Travelodge by Wyndham Perry National Fairgrounds Area I-75

Although the property was a little rundown, it was quite clean, smelled nice, that was acceptably comfortable. The woman at the desk at check-in was incredibly friendly and professional, and made sure I had everything I needed for my steak. Would happily stay here again, great value for the price!

It was a pleasant stay the only problem we experience it doesnt have a work space or ethernet plug in the rooms for traveling workers that work from home and some protein & juice on the breakfast bar overall the stay was very pleasant the staff was very helpful and friendly place was very clean! Beds was clean and comfortable!

A good mattress goes a long way!!! You can tell it's and older property, like not updated, however, it was clean and you can the property is well taken care of. Could use some updating in the bathrooms.

Very convenient to the fairgrounds, but this is an older hotel. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired and was very basic.

The building is very old, and while they have done some remodeling, it still shows its age. The bathrooms in particular were outdated and frankly the shower was disgusting. While the shower appeared to have been cleaned, a shower of that type, that is that old, is only going to get so clean. Combine that with the fact that the shower was very slow to drain and you get to shower in a pool of dirty shower water. Gross. Breakfast was adequate, although there were no juices, which I found odd. The hotel wasn't so bad that I wanted to leave in the middle of the night, but next time I would spend a little extra money and stay elsewhere. The customer rating on Expedia was 8+, but this was definitely not an 8+ hotel.

I smelled weird, like moth balls. The floors are uneven. No elevators. They need new blankets pillows,and mattresses they are clearly past their use life.

The staff at this hotel is attentive and friendly and try to be helpful. The hotel is clean, and the breakfast is average, with a waffle maker. Our single-queen room was had a comfortable bed, microwave, and fridge. The AC worked well enough, though was a bit noisy. Our biggest issue was that we had reserved a room with a bathtub, and we even received a confirmation email that we were assigned to a room with a bathtub. When we arrived, however, we were told there was only one bathtub room in the whole hotel and it was not available due to a maintenance issue. We will not stay here again for that reason.

Parking was tight, but sufficient. Breakfast was not a lot of hot food, mostly carbs and sweets.

A friend and I stayed for one night to break up a long drive from Florida to Wisconsin. Nice, quiet hotel with outdoor pool. Pretty limited breakfast, but nice room, older tv and no microwave. Plenty of hot water and nice shower. A fair value for the price. Would stay here again.

The staff were fantastic. The room was clean and quiet. The only problem was the mattress needs repacement immediatelyt. There is a large deep hole you sink into on one side that makes sleeping unbearable. The other side is ol but makes one wonder .......room 133. Side farthest from window

I booked the hotel at 8 pm for the same night due to traveling cross country. We had 4 people and booked two double beds. Received an email at 9 pm saying now double rooms were available but a king plus pullout couch was. I called and confirmed this was okay and there would be no extra cost. Then at 10:45 received an email there would be a $40 surcharge for the "room upgrade". We arrived at 11 pm. For me having to sleep on a pullout couch vs. a double bed is a downgrade. They should have told me about the extra charge in time for me to cancel and find a new hotel. Management is clearly a mess. The worker at the desk was very nice I feel sorry for that person having to deal with chaotic management that does not care about customers or honest practice.

We didn't use the pool and the air conditioner was fine.

Clean room, except the refrigerator hadn’t been cleaned out from previous guest’s items. All in all a good value for the money paid.

Mattress was broken down, swaying in the middle

If you’re looking for a place to spend the night, this will do. Staff is friendly. Bathroom is very tiny but clean. The room could be cleaned better, there were crumbs on the floor and dust on some furniture. Really hated the polyester bed sheets, they would spark every time I moved in bed!!

Facility was clean. Staff was very personable - so accommodating. Went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. I would definitely go back and I will refer all of my friends/family who visit the south to stop at Andy and Bee Bee’s for the night. If you don’t you will miss out on a wonderful experience! Plus the bed was like sleeping on a cloud! So comfortable!!! Can’t wait to go back!

Just old muffins, no juice or milk. Nothing hot at all. Not even cereal. The hotel needs a lot of up grading. And no elevator. So anyone that is handicap will have problems. There is smell, the bathroom links and you can hear people in there rooms and going down halls.

This hotel is not advertised we booked in for 3 days when we got there and got our room key the room was absolutely disgusting. It had a weird smell I can’t describe it . The bed was so lumpy and we didn’t even sit on the bed you could see the bed was all lumpy like somebody slept on one side . The bathroom had hair everywhere. The room was very dark . We told the front desk we wanted to leave after being there maybe 3 minutes and they would not even give us a refund back . Stay far away we should have known when we pulled up and we were the only ones staying there . We ended up loosing out on money and booked another hotel .

Great for overnight and sleep

As soon as I was wheeled in on my wheelchair, I was quickly given a room that was handicapped accessible. The staff was not only very accommodating, but they were also helpful and supportive! The accommodations were perfect and the room was super clean!

The parking was very tight and the sidewalk is very narrow. It started raining when we were unloading and it was tough to push the trolley on the sidewalk. When you walk in, it is clean but it is very strong bleach. Not sure if they are trying to cover up something or just use strong chemicals. The room was very dated but clean. The ceiling had mold on it but you can't smell it or notice it until you lay in the bed and look up. The toilet flushed really slow and didn't have a lot of water so it took forever to fill back up. The bed was comfy and the A/C was ice cold! The breakfast is just a simple complementary breakfast, nothing special. At night there is loud music from people that park near and you could hear it from our room. Over all I would have to give this a 3 star. Nothing was specifically "wrong" and it is spot on for the price. Everywhere else was booked and there wasn't any vacancy because Buckarama was this weekend.

People need to know this property does not have an elevator. The front desk did manage to get me on a first floor but the A/C was not on when I went in and the room/floor were sticky and humid/damp.

Poor breakfast, no juice. Some of the staff was very rude. Only 1 working ice machine. Sofa bed advertised but not clean or made. Towels are stained. Pool dirty with bugs.

We were there for a week while in town for a horse show. The hotel was very clean, staff was super nice and helpful. Breakfast was good i just wish they had juice as i dont drink coffee. Parking is a bit cramped when you have the hotel almost fully booked with larger vehicles taking up spots. Only issue was vehicles kept parking not in spits amd sorta infront of where we were parked so it made it difficult to get out. Other than that we will be staying here again when coming back to Perry.

AC is very loud, Internet is too slow for the IPTV system they use so there is a severe lag. Rooms also have mice.

This travel lodge! Wow! We usually stay at Fairfield’s, Hampton Inn’s but everything was booked. Pleasantly surprised With clean and bug free!! !

Stayed 2 nights in king suite. Not really a suite, small with no coffee pot and most things in the room need updated. If you stay on second floor, no elevator so you have to make multiple trips up the stairs. Just an average hotel with few bells and whistles.

Nice clean hotel. Friendly staff. Convenient location. Could use a better mattress though. Would stay there again. There is a Cracker Barrel next door. No drawers for clothes; just a couple of shelves . Outlets are plentiful for charging your phone and devices.

I visit once a year on business at the fairgrounds. It is very conveniently located. The bed was comfortable. The staff were extremely nice. I'll be back next year!

The hotel is nice, clean and convenient. The only problem that I had was the AC. The AC cooled okay but it was not lowering the humidity. I would suggest the management make sure the AC is draining properly or install dehumidifiers.

The hotels was everything as advertised- It was refreshing to have someone at the front desk that was enthusiastic about his job and his hotel. He was very proud of the hotel and showed me various awards he had one. Given the obvious age of the hotel, I was amazed of the cleanliness. It was an excellent experience.

This property exceeded my expectations. The room and bathroom were very clean, the bed, pillows and blankets all comfortable and of good quality. I walked around the hotel and found the parking lot and landscaping well maintained and well lit at night. I would definitely stay here again

In our room the bathroom door was jammed. Hard to shut. Our bed was on a steel frame that was very noisy! You banged your foot on it every time you got in bed. Or sat down. Your breakfast has really gone downhill. My wife is not a coffee drinker. You used to offer juice at breakfast. At least you have water! I’m sorry, we will no longer be staying here.

The property was fine and my room was fine except for one thing. The mattress was absolutely horrible. My back hurt for several days after my stay.

Everything was wonderful at this property. The front desk checkin was quick, efficient and accommodating my needs. This would be a place I’d stay again for sure.

This property was old and cheap. The linens were clean but so limp and old that the towels were not absorbant. Most things in the room seemed.clean except the carpet. It was the old kind of dirt that is hard to vacuum up. I wore socks in the room. I will not stay at a Travelodge again -- even if it is less expensive.

Locate was convenient. However, there was someone hair on some towels and bed. The shower curtain needs to be cleaned, the bottom was kinda gross.

Apparently Expedia failed to notify the facility about the change in my arrival date. The manager made the change without issue. The facility was recently renovated, common areas had new carpet and paint. My room was exceptionally clean, floors were a vinyl wood plank and I felt nothing but floor under my bare feet. Great shower, water pressure was terrific. Mattress was firm but not hard; I slept great. My room had a comfy recliner which I really appreciated after 8 hours of driving. Waffle House and Cracker Barrel are walking distance. I went to Shane’s BBQ, about a 5 minute drive, had good BBQ. Gas station on the corner had very good prices. I thought it was a great value and I drive between Nashville and south Florida regularly. This will definitely be a regular stop.
