they put out for all of their guest. We couldn’t believe it. It turned our bad situation into an enjoyable time. The room was big and very clean. They even have a popcorn machine in the lobby. This hotel was a hidden gem.

The bar food was disgusting! I ordered a simple grilled chicken caesar salad, and the chicken was drier than the bottom of my grandmother's foot. The front desk staff, upon check-in, was rude.

Only hotel I stay at! Great staff, clean rooms, and the two complimentary drinks are just the cherry on top. Highly recommend staying here.

Breakfast is amazing, your typical breakfast menu but with flavor. Dinners are great too, though we usually missed it due to being out and about. Rooms are really clean. Lots of seating and comfy chairs laid all around. We love this hotel!

Friendly and courteous staff, great amenities, very close to the airport, quiet and safe location, they offer complimentary breakfast, dinner, coffee, juices, wines and cocktails. Overall the best I've ever been to and I've been to many. I recommend highly.

The hotel is dated and showing it's age. However it is clean and well maintained. The included evening drinks and food were good and the airport shuttle was convenient. Special thanks to Ladonna at the front desk. She was very friendly and helpful

Drury was the perfect place for us to stay when flying out of Phoenix. We chose it because they offer shuttle service to and from the airport. The biggest bonus was their fantastic happy hour. The food and drinks were very good and it definitely was enough to count as dinner. It was nice not to have to go out that night since we had already turned in our rental car and just wanted to get ready for our flight the next morning. Breakfast is also included in the morning so you can grab something to eat and catch your flight or get on with the day. I will definitely be staying at Drury anytime I fly in and out of a city!

We loved everything about our stay. The shuttle or uber to and from the airport was awesome! The food/drinks very good. The amenities were great-only issue we had was the noise from the freeway and cars gunning their engines all during the night like a racetrack. I would stay at one again-just make sure we were in a more quiet place in the hotel.

Breakfast was excellent: 2 styles of scrambled eggs, biscuits and other hot breakfast features. In the room, towels were thick, and the shower felt great. The bed was comfortable. My only fault: the HVAC doesn't have a constant fan setting, very helpful consistent white noise. Even so, we slept well.

It's been a long time since I stayed at a Drury Inn. I was pleasantly surprised! Free dinner and drinks at happy hour and very nice, clean facilities.

The room was big enough for a king bed and couch with plenty of room to move around. The bathroom was a little tight - the door opened right onto the toilet so you had to maneuver around the door to close it from inside the bathroom. Breakfast eating area was big and roomy.

The staff, the welcome happy hour, and the location were beyond words! All were amazing! The rooms were clean however, they are in need of a “refresh”. They are a bit dark and dated. That being said else was superb.

Perfect hotel to the Phoenix airport. They offer transportation to and from no issues. Staff was very helpful letting us know how long to get through TSA! No problem

Arrived to check in and was greeted to drink passes for happy hour and snacks/ appetizers. We scheduled our airport shuttle upon arrival, for the following morning. Room was clean, good water pressure in shower. Beds cozy and comfortable. We left prior to having breakfast. Shuttle was convenient, however, I was the only passenger to be dropped off at a different terminal. The driver unloaded passengers and all the luggage, including mine. He started driving back to the airport, didn’t notice I was still on the shuttle until I spoke up. He had to whip a u turn. Dropped me off, but no luggage. We then had to go back to previous terminal, hope my luggage was still there. We found it sitting in the road, next to the curb. Then had to get to my terminal. It was a bit frustrating to say the least.

This hotel is fantastic! This was my second booking with them because my first stay was so great. It’s clean, the staff is amazing, and the amenities are fantastic.

Don’t get me wrong this was a very nice hotel and had free dinner; three free drinks and free breakfast the following morning. However, we were only there to stay closer to the hospital for a 5:30am surgery so didn’t use these offers. Should be a way to waive the $50 “deposit” and not have these “free” perks.

Drury Inn makes food easy! Provide dinner and drinks in the evening. Unlimited popcorn. Morning breakfast. But also - on site - they have a bar/restaurant that is open until midnight. It just makes taking care of meals so much easier - regardless of our travel schedule!

Cleaning and restaurant service I forgot my bracelet in the room. Two days later, I went back to look for it. The front desk was very perfunctory! I am a self-media blogger. I recorded every process. Through the video, I found my bracelet. I forgot it in the corner of the bed, but the front desk didn't pay attention to it. I was very angry - English is not my native language! But that's not the reason why I'm ignored!

The evening dinner option was a very nice perk. The breakfast was good. The pool area was nice. My flight was delayed and I was able to pay a little extra to be able to stay in the room later which was wonderful. The airport shuttle was timely. Absolutely no complaints. Couldn't have been better.

The shuttle service to the airport was excellent and easily arranged by the front desk. It was so convenient to have delicious dinner, drinks, and breakfast provided so that we could dine on site. Room was nice and beds very comfortable.

Everything was great except that one of the air conditioners in the suite had mold. (Not visible mold. The smell of mold filled the room within a few seconds of turning it on. The smell was so severe that it was overwhelming)

The room was clean, but the layout of the hotel is a bit odd. They absolutely would not waive the early check in fee, even though rooms were ready. That felt unnecessary. So instead we did things around town and came back. My husband signed up for the bus shuttle to the airport and they almost left without even though he was in the lobby.

Stayed one night for a layover in Phoenix. Convenient airport shuttle. The room was clean, quiet, comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. We did not eat dinner there but the free happy hour buffet looked really good. Breakfast was very good, lots of options. Nice to have the option for a free dinner and breakfast since there did not seem to any restaurants nearby.

Great room

This location's customer service is excellent. This location really feels like family. Their lobby is so warm and inviting yet so airy and light; it's not just used as a waiting area people really seem to relax and enjoy it. Everything about this location is fantastic my only hesitation is that the sheets make me a bit itchy. The overhead music is kind of droning and sad and that might need a little attention but that's just my opinion.

The room was clean ,the staff and shuttle were great. Our main problem was that we had asked for an ADA room and were given a standard room with no ADA provisions. As we came in very late due to airline delays and had only a couple hours to clean up and sleep before we left again, we just made fo. My husband had to take a sponge bath since he could not use a standard tub shower combination. We were just too exhausted to switch rooms. Other than that, the hotel, staff and breakfast were great.

Nice wise room and cindirtbsoenbed. They advertise breakfast starts at 6 but due to the holiday, it started at 7. We wish they would have told us before hand so we could we’ve made alternate plans. We woke up earlier than planned, and went to the airport to eat breakfast.

Staff and room were great. Evening reception was chicken fajitas and soup which were all very spicy. Wish there was a second choice. Very frustrating. They advertise $5 desserts but don’t tell people it’s only during the reception times! We checked out today which is Thursday and breakfast time says 6:00 bit only some cereal sitting out yet at 6:30 and we had to leave to catch a flight! Again very frustrating! We were not told upon check in that breakfast would not be ready. Again, very frustrating!

The rest of the staff was just as friendly and accommodating. Our room was excellent and very clean. The free breakfast and dinner was great and that staff was amazingly attentive. I have stayed at multiple different Drury locations and the staff and accommodations have always been amazing. Drury Inn and Suites is always my first go to when looking for accommodations when traveling.

We stayed for one night before a flight home from PHX. The hotel is very conveniently located - however that's the main concern as well. While the interior of the hotel is very quiet, our room balcony was facing the runways and the jet noise was noticeable. No noise from the floor or adjacent rooms. For those who are used to the level of noise of window AC this would probably be negligible. Otherwise the room was quite well laid out, the king bed was very comfy, and breakfast (free) was quite good - helped by a supremely friendly cook. Free parking is a good bonus. There is 24 hour tea and coffee on the first floor, which is a nice touch.

It's your basic chain hotel but for what it is, it is very well done. The room was well-laid out and very clean. The breakfast (free for guests) was definitely a cut above the usual breakfast buffets.
