Staff were nice. The room was micro indeed. The window was blocked by the building entry facade with no view. The latches on the window were open. It’s as if they give the least desirable rooms to app reservations.

In the morning we were able to get a manager to switch the room. The other issue was the room keys had to be reactivated every 4 hours!!!

Where to begin? 1) The filters in the air handler were extremely dirty. 2) The toilet -- in and out -- was so dirty that my wife cleaned it. 3) The bedding had spots of faint yellow discoloration. Elevator floor was dirty. 4) Dirty light switch in room.

I stayed for a week, and only once did I receive maid services, which only consisted of emptying trash and replacing one towel. Bed was not remade, etc. I requested the manager contact me upon my checkout which still has not happened.

This hotel is such a steal for the money. The staff was sooo kind and it was clean and decorated for the holiday. We will definitely stay here again, it was our best stay in Perry. Breakfast was good and we had everything we needed.

Room was small but cozy and comfortable. The remote control for the TV did not work but the desk clerk was very helpful and first tried new batteries but that didn't work so she got one from another room. The ice machine on my floor did not work either but the one in the lobby did.

I got burned by the bottom of the coffee cups bursting two mornings in a row. The coffee burnt my sides and got all over my clothes. I told the staff and they did not seem to care. I had to ask for towels both days we stayed there. No one came to the room and emptied the trash

The staff at the front desk was amazing!! She was super friendly even at a late check in. We will definitely be back for next years NBHA Youth Worlds. Its convient being right there across from the barns.

The entire hotel smells of wet dog. The first room I booked smelled terrible, I was able to move rooms and it looked less than clean. My 3 night stay turned to 1.

Was trying to pay for early check-in but never got response so paid for a day didn’t need but place was very nice clean and well lit for late night arrival. Great breakfast and super nice employees or owner.Definitely recommend to anyone in the area

Have stayed here 3 times now. the first two it was good! rooms could’ve been cleaned somewhat better but nothing to complain about since it is a hotel. my last time staying my first room was terrible. went through and had to wipe things down again with disinfectant wipes. come to find out the bed had all kinds of hair in it. We had to ask for a new room. my new room was a lot cleaner.

This stay was a total disappointment and stressful. I will contact Expedia for a refund since the hotel said they cannot due to reserving with Expedia. We checked into room 209. We unpacked and left quickly. When we returned the room was vibrating at the floor and noisy. The person at the front desk said they told the manager several times not to reserve this room because of faulty ac/heat unit on the floor below causing this condition. We had to move everything into room 210 told to us by the front desk. This was stressful and difficult. It turned out to be a handicapped room which we did not want. The bed is horrible, crushed mattress without support and noisy when you sit or lay down. The shower seat is falling off into the tub and dangerous. The shower has absolutely NO PRESSURE to clean off properly. It is just horrid. We have never had such a disappointing experience. This is an awful stay. I took photos of these issues. I expect to be contacted IMMEDIATELY regarding a refund.

When we were checking in someone on the 3rd floor hanging out the window smoke weed (suppose to be a smoke free facility) Older motel, maybe some mold on bathroom wall. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was good.

A quiet spacious place that is out of the main bustle but still very close to Ga National fairgrounds. Quiet , clean, convenient. We will use Microtel again soon

Not sure why this hotel is rated so high. We had a pull out couch for our kids, there were old dirty sheets on the pull out mattress. The bathroom floor was not clean, the toilet was not clean.

Dogs barked all night. Staff not so friendly or available. Had to ask to have my room cleaned.

The hotel was nice but the water was not hardly hot for a shower and no one ever came in to clean anything our whole 4 day stay we needed towels for a shower would have just been nice if those were provided daily without calling to ask and the trash taken out

The front desk clerk was extremely nice, welcoming and efficient. Sadly, our room was just kind of frumpy... in need of a refresh. The frig didn't work and the door lock ate my husbands key card. So we had to change rooms. The second room smelled like stale smoke and was also dated. Plus, we had the pleasure of yapping dogs across the hall (even at 2am). The bed was old and lumpy, but the bedding was nice. Towels and supplies were good. Breakfast was ok. Overall, the place is clean, and felt safe, but just needs some TLC and a good maintenance man.

The floor was spongy and tiles broken in bathroom. Shower faucet hanging out of the wall with a trickle of water. Toilet wobbled.

This property is convenient if you are traveling down south from Atlanta. We were traveling to Orlando and wanted to rest for the night and this was a perfect spot. Very close to the highway and perfect to stop by. Breakfast was typical Continental but bread was not there. Coming to the cons, the room we stayed had cobwebs. Hope the cleaning staff looks into it.

I had to kill 2 good size roaches in my room. The room was clean. I had someone above my floor that had a child that decided to run around at 3:00am in the morning. Other than that, I would recommend staying here.

For the most part it was a decent place. My room was next to the elevator which made sleeping rough due to people traffic. My main complaint is that the room smelled funny and my nose keep running when in the room. I inspected the room and found some black geasy looking stuff in the windows. I checked out early due to this and asked the front desk to refund my last day because i couldn't stay because i felt like this would make me sick. The guy said the manager would contact me via email. Please refund for Sunday August 4, 2024 and please clean that room BETTER.
