This is a great place to stay with your family

Location Room in poor repair. Most outlets didn’t work, toilet ran constantly, hair dryer broken, tiny pillows, no bath mat, room smelled of mildew, TV constantly lost programming. Clerk that worked evening of Monday 6/8 offered no solutions like a room change or even an apology.

Nothing The carpet in #212 had a awful smell. And when we arrived there wasn't a clean room ready for us. It was after 3pm when we arrived. Then the kids across the hal in #213l kept knocking on our door and running that night. The room phone didn't work so I called downstairs from my cellphone. The floor had 2 sink holes in it that I stepped in unexpectedly ?vThe shower water wouldn't get hot only warm. Then lastly around 7 something the next morning the dog across the hall started barking and wouldn't stop. The barking went on for 30-45 minutes. The front desk said they were trying to reach the owner about it. My stay was very unpleasant and wasn't peaceful at all. I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied.Im requesting a full refund. We came there for rest and relaxation because of some family health issues I've been dealing with. But it didn't happen. Once again I'm very unsatisfied and want a full refund.

Great for what it is, just spent the night. It was clean and that's all I needed.

Definitely a place worthy of less than $100/ night. 2 star is well earned. Staff were superb. Breakfast seriously lacking. Quiet area a nice plus. Worn out carpeting. Updating Definitely needed.

Our two night stay here was awesome. Our television wasn't working and the front desk manager replaced it immediately. Everyone was really nice and great customer service.

The hotel is getting old and need to be renovated. Its has nice staff and very professional.

The ac was terrible in our room. It would cycle on and off throughout the night and i did not like the bedding on the bed. Whoever heard of putting the blankets over the comforter. Another problem was we could not get Tv to work. The third problem was the shampoo bottle was empty in the shower and there was no soap in tge bathroom either. By the sink there was a thing of lotion on wall, but still no soap. Very unsanitary. One of the lamps by the bed was also broken and just dangling off the wall. Also it was very noisy most of the night.

Can’t close the bathroom without struggling. The floors are curved (bulged/not level) tip down between bed and entertainment where refrigerator and microwave are. The walk way between them are very narrow. I fear for future guests where they can get hurt if the entertainment falls on them

Room 228 is ate up with bed bugs I come home with bites all over my body I will never stay here again and will be contacting the property about this disgusting mess

Clean room, bed was awesome, great location for the Pro Am Archery tournament. The staff at the front desk were so helpful and friendly. One if them came to our room to check our remote. Parking was great!! Breakfast was good.

Uhmmmm, the staff is great! But the overall cleanliness needs huge improvement. If there is mold on a seal you should probably fix that, also if an end table is basically rusted out probably time to get a new one.

There was a roof leak right outside our door, had to step around the bucket to get in. The bed had some hairs in it. The floor was tile but when we walked in it was wet with condensation, took hours to dry , the hot water temperature was turned so low, it was just a lukewarm shower at best, and the sink pressure was pitiful. Overall I wished we had booked somewhere else.

Didn’t know the room was at the very end of hall and all night long someone was walking back and forth slamming washer and dryer and then when they finally went to bed after 12am the door down stairs must been broke because at 5:30 am to 6am all I heard was the door open and slamming shut , and then there was the room at first glance it looks great but the bed is extremely hard, tossed and turned Al night and the toilet paper holder is pulled completely away from the way and the tub had debris in the drain I sucked it up and told myself it was a great experience because I would never stay here again and this is actually my second visit the first time was great but this time canceled that

Where to begin. The hotel had NO elevator, The bathroom door would not lock, The bathroom door would get stuck on the floor and you'd have to kick it to get it to open fully, the bed was hard as a rock, there was no carpet, only cheap vinyl mat, the water in the shower would NOT get hot at all, the air conditioner barely worked, the bedside outlets one side didn't work at all and the other whatever you plugged into it would just fall out, the wifi was terrible. Over all a future hard pass for this hotel. 0/3 for "Quality" Inn so far this month.

Lights not working, tv not working, gunk in the shower. These issues were corrected before our second night. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of hot water.

Sink in the room barely drained. There were multiple stains on carpet and a burn mark on the desk chair.

The people in the room above us keep us awake for two night. Called the front desk and reported it. It would stop for about an hour and started back up. The hotel REFUSED to give credit for part of the stay.

Front desk staff was good. Room was disappointing. Roaches, mold on shower curtain, and walls have no sound proofing at all. Also on the first night we notified the office that our tv was dark over half the screen. Never fixed. Dirty bath cloths, also the phrase free breakfast should never be associated with this hotel. We will not stay at this location again

Room was large enough. Hard to cool the room down when the curtains cover the A/C. Front desk needs to review the ADA laws for service dogs.

I've stayed here before a couple of times when I'm playing in the civic center. Room is always clean. Bed is always in the middle of the road. Parking is easy..

The room was extremely cold and other turning a/c no way to warm the room. The refrigerator did not work. Our room was olddirty and extremely run down; curtains were droopy; lampshades were lopsided. I understand we travel our pet but he is well trained. The only positive thing was the young lady checking us in was quite friendly.

We had to wait at check in for at least 10 min before someone came to the counter. She apologized, said she was helping someone. We did not have breakfast, other than that no problems, decent place to stay.

Air conditioning in 128 struggled a little…it didn’t seem to cool well, but with my service animal, I appreciated being right by the outside door in 128.

Room smelled like cat pee. Bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The shower didn’t drain properly. Cockroaches in the hallway. And people partying in the parking lot after hours.

My stay was great, I just wish there were more hot breakfast items.

The AC was LOUD! The outlets are so loose, nothing stays plugged in! Breakfast was okay... it had cereal, oatmeal, bagels, muffins... the pancake maker was broken. Would have liked bigger cups for coffee, but it was good. I was a little disappointed that they didn't offer bottled water or coffee during the day or evenings. And that the vending machines weren't working (and not full) but they were waiting on the guy to fix it. Also, the detergent and fabric softener dispenser was out of order, which was difficult without having a store nearby. The gas station next door was convenient- a little sketchy for some. Employees were friendly. Overall, I would definitely stay here again... clean, comfortable and a great price!

Great little place that is conveniently located near Ft Benning. Rooms are big, roomy, and clean. Staff is kind and helpful!

Mold on the window and the all the where so loose that nothing would stay plugged in. Had to move out the bed some to get to a usable plug-in. Besides that the lady at the front desk was nice and the room was pretty basic.

My son was sleeping with me in room 107, in the bed closest to the door my son slept and suddenly had bites on his arms and legs. I was so upset we just left without a word to the front desk on the second day. I had forgotten to take pictures of my son’s arms and legs but to the say least we will never stay at this hotel again. The noise in the room above made things more difficult to relax.

We rented 3 rooms.. When we first got there the fridge didn't work and they moved us 2 doors down. that was the only problem we had. And the lady came right up and gave us the other key. It smelled great and looked clean. Would stay again. Only thing was, no elevator so being there was 3 groups we had a lot stuff but would stay again

The area around the hotel didn’t seem very safe. Our family had an issue with an unstable man smoking pot in the smoking area and made us nervous.

Easy access. Available parking. Pool breakfast but please take the waffles pics off the wall when you only have pancakes. Thanks.

The price was so reasonable, I was skeptical about the facility. This was one of the cleanest, safest hotels I have ever stayed in. It was walking distance to great restaurants and shops.

I was there for only night. The check in clerk was nice helpful n friendly. My room was on the 2nd floor n the hotel didnt have an elevator. I was nit able to use the stairs so she put me in her handicap room on the first floor. Thank you for doing that

I am disabled. The staff was rude. They wouldn’t help me even when the luggage cart fell on to of me in the parking lot. They rushed me to get out and then charged me $250 after I left because I had to slide the mattress off the frame to get something and couldn’t push it back!

The room wasn’t very clean and the lamps shades were broken and the thing was hanging off the walls.

We stayed for four nights, hotel was clean, quiet & what we needed for a temporary situation. I would recommend staying here if for whatever reason you’re in Phenix city Alabama. lol.

Only stayed one night and although it was obvious that owners put forth the effort to keep the property clean (the odor of cleaner and room freshener is obvious in hallways) the decor is dated and the floor was soft in areas in our second room floor. Staff was polite and helpful but twice clarified my room number loud enough to be overheard by another patron in the lobby - something I thought they stopped doing decades ago … especially because I was traveling alone with my teen daughter.

The a.c unit was really loud, but all and all not bad. We had a softball tournament so was not in the room much. But it was good place to sleep and shower

Was greeted by a friendly person at the counter. Rooms just seem very old and had thin walls.

Propery was right by a gas station. The place was very clean, so was the pool. The breakfast was decent for a quick grab and go. They had vending machines, one was out of service tho. They had guest laundry. Staff was very nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable and they provided plenty of pillows that were comfortable as well.

Our stay was great. We were able to take our dogs and they did great. I will stay here again.

Had trouble finding the location..called the fromt desk for help with directions only to have no guidance or help on that end...had to sleep in my vehicle...never will i book again. Poor customer service

They have put a lot of effort in updating the rooms. Staff could not ha e been nicer. Need to open pool and get better ice machines.

It was inexpensive - which was fabulous. The breakfast & coffee was ok and nice to have something available. I guess I didn't like the tile floors in the rooms. I understand that it's probably easier to keep clean than carpet. We accidentally dribbled water on the floor and when we wiped it up, our cloth was black. So, I guess the cleanliness of the place wasn't the best. The staff was super nice and helpful.

Nice place and after the nightmare start to the trip this is the place to be! If you have a kiddo in Basic at Ft Moore this is a great place with options around for eating

We stay here every time we visit our son, who is in the Army. It is always clean and the staff is friendly. Great room for the money.

The floor in our room felt slanted. There was no hot water in the shower. One of the beds sounded like it had metal springs. You could hear people down the hall shutting their door- no sound proofing. Our room was not made up the next day. When I went to the desk to ask for towels I was told I had to go get my dirty towels to trade in .

Dingy, dark room, lights didn’t work, pillows too small. Definitely felt like a cheap budget motel.

Upon arrival the desk clerk seemed unfriendly but warmed up as she checked me in - my first impression was totally wrong. She was concerned that we would be on the second floor with no elevator and quickly offered to change that. I said as long as we are on the back side of the building it didn’t matter. She accommodated us. It went downhill once we got in the room. Loose toilet seat, broken window with tape on the glass to hold it together, a tv that had to be touched to turn on or off (remote could only change channels or volume), the bottle of conditioner that was half full and a couple roaches that were disquieting. The bed sheets wouldn’t stay on the mattress and the bed was so tall you almost had to jump up to reach it! As sweet and helpful as the staff were, it was hard to overcome the condition of the room. Great price but you give up a lot for the savings!

Older motel that has had recent refurbishing. Lobby nice. Vinyl plank flooring in place of carpet. Consequently, could hear through the walls more than most motels. Staff was great. For the price was adequate. It was clean.

Check in was very easy and the lady was very nice. I was very pleased with the room and it was very comfortable.

Nice clean property. Staff very nice. Walls a bit thin as a lady in a nearby room found it necessary to yell to wake up her boys at 6 a.m. That wasn't the hotel's fault. Just an inconsiderate guest!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. During the first half of our stay, the cleaning staff didn’t check our room every day, so our trash wasn’t emptied daily and we didn’t get clean towels daily. It was better the second week.

The breakfast was lame, they never set up the pancake machine. Room still had food trash on the floor. Had 3 people staying and barely enough towels for 2 for 1 day. We were staying 3 days. People were smoking inside halls.

The room was clean but not spectacular! But comfortable for our needs...mainly a place to sleep. Didnt like the wash basin being outside of lavatory room and cleaning on request only, Best thing was the STAFF. They never hesitated on any request and was always accomdating and prompt!
