Everything was cool everything was ready everybody was polite and courteous couldn't ask for a better stay The location was by kind of near a canal off the 10. and it brought on a few sketchy characters but nothing that was offensive or even intrusive

Definitely clean, AC works fine, all massive are their, easy check-in and check-out , water drained will from bathtub, bed was reasonably soft and comfortable The breakfast is too basic just waffle bagel and cereal... And the exhaust in the bathroom didn't work, made noise but didn't actually exhaust anything

The property was not as expected, located in a bad neighborhood with homeless people walking around. Rooms were noisy could hear the highway and the walls were thin can hear your neighbors. Towels were dingy had to go buy towels to use. Didn’t enjoy the pool because it looked dirty. Pictures were deceiving.

We arrived and checked in fine. There were drug addicts surrounding the place. The pool was DIRTY. And open to the street for the people on drugs and doing drugs to watch. After checking I noticed the door didn’t close or lock properly so we had to move rooms. The staff was nice but the gave us keys that were not activated so it made the transition super frustrating . In the the middle of the night in the new room there was noises coming from someone trying to enter the door! Over and over to where I had to get up and be brave and look out the window and say hello??? The water both days were FREEZING I was shivering in the shower. On the last day and check out day it was magically warm! 0/10 do not recommend

Breakfast was ok but extremely limited. Bread is terrible in the US. Something common with all but one of the 25 properties we stayed in was the over use of plastic cups, cutlery and paper plates etc etc. Nothing seems to be re-cycled.

poor location. Staff behind glass, outdoor check in. Essentially a refurbished motel.

Location was good for me, not far from the airport and near the interstate which I needed the next day. Breakfast was entirely adequate to hold me until lunch. Nothing really. The place was hardly elegant, but it was what I expected and it suited my needs for one quick night.

The price was excellent. The room was clean and appointed nicely for the place. The check-in process was super easy and they even let us check in earlier then they're posting time which was great. There was a small assortment of continental breakfast and we were able to meet a breakfast out of it but I would suggest more fruits and possibly yogurt The location although convenient to the airport was in a neighborhood that did not appear to be well maintained. Totally recommend. The front desk staff is very kind and friendly. The room was super clean, easily one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed at and it was perfect. The bed was very comfortable as well, we had a good rest. Area was quiet and had plenty of food options around. Totally recommend and will be back!

No breakfast available. Location was close to the baseball park but also close to a lot of homeless and drug use. The price of the room was about right.

I was unable to change the temperature setting on the AC unit. The bathtub drain was somehow restricted as the tub did not drain very well.

The room was clean, and the air conditioner needs the filters changed. I think breakfast should end at 10 or 11, not 9.

The pool is much smaller than the photo depicts. The rooms are updated. The beds are confortable. I like a motel for the fact that you can pull right up to your door!

Manesh was a terrific host! He worked very hard to please everyone. I will be back next year for sure.

Motel itself was good. Rooms and the grounds were very clean, staff was very nice. The area outside of the motel property was less than desirable. Some very sketchy people around but they stayed to themselves and did not come onto the motel property.

Not a lot of parking, fills up fast. Room was clean enough. I did have a bottle of Parfum go missing. Not saying anyone stole it, maybe accidentally broke it and didn’t say anything. Fridge wasn’t cleaned out when we got there. Old pizza. Staff was fine, a LOT of homelessness in the immediate vicinity so it didn’t give off a safe feeling. Pool didn’t look maintained well.

We reserved the room for only one night and will NEVER stay here again! As we entered the parking lot the corner was full of homeless people and drug activity. The room was not clean at all, and I even found a pubic hair on the toilet seat.

The gentleman at the front desk, Mr. Patel, was so friendly. We arrived an hour early. Thought I’d ask if maybe bags could just be held but no, my room was ready! It’s simple but clean and comfortable.

With the fresh reno the rooms are nice. Great value and location.

The room was dirty the shower curtain looked like it was stepped on. Empty toilet paper roll on floor. All around 1 of the basic hotels

Nice clean property among a cluster of hotels. Lots of parking. Great continental breakfast. Sodas and water available for sale at the front desk. Rooms spacious and clean with tons of usb charging slots. Lots of food choices within two blocks. Definitely a driving area.

My family and I stayed here for one night as we wrapped up a longer road trip. We arrived late in the evening and were very tired. It was so nice to be welcomed by friendly and helpful staff. Our room was one of the best we have had the entire trip. Comfortable beds and the shower had the best pressure. We stayed in the room until check out the next morning because of how comfortable we were!

Stayed on the way to the airport. Checkin was easy and the staff were helpful. Pool was cold and hot tub was pool temperature. Room was clean and neat. Fast food within walking distance. Sketchy people around the property and fencing may or may not keep them out. It worked for what we needed but wasn't anything special.

While the area might look a bit dingy, the hotel rooms themselves are updated and very clean. Being near the highway it was noisy, especially as there were some late check-ins and the rooms are not very sound proof. It sounded like the people next door were literally inside our room. But overall, definitely a positive experience!

I read a lot of reviews advising of lots of noise from the street like sirens etc, but I personally felt it was very quiet! Never had any loud issues at all. This was a great place to stay when we went to the Phoenix raceway. Very close and the manager goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and at home. Very clean and newer place. Would highly recommend staying here!

Decent clean room that was what we expected. Recent updates and room remodel was nice (no carpet, easy to clean surfaces). Very quiet area. Check-in was somewhat late in the evening and was done through a window because the lobby was locked. Limited continental breakfast but still had tasty make your own waffles. No frills and good value. We would recommend.

I liked that the room was modern and clean, the breakfast was good, overall I think it's a good hotel. Basic but just enough to spend a night. I would reccomend bringing your own towels, there were only 2 big towels.

The property is an island in a shady neighborhood. The guy who runs the hotel is a hard working, friendly guy. He seems to keep the riff raff out. Ill stay again because the price is good.

Good breakfast

The name "Wyndham" is attached, but this motel-like environment was so-so. The room smelled like there had been someone smoking in there in the past (the kind of smell that is in the paint of the room and housekeeping tries its best to cover-up with some kind of spray/topical deodorizer, but fails.) The room, itself, was clean and the bed was comfortable.The office staff at the main desk was helpful and friendly. Neighborhood was so-so.

The towels, pillows, and beds were dirty. The beds had hairs on them. I went to the office to ask for clean towels and I showed them the dirty towels. The person in the office, "Luis" said that he needed to verify if they were dirty. I had them in hands. He gave an attitude but after several minutes, he exchanged them. He said that he didn't have to exchange them and acted like he did me a favor. I do not recommended this location because it was dirty and more importantly because of the poor service.

The worst thing about this hotel was it's location. To put it nicely, it was in a sketchy neighborhood. You will hear traffic and sirens all night long. Now that may be because there is a hospital nearby but maybe not. The shower and showerhead needed a thorough cleaning. There were boogers on the back wall, which was gross. The toilet struggled some. You had to hold the handle down until the bowl emptied otherwise it didn't flush. On the positive side, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a fridge and a microwave in the room, which was great.

Thad hotel is on a road with other hotel properties. I felt safe on the property and felt my car was too. There is a lot of homeless in the area outside of the property it did not make me feel unsafe. The hotel staff was very friendly. Would stay again if back in Phoenix.

Hotel was what I would like except from a Days Inn. Clean and comfortable, nothing special. Staff very friendly and check-in was a breeze. This part of W. Phoenix tho is run down, dirty, felt a little unsafe, and has limited dining options. And it was SUPER NOISY all night long.

Property is old but clean. Our room was clean, quiet and had a comfortable king bed. Breakfast was a plus. I’d stay there again.

This ended up being a really nice hotel, especially for the price. The room looked brand new and was clean and everything worked. The area round the hotel is not amazing, but not horrible. You're not staying here for the neighborhood. I also found the staff was very friendly. I'm actually about to book this place again for another stay.

Check in was easy. They clean my room and left me soap and shampoo everyday. The room was simple and nice perfect for my needs. No complaints for the price.

My only drawback was the bed was so high that it was hard to get on it. Once you got on the bed was very comfortable. Couldn't hardly sit on it, you would slide off. But overall, I would stay there again. It is a very nice place and well kept.

Pretty normal hotel stay for this area in Phoenix. It’s not very new or updated so if you don’t like old you probably won’t like this place.

The room was clean. The maids did a good job. The toilet seat was loose and moved around. The bed had sheet metal around the base and it was very hard to keep from hitting it as you approached the bed and it made an awful bonging sound. I would hate to have been in the room below us. The "breakfast" was not a great experience. The coffee wasn't hot, you had to ask for milk for the 2 very sweet choices of cereal. The toaster burned toast if you hit the bread button. There were oatmeal packs but, only foam bowls so you couldn't microwave it. You had to use hot water from the coffee machine which didn't do the job. The syrup dispenser jar for the waffle maker waffles was broken so nothing came out. " cellophane wrapped muffins were inedible. So toast I had to watch and not really cooked oatmeal or a bagel and cream cheese was it. Coffee maker in room had only one packet for one cup for the 3 days we were there.

We had the upstairs room. The room was very clean and spacious. There was absolutely no problem with it and we were very comfortable during our stay. The continental breakfast in the lobby each morning was a treat!!!! If you’re ever in the Phoenix area, I highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay was pleasant and clean. We had no problems. There are some homeless folks outside the hotel property across the street, but had no problems with them nor did any of them come near the hotel. Definitely recommend a stay.

I had made a reservation and got to the property and had no reservation made in my name and now Expedia wants to charge me for not 'cancelling' my reservation as policy. How could I cancel a reservation that was t even made!!!

Hotel room was clean but the bed was rock hard along with the pillows. Mini fridge froze everything i had in it. It was loud outside, not the best area. Ac took all night to cool off the room. Staff at front desk was great. I would have given a higher rating if it wasnt for the fact that house keeping turned off the ac in the room while i was gone. Came back the room to it being unbearably hot. Had to wait yet again for it to be cool enough to sleep. Honesty this is an okay hotel for a one or two night stay but anything longer, i would find somewhere else.

The only complaint I had was there was one small pack of coffee but no cups. I was a little uneasy with the surrounding area but the security fence surrounding the hotel seemed to work. It was very quiet. Overall my stay was good.

This was a nice surprise for a budget hotel. The managers at check in and check out were super nice, and having a great check in always sets a nice tone for your stay. Room was standard issue budget room, but it had a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. It also had a ton of cubbies to stash our luggage and things. I like that it had wood floors and instead of a bedspread, they sandwich a blanket between fresh sheets. The AC was not on when we got into the room and it took about 7 hours to finally cool the room down to a comfortable temp. It was very quiet, didnt seem like there were a lot of other guests, so parking was no problem.

EVERYTHING WAS ALRIGHT WITH THIS PROPERTY AND I ONLY STAYED FOR AN OVERNIGHT. THE NOISE LEVEL WAS HIGH OUTSIDE, THE ONE COMPLAINT I HAVE IS THAT THIS HOTEL DID NOT HAVE DECAF AVAILABLE FOR ME. AND IT WAS DIFFICULT FINDING ANY AROUND THE HOTEL.

Moving our Son out of GCU for the summer. The hotel covered basic needs. Noisy people outside our room at 2am, not much we could have done. Close to food, beds need more than 2 pillows

We stayed here for 2 nights while at spring training. The property was okay but the late check in through a glass window had us worried that it wasn’t a safe neighborhood. Everything worked out fine.

A structure that is in poor condition. Hair under soap in the sink. A toilet losing its tank water and refilling about every 20 minutes all night long. And hotel not willing to accept Hotels.com gift card as part of payment. Overall poor experience.
