Nothing. Sketchy staff, took pictures with their phone of my card, room was covered in roaches. We left after seeing the room

Booked a room online, walked in and the walls had mold, balcony door was covered in mold and didn’t even close. when we told the front desk person, their response was “our housekeeper has been sick”. which i get, but at the same time, the housekeeper has nothing to do with the fact that the room was covered in mold. will never book here again. and the indoor pool was NASTY. didn’t even stay because it was so gross

Convenient to where I’m traveling and fair pricing. More attention to detail in cleanliness, breakfast is hardly nothing and the sliding door didn’t latch but the security bar kept it from opening. The was a major concern considering the property is right next to a major interstate.

Absolutely disgusting. Can’t believe people claimed this was okay for a family. Almost everything in the room was broken- hair dryer, iron, refrigerator, room phone, trash can… People smoking weed to the point it filled the hallway, THICK film of dust over everything, toilet water had film from such long term of no use, mold on towels, toe nail clippings in bed. Yet they refused to refund anything. $100 down the drain.

There was a lady at the front desk that was nice. The property was very unclean . All I had on my bed was a TORN UP fitted cover that was so torn it was falling off. Dirt , bug legs and god knows what else on the cover. Dirt on the floors, even the walls were unclean. I ended up leaving. I asked for a refund for my 4 days but was only refunded for a day. The breakfast that was there was literally only a couple hostess packs and some bananas . Nothing to choose from and quite embarrassing.

This is probably my 15th time staying at this hotel. Amazing staff and they make my stay enjoyable every time. I will say, the hotel does need some updating, no deny that. But the rooms as spacious, clean and the staff are amazing.

Was here for three nights during the Dog Show. This place was perfect. Large “yard” right outside the sliding glass door in the room along with a pool. Lots of space for the puppers to play and train. Would definitely stay again.

It was close to the highway and lots of truck noise all night. No breakfast as advertised. It did have an indoor pool, which was about 55 degrees F. The name on the hotel was not the same as on the reservation, which made it confusing. TV was cumbersome

Clean room and bathroom I had to wait in front desk at the door for over 15 minutes. I called number on posted note and ran the bell but it took forever. Not a good experience AT ALL! The “free” breakfast was very limited, we didn’t eat because there was so little.

Several people that were checking at the same time I was (around 6 families that I know of) that had prior reservations with conformations from booking sights were being told they did not a reservations in there name and were charging them around 100.00 more than what they had book for. This happened to my family, my daughter had booked a room for her daughter and husband but when the receipt was printed it had the original name that it was booked in, remind you that my daughter was not with us and no one can spell my daughters name correctly due to it is a combination of two names but there it was. They were price gauging!!!! Will not stay there again. Charging people more I ask to speak to the owner and was told he was out of the country. It has been a month now and still have not heard from him. Be very careful when booking at this location.

The bathroom mirror was dirty. There was only 1 packet of coffee in the room to make a single cup of coffee. (There were two of us.) Otherwise it was a clean comfortable room in a nice location.

The staff was terrible. We got to the hotel to check in about 11 pm or so and was told our reservations had been canceled and they wouldn’t check us in. We had to drive up the I interstate to find a hotel. I’m waiting for a refund.

My big disappointment was the inadequate "continental breakfast". No bagels, rolls, croissants, limited cereal and milk, old bruised fruit. This needs to be improved.

It was convenient and close to everything Our first room had no heat and the older gentleman at the front desk wanted to argue with me that the heat worked in every other room. He did not know why it was not working in our room did not offer to move us Also, they should not advertise breakfast because there’s really nothing there. There was some juice and coffee.

They didn’t have the free breakfast like advertised, the drinks in the soda machine were out of date and the sliding door to outside was broken.

For the price, I was expecting it to be livable at best like most cheap hotels. What I didn’t expect was an excellent staff who bent over backwards to make you feel at home and a spotless room. It’s older and dated if that matters to you but well ran and clean.

Great location. Lovely front desk agent. Pride shown in the upkeep. All the curb lines and sidewalks were edged. Minimal breakfast. Room was 51 degrees and took hours to get warm.

The price was right I mean really for the price not too many complaints I did see a roach and my tv was old and had some lines from it being pixelated but everything was fine

The new sleek modern ones have nowhere to put your toilitries when bathing! This one was great. Sufficient breakfast, good coffee in-room. Comfy bed and pillows. The hotel is transitioning from a franchised hotel to an individually owned hotel, so it's in the middle of renovations. For the price, I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was. They are a little outdated, but have everything you need. I like rooms that have a closet, coffee pot, frig, and micro and bathtub personally. The pool was clean, but jacuzzi drained. The breakfast was ok. All carbs, but they had a waffle maker, toaster, and creal. Fresh fruit was a plus. The staff was over the top accommodating. Neighbor looked a little rough at night, but during the day, we realized it was on a service road where all the hotels and restaurants were remodeling and improving. It looked like the whole area was on the up and up. We appreciated being able to park right in front of out room. Would definitely stay there again.

Being next door from omom and enjoying my new born son's first Halloween. Everything was fine except for one staff members attitude toward myself and my husband. Very rude. Don't know his name but do know he has a red dot on his forehead.

Was a very nice price for a nice room, the ac was cold and the shower was hot. All good for me. I cant speak to the breakfast as i slept late in the days i was there. The lock on the sliding glass door was a lil sticky but it worked. I would definitely stay here again.

Ad said hot items such as eggs, breakfast meats and etc., which was never served, not even packages of instant oatmeal. The fruit that was served was always fresh. The first afternoon when we arrived and were resting in our room, a small roach ran across the top of the chest where the TV sat. The noise from the expressway was very loud. The room was very clean except for the visit from the roach.

The milk and syrup were out of date in the dining. Orange juice smelled funny and was discolored. Butter was not sanitary. Staff was rude. Worst hotel experience ever.

They tried showing us other rooms and stated it was “due to a bunch of Mexicans just left” the next rooms they showed us was just as dirty. They double charged us and then refused to give full refund even though we were in there less than 30 minutes. Blood on the bed my baby was going to sleep on is disgusting and so unsafe. IT would be awesome if motels still had coffee in the lobby around the clock since the room made stuff is awful, and we need decafe badly as we settle in in the evenings.

Not my first time staying here, but definitely my worst experience. Not sufficient bedding for the time of year, no towels or toilet paper in the room upon arrival. Sliding glass door needs servicing and there was a dehumidifier in the room that was rather bulky. We also had issues with one of the rooms close to us smoking weed, and the whole hallway reeked of it, and it made our room smell, I was traveling with my 10 year old and 2 month old, so definitely not the things I want them exposed to. We did end up cutting our stay short because of the combined problems.

Pleasantly surprised with the spacious room, comfortable bed, and attentive staff. Last minute reservation on a long trip & thankfully we stopped here. Thank you, your breakfast staff was EXCELLENT and provided a fresh morning breakfast. Loved our Stay.

Over all it was a nice hotel for one night. Our room was clean and the A/C kept nice and cool. Minus the large dog barking everytime someone walked past the door and the noise of the interstate made it hard to sleep, just ask for a room not facing the interstate.

The bedroom itself was great. The bed was comfortable, big space for my partner and I. Where we stayed room 123 there was a door that had a locked door behind it which was a bit scary. The bathroom looked outdated but it was not terrible. It felt as if we were in an old country style house. The vending machine was broken. I would like it if they had ice buckets in the room and some waters. The tv’s channels did not work until the morning. The room itself smelled fine to us, it was the outside of the hallway that smelt like smoke. We had zero noise no one was loud, it was a great stay for the money we paid, we only stayed a night.

The Econo Lodge room was big, with 2 queen beds and 3 seperate chairs to sit on. The room was very clean and was very comfortable for the 4 nights we stayed. There are many restaurants in the area to eat at. The staff were very nice. If I was to give a negative it would be the lack of variety items for the breakfast. Food consisted of waffles, pre packaged muffins, 2 types of cereal, bananas, juice and coffee. Would of been nice to have hot eggs and bacon, oatmeal and since it is the south some grits. Other than that our stay was very comfortable. I would stay here again in the future.

Not very much of a breakfast bar. The Hot tub was not working and you could see that it hadn't been working for some time so don't advertise something you know that you are not going to fix. Be sure to have your sunglasses on when you walk in the hallway. The carpet is rather wild but for the money and just wanted a place to stay for the evening it was worth the money.

The room was very clean. It did not have any odors of cleaning supplies. It was a non-smoking room. The coffee pot was clean as well as the microwave. Everything was nice.

We come to Perry 4 times a year for dog shows. We usually stay on the show grounds, however we made a last minute decision to book a hotel due to the bad weather. I’m glad we chose this one! The room was nice and renovated. I absolutely loved the patio and huge field in the back for the dogs. The bed was comfortable. Next time, I will bring my own pillows though because 3 wasn’t enough for us. All and all, it was perfect.

House keeping staff was so rude. They entered the room without asking and forced us to checkout early. When I questioned they started shouting and miss behaved, I was about call police then some other staff member requested not to do so….. will never stay there.

Pretty lobby. Pleasant staff. Looks like renovations may have been recently done but not completed. Highway noise due to close proximity to I-75. Lots of nearby restaurants. I would stay here again.

Overall we had a nice extended stay and things were clean and pleasant. Just a couple things to improve. The out door pool was a bit dirty but the kids enjoyed it anyway. The dryer quit working and I had to fight for my $4 back which found ridiculous.

If you are simply looking for a very convenient, clean for the most part, place to stop on your travels, I highly recommend this hotel. Right next to I-75, gas stations and food places right there. Perfect hotel to rest your head during your travels. As long as long you don't expect "resort" type of experience because that is not what this place is about. This place is about someone buying it, cleaning it up and upgrading to a place a grandmother of two kids felt safe and enjoyed seeing her grandkids have fun while stopping for a place to just rest for a night during travel.

I see some people complaining and I dont get it. If you want the Hilton pay the Hilton price. All I need is a clean place to sleep and bathe. This place is right next to 75, has plenty of dining options and worked fine for what we needed. My only issue was the air conditioner was a little loud but even that was minor.

Much better than I expected. Very clean, cold a/c. Only let down is what looks like a hot tub is actually part of the pool and not warm whatsoever. Overall satisfied though.

The room was clean. It’s an older hotel but they take care of it. This is not a fancy place. If you want a clean place to lay your head for the night at a good price then this is your hotel.

The customer service was excellent. We had car trouble and were stuck on the interstate. It was getting late, so I called and the lady working the desk was so very sweet and nice. She helped us so we could keep the room we reserved. All the desk people were so nice and even watched our trailer that was parked next to the hotel for us. We appreciated everyone for looking out for us and helping us when things got stressful in traveling.

Our stay was ok. On our first morning no hot water, but was fixed fairly quick. On the website it states restaurant and lounge. That is not so. Was a little disappointed but, was ok with it. Plenty of restaurants close by.

Rooms were not thoroughly cleaned walls, base boards. Can tell had excessive water damage. Bedding was clean. I was double charged for room. Had to call to get credit back.

The room itself was great, the lady at the desk was super nice, the outside property was very clean. My only complaint was the inside pool and hot tub were too cool but my 2 yr old and 7 yr old loved it anyway.

Pig show week, nice room . Was a little skeptical from the outside appearance of the parking lot but was vwey pleased when we checked in and got to our room.

The stay was good. Safe area. Was charged $15 extra on my card. No one has been able to explain why. We had no incidentals. Was not refunded. Not happy with the extra charge with no explanation

The property is aged but very clean. Staff are pleasant. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very underwhelming.

Older hotel with some updates. Pool was good but building getting worn. The breakfast was very minimal. Waffles and cereal. The room smelled moldy so we used febreeze.

It was a fine room for what we needed. The only thing was that the a/c did not cool the room very well. We did not complain because we just wanted to sleep.

First the room had a sour smell like it hadn't been used in a while. And no hot breakfast only some stail cereal.

The hotel is a bit outdated with some updates. The only thing that kept me awake most of the night was the highway that is directly next to the hotel. Would stay again but would bring ear plugs. :)

Covid-19 makes all stays not good, wanted breakfast

Hotel was very clean. Bathrooms could use a remodel. Other than that it’s nice and clean. Joy was very informative and helpful. She made sure I enjoyed my stay!

This was not our first stay here, we stay here 2-3 times a year for events at the fairgrounds. This property is always great, more so if you are traveling with pets.

Paid for room with HOT breakfast, and went down for breakfast and there was not any being served. Would be nice to know this prior to booking. Had to run all over town to find something to eat for family and to get COFFEE!

It was ok. Room was fine. There was a weird smell in the hallway and a bit of garbage around the property from other guests.

We come twice a year to Georgia and I have to say this is by far the best hotel in Georgia that I’ve stayed at highly recommended!!

It was cheap and clean. Perfect for one night for a sports event for our son.

We went to Perry, Georgia to attend the Perry National State Fair. The hotel is close to the Fair and made it easy to come and go.

We were there for the fair. Booked a room about 2 months back. Checked in, and the first thing was the toilet wouldn’t flush. A gentleman came to the room and was plunging for 29 minutes, wouldn’t respond to questions ( later was told he spoke little English). After repacking what little we had we had to find another hotel due to being booked up, but was going to charge us for the night. I had to go downstairs speak with the gentleman in front and asked him to look at the time we clocked in and the hotel one I called with the problem. I got them to agree to give my money back, to go stay at Hotel 6, at 9pm, after a long day

Remodeling was going on. Just hope somethings get fixed. Pool was down ac wasn’t working in hallway. Carpet looked like it could use a shampooing. Kinda stuffy atmosphere.

Decent room. Clean and neat. Night manager was a bit difficult to deal with. Like he didn’t want to help you in any way. Night desk clerk was very helpful though. Didn’t have the time to check out the breakfast due to business to attend early both mornings. One plus is that it was right down the road from our destination. Overall it was a good stay.
