    Everything here is perfect. It’s a hop, skip & jump away from Sky Harbor. The cleanliness, comfort, transportation and the parking to the airport is the reason why we will come back over and over again.

    Another disappointment was the removal of the free buffet breakfast. I had no idea it was discontinued. There wasn’t even any free coffee in the lobby. That is pretty sad. The rooms were nothing special. Very basic. The hallways were extremely hot. Also, there wasn’t even any a sewer smell in a certain area. I will not return here.

    The hotel is beautiful! Our room was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. The restaurant's food was top-tier and reasonably priced. My final bill had a charge for $15 for "Restaurant All Day." I have no idea what that charge was for, as we paid for our food at the restaurant when we ordered. I called to inquire and I'm expecting a follow-up call soon.

    Everything was great, the staff, the breakfast, the room, the cleanliness. The only complaints would be that the AC took a bit long to cool down the room, which is understandable when it was 103 degrees out, and the bed had a depression in it that was quite noticeable when sitting down in it, but hardly noticeable when sleeping... the intended purpose of a bed is exactly that so no harm there. Everything was great, the staff, the breakfast, the room, the cleanliness.     No breakfast, personal were professional . Vetting the guests, and in forcing the policy of the no smoking. Several day during my stay the hotel was used as a crack house. Several times the smell work me up and inundated the hallway.

    Customer service at check in was great! The grounds and the rooms were clean. AC unit was loud and woke us up throughtout the night when it kicked on. Restaraunt was closed but we were there on a holiday wknd. Overall a good stay and would recommend to others

    I chose this property because of the pool and hot tub so that was disappointing. I get tired of this being the case at so many hotels. I paid more for this one to have the amenities. The staff was very helpful and friendly and I appreciated their help with a few things. They get 5 stars all around.

    The A/C was good, my room was terrible next to the elevator shaft. I could hear and feel the vibrations from the elevator all day and night long. I was going to stay an extra day, but they tried to gouge me. And they weren’t very accommodating.

    Pool was ice cold which was to be expected but the hot tub was down. The a.c. didnt kerp the room cool so i was up all night, when it cooled the room it sounded like someone sharpening a blade which was loud and honestly kinda creepy. The shower looked nothing like the picture and i had to crouch to get my head under. Im only 5'8"

They did not have a good breakfast; they were out of several items on the menu. We had to go somewhere else for breakfast the first day and the second day was the same with items not being available on the menu.

    We flew in for a concert, our room was not ready when we arrived for checkin (wasn’t ready for over an hour and a half), we ended up in 2 full sized beds instead of the king we reserved - so that we could change and leave for the concert (which we left later than we wanted to due to this). We were given “breakfast vouchers” for 6:30 the next morning, but no breakfast was ready @6:30 and we had to leave to the airport. They were completely unprepared for the weekend (it caught them off-guard)!

    Clean, room was nice, staff was friendly The only downside was that we got stuck in the parking lot because our parking ticket wasn’t working. we ended up having to pay $15 for parking in order to get out, even though we had gotten our ticket validated in the hotel. We tried calling for help but nobody answered. Later, when we returned, The hotel said they couldn’t refund us. Not a huge deal, but we were in a hurry that morning so it was a little annoying.

The tub obviously was not cleaned at all. The toilet led looked like someone took a knife and carved into it. It was bad enough I took photographs. The floor was not the cleanest either, but the rest of the room seemed clean. The air conditioner took hours to cool the room down and never hit the target temperature.

    The staff was very friendly and very helpful to me in any questions I had and responded to my problem with the refrigerator very quickly and replaced it even though I stayed one night I go there every year for 4th of July for the day to spend with my family and my friends at the Indian still Park and the hotel just makes it so much better and so many great memories with my friends and family there thank you all so much

    The pool was empty when we arrived, the listing specifically stated the pool is open. I usually always call beforehand to double-check that the pool is open but was overwhelmed and just trusted the listing. I'm super disappointed. I was traveling alone with 2 young kids in Phoenix, Arizona to visit my dad at St. Joseph's hospital (he is in long-term care currently). The hotel having a pool is always one of my top criteria for booking the room. So, to find out that the pool was closed after spending the last few hours hanging out in a hospital was incredibly disappointing. There was also construction going on throughout the entire area, from the lobby to my room, and our door stuck really bad.

    Lobby and bar were nice. Bar had excellent food. Morning breakfast was good. Parking was free and convenient being right across the street, although not very secure. Staff members were responsive to any requests. Pool and jacuzi were nice. Room had a small refrigerator. Room was very dated and had not been updated in many years. Room carpet and flooring were dirty. Room was much smaller than pictures lead you to believe. Room was very cold and the heater did not work very well.

    Had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Midtown this past weekend. When I arrived the AC in my room wasn't working properly they sent someone to look at it that afternoon. It could not be fixed right away and I was offered a new room. They upgraded me to a King suite which was great! The room was very clean and had all the essentials I needed. I went down to the bar on Friday night and had dinner, the Bartender was very friendly and took good care of me! I finished my business early in Arizona and asked to check out early and had no issues at all! I was very happy with my stay and will definitely stay here again when I visit Arizona!

    The door to the room would fall shut hard, shaking the walls. The bathroom door would get jammed so would have to use the bathroom with the door ajar. Bathroom had no ventilation/fan, so all the steam from the warm shower stayed within.

It also created enough confusion that they did not get around to validating my parking after I talked to the front desk and I had to pay the $15 for parking over night. It would not prevent me from staying there again. A little overpriced like most hotels nowadays.

    I thought the room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly but the water pressure was not good in the sink or toilets. Within our three night stay, we couldn't flush the toilet for a whole day. We had also asked for new sheets and towels after the 2nd day and were given a bag of towels, set on the bathroom counter and no clean sheets.

    It was your typical stay at a well managed Hilton GI. Till, you try to walk around the room and you are walking a shin minefield. The wood queen bed frames used for the full mattresses are terrible. Three people in this room and all three hit the corners of the bed frames at least twice.     The staff made no effort to help me with my luggage or even walk the luggage carrier cart out to my car. Poor customer service. Every trash can near the pool was full and overflowing. On my second day the water went out. The staff did not offer me another room in another tower that did have water. The staff did not offer me a water bottle so I could wash my hands or brush my teeth. After I requested water I was provided with two bottles for sanitary reasons. Barely an apology for the huge inconvenience and no effort to have offered me to move into a room that had water. The fire by the pool was nice. Bartender was a kind lady. She offered time just to sit at the bar and watch TV even if I wasn't drinking. Location was good. It was very close to the building I needed to be at for the work event.

    This was unbelievable!!!! So dirty. The thermostat was broken. no AC. We are in the desert. Filthy countertops. I can't believe how horrible this stay was. Smells like old cigarette smoke. Someone left incense sticks stuck in the door. Give me a break. NEVER BE BACK!
