Clean and nice hotel room

The ac in the room took awhile to cool down checked in at 3pm ac didn’t cool down till 9pm

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean and fresh.

I wanted to stay longer but it was too far from places I need to go. Even though my car got towed in their parking lot. It wasn't their fault though. But I loved everything no problems over here. The staff was great. The breakfast and all pancakes egg sausage toast bagel cereal orange juice cranberry and more. The room nice and clean. The staff did I mention that already great. Didn't use the swimming pool or the gym. Its was lovely. Book here.com

They have a pretty decent breakfast as well as a laundry facility and small gym which was perfect for my stay! It’s also a quiet area and very close to the airport which was ideal after a late night arrival from overseas!

From the moment we arrived they knew I was in a bad situation. I was visiting a member who was in the emergency room and I had arrived early because it wasn't going well. When I called, they said there was no early check-in so I asked if I could wait in the lobby with my two children until check-in was available as we drove in from out of state. After one hour of watching us sit there they said they could get us in that they felt bad and would only be charging us an early check-in fee, which of course I was extremely grateful for. However, my mom and I had paid for this room prior in full online. So I felt as if I was being taken advantage of giving my situation that I was there with my two children with no car no availability to do anything, I paid what they asked me to pay for even when I showed them that I paid it in Full. She said they didn't see anything like that in their computer. I showed her the receipt but didn't want to argue because my kids retired. My mom tried to show them the same thing they said well I already paid with my credit card. I let the Front Desk know the first day that the fridge did not work that the bathroom was dirty and the Wi-Fi didn't work. Nothing was done.

It was alright. One night before my flight the next day. It smelled like weed in my room a bit but it seemed to go away with the fan. Can’t complain other than that.

Staff were accommodating, helpful and friendly. It was a very quick turnaround to get a ride to the airport and they were willing to hand off my vehicle to a carrier who will be picking it up after my hotel stay. I just had to pay for parking for the number of days I expect the vehicle to be there.

We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel until check in time. The breakfast was quite good. Overall a top notch experience!

Started out okay! Then they couldn’t find our reservation that took a bit. So the room was nice and clean. In the morning went down to breakfast to find they had eggs no sausage pancake machine didn’t work no cream cheese for bagels. Then went back to my room where housekeeping came in on us without knocking on the door. Then they called our room and asked when are we checking out. We were not checking out until the next day. To me have been at this hotel for the past 4yrs. Not happy with this service I got here the past 2days very bad.

The staff was super friendly! The amenities were okay, The pool and gym were both very small. The breakfast was very basic as well. No bacon or fruit and the yogurt was expired. The room was a lot larger than I expected as well.

Location near airport

Friendly people. They put us in a wheelchair room even tho we didn't need one or ask for one. The showerhead was at my waist level and the upper showerhead was permanently pointed at the wall so you couldn't use it. So I got half clean and my wife couldn't was her hair. I mentioned it when we checked out and the clerk just shrugged their shoulders. Other than that, we had a good stay.

I wanted to pack the bed with me. I’ll definitely book Country Inn again on my next visit to Phoenix. Super affordable and the staff were kind. I kinda wish there were more breakfast options, but the stay was still worth it.

We had a good stay, hotel is clean, staff is professional and kind people. The only problem was the beds need to be upgraded and the hotel needs to purchase full size pillows.

The room was very clean. The bed was very firm, which was great for me but not my wife. Perhaps something between firm and medium would be better. I did have to go to the front desk for shampoo/conditioner but otherwise no worries. Although the TV remote had a Netflix button, the TV said it wasn't available which was a bummer but not a deal breaker. Overall, I'd stay again.

The great staff is amazing plus the continental breakfast is light enough to get you going and very clean all food is nice and warm. The shuttle is the best parent S it is included as well.

I do not approve of the false advertisement of rates. Your web site said a specific cost per night when I reserved the room, but I was charged MUCH MORE per night! PLUS 13% extra PER NIGHT, not PER STAY!!! No other hotel charge that PER NIGHT!! You all ARE FRAUDULENT, and ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!!! You also charge me MORE than my sister even though we made our reservations AT THE SAME TIME!!! What are you all doing?!!!

the decor was modern and cute. the breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes. the property provided a Lift to and from the airport. I would give the property excellent except that they have memory foam mattresses. I cannot sleep on memory foam mattresses, so it was a bad night for me.

EXCELLENT room and property. It's new, it's comfortable, A/C units go down to 61 if you wish! Most hotels these days put a "lock" on them - which is awful for those who need to sleep in a very cool room. VERY happy with our decision to stay here. We flew out the next morning, so we only got to enjoy it for barely one night. We wish we had this good of a room for our other six nights in Nevada and California!

First of all is that the Pool need to be accessed from outside of the Hotel not from the inside. I will have to walk out from the front door. The second thing is that the breakfast hot food are all the same everyday, scramble eggs and sausages. Those tasted good but not so good after staying there for 3 nights.

Breakfast was very lacking and what was available was just ok. The front desk person on 4/13 in the AM could not be bothered to do their job. Shbwas very passive and ignored calls while focusing on a personal call. The shuttle service is actually lyfts which causes issues for the staff and guests. There was drama with one drivers and the cops were called. My driver couldn't find the pickup spot at thw airport and then dropped me off at the wrong hotel (luckily close by). The room was great, super spacious, clean, and comfortable.

Be sure to get food, snacks and beverages before you settle in, there are not many options close by but they have offerings there at additional cost, Uber eats allowed good options and they have a handy book in the lobby with great nearby suggestions. In room coffee maker and also 24 hour access to coffee in the lobby Great breakfast selections and a very efficient process for airport shuttle. The pool and jacuzzi are clean and lit up pretty at night; the jacuzzi was nice and hot with great working jets! I have no complaints, if i were to make a suggestion it would be different lounge options at the pool, the chairs do jot lay down flat so you can tan your back and you have to lay on the pool deck. The team was awesome, they do a good job but leave guests to thier peace, there was no hesitation to be helpful when needed.I WILL BE BACK SOO , IT WAS HARD TO LEAVE

The hotel is fine but we sat in the lobby for an hour because they wouldn’t let us check in without paying extra. There was no one there! The hotel was half empty! We own a hotel in Florida, and if a room is ready, you check the guests in! Proper customer service. Probably won’t go here again.

Very pleasant family experience. Everything was nice and updated and comfortable and clean. Note that rather than a shuttle to the airport they do concierge Lyft service that the hotel pays for. No on plants with that either - 2 minute wait for the Lyft and was easy peasy. The advantage of the concessions at the front desk - good local beers and snacks and such for purchase. Would stay again.

For the price, it was a great stay for one night. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good (typical for a hotel continental breakfast). Very nice staff. Is it the Four Seasons Beverly Hills? NO, so it's rediculous to expect that. It's a nice place to stay at a good rate. Well worth the money. I'd stay there again.

Our keys wouldn't work anywhere but our room. The front desk person was less than friendly. The hotel stunk like weed. The pool area was dirty. The room update was lipstick on a pig. Not worth the price.

Breakfast menu options were very limited but thankful to have something. The morning staff appeared to be tired and were not as friendly as would be a more rested employee. We did not use the airport shuttle but definitely a plus to know it was available for airport transport.

Also, given the hotel's condition and the aircraft noise, I'd consider it too expensive for the value. Beware!

Room was really a standard hotel near the airport room. Despite being near airport it was really quiet. The thing that stood out for me was the shower water pressure. 9/10! One of the best showers I have ever had in a hotel.

Very convenient to Sky Harbor airport. Right now they do not have shuttle service but they will pay for a Lyft after 4:30 am. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Hot tub is a plus.

(01/13/26) The deposit is overrated ($100 cash/$50 CC).The night customer service told us that they can do price match. So we decided to stay an extra day. But when we told this to the day shift customer service, she said, she’s couldn’t do it for us. she was also rude about it.

The room was very clean. The bed was super comfy. The shower head was awesome. The service was friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was we are flying out so we didn't bring shampoo and conditioner. It was a bummer that they only had shampoo. That works great for men but not curly girls.

Parking was pretty bad ! According to front desk, their partner for airport parking was using their facility and they overbooked. We had to park, like many others, by the curb ( which was technically not parking spot). Front desk tried to talk it out and redirected the fault to that partner overselling parking spots. But didn’t find acknowledging and being apologetic that the problem is theirs too. Expedia posts about good nreakfast with large variety of choices. For us, the break fast seemed very unimpressive and ordinary.

The bed was so soft and cool in a clean room. The bathroom mirror was high tech with built in lights. The staff was all veey friendly and helpful. It was only minutes drive from Sky Harbor airport. Would stay again.

We arrived late on 12/19/25 around 9 pm, as did several others and the phone was constantly ringing with only 1 person at the desk. The lady was very friendly and kept her cool despite a complicated check-in ahead of us (pre-arranging transportation and other complications). She deserves a 10 star review and a raise. The room was large, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hot scrambled eggs and sausage was excellent, the rest of the breakfast offering was ok (butter was almost frozen), no fresh fruit but excellent juice options. Excellent parking with no safety concerns. It's a 4 1/2 star review as I would not call it a 5-star property but for the price I will save it in my phone for future trips to phoenix as it's convenient for the airport and mid-point for other phoenix area things. I'd rather a larger pancake option of french toast option versus the tiny two pancakes the machine makes. The toaster was not working well and the person who was with me gave up toasting her bagel. But if that's the only negatives I can come up with for the property, that's excellent.

Very clean room and facility

Overall, this was an acceptable stay. The room was clean, front desk staff professional. We liked that there was a fitness room, but found it uncomfortable (and maybe unsafe) to use because there were so much crammed in the space. One of each cardio machine is enough leaving space to do stretching, mobility and strength moves. The complimentary breakfast - not the best we’ve had, but acceptable. We appreciated the airport shuttle service very much. It is a shame that the hotels in this area have virtually no food outlets within walking distance (save one in the nearby Hilton which was quite pricey) - or even a gas station convenience store. The facility sells convenience items in-house but the items are pricey ($4 for a 20oz bottle of soda….). One would think that, since they are located in an inconvenient spot - they would offer these items at reasonable prices (at least comparable to what a gas station would charge).

The drinks for breakfast were off. Coffee and juices from machines tasted watery for me and my husband. Front desk person named Elora was very friendly. Property itself was outdated, but the rooms were clean.

The only hiccup with the property was that the elevator and the hotcake machine were out of service, but everything else was perfect.

The room was very inviting and clean. Though, the only thing we was the TV was not working. But otherwise everything was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I have stayed here many times and for the most part have liked our time here. But the last couple times have been very disappointing. When you check out they check your room before releasing your cash deposit. On one occasion my son had thrown up the last night and I used a towel to clean it up. And I was charged 10 dollars for the towel. Fast forward to this weekend . I sat my shoes on the bed while getting dressed and they were dusty from going to the rodeo the night before. It left a dusty shoe print that could be dusted off with one swipe but I was charged for it. When I told them what it was they argued with me and said they still have to charge

No elevator working, had to walk up and down the steps to get in and out the building. Also the tv channels did NOT work.

Would be 5 stars across the board EXCEPT for parking. If you drive anything much bigger than a pickup, get there early. Only standard size parking spots and they were all about fiiled at 5 PM. Great value otherwise.

In general I was pleased with my visit considering the budget price. The bed was comfortable and the room clean, except for the bathtub. That was a disgrace, with rust that was badly disguised by paint that was wearing away. The tub definitely needed to be replaced, as that detracted from my whole visit. Otherwise I was pleased by my visit and found most of the staff very helpful.

The place is not exceptional, I would reserve that for five star hotels. However, the place is good, real good. I’ve stayed there many times. This time I brought three pet pets in crates. The staff at the front desk is always courteous and helpful. The rooms are always clean. And have everything I need for an overnight stay. The job well done in a good hotel.

We live several hours away and need a place to stay for early morning flights so proximity is our main reason for choosing this hotel. They have also upgraded. The lobby was clean and I love that they now offer a snack bar which includes microwavable food and beer/wine. The room was clean and comfortable.

I decided to rest before driving 90 minutes home. Karen at the front desk was stellar in professionalism. I woke up to some guy standing outside my window talking to another person…I was on the ground floor. The room was very clean. Perfect for solo travel, close to airport…nothing fancy but it was inexpensive, convenient and clean.

Don't stay here if you don't have to. There was no shuttle as described by the property. However, they called an LYFT to come pick me up at the airport. Check-in was easy. However, the room was gross. There was head hair on the sheets and pillows. The neighborhood was trashy outside the hotel, however, it seemed like the industrial area of Phoenix. The foyer smelled like marijuana.

Mattress should be replaced.

Oh and since their transportation van was out of service to the airport, they paid for my Lyft to get there. Amazing people, great stay!!

I had a reservation at the Comfort Inn on University Dr in Phoenix, Arizona, but my stay did not make me feel safe at all. The "Do Not Enter" sign was hung on my door knob and while I was out for business, the lamp was taken from my room. While management did get me a new lamp, I did not feel that the attempt to find whoever entered my room was sufficient. All of my valuables were in the room out of my luggage as I had the room to myself, and I have no way of checking if anything went missing due to time constraints. As a woman traveling alone this made me fear for my safety, and that this situation was handled unprofessionally.

When I booked the hotel, it said shuttle to the airport is included. But when I checked in, they said my flight is too early. I have to pay for my own ride.

The property was okay, nothing spectacular. The lobby area looked nice, but once we got into the elevator, it was clear the hotel was pretty rundown. As soon as we reached the third floor, there was a strong odor of food and cigarettes that lingered. Unfortunately, the smell was even worse inside our room. I actually considered switching hotels, but I was so tired that I decided to just tough it out. Opening the window helped a little, or maybe I just got used to the smell. Overall, the place needs some serious TLC, and I wouldn’t stay here again.

We chose to stay here because it’s newly renovated, clean, includes breakfast, offers great value for money, and the staff are friendly and efficient.

Decent distance from the airport and decent price for what you get. Breakfast is lacking but doable for those that arent picky eaters or bougie. Clean enough and chill enough staff. $20 fee for early check-in, before 3pm, on top of the $50 deposit for those that care.

One complaint. We wanted a wake up call. Our phone didn’t work. Went to front desk to let them know. They told us that they phone works thru them. Well the phone never rang for the wake up call. We did set our phones. We did get up on time. Not very pleased about that.

Stayed just one night at this property. Staff was kind at check-in. Room was comfortable (but smelled like chemicals and not in a pleasant way, but got used to it after awhile) and the location is perfectly across the street from The Parking Spot South, where we had our car parked for our European trip. It was great to be able to drive 2 minutes from the parking lot, as we arrived after 9:30 p.m. and were able to rest at the hotel before driving back to Tucson the next morning. Price was great.

Excellent for an overnight airport stay. Instead of shuttle service, they provide a Lyft ride that they arrange (you need to tip the driver though). Standard continental breakfast served from 6am, very clean space. Our room was clean, spacious but the shower needs to be updated. Seems like everything was renovated except that. Front desk staff are courteous and efficient. There's also vending machines on property( enjoyed the ice cream one) The pool is in a strange location off of the parking lot. The down side is nothing to do in the surrounding area so you'll need a car to get around. It was a quiet and pleasant. I would book again.

Airport shuttle is included. The hotel is using Uber and need to contact you by phone about the pick up car/number plate. Coming from Australia I had difficulty connecting with the hotel, the network was dropping. I had to ask the airport staff to communicate with the hotel because the hotel is unable to contact international numbers to send a pick up message.

Powdered eggs, limited juice- things were not all fixed at 6:15 breakfast. I went to the airport hungry. No hotel bus required Lyft transport. On arrival, I was 30 minutes outside on the lyft area with a wheel chair and luggage in 103° heat. The next morning Lyft return was prompt and good. There was no food and I had to walk with my cane to two hotels away to the Hilton again in 102° but their restaurants weren't open for another hour. I had to walk back. I bought a machine snack.

Staff called Lyft for transport from/to PHX airport. Wait time 5 and 10 minutes only. Breakfast is not rich and does not confirm to standards for healthy food. Too many ultra processed carbohydrates, but this is now everywhere because consumers demand it. No fresh fruits and vegetables. Cream cheese, butter, oats /not organic/, some homogenized eggs. Waffle maker did not work. Near the airport, but noise level remarkably low.

I used to travel years ago for work and I would often stay at a Country Inn and Suites mainly for the wonderful hot breakfast that they served ... Check-in was simple and quick, I liked that they mentioned that they were about to call me to check on when I was going to arrive! This Radisson chain has really improved in the 20 years since I had stayed with them! The rooms now are much more modern with comforts we have come to enjoy and expect... Nice sized rooms with a sitting area, easy connection for cellular devices and integrated with bedside lighting. A nice bathroom with a separate shower and toilet area and a fast flush toilet (it's the little things in life that are important) ! A few negatives for me were that the bed was a little too firm and I am NOT a fan of micro-fiber sheets. Also, the one thing that I ALWAYS liked about Country Inn is now a big yawn! The breakfast was a HUGE disappointment! They had hot items but they now consist of rehydrated eggs, flavorless sausage, and a pancake machine that spits out very questionable shaped products! The pool was out of towels and we had to wait for someone to bring some and the pool itself had a VERY rough texture almost gravel like which was NOT great for walking laps! Having said all that, would I stay here again? You bet I would!!!! The room won the day! I would just go out to breakfast and skip the pool...

We had a great stay here! The rooms are big, clean, modern and so comfy. The beds are literally clouds. We had some problems with Expedia, checking in and Bianca was able to accommodate us and handled the whole situation smoothly. The best customer service. This hotel calld me about 5pm as I was driving to the location. When I asked why they were calling, the young lady informed they were contacting me to be sure I wasn't stuck at the airport needing transportation to the hotel. I do a lot of traveling but I have never had a hotel contact me to see if I needed assistance. I told her I truly appreciated them reaching out and I would arrive within the hour. When I arrived the room was clean, neat and comfortable.. service was excellent.

The set up of rooms were beautiful and extremely clean. Also, the front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

The hotel was not full, and yet I was given a room right in front of the elevator. Needless to say, I got very little sleep. People were standing and talking by my door while they waited for the elevators. They also banged and bumped into my door with their suitcases when they got off the elevator and while they wait for the elevator. It was very frustrating and there was nothing I could do about it.

Staff was helpful but busy when checking in and out. Laundry was convenient and available 24 hours, which is rare. Breakfast was very good and early enough, 6am, to still catch my flight at 8am.
