Though I had a reservation, upon arrival I was surprised to find business closed and surrounded by construction fence. I tried calling and could not get an answer. Later I called again and got a hold of someone who advised that they were closed. I wish this had been communicated proactively so that I could have made other arrangements instead of being surprised at the time of arrival.

I didnt like how the staff where towards us they were rude when we were checking,the rooms were dirty full of roaches no house keeping available for service , no available towels when needed breakfast was cold

Our ac went out so it was short notice, we were able to get a room. At a reasonable rate.

The receptionist had no shoes on. Breakfast was 6:00 to 10:00. But both days breakfast was not put out until 6:40 am and at 9:25 the guy turned off the lights on us. The bed had cigarette burns on it and the carpets where disgusting. I would not stay here again…..

This is very bare bones. Our room was clean and smelled strongly of perfume. The bed not have a sturdy frame and shifted with each move. The pillows are more like bags of shredded foam. Breakfast was fairly limited - toast, apples and oranges, waffles, and instant oatmeal. Otherwise it was fine - quiet with normal amenities.

Unfortunately, this was beyond disappointing for a $200 room. The room was dark and dingy. A couple lamps didn't work, as well as a few outlets. The bed was pretty uncomfortable. It's amazing how little we get for our money these days.

This property is in an industrial area. Very quiet, pretty clean.

Place was clean and comfortable. The only down part about the stay was the pool was closed and we specifically wanted to swim. But other than that, it was great, beds comfy and slept well. Would stay again in the future.

Don't know that I will choose a Comfort Inn again if this is the standard, but there were limited options in Phx due to major events. The beds & furniture were decent. Holes in comforters, sticky carpets, moldy smell, cracked switch plates, gaps in door frames, it felt like someone could easily break in.

I really enjoyed the clean rooms and the helpful front desk lady, she helped me out when she didnt need to.the only thing is the surrounding noises, thats my only complaint.

Room 104 refrigerator didn't work. Other than that it was a good stay.

Couldn’t sleep too well. Didn't realize it was so close to the freeway. Traffic too loud at all hours of the night.

The morning I was scheduled to check out a whole day room charge was put on my card ($191.36). I had already paid in full for my stay at check-in. When I inquired at front desk when I was checking out, I was told it was just a "hold" and would come off 2-3 days (it has been 3 days charge still not removed). I understand that sometime these things happen, but the person at front desk was very rude & short with me. I will never go back to this hotel.

One word: cockroaches. The hotel appears to be clean but when I opened the bedside table to get the TV channel guide, two cockroaches were in there.

My room had roaches and roach poop. I also couldnt really shower because i had to get help to turn the water on and off in my room. First night the night manager helped me get the water on and off. I mainly look for parking for my truck and trailer while i get some rest. This had ample parking.

Services were down so we could not check in. We prepaid with Orbitz but with their system down we had to pay cash. When Orbitz tried to contact them they did not answer their phone. This went on for so long that it was ridiculous. We eventually were able to get a refund from Orbitz after the hotel finally responded. Wouldn’t have stayed here anyways, very disorganized and not a very nice place.

Nothing at all special. If you are a light sleeper it’s not a good place to stay. They will say it’s not too noisy but don’t believe them. Front desk is grumpy day and night. 5 items to chose from for breakfast. Extremely basic.

Conveniently located near Heard Museum and freeway onramp. We easily found a nice plane for salads, The Main Ingredient, a few miles away. Beds were comfortable.

This place had everything you appreciate n a place to stay. Clean, large room,all the amenities, and a great pool, hot tub and Free breakfast. Convenient location and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again

The manager is Suuuuuuuuuper rude. Hot tub broken and dirty... pool dirty as well... safety door didnt even need a swipe to get in. Ice machine broken... save your money fr. It was mentally and physically unappealing.

The bed told t me staff that they only change the sheets twice a week I had them changed before I went to bed. My Guess that arrived with me said they only had one curtain and the other room had roaches in their room I was shocked for the price of the rooms in this hotel I expected better.

The one gentleman working was very nice, I think they were understaffed that weekend. Hotel was old and dated but overall clean. Complementary breakfast was very underwhelming, decided to skip it and eat elsewhere. Seem like very expensive rate for the quality of the accommodations.

Clean, well taken care of hotel room. It was pretty standard. The bed was very firm. The breakfast was standard (nothing to get excited about).

Highway noise is loud and hotel isn’t in a great area, but overall front desk was very nice and the room was secure. No issues at all! Would probably stay here again!

The floors felt dirty, when I woke up in the morning and discovered a small roach, crawling around the hallway within the hotel room. The staff seems pretty stingy on their towels and bedding. I was trying to get an extra blanket because the one we have is pretty thin. And they only provided two towels, one washcloth and one hand towel, which isn’t enough for two people. When I ask for the blanket and the towel, the staff kept asking whether I had more than two people. The room was also positioned next to a side door that kept opening and closing all night. I would’ve thought that they would’ve at least lock the door during the night hours, because of that people would go out there and smoke, causing the whole area outside of the room to smell of smoke.

I paid through Travelocity for this room. They asked for my debit card at time of check in. They charged my debit card one $153.98 and when I called to speak to the manager I guess I spoke to the owner he told me to go get blank And he was not refunding my money so now I got to file a complaint with Travelocity to get my money back. when I asked the front desk person this morning at time of check out why they charged my card again he started yelling at me. I asked for a receipt he told me no I was not allowed to receipt and that I would have to wait until they emailed a receipt to me. Finally after a little bit of an argument I was able to get a receipt and there is that charge for one $153.98

He as friendly and supportive. He gave us directions to great restaurants and tried to make our stay enjoyable even though he was unable to correct any of the problems. Do not feel the room was worth what we had to pay. Could have received a better room at Motel 6.

I did not like anything. Although breakfast is included, it was the hotel customers who actually argued with the hotel staff to bring the breakfast.Only when prompted and yelled at, the hotel "manager" brought breakfast. Terrible, lazy people.

Great service at check in, all staff was friendly during all interactions for our duration. Hotel is run down, but room was clean. Not a lot of restaurants nearby and breakfast was not good at all. Wouldn’t stay with a family or small kids again, but solo would be fine.

Property was dirty tub was stained roof had water leak shower would not shut off nasty filthy for $175. It should’ve been a lot nicer. Call spoke to the manager because his people would not do anything about it and he hung up on me. His name was DJ.
