This hotel was in a great location close to everything that I needed. The room was nice but a little dated in the bathroom and the air didn’t quite work as well. The the pool was nice and big, but wasn’t really clean around the area. The staff was great super nice and friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Gazebo infected with ants. Sofa bars pushing through cushions. Sliding glass door only opens a third of the way and very difficult to open. Ran out of towels at pool after 7 at night. No free breakfast. Dusty room and bathroom dirty. Toilet has to be flushed twice. Not enough coffee for our 3 day stay. Air conditioning very poor took forever to cool room. We have stay several times and this probably be the last. Very disappointing.

It's a shame brands aren't consistent. We stayed at another Courtyard Marriott on this trip with a COMPLETLEY different mattress.

Very clean location and everything feels new. Keep in mind they don’t provide a free breakfast that many frequent Marriott brand travelers are used to.

Our experience was very pleasant. Hotel was clean, beds were very comfortable, the pool size is big and lots of room. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Didn’t have microwave in room. Kind of odd for me. Didn’t have continental breakfast but had a restaurant to buy food at. Had a huge pool but it was pretty dirty. Staff was great. Room was a place to stay. Nothing special.

Overall very nice, but was a bit disappointed for the price. Pool very nice but no towels out and lacked some attention like basic sweeping etc. Our room toilet seat loose and bathroom door wouldn't close. Entrance dominated evening & morning by six or ten semi rigs... Again, very nice & normally a 4 or 4+ but not for this price.

The hotel is amazing, I know it can’t be helped but the west facing rooms are noisier due to the highway - just a tip to request a room on the other side if that bothers you. We are city dwellers so it felt like home to us.

There was considerable outside noise. We came back at nighttime after dinner and the street that accesses the hotel is very dark and poorly lit.

I can’t remember the lady that was working at the front desk when we got to the Marriott to check in. I think it was around 10 maybe 9 PM super friendly, super nice super kind very very lovely personality and 10 out of 10 would come back again.

Room was comfortable, and clean. Friendly staff. Location was weird, in a construction zone and hard to get to the parking lot when street nearby was very traffic-y. Jacuzzi was very low on water and not very hot.

Great pool facility however the pool and hot tub were full of sand need to be vacuumed more often.

The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. We had taken an early flight and were exhausted before the wedding which was at 3pm and we were able to take naps on the very comfortable beds before the wedding and freshen up. The blackout curtains also helped. The location was conveniently right off the freeway and not too far from a shopping center so we stopped over there easily to get a few toiletries and one of the gentlemen on the trip was able to buy some socks and belt that he has forgotten to pack The wall ac unit was a bit noisy and the hotel controls the temperature so it was a tad bit colder than what I would like.

The rooms were clean and nice. Right off the freeway and had a lot placed around the hotel

The room overall was clean, staff were friendly and overall not a bad stay. My only great concern was the noise level coming from the freeway. The windows are so thin and you basically cannot sleep at night for the rooms facing the freeway its super loud. The hotel genuinely needs to something about this whether its changing out the windows, or doing something to drown out the sound.

Rooms were nice and clean. Very comfortable here. Number 2 elevator is needing some attention. Rode several elevators and few sounded like this one. Im not an elevator technician, but this one definitely sounded off.

The room 224 had bed bugs !!! Do not stay here theres bed bugs in the rooms and hair in the bathroom!

We were on the freeway side and as a result it was extremely loud all night and did not sleep. We told lady at desk and she went out of her way to watch for and get another room for the next two nights on the opposite side of the building. She was very friendly and helpful. Second and third nights were great. The only other disappointment was not having free breakfast and what was available was very expensive and over priced.

Bianca is AMAZINGGGG !! Truly so empathetic and accommodating, very tentative to her guests! Cleanliness is always a 10, staff is very highly appreciated and recommended. Room is beautiful, courtyard is stunning: thank you all!!!! Had a rain bubble in the roof when checking in and once front desk knew they switched us room asap and comped 2 dinners !! Amazing !! The room was very clean. I have been staying in a lot of hotels and these were some of the better beds. When i was checking out the staff was great on checking me out. I would stay there again.

The stay was ok. If i was witg my family i would have rated it less. The customer service was awesome but the cleanliness of the room was terrible. The extra blanket was full of long brown hair and same with the sofa. You can tell that the towels in particular the hand towels were used. The floor was vacuumed because there was dog food from the previous guest. I don't think I'll be back.

Overall it was pleasant. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Bed was pleasantly soft. The room was a good size. The cafe onsite was meh. The food sucked and we (me & another guest) had to get the front desk person to find the worker to order coffee in the AM. Only other issue was being woken up by what seemed to be an endless stream of loud motorcycles driving by in the early AM. Not the hotels fault, more due to the proximity to a Main Street and highway, but still annoying when trying to sleep.

This property was very run down and dirty. They were out of food, so eating at the motel was not an option.

The only issue was the internet that was really bad. But the hoste told us about the next repair.

My whole stay was good up until the day I left. Someone smashed my windshield on my trunk. Unfortunately there were no cameras where i was parked. It ruined a great weekend.

We enjoyed our stay. The room we stayed in was generous in size. Had all we needed, including microwave and fridge. Bed was very comfortable and the pillows were amazing. We will stay here again if we are in the area.

Our last night, we returned to the hotel and the room hadn’t been cleaned

We enjoyed staying this hotel while visiting our family who lives nearby. The room was very clean and the location was very convenient. Various shops and restaurants are nearby and just off loop 101 and I -10. There was the dinning area at the lobby where you can have some meals and snack but they are not complimentary. Because the hotel is located right by loop 101, you could hear some loud noise of traffic at night. It didn’t bother us much but if you are sensitive to the noise, that’s something to consider. Also, the room we stayed did not have USB charging port that make sure to have an adapter with you.

This property was a good option for a short weekend in Phoenix. I was satisfied.

The police knocked at my door at 3 am asking if I used Uber! Apparently, there was a situation and the front desk gave my room number many mistake! I had to wake up early for catching a flight and police knocking at my door disturbed my plans. The front desk apologized and promised the hotel would reimburse my room charge as points back to my Expedia acct. please follow up
