It used to be worth it, because it was cheap, so it made you not pay so much attention to the cockroaches. They seemed to get new management, who seemed to be Pakistani or Indian, and surprise surprise, they raise the rates while still having cockroaches and bed bugs. My advice would be to stay somewhere else.

The counter clerk was nice and helpful Opening the room, and turned on the light, roaches scattered everywhere. We did not stay, they gave us our deposit back and are in the process of refunding our money.

I liked the price and it was ok. I totally dislike that I put my sign to go clean and have clean towels, and no one went . Honestly and totally unsatisfied when I walked out, when I checked out, I saw a bed bug on the floor. Please be aware of that.

This is my go to spot when I visit Phoenix from Long Beach, California. The staff are always friendly and accommodate. I have been coming here for approximately three years. Never had an issue with the staff or with the accommodations. I highly recommend this establishment. See you guys again soon.

There was a locked gate so I could at least hope my vehicle was somewhat safe. It is in a BAD neighborhood - drug addicts and significant homeless population within 2 blocks - we watched a drug deal happen while waiting at the stoplight just down the street! The bed squeaked and creaked with every movement, and the AC whined when it was in but didn’t cool the room to the temp set before turning off. The towels were minuscule - we called them 30-year-old YMCA towels!! The halls smelled heavily of smoke, and despite all the warnings about not smoking on the property, the morning desk person was smoking pot openly while checking us out!! NOT worth the price and I would NEVER stay here again!!

I went to breakfast at 8am, and all it was was bread, coffee and juice. Water in the shower only gets luke warm even after letting it run a long time, bedroom doors doesn't line up with the frame, you can see into the hallway, tv volume set too low.

The room was clean, staff was nice and helpful. The pool is really small but other than that it was a nice stay. Everytime I asked the staff for something they brought it in a few minutes with smiles

Literally the worst place I have visited. Was able to stay there until I found all kinds of insects including cockroaches everywhere in the floor. Never go here. Not worth the little savings.

Check in registration staff was friendly, helpful. The room with 2 queen beds was spacious. The shower/tub itself was clean. There was strong water pressure in the shower. I appreciated the gated and lighted parking area, as well as the secured lobby area at night. The price seemed high for the quality of the furnishings, which are in need of updating. Mattresses were soft and less supportive than I prefer. Coffee, sliced bread for toast, and some juice were the only breakfast items provided. Though the tub itself was clean, the carpet/floor and furniture were visibly dirty. I did not like having to pay an additional $100 damage deposit, charged against the credit card and to be refunded in 3-5 days.

Nothing Breakfast just toast, orange juice and coffee that’s it, telephone not working had to walk down to lobby to request extra towels, only 2 towels when booked for 4 people, chair was very stain, toilet seat was very loose. Room smelled a lot like Clorox liquid.

This hotel has not been updated for a long time. The vanity cabinet is falling apart. Veneer delaminating. The tub surround and tub have been painted white. Which is starting to flake. The security latch was ripped out at some time and reattached poorly. If it were 50 or 60 per night would be more adequate. But I still would not stay there again even if it were a lower price.

The hotel was in a very transient location, right outside the hotel was a dead cat rotting on the sidewalk, there were homeless people all over the place.

Upon arriving we met Omar, I think that was his name. Anyway, he was friendly, very helpful, answered every question and concern with a smile. He made us feel so welcome! He turned a very stressful day into a little bit better one, making us feel right at home!

Where do i begin? The area looked a bit sketchy but whatever. So i checked in and got to my room and noticed a terrible smell when i walked through the door, like old socks but i got passed that. Then i looked down and what team passed my foot, a roach. Before i could react i noticed a puddle of water coming from the refrigerator which was leaking everywhere. I called the front desk to inform her of all this and to change my room but she didn't seem like it was too important to her and said that they were completely booked and i would need to call in the morning to see what they could do. I said that's not going to work so she said call back in 10 minutes to see what she could do. After 10 minutes of hell i called back and eventually she moved me to another room down the hall. The new room was a better only because the fridge wasn't leaking everywhere however the staff was in a room or office across the way talk as loud as possible so everyone could hear their conversation. Oh and by the way, there were roaches in this room as well. Overall, my experience was horrible and i would not recommend this place not even to my enemy. Stay away unless you want to take a few roaches home as sovereign.

Don’t stay here. Pics don’t actually display the property. Bathrooms are damaged with wear on the sink and tub, gum on the carpet and the entire place smells like smoke. I immediately checked out and found another place to stay. I requested a refund because the room didn’t reflect the what was shown in pictures and smoke triggered my asthma and was denied. There are nicer places for the same price.

Don't understand why they didn't have me park behind the safe gated area. They have Breakfast but it's just toast, coffee and 2 different juices. I thought they should at least have cereal but oh well. The power outlets were all broken in my room which I'm sure isn't legal. The water wasn't hot and very uncomfortable shower because of the water temp and some brown water came out at the beginning.

there were several facilities that did not work properly, such as the light switches, the shower buttons and the TV. Several areas of opportunity as far as cleanliness such as the odor coming out of the hallway, the odor entering and exiting the rooms as well as the upkeep of the bathrooms and the floors.

Front lobby has limited staffing if you have a problem with the room or key. I had a plumbing problem in my room & had to wait all night & even at 5am which were the posted hrs. to open, the doors were locked & noone was there until 5:30am. The grounds had trash & cigarette butts at parking entrance.

Honestly. For the price, all i expected is a safe clean room. I never expect much. The safe part was great. Gated parking and locked lobby. No access without pin or key. Seemed clean at first but i woke up with mutiple spider or bug bites.

Could have made the pool more accessible for everyone. Continental breakfast wouldn't be bad either. Besides the late night party next door to my room ending at four something in the morning when I had to be at work at 5:00 6:00 would have been more enjoyable sleeping

This is by far the worst hotel room that I have ever stayed in. In fact, I chose to leave an hour after I had arrived. The bathtub was in real poor shape (filthy), the floor of the hotel room was dusty and it had no less than a half a gallon of wall paint on the floor, perhaps someone spilled the pain on the floor and didn’t bother to clean it up,. The television and the nightstand would not turn on.

I know it was not just my room. I had a friend who was staying the next room over and he said the same thing. The front desk is so slow at answering calls. The items in the room were worn down and deteriorating as well.

My first room had indications of spilled painting which was not cleaned up. Limited or no hot water for showers. Shower/bath faucet leaked and sprayed onto bathroom floor even after pulling the shower curtain. Floor was uneven and desk chair rolled easily into corner of room. Security feature individuals used a rock to pry open the back door.

The electrical was dangerous, the bathtub needed replacement, the whole facility is outdated and old, and there was a cockroach in the room. The room smelled unpleasant.

This place was very dirty and unsafe. Drug addicts and drug deals happening in the parking lot out front. There was no hot water for a shower, cockroach in the room.... very disappointed

No frills, but gets the job done. Bed was comfortable but room looked worn and dated. Liked the gated off parking for guests, ice machine and two room lights didn’t work. Mild inconveniences on a cost benefit basis.

I had also called 2 hours prior to my arrival to confirm that we were coming, and was not told about the overbooking issue. The night manager finally called a supervisor, who told him to give me a particular room. The night manager asked, "is that room okay to be used?" It was not. The room was filthy, stains in the tub/shower, squashed bug on the floor, bullet hole in the outer window, rusty screw on the toilet seat, chewed gum stuck on the headboard, mini-fridge not working. At 1:30am, someone opened the door (thankfully I'd used the latch) and shouted into the room, "Why is the door locked, who's in there?" When I responded that the room was rented, he apologized and said he was maintenance, and they usually use the room as a break room. The next morning, I explained what happened, and the 2 staff members (Alex the night manager, and Jessica) were completely unapologetic, and rude when I told them my associate and I would not be staying any longer. I cancelled my remaining 2 nights, and asked for a refund. I'm still fighting with them for the refund on my prepaid reservation. It's not allowing me to attach my photos below.

Please do your self a service do not stay here, the toilet was clogged and when I reported it they gave me a plunger and the front desk guy said I don't get paid enough to unclog toilets, no hot water and when I wanted to leave and not use my second stay they said no refunds, but you are paying for a service that it is not provided. The place is run-down the furniture scraped the bathroom disgusting, according to sources they have been having problems with not having hot water for 3 months at least and the owner does not want to buy a new boiler, and the place is in a bad part of town the cops that showed up to kick me out because I complained ended agreeing with me and told me next time you visit Phoenix do not stay in this area I was told they caught people smoking Fentanil, doing drugs horrible the doors are patched up like they forced them to get in, terrible.

Meth heads everywhere, prostitutes in and out of the hotel & on the property. People's pets roaming the parking lot. Horrible smell. Bad plumbing, old, dirty, beat-up furniture. I will Never stay here again. The front desk people & maids were nice.

We stayed there for three days it was no hot water at all. through the 3 days we didn’t get any service. It was only 2 towel for the three days and the room smell bad. Very bad experience I don’t recommend this hotel for anyone.

The property was dirty an had Roaches an when i found them in my room i asked for my money back cause i was leaving. An they said i signed a paper saying i agreed to as is. Unacceptable! When confronted about the roaches, the first thing said from the employee was i thought they called the exterminator. So they knew an i should have been made aware if they were not gunna be given my money back. I will be pursing to het my money back some how

Myissed my husband's hospital review, to qualify for long term care. I have severe hea mylth conditiins and my husband requires full time, long term care. I am incapable of providing that for him. We are checking out now. We had intended to stay a few more days as I live over 80 miles from medical facility my husband is in but I cannot stay somewhere in this condition as I have severe breathing problems and medical conditions that would not be able to tolerate this kind of situation. Dusty r tops, dirt etc.

The door to the room was very weak someone could have easily pushed open the door the lock on it was broken. TV stations didn’t come in clear they were all fuzzy. Bathroom was dirty room was not updated very old features. Atmosphere was shady there was a guy parked in the back as soon as I went outside to smoke he saw I was a guest there and came up to me small talked me and when I used my card to open the door he followed me in I know he didn’t have a room there he had a grocery bag full of beer. Very shady and gross motel don’t recommend it
