We checked in and was accidentally given a room that had already been assigned. The next room assignment the refrigerator was unplugged. We plugged it back in and then left for dinner. When we returned the refrigerator smelled funny and still was not cold. We informed the staff at checkout about the refrigerator. Otherwise, all other aspects of our stay was superb.

There's a hot breakfast, but I found it a bit hit and miss. The first day featured cold, gray tater tots, though the eggs and sausage were fine. The second day was much better, everything was hot and properly cooked. Overall, great for what we needed.

The breakfast was good and the property was very clean and welcoming. The front desk staff was wonderful, kind, personable and efficient. The mattresses were the firmest mattresses I have ever slept on.. Not comfortable at all. My 4 year old spilled a drink on the floor and the breakfast worker called him "a naughty boy," and said, "shame on you"

It is a good place that could be excellence but unfortunately, a number of guests take advantage of the free breakfast and bring their unruly children downstairs and basically they disturb what would otherwise be a fantastic experience. Hotel management sort of turns a blind eye I don’t understand why, especially since they don’t charge for children under 16 so you can see that a loss leader misbehaved child is not going to get them to the palace.

The rooms are clean and updated, quiet at night, and lots of restaurants/shopping close by.

The stay overall was ok. I wasn’t aware of no pets being allowed, that was a bummer. The pool was nice but a little small also, the hot tub was filled with yucky mucky water, wonder what else is hidden in plain sight. The breakfast was a plus but again in a room with dirty walls and god knows what those brown stains could be, it could have been better… overall staff was great could be more helpful and knowledgeable. I rate it a 3 out of 5

We actually had an issue with Travelocity’s booking, paid for two nights they only booked one for us. The hotel was great though and made sure we got taken care of.

I had an accident while showering. I fell off from the bath tub and ended up outside. Thank god I didn’t hit my head but I did hurt one of my arms and butt. I went down and tell them and the guy only said “ I will let them know” he didn’t even ask if I was ok or not. And obviously did not apologized. The next day while checking out I asked for a copy of the report and they gave me the wrong one. I need someone to take this seriously because if I would’ve hit my head I could’ve been a different story.

A ways out north, depending on where you need to be. The Cleaning staff rep was courteous, attentive and friendly. The gym was basic but served its purpose with dumbells & treadmill, bike & elliptical. Decent pool. Parking handy. Can’t beat the price of free breakfast if you’re thing, but didn’t try breakfast offering a pretty standard free b-fast depending on preferences with bagels, yogurt, pre-cooked egg omelette patties, & a waffle machine, & limited fruit options. Decided to go to iHop in parking lot instead. Did try a cappuccino from machine - however, it was not good. There were several other full coffee cups left behind…perhaps a little market research for them to consider??? Decided to go offsite for our morning Java a block north west for a tasty latte near a Harmon theatre which was tasty! Property was clean inside and out. Beds we’re in nice shape and comfortable however, we did have poor sleeps each of our (4) nights with inconsistent A/C issues being either blowing too hard, too cold, or not blowing at all making it either freezing or clammy to sleep. When the A/C did blow, it was quite a noisy fan. Needless to say was not the best sleeps we’ve experienced in a hotel for the value and our rating.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and well kept. The only issue we had was the hot tub broke after out first night there and the pool was freezing. Other than that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a big room (ours had a big balcony) at a nice clean hotel.

Night shift staff is awesome. Unfortunately, the property managers did not understand how important internet is...There was no wifi for my entire 4 day stay and they had a "no big deal, we're working on it" response...For a place called Executive, they should recoginize how important wifi is. Four days is a long time to be without internet when you rely on it for work. The waste of money paying for this hotel was really depressing and there was no compensation offered for the lack of internet.

Bathroom toilette clogged when we arrived and had to change rooms. Shower door does not have any way to lock it, really bad with kids. Shower curtain was to short and allowed water to flow out of tub where you could see the paint on the wall by tub had bubbles and felt wet so you know that mold is under the paint. No additional blankets for rooms.

Room did not have washcloths stocked. And found items in room from previous customers, so room was not thoroughly cleaned.

Breakfast layout was good and I appreciated having steamed vegetables available. Loved the coffee on demand machine.

I stay at this hotel while was on business trip. I went to work at day time and put the “Privacy” do not disturb sign on board. And when I came back after work I found the room is cleaned they throw away my important documents I had in the room and stole my food. I talked to the manager front desk plus the owner but they all were full of ego and showed no care at all. This place is not safe at all. Plus the wifi there is terrible never connect and don’t expect you will get any help from staff. I will not recommend this place at all and will advise you to stay away and find a safer place which truly deserves your money and have staff show your values.

The staff is friendly. Upon check in my room smelled like food, trash wasn't discarded, there was no body wash (container was empty) or soap in the room and no wash cloths. It was mostly issues surrounding housekeeping. The breakfast was ok. I'd suggest IHOP across the street

Our bathroom faucet and tub did not drain, so water would pool in both. The complimentary breakfast was not enjoyable, and the pool railings were loose, and unsafe.

Happy Valley, not so happy. Very clean, smells clean beds and pillows are comfy, shower is nice with adequate water pressure. But the gentleman who checked me in heckled me a little for having a child with me for a king bed. He said it was a fire hazard. I had no idea, never heard that before. Just seemed unnecessary to make me sweat after driving all day and a grumpy kid next to me. Regardless he was kind enough to let it slide. Maybe cause he had no other option. Everything else was about as expected. Different guy in the morning was a little friendlier

My check- in was quick and easy, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They demonstrated excellent customer service skills and maintained a positive attitude throughout my stay. Parking was convenient, with plenty of spaces available to choose from. The location was also a highlight with the wide of a variety of nearby restaurants and shops to explore breakfast was freshly prepared in the morning in a pretty nice selection of options overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Second time I stay at this hotel, the location is great, the hotel itself is great and the staff very attentive. I have saved it as a favorite when in the Phoenix area.

They should tell you there is a master switch on the wall for the range and microwave. Advertised as tub shower. This was only a shower which was disappointing. I prefer a tub.

The staff and property itself was good. Hot tub was out of order and the pool is on the back side of the hotel so it was all shade and no sun to lay out. The stopper in the sink didn’t work and no one came to fix it. And while I enjoy cold drinks the mini fridge froze everything including a veggie tray and salads.

The manager is great and the breakfast as well! The TV doesn't have a guide so I had to flip thru channels and write down the ones I liked. My BIG concern was the day of check out and my flight was canceled and asked to stay one hour later. The kid behind the counter told me I could stay till 11:15 and I told him I would do my best to be out by then. While I was checking out exactly at 11:15 he tapped on the door I told him hold on and he opened the door! Thank God I was decent and if anyone else stays there just make sure to lock that top lock so this can't happen to you! Other than that it's a decent place the manager is awesome just some of the workers have to be better with the customers.

Terrible Don't stay here. We reserved a couple of weeks in advance because we were flying in at night. When we arrived in Phoenix we were told our room had been given to someone else. We found ourselves late at night in a strange city with no place to stay

We will no longer be staying at any Best Western Hotels. We booked this hotel for January 14th through the 19th and January 21 & 22. Our flight from Spokane Washington was canceled due to fog. I contacted the hotel on the 14th, but they refused to cancel the reservation and charged me the full amount. The hotel stated their policy was to deny any refund unless 24 hours' notice was given. We expected to lose the charges for the 14th. The remaining days would qualify as having given 24 hours' notice. The hotel refused any refund or credit and simply kept our money. We are frequent travelers and have enjoyed Best Western Hotels. The one in Caen France treated us like Royalty! This policy is very unfair to travelers. We were cheated out of 6 days of fees for the two rooms we booked. Best Western Hotels may have suckered us out of about $1,500.00 for this booking, but they will never see another dollar from these frequent travelers. We will share this often with others.

Front desk was friendly. Came right up when we called that the safe was locked closed. Only complain is the air conditioning unit is very loud when the fan comes on. They closed the pool when rain is expected. Food was good and had bigger choice than expected. The kitchen room was fullly stocked with pans and dishes. Had a small full size refrigerator and a dishwasher. That was a nice surprise. But in room 320 that fan made it, where you not want to use it!!

When we checked in our room, we discovered a large black flying beetle on the wall. We called Front Desk at 10:33 PM but was put on hold for an extended amount of time. The AC also made a loud noise throughout the night. Upon check out, I did make mention of my concerns but was returned with a request to call or return later to speak to a manager. Overall stay was not pleasing. Thank You.

The only thing that made the stay uncomfortable was the pillows. Even 3, they go flat but feel like a pile of bricks. I'd suggest bringing your own pillows if you are able to save your neck. But I would definitely recommend staying here.

I had a friend to visit and my A/C went kaput! My house was over 100 degrees inside! We were able to get a room for two nights and AIR CONDITIONING! Life saver! We had a very nice time.

Upon walking up to the front desk to check in I had to wait for the receptionist to finish putting on her chapstick before she would even greet me. Not friendly at all. The rooms AC was off when i went into the room. I had to get insyructions on how to turn it on from the powerstrip with a reset button because the wall control didnt work. It felt like 90 degrees walking into the room. Very uncomftable.

We enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly. The pool and grilling area is very tiny, with a capacity of 9! The pool also closes early at 9 pm every night. Despite the pool area, we would stay here again.

The best western has definitely done some great remodeling in the hotel. We were on a road trip & had stayed at different hotels but this one was by far the best. The staff and even breakfast were enjoyable. Too bad we didn’t get to experience the pool yet.

Place was clean and new. Beds and pillows are very comfortable and I was placed in a quiet room. All fixtures are up to date. It is near freeway and stores but is still quiet. No charge for parking or WiFi, although they need a better password. The pool was nice and clean. The shower faucet is upside down and you have to turn it to cold to get it hot. If you turn it to hot, you get tepid water. The pool lock is unresponsive after 8 pm. You have go to the front desk to get access, which is allowed to 9 a.m. the pool towels are very small and in the evening they are brought inside and you have to go to the front desk to request the pool towels. My room was not cleaned for the entire stay. I guess their policy is to clean it every other day but that is not stated anywhere on a sign or in Expedia or in the check in paperwork. I didn’t even get the every other day cleaning. The Expedia description should be updated. If you don’t mind little issues, overall it is a good value and the staff if nice and helpful.

It was fine. The AC wasn’t working when I entered the room. It was hot inside as outdoor temps were over 100 degree. I call customer service desk. & I was instructed how to reset the wall AC unit to make it function during my stay.

It is kinda far from main attractions and alot of amenities in greater Phoenix, but for business purposes its about 20 minutes from airport and quiet for working/business needs. Very nice, new, clean hotel. The room was large and the bed was comfy. The staff was friendly. No complaints and would stay here again when in the area.

Front desk check in guy Joe was very rude and clearly doesn’t like his job. Didn’t say hello or welcome to the hotel. Was doing something else on the computer and didn’t even look at me just said what do you need. Another girl tried to help me and he yelled at her and told her to take her dinner.

This location is close to many restaurants and shops , which was nice . However The staff walked into my room prior to knocking , which was concerning . The breakfast and coffee was not great even though it was included.

Excellent service extremely friendly staff. Clean rooms great location. Jacob was very friendly and front desk very helpful. Bed is comfortable need better pillows .

The room was fine. The bed was a little bit on the hard side for me. The main issue was that we reserved an accessible room. And mention this at check-in also. But was given a regular room. So it was a little difficult to get into the shower having had a knee and hip replacement.

My wife and I had a nice stay at this property. The amenities are what you would expect from a Best Western, rooms are clean and staff was friendly. Surrounding area has plenty of dining options, a grocery store etc. no complaints for our short stay in the Phoenix area.

I had booked this trip far in advance which included 3 rooms. Due to recently established US Government Regulations for a meeting in Phoenix involving intelligence, i was not able to bring 3 students who were originally part of the meeting. I had a signed letter which explained the situation - and i requested a refund on one reservation for 2 of the 3 rooms (i reqeusted this ~10 days before the stay). I was tolkd the Best Western Manager refused the request. I have therefore communciated with the US Corporate Sponsor and the Local Organization in Phoenix not to include Best Western Plus Executive Hotel on any future recommendation hotel options. When i asked to speak to manager upon check-in, the Reception Person was rude and said it's hotel policy to deny any refund/cancelation requests. I won't be staying in a Best Western again in the future.

This hotel was so clean! Breakfast was good.. Jacob in housekeeping was AMAZING!!!

I asked for a receipt at checkout and was told I would need to go through the 3rd party that I made the reservation with and then the young man at the front desk told me very rudely "you can leave now". AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

It’s a nice hotel but I won’t stay again. The “breakfast” was below par and the coffee was worse I’ve had in a very long time. Not a nice start to the morning.

The hotel was ok for a one stay . The breakfast was terrible .

Business channel. Even though they were listed their channel guide. I was told by one clerk it would fix in one day. The next day I asked a different clerk, and she called out a woman from the back. She said she did realize that those channels were not working. I just surmised the owners didn't like those channels and had them deleted.

Overall a very modern look and feel. The room itself felt like a hospital room with extremely high ceilings and echos to go along with it. The AC unit was one of the loudest things I’ve ever heard. I had a tough time deciding between my sleep being interrupted by the noise or by the heat if I turned it off. Ultimately I dealt with the sound and slept horribly. I’m in this part of Phoenix for events regularly. Won’t be going back here.

Newer Best Western was wonderful only one hiccup the sink in our room drained very very slowly

So I thought this place was going to be great. So late so night laying in the bed I look over and there are bugs crawling in my bed. Instantly disgusted I called the front desk. I said hey there are like bugs in my bed and he said yeah we have a beetle problem and they are everywhere there is nothing we can do about it. I asked to speak to a manager and there wasn’t one available. Totally unacceptable. I want to be compensated for this but I doubt that will happen. Never will stay here again! Neither should any of you!!!
