The property is well kept and the room was very clean with a comfortable bed. The shower was excellent! There was plenty of room for us to park with a U-Haul trailer behind the truck. Nice easy off and back on for an overnight stay.

We have stayed here twice a year from 2020 until now! The staff is always friendly, the rooms always clean, outside area is always clean and neat, it is very close to our event, it is very quite and the cost is very good! There was nothing !

How hard is it to take those dirty gloves off when waiting on a customer ? I don’t want whatever is on these gloves on my credit card or drivers license or room key . If you want your hands to stay clean then so do I ! I know you feel superior to black people but you are waiting on me ! So I deserve to be treated like a paying customer ! You have charged me for a double bed room over 40 times I’m sure and never issued a refund and I never complained about it . But you all get nastier the more I come here . And I do my best to keep it to a minimum. Trust me .

Clean rooms, not much of a breakfast. It served its purpose of an overnight stay on the way to Florida.

I got here and they refused to give me the room I booked online . So disappointed. Ms Regina was nice but Mike on the other hand , he gets really big headed and tyrant like around here . I regret being so loyal to this hotel .

Staff members are hit or miss . The property manager is a bit rude and never takes his gloves off to assist customers . Like he thinks he’s so superior to others . You’ve probably been handling dirty sheets and used condoms with those gloves and then you touch my credit cards and drivers license and room keys with those same dirty gloves ? Very disrespectful and unsanitary.

Very clean and well taken care of. Excellent price for what I received. Really better than many chain hotels in terms of cleanliness and value. The towels are too thin and rough. They need new towels. Otherwise no issues. Very good little inn. I’ll stay again when back in town

The property was clean, which was important. There were plenty of places to plug things in, but several didn't work. We were also a little concerned that there wasn't a second, back-up lock on the door.

It was perfect for a one night stay very friendly staff of towels. Good cable, exactly what I needed that night.

The place was clean the second we pulled in, I even said to my mother right away, “good choice.” The rooms were spotless, everything felt well kept, and the hot water was on point (always appreciated after a long day). What really stood out is how pet-friendly they are only $10 per pet, which is honestly rare to see. There’s even a designated pet area, which makes things super convenient. You’ve also got the basics covered with an ice machine, drink machine, and it’s within walking distance to Waffle House and a few other spots, perfect for quick bites. And if you’re visiting the fairgrounds, this location is unbeatable. Simple, clean, welcoming, and well-located, exactly what you want when you’re traveling. Would absolutely stay here again.

Pet-Friendly, Great Staff, mini fridge and microwave provided, but the condition of Rm 145 needs to be attended. Walls throughout need repair/caulking, re-painted, bathroom door replaced (broken and won't close); bathroom floors need to be replaced. It was hard to sleep on the first night there as guests in adjacent rooms were drunk and very loud. They were right in front of our door. Luckily the next two days were better. Exterior of buildings have been renovated.

We stay hear when travelling to Florida and back. Clean and quiet.

It has easy access to the highway. The room was clean. I was distracted by the Booking.com reviews and missed that it was a 1 star hotel. It was noisy. The beds had cheap mattresses. The walls had a lot of scuff marks, holes, and missing paint. There were nicer hotels for only $20 more but lower Booking.com reviews.

Location was great plenty of places to eat near by. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The bathroom looked a little dated Grout needed to be replaced, but clean.

Parking was easy I felt safe however the bathroom stank like urine

It's not a high-end property, but the price aligns nicely with the facility, which is ideal for what I needed, just a nighttime place to sleep. The staff was efficient and friendly, the property well-maintained and clean. I'll be back!

1st floor access, pet friendly and helpful host when we got locked out of our room. The door was locked to access breakfast, until I woke the host up and he made coffee but other than that there was nothing to speak of for breakfast.

This place is an older place, but has been redone and is super clean!!! Will stay there everytime I'm in Perry!! Nothing at all!

It was right off the interstate, so easy in easy out. It's inviting as soon as you pull in the parking lot. There were actually 2 trash cans in the room and they were a decent size too. Not a hot breakfast, except the coffee (or tea). But coffee is about the only thing I have for breakfast anyway.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is a quiet area. The price is fair. I do wish we had had blankets for the beds though. There was only a thin duvet on each bed.

The door to the front lobby check in was LOCKED..at 2:30pm in the afternoon. This should have been my first clue that this area of town was not safe.

We arrived to our non-smoking room. However it smelled like smoke, so much so that we could not stay. We have several small children, as well as me being pregnant. Due to booking through Expedia, I could not receive any type of refund. We just had to lose our money and find another hotel.

Decided to try Relax Inn while attending the fair! The facility is horrible; requested non-smoking room and soon as we walked in the smoke smell hit us. Beds were super uncomfortable and there is also a random window inside of the shower.

I was disappointed there weren't better food options and they advertise a papa johns discount, but when I entered it, it no longer was applicable. The hotel room smelled clean, it's just very old and I'm weary of using coffee machines or the soaps in older rooms like that. I've seen too much dust collect to trust those things. It's just fine. I'm personally going to stay in a different hotel next time I'm in town.

We came in very late at night. The gentleman working the check in desk was very courteous, kind and friendly. Because of that alone, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. To me, hospitality is one of the most important things, and as I said before, the gentleman that checked my husband and I in was wonderful.

We have 2 small dogs. We prefer lodging with vinyl plank flooring as opposed to carpet. Relax Inn had very nice vinyl flooring and was very clean and comfortable.

This a perfect place if you're looking for a place to sleep while on the road. We were passing through and were not looking for anything fancy, just a nice place for a good price and that is what we got. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. It was a quiet location, but not far of a drive to local attractions and restaurants.

good for an overnight stay. bed was comfortable, wifi was fast enough, heat/ac was adequate and not too loud. small tv, shower was ok but beware the knobs turn in the opposite direction. which can be an issue when you are trying to adjust it mid shower. room was clean, no odor, check in easy, staff was welcoming and pleasant. restaurants near by and close to the interstate. price was right breakfast was not so great but i wasnt there for the breakfast and stopped at a restaurant on the road.

Just needed a place to sleep while passing through, we have stayed here before. The room was clean but it needs some work. Still, for what we needed, it was great!

Not 10/00. Lots of great reviews that are not real, a 2 star hotel at best, it is an old and worn place that is bearable because of clean linens, needs lots of routine maintenance. grumpy Gus at check in through the bulletproof glass window adds to the atmosphere.

The beds were not easy to sleep on they were so hard. They keep it as clean as they can it definitely needs updating. Alot of the wall and baseboards are pretty gross. The bathroom is very tiny.

We have stayed here a couple of times. It is an older hotel, but it is always clean, comfortable and cheap. More so than the expensive chains.

Clean, courteous, comfortable and inexpensive. Can’t ask for anything better as we are just traveling through the area.

Good overall. Room smelled a little musty when we first opened the door. Left it open for about an hour then fine. Location is right off the highway which suited us for our 1 night stay. Great accommodation for someone just traveling south.

My family needed a place to stay for a couple of nights. I decided on this hotel because the price was good and the rates were higher than most in the area. This hotel is nothing fancy, but it was a clean and in a good area. The breakfast was only a few options, but they did have one. The only negative that I could say was the smell in the room. It wasn't bad, just a strong smell of cleaning products mixed with a musty old smell. It got better the longer we stayed. We would stay here again if ever in the area.

This is the cleanest little motel I've ever stayed in. It's old so could use some updating, but overall its in good condition. Room and property were spotless. Staff was very nice. Continental breakfast was basic but thats fine given the price. Will definitely stay again if we are ever in the area.

Easy access to interstate 75. Pleasant staff. Very clean

No frills, but clean and comfortable. We stop here on our way heading north on 75 and again on our way back home to break up the drive. For the price, the staff is friendly, the room is spacious and clean, with a comfy bed. Bathroom is outdated, but clean nonetheless which is all I can ask for when traveling. The shower was also great pressure and hot. Will stay again and do recommend.

This was our second year staying here while attending a local event and we plan to stay here again next year. The staff has been friendly and helpful during our stays.

Let me start by telling you, I am not a fan of sleeping in a strange bed...... 5* resorts included. We attended a horse show. There arent many options in Perry, GA. I looked at reviews for many Hotels/motels. I decided to go with the Relax Inn based on reviews. Its absolutely a no frills motel, however, the place looks to be in the process of renovations. Our room was really clean. No gross carpet....laminate floors were put in. The bedding and towels were really clean. The shower was also really clean. Water gets really hot and the water pressure is fantastic. The A/C worked fantastic. We stayed 2 nights and i will absolutely stay again if im ever in the area again!

Staff friendly and courteous, room was clean with new flooring and bed covers, AC worked well. Pet-friendly is always a big help when traveling with dogs. Surrounding area doesn't have much to offer in the way of restaurants, but downtown Perry was a short drive away.
