When you try to book for a vacation here and prolong your stay they want to tell you and deny you of services and say u can no longer book with them. They do room service every single day of you being here even when you don’t request it the hotel manager is extremely rude I do not recommend booking here for long periods of time

The a/c unit was extremely loud. So good luck trying to sleep. I informed the front desk. Front.desk said we can't do anything?? To contact the 3rd party you made the reservation from?? They seems to dismiss the complaint and carried on!! Save your money and go else where. Poor customer service, place is run down. The morning breakfast attendant was great. She's the only one who said good morning and welcome. We won't be back.

The first room was in terrible condition: holes in the walls and floors tha felt like they would cave in. Moved to a new room… no better trash on the floor and under the bed, ripped bed lining, old game pieces in corners, and blood on the comforter. The manager assured me I would be refunded with no penalty through Hotels.com, so I booked another hotel. Despite manager approval and documented issues, the hotel’s back office denied the refund. I ended up charged for two bookings over $300 each. Very disappointing experience and poor accountability.

I was transferred to an earlier flight and arrived earlier than I had planned. I called to explain and they said the earliest I could check in was 3pm. We arrived at 3pm amd were told tooms were still not ready. The next moring house keeping let themselves in the room at 10am when checkout was at 11am. My daughter and I felt rushed so we left as quickly as possible. The check in and out was frustrating

The room was filthy with stained carpets and pubic hair in the shower. The room had a strange odor. There was also trash outside, likely from a homeless individual. The first night I arrived was at midnight so I couldn’t easily find another hotel. Originally was supposed to stay 3 nights but I had to cut my losses and ask for a refund for the unused nights immediately in the morning. The staff was rude about the issues with the hotel, trying to insinuate I dirtied the room. The front desk receptionist also openly talked about me and my husband, pointing at us and saying, “That’s them” to her coworkers. I never yelled or made a huge scene. I spoke with an Expedia agent to get the refund in place, but the staff was unprofessional.

The waffles and sausage were good. There were no eggs or potatoes. Breakfast was said to be from 7-9 however, they put everything away at 8:30.

Breakfasts were good. It had a lot of things that needed to be replaced or repaired like torn screens on windows, very worn desk chairs, bathroom vent/light fixture hanging from ceiling, closet doors which were hard to open & shut. Hot tub was cold.

Breakfast was ok food was fresh and cooked properly. AC did keep cool but sounded like a diesel engine in the room keeping everyone awake.
- 0.5/5
My room was very run down. But the most disappointing thing was that the room was disgusting. I checked out immediately. There was trash under the air vent. Something splashed on the bottom of the desk. And a USED BAR OF SOAP in the shower. My son also hurt his foot walking into the bathroom from the carpet.

I liked the location. The blow dryer was missing off the wall. They did not replace it. They did not make up the rooms unless you asked them to.

Budget hotel.
- 3/5
The bedding was very comfortable. The air conditioner worked well. The shower was very good. The buffet was pretty good. The tv worked very well. The room was missing it's smoke alarm. Quite dangerous I would think. The room was missing it's desk chair. We requested maid service and it never came, had to go to desk to get towels/washcloths.
- 1/5
I requested new blankets due to the ones I had having stains on them the floor was dirty on arrival. Spoke to front desk manager for some compensation but he refused saying I booked third party. The AC didn’t work great I was over 100 degrees . Overall bad would never stay again.!
- 5/5
It took me a minute to get used to the fact that the room had a shower, but no tub. However, the size of the shower made up fpr that fact. The shower wasn't handicapped accessible (I didn't ask for one), but it was huge and the hot water kicked in almost immediately after I turned on the shower. The breakfast was good. I loved the make your own waffle machine and the scrambled eggs were fluffy without being overcooked. The staff was excellent: courteous, friendky, polite, and always willing to answer questions. Also, they have the fastest checkout process of any hotel I've ever been in. ,y only complaint was that the room could have used a floor lamp to brighten the light level. The room had plenty of lamps, but was still a bit dark.
- 5/5
breakfast was ok, they had waffles
- 1/5
The only positive was the front desk staff — they immediately switched me to a different room with zero hassle or argument. That quick response was appreciated, but unfortunately it couldn’t make up for the poor condition of the property. Won’t be staying here again.
- 1.5/5
Everything is old very dirty
- 4/5
Rooms were ok. You get what you pay for. I only had one problem with my stay there. The last day. I made a waffle and the buzzer went off. I was just getting up to get it when I saw the breakfast lady lift the lid and look at it. I kind of looked at her funny. I dont think SHE should be touching or messing around with anyones food. Then she came to my table and asked what room I was in. WHAT BUSINESS IS IT OF HERS. She was rude. The rest of the staff was great.
- 2/5
The property appears nice on the outside; however, on the inside, it is not. The carpets are covered in black stains. Our bathroom had water damage and a leaky ceiling that dripped on you when you were sitting on the toilet. Maintenence never came to look at it despite notifying the feont desk. Our sink would not drain. Everytime we came back to our room, our keys would not work.
- 1/5
Horrible. Dont even want to spend the time to describe everything. Not sure how they are in bsness
- 4/5
Nice hotel and good location, however no restaurants nearby.
- 0.5/5
Nothing! Smelled bad, rugs filthy, key cards stopped working often, bathroom had a bad smell, no hair dryer, no iron - asked 3 times and finally got one after 3 days, furniture was ragged and looked awful, debris in halls that never got cleaned up, noisy AC. I want a refund!!!
- 2/5
After one morning at 5am wanting to take a shower, but no water, the next morning it was lukewarm, so showered after breakfast when it finally warmed up. At checkout, no offer for a partial refund. Will likely not stay there again.
- 2.5/5
Needs lots of repairs and updating
- 3/5
Ac kept room cool
- 5/5
I must say the breakfast was very yummy.
- 3/5
Beds were fine, ac worked ok, room was clean, decent hotel breakfast. However the hotel needs some maintenance. Our room door stuck when opening and closing, the bathroom door didn’t latch all of the time, the hallway carpet is in bad shape, held down by tape in places, base tiles fallen off. There are nicer hotels in the Phoenix area for the same money.
- 2/5
Best of all? The front desk staff told us they would NOT provide bedding for our sofa bed (which we had paid for). Sorry, but a bare mattress in a sofa does NOT equal a "bed" until you make it up. After I guilted the night clerk into stripping a bed from an unused room, he kindly pointed out that the "fine print" on the website makes this B.S. policy clear. :\ On the bright side, the shower was new-ish worked really well and the breakfast/breakfast area were better than expected. Avoid. Not worth it, peeps.
- 2/5
This is a pretty run-down place in a not so nice part of town. I would say not family friendly, the hallways almost always reeked of weed. The gym consists of a non working treadmill, a very noisy and old elliptical, a bench with no weights, water cooler and tv not working of course. They only cleaned my room when asked apparently that is hotel policy due to a lot of truck drivers stay there and do not want to be disturb. Parking was ok, the entire place is 20 years past needing a total remodel. I found the smoke detector in my bed side table without the battery being installed. Breakfast was to me very low level, had those watery scrambled eggs (probably not real egg) and sometimes premade American cheese omelets, fruit was inedible, and the bread was always stale (ok for toast). I was first greeted by a very rude male (manager I think) at the front desk when I was trying to check in at 230 pm he told me without checking my room would not be ready until 3 pm. I was fine with that but he was just so unfriendly about it. The other staff I met during my stay were very pleasant. I would never stay there again and I would not recommend this establishment to anybody.
- 2/5
Room was ok. Not cleaned right there was food on the ground and the last person who stayed left a hair brush stuck on the restroom, funny for a moment but housekeeping missed it.. hotels needs a lot of repair. Looks old.. apret for the this survey..over all staff was nice with us.
- 2.5/5
Nice location but poorly maintained and upgraded. Dirty carpeting, shower bar broken, stains on ceiling, hot tub and pool not maintained, chairs in dining room damaged.
- 0.5/5
The staff were nice and the breakfast was pretty good. Upon arriving we found that the rooms are all joined with doors in between (all photos specifically avoided that section of the wall) and when asking about it we were told that all rooms were adjoined. The shower had hair in it, the carpets were stained and there was trim falling off the wall in the bathroom. Our comforter had black dots all over it and when we politely asked for another they said they would "clean it tomorrow". The hotel is directly in between two motels across from a truck stop and constantly has people standing around the parking lot and street all night long. To top it off, on our last night there we heard a gunshot around 10 PM in the parking lot followed by us watching two cars screech out of the parking lot, lots of people and commotion and a pack of 4 police cars then searching the parking lot and area for about 2 hours. I would not recommend staying here based on that.
- 4/5
Room could use a touch up but other than that it was good. Clean, affordable, and close to the freeway.
- 1.5/5
The staff was very nice I was supposed to be in a upgraded room. They didn’t have it because of the lock didn’t work on that particular room. They put me in a regular room where the drapes and shears was all falling down the bed. It was very uncomfortable. The TV didn’t work. It wouldn’t hold a channel. I had to keep going down so that they can redo the keys. The keys didn’t work most of the time it was not worth the money that I paid.

- 3/5
Location and price. Breakfast. Ran out of food and hour before scheduled time.
- 2/5
There was a large water stain on the ceiling near the window and breakfast during the week is only served from 6 am til 8 am
- 2/5
Did not get room serviced all 3 days. Common area carpet was damaged and very dirty. Pool and hot tub was not usable. They should not advertise that they have them if they are not available!!
- 2/5
Old, worn hotel; carpets have multiple stains; didnt feel clean.
- 3/5
It was a really old chair all ripped off and the shower didn't work properly, dirty carpet with multiple visible stains
- 3/5
The manager was extremely extremely helpful and very kind. Even the front desk clerk was very attentive and extremely friendly
- 3/5
Staff was great, breakfast was great, room was clean. The pool and hot tub were broken/closed. Booked the room because of the pool/hot tub
- 4.5/5
The central location was great For being a little older it was well maintained but it could have been a little cleaner
- 3/5
Breakfast is only open till 8 on the weekdays despite it saying 9 on Expedia so that was disappointing. The whirlpool was freezing cold which was a shock as I was expecting it to be atleast warmer water.
- 1/5
Place was run down. Had a smell of heavy fragrance like a smell was being covered up. Not like photos. Also, breakfast ended pretty early.
- 5/5
Our stay at Comfort Inn was very nice. Clean room,
- 4/5
Staff was friendly. Shower had mold and soap tray was rusty. Hot tub was closed.
- 3.5/5
They didn't have a walk in handicap shower. The toilet was very low.
- 5/5
Convenient to freewsy. Great check in person. Breakfast was good.
- 4/5
Keep in mind, I am in no way a rude person. I reserved, a month in advance, a handicap ♿️ room with a walk in shower ?. Was given a regular room with a bathtub, that I am unable to step in and out of. I stayed in that room the first night. The bed was unbearably hard. I went to the desk the following day explaining their mistake. I was "upgraded" from a queen ? to a king ? which DID in fact have a walk in shower, (only because it happened to be the only handicap one available). They resolved the mess up with no issue. Housekeeping apparently does not come to your room unless you request them. I bagged my own trash then began filling the can. Until I ran into a housekeeper and I needed clean towels and rags. ??♀️ The furniture could Really use replacing. It's old, hard, creaky, and falling apart. Everybody was very friendly and polite. They have a so-so breakfast that comes with your room.
- 4/5
Breakfast area was nice.
- 2/5
Was dirty and chintzy. Wallpaper off the walls, run down.
- 4/5
The facility is in need of refurbishing.
- 4/5
YES, STAFF WERE GREATCAT CHECK IN AND OUT
- 4/5
Easy check in
- 3/5
The shower took at least 5 minutes to get hot. I also think that you should have breakfast until 9am.
- 1/5
Beds were still and uncomfortable. The towels had a stain and smelled. When l tried to call the reception it kept giving a busy tone. Would not recommend.
- 1/5
The bed was stiff and uncomfortable. No soap was provided, towels had an odor and stain. Doors would not shut properly. Carpet dirty, hairs on the bed and phone, tried to call the front desk and the phone was disconnected.
- 3/5
More attention to customers no one came to clean the room
- 4/5
Room clean. Staff friendly. But room had something going with significant ceiling damage, missing fire extinguisher
- 5/5
Yes
- 4/5
Clean room and quiet
- 1/5
Rooms were dirty; countertops, furniture & curtains. Appliances & fans were noisy. Common area carpets were stained. Faucet & towel racks loose & wobbly. Moved to one new room, just as bad. Requested to cancel reservation, Mgr didn’t seem to care. Sarcastically asked if he should make a list of issues we told him about. Had friends tell us that had same issues last year, moved out. The owner should be embarrassed, certainly not up to Comfort Inn standards!!
- 2/5
Hallway reeked of cannibus
- 3/5
Hot tub water was ice cold
- 2/5
First issue we had when we got to the room was the toilet had a slow flush and then got clogged right away. We had to call the front desk for a plunger. Then we noticed the pillows and bed sheets smelled like they hadn’t been washed in months and had just been sitting there collecting dirt. They smelled old and dusty. After a while we noticed the room had an unpleasant sewer-like smell or something. At this point we decided that we were going to stay the night but were going to cancel our next two nights and hope for a refund. The one thing we were looking forward to a lot was the jacuzzi. We took our only two towels they supplied and when we got there the jacuzzi was freezing. And yes it was on. This was our last straw and we decided to not even stay the night even if we didn’t get a refund. The only reason I don’t give it a 1 star review is because the front desk employee named Bea was really nice and helpful
- 4/5
Courteous front desk staff and quiet, clean room.
- 4/5
Room was fine.
- 2/5
.
- 2/5
Staff was friendly, however, a late check-out was only available if I booked an extra night; then we still got locked out. Bathroom fan did not work and the elevators would move even with the doors open, quite spooky actually!
- 1/5
They lost our reservation or gave away our room. Either way we arrived in the middle of with no room, no help and had to walk nearly a mile at 3am to get another hotel room.
- 5/5
Amazing will stay here again.
- 4/5
Staff was great, rooms average
- 2/5
The floors were dirty. The one bed had bed bugs. The latch was missing off the door. The fire alarm was in the drawer. There were towels and no wash cloths. Then no floor mat. No shampoo.
- 2/5
Rooms snelled like cigarettes. Carpet stsined and old furniture..
- 4/5
It was fine for that age hotel. No frills. Never did find any ice.
- 4/5
They served some fruits and there were no disturbances
- 3/5
The carpets were super dirty we found a dead roach and finger prints in the first room I was offered and the shower handle was broken. Other than being an older place it was okay. Staff was nice alittle forgetful. We asked for towels and wash clothes and they forgot. No biggie we just bought our own. I give a 7 out 10 I guess
- 4/5
Toilet was clogged. The carpet was dirty woth noticeable spots. The floor tiles in the bathroom were lose.
- 4/5
The hotel carpets were very old looking and not that clean
- 4/5
Hot tub is out of order
- 5/5
Great place to stay on budget , I like it and I will be staying here again .
- 4/5
the carpet is all covered in stains, the elevator was scary to ride on, sometimes it would move slightly up or down before we stepped inside or out of it after the doors either opened or closed. the bed was old and uncomfortable and the towels were very old and had almost no “fluff” to them. the hot tub was dirty and never got hot and the area around the pool was dirty, every since lounge chair was broken and you could not sit on them without breaking them further. has potential to be an amazing comfort inn but this was not like any i’ve stayed in before, definitely below their standards. staff was very very nice and helpful.
- 5/5
Great customer service
- 3/5
This was the most disappointing Comfort Inn we have ever stayed at. The room had an unpleasant odor. The carpet was disgustingly dirty. The window coverings need to be replaced. Actually, the whole building should be next step for renovations.
- 5/5
Close to freeway
- 2/5
Looked like the receptionist was not in a good mood
- 4/5
N/A
- 2/5
It's the little things. The TV remote control needed batteries, the dead bolt door lock did not engage, the ice machine was turned off and the hard wired smoke alarm was disconnected and inoperable.
- 3/5
The check in was simple enough. The worker wasn’t the friendliest, and didn’t even say which floor our room was in and we had to go back in to ask. The surrounding area of the hotel had homeless people everywhere, on every corner and across the streets. Air conditioning worked okay, and tv was also irregular with its features with its volume and connecting to the wifi. At night the hotel was very noisy. Overall it did its job. It’s an outdated hotel and could use some improvements. Best part was the staff at the breakfast in the morning, they were great and had the best customer service.
- 2/5
Tweaked out zombies all over this area. Scary people out at all hours.
- 4/5
.
- 1/5
Absolutely horrible. The shower leaked and it leaked into the bathroom floor. The ceiling had mold on the floor and on the ceiling the air conditioning leak. The sink in the bathroom was just about to fall off.
- 5/5
awesome 2nd time staying there

I had to change my room because i was on the fiest floor and someone tried to come in my window at 3 in the morning. I tried to call the front desk and my phone in the room was dead .i had too look up the phone number for the hotel to call for help. Not good
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay here
- 4/5
Decent stay for the price. We were comfortable during our 1 night stay. My family travels alot for softball tourneys. The facilities are outdated but we expected it for the price. Breakfast could have been better (had better experiences at other comfort inn locations). Room had extra towels upon arrival. Clean bedding and clean bathroom upon arrival. Front desk personnel was missing for a good 15 mins from the desk upon arrival. Lady ahead of me in line had to call the hotel to get him to come out. That could have been a better experience. When he did eventually come out, no apologies were given and no greeting, no front desk mannerisms. Just expected me to hand over my ID and card without saying anything.
- 5/5
David and Yarley especially were very helpful to us. Without Yarley we would not have had our phone set up for use. We would have been extremely lost without it.
- 1/5
That I had a room
- 5/5
Great experience, easy to check in and out. Room was spotless and comfortable
- 5/5
Close to freeway, quiet
- 3/5
The condition of the hotel was poor. Lots of things were broken or visibly damaged such as the elevator buttons, bathtub, wall/ceilings, as well dirty or unclean in appearance. Lots of homeless camping right outside as well. Would not stay at this specific location again, and would consider competitor chains in this price range instead, which I've had better experience with.
- 4/5
very convenient location to the event we were attending. There were a lot of homeless around the property at night.
- 4/5
Outside property
- 3/5
homeless people allowed into the hotel. they raided the breakfast area and the staff did nothing. they came in the front door. not impressed
- 4/5
We asked for clean towels daily..twice had to go and pick up fresh one also the blow dryer was broken and was told they were going to replace it but it wasn’t.
- 4/5
My room was the furtherest from the second floor elevator. I am 77 and tomorrow I get a total knee replacement. The hotel is average.
- 2/5
There was no cover for the bathroom vent that didn’t work. Someone’s soap was left in the shower which made me believe it wasn’t properly cleaned. That bathroom vent appeared to have black mold all around it. They allowed smoking because room 233 smelled like marijuana most of the time, strong enough for strong presence in the hallway and cigarettes every so often. My families rooms had problems as well and I will let them explain those. Lots of homeless on and near premises and not bashful about smoking marijuana. Eggs and sausage for breakfast were cold. No knives at breakfast to cut waffles or biscuits with.
- 1/5
Terrible
- 4/5
Pool looked was dirty - we would not use. Hallways could use a vacuum- I think you should change out some of the carpet where you have stains. Our room was fine- but drywall in bathroom needs repair. Screws coming out on shower curtain - I tied to tighted them up. Holes could be filled in in shower where grab bar was. Garabge out side and around building could be picked up. A lot of little thing go a long way.
- 5/5
Room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was awesome. Breakfast was pretty much bare minimum but we found a few things to eat.
- 1/5
Terrible customer service. I reserved and pre-paid for two rooms for two nights. I became ill and could not travel. My brother tried to check in with the reservation information and receipt in hand. The clerk would not permit him to check in and was very rude and distracted. Did not offer to help or check on room availabillity. As a result my brother had to locate another hotel further out. We're out for our entire bill and paid additional at another hotel. Yes I tried to cancel on Expedia.
- 4/5
Room was clean and nice but area wasn’t too great
- 1/5
Hot tub broken, promised it would be fixed, never was. Smoke detector ripped out of wall. Plugs not covered in room. No clean towels.
- 2/5
No smoke detector in room, and the vent in bathroom sounded like a train coming thru the room when turned on. Only reason we stayed there the whole trip (10 days) was because it was prepaid and other hotels were now booked up. We travel a lot, and this is definitely top 3 in worst hotels we've stayed at. Definitely worst in relation to safety. My recommendation is to stay away from this hotel and any others in this location.
- 4/5
During our stay, there was no housekeeping.
- 4/5
Clean
- 2/5
There were a lot of homeless ppl hanging around in the surrounding streets making me nervous to come and go at night. They double charged me- and are holding $500 and it wont get back to me for 3 to 5 business days. I had no towels in my room. When i notified the front desk i had to go fetch them myself. The room was run down. Spots of maybe mold and a part of the wall in the bathroom missing. Cracks and missing paint or wallpaper scratched up door frames the office chair was torn up and the ottoman had a chunk of cushion missing it just was not appealing to want to stay here. It was a place i can rest for my sons tournament for a cpl days but i will not use them again. Thank you Vick the manager for explaining to me what happened w the double charge but this was not a mistake on my part it was wrong on the hotel and an oversight that they never brought to your attention to fix or pay attention enough to ask questions so they know not to run my card again...it really put a damper on my already super stressful trip having to deal with all of that.
- 3/5
Overall it was ok, it just seemed to be behind on updating, also after 5pm it seemed to only have one person working the building, he did a good job but I had to wait for 5 people to just get a couple towels, then he had to leave his desk to go to a room for another issue. I think the hotel is set up for more of a travelling workers hotel. The price was good and breakfast was good too.
- 5/5
Evo-friendliness could be improved with soap and shampoo dispensers at sink and shower to replace mini bottles and bar soap. A note of "Bar soap is available at the front desk if desied" would satisfy any who need bar soap.
- 5/5
There servicios
- 5/5
The best part of our stay in this hotel is its breakfast. We liked it very much!
- 3/5
Worked out well for us. First chain hotel we had stayed in the whole trip. Had some issues with some of the bathroom assets.
- 5/5
good simple hotel, nothing fancy but the room was comfy. good customer service experiences, i needed an iron and i got it from front desk:) BUT quality shaking my head, it leaked the water on my shirt🙂 but the mini hair dryer in the restroom helped w that, the morning breakfast was so handy but quality of food was eh, overall good experience but quality needs upgrades, id stay here again for a quick budget friendly trip. thank you
- 4/5
It is good.
- 3/5
No help from front desk on getting tv remote to work
- 2/5
The room was just ok. Had stain in the carpet didn't have enough towels and when trying to get more they said they were all out. No housekeeping the next day breakfast wasn't that great eggs tasted like powered eggs. Plus lots of homeless people around property.
- 1/5
There was peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, chips in the drywall on the ceiling, scratches on the doors from previous animals, stains on the carpet, drywall missing in back of the chair, dirt on the bathroom door when the wet towel was hung up and no breakfast in the morning because it was taken by 6:30 AM. Front desk said that it must’ve been the people that stayed before me with a dog and I don’t think that’s true because this was way too much damage to the room. Manager was not even notified our entire three days stay.

The stay was very bad and the customer service was horrible. I went to the front desk to complain that the window did not have curtains so that the room would be dark and they told me that they did not have any extras and that they were like that.
- 5/5
A lot of homeless roaming the area
- 2/5
Very loud road noise from loud cars till probably 2 am, couldn't sleep, other than that, not a bad room
- 3/5
shower control did not work. faucet contol was loose. the room we stayed in was noisey.
- 4/5
All good
- 5/5
I like that the air conditioner fan can stay on throughout the night without shutting down, very comfortable room
- 4/5
Fair price, Clean rooms, Staff was friendly and helpful and it right off highway.
- 3/5
The staffs were very nice. The room isn’t that cozy. Kinda old and sheets have some stains. But overall, it’s Ok. We checked out safely.💕
- 4/5
Great hotel. Clean property, staff are amazing, pool and hot tub available. Definately will stay here again, my next trip
- 2/5
Stayed for 6 days, had to go to the front desk to reprogram our keys at least 3 times!!! Also, speciffically asked for our room cleaned two seperate times and was NEVER done, but last day they were knocking on the door at 0915, wanting to clean when we had a late checkout. The breakfast "buffet" was 5am-8am and if you wanted anything you better go at 0500. Just overall not that great of a stay. The hot tub was cold, so couldn't even get in that!! All the things that attracted us to that hotel were the worst things we encountered.
- 2/5
Want to have breakfast at 10 after eight and there was nothing out. Apparently breakfast is only served from 5 to 8 AM even if you don’t get your room until 2 AM.
- 3/5
Quiet and clean, but could use some repairs and a carpet upgrade. Comfortable bed and large TV. Breakfast offered lots of choices.
- 4/5
It was ok they definitely need remodeling. The restroom door didnt close beause it was warpped. The bed was hard. The pillows flat. A stain on the carpet. But nice breakfast included and conveniently right off the freeway.
- 4/5
The Comfort Inn is clean, but the building is old. The doors make a lot of noise when they are opened or closed, and the air conditioner is noisy.
- 1/5
Staff was not polite, we had to ask for clean towels and our rooms were not serviced at all.
- 5/5
Convenient
- 5/5
The property surroundings are clean. The only issue is that breakfast is from 5 an to 8 am. Due to the fact that many truck drivers stay there and they may need to leave early. Overall, the place is well kept, breakfast is great, the pool is clean.
- 2/5
Bed was so hard and all our linens are stained
- 4/5
Very comfortable, spacious rooms but just the paint is damage in some parts of the hotel but is very clean and you can rest.
- 2/5
Property is in a good location to travel to different place in the Phoenix metro area. The property seems to be in the process of updating.
- 5/5
All good
- 4/5
Served my needs.
- 5/5
Nice and clean
- 4/5
Clean pool was nice
- 4/5
The room was nice. Enjoyed having both microwave and refrigerator in room. Very clean. Staff was respectful.
- 5/5
I enjoyed the peace and quiet.
- 2/5
The service was good, but the carpet in the hallways and rooms were dirty. The Coke machine upstairs did not have a price to tell you how much it was and the credit card processing on it was not working.
- 1/5
I never actually stayed at this hotel. I accidentally booked the wrong night and when I tried rebooking the correct night they didn’t have the same room available. I ended up booking the correct night at a different Comfort Inn. This location would not refund me my money for my mistake. I will never stay here after that!
- 3/5
Way over priced given the condition of the hotel.
- 4/5
First room bed springs were broken able to switch rooms. Neighborhood not great many homless about.
- 3/5
The hotel was average but could be a bit cleaner. I felt safe in the hotel itself. However, the area is sketchy. Obvious prostitution and drug users next door.
- 5/5
Clean and quiet.
- 5/5
too many homeless people hanging out
- 3/5
Booked property as a last minute alternative. Price was not worth it for the quality of the room and overall hotel. Room curtains had stains on them, fixtures inside bathroom were loose. Furniture was scratched and scuffed. Gym equipment was nonfunctional except for treadmill. The hotel itself was clean throughout but just not worth the nightly price. Won’t be staying here again unfortunately.
- 5/5
Very average hotel. Surprisingly quiet. There were some stains on the carpet that need cleaning in our room and that would make a big difference. The breakfast was good, we enjoyed the scrambled eggs and bacon. Convenient location.
- 2/5
There was no blackout curtains only sheer curtains so as soon as the sun rose your were woken up.Not able to relax the bed was hard and not comfortable. I will nevets stay at Comfort Inn ever again. No transportation to and from airport.
- 5/5
Staff and property were very good
- 3/5
Better than the surrounding hotels, however the jacuzzi didn’t work, water damage on ceiling from probably a leak from the upstairs ac/heater is very visible, ceiling damage in bathroom ceiling also very visible like they need to fix it asap. One of the covers had pen writing from a previous customer. Breakfast until 10am was nice. I think part of the problem is that they are probably under staff. Most staff were nice and helpful. Hotel was quiet.
- 5/5
Breakfast was only OK. Waffle maker was out of service the whole week. The one thing I wanted for breakfast.
- 3/5
My room was not cleaned in the three days I was there.
- 2/5
No rollaway beds. No extra sheets or blankets lack of extra towels. Poor staff service. Would not recommend this place
- 3/5
It wasn’t the best but it wasn’t the worst
- 3/5
It was very noisy, there was a loud noise throughout the night that disturbed my sleep, not sure what it was but was near the microwave.people in other rooms were loud also and it was past 2 midnight.
- 1/5
There was a hole in our floor about 2.5 foot wide between our bathroom door and hall. We mentioned it to the morning staff and nothing, no offer to change rooms. There were no rags to wash up with. We checked several times throughout the day. Some staff pretended to look other staff just acted as if they were clueless. Day 2 no clean towels no clean room or turndown. Breakfast was emptied every morning before 745. We even got down before 7 to9 check and see what was available and nothing.
- 4/5
This property was nice, but clearly older. We felt safe there. Room was clean and the mattress was decent. Most of the staff was nice, but the people at the front desk need some customer service training. Breakfast was disappointing and the waffle maker was broken. We would stay there again, but eat breakfast elsewhere.
- 3/5
Our stay was ok, not great. Our biggest issue was the bathroom. The shower walls and the rack for soap and shampoo needed wiping down. Mold on caulking in shower. The exhaust fan sounds like it's going to explode. The rest of the room was clean. Comfortable bed, good linens. The hotel is right off of I-10 and easy to get to but highway noise wasn't noticeable. It was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. There's coffee in the room too but the coffee in the lobby is better.
- 4/5
Clean, quiet, comfy. Breakfast was good. Just needs a little cosmetic TLC. I had read reviews after I booked. I was a little hesitant but my fears were for nothing. Would stay here again
- 3/5
Needs updating
