The room was clean and the breakfast was great. We didn’t like that our room was right beside the pool. The pool closed around 10 and it was pretty loud through the wall. A room situated away from the pool would be ideal next time.

We asked for a different quieter room and were quickly changed. A large family was just checking in next door. The room had all we needed and was very clean. Breakfast was a treat with a lot of variety and wonderful hostess making everyone comfortable. The indoor pool was popular. The location to the fairgrounds was great.

I decided to try a different hotel in the area for my stay in Perry. We arrived hours past check in due to our drive out of state. The front desk attendant was nice and very patient with me as I had issues with my bank. After receiving the key to our room, we unload the car then head towards the room while the room was nice. The layout was nice. I had a shower tub combo a vanity outside the bathroom microwave fringe a little coffee station extra storage. I was disappointed in overall in the bathroom. The wall was painted uneven. The shower curtain had a stain. The bathroom did not look professionally finished if anything it kind of looked like someone just put it together. We were told the breakfast would be served from 6:30 in the morning to either 1030 in the morning or 11 in the morning or first morning we missed it the second morning we made it. There were a lot of options hot and cold breakfast in start getting cleaned up a bit earlier and then the next morning we decided to have breakfast before checking out and it had already been cleaned up and this was before 10:30 in the morning, so unfortunately we did not have breakfast. However, the lady working the breakfast bar didn’t give us a few packaged items. She was also very nice the second of morning where we did have breakfast she checked on us asked if we needed anything. We did go out to the hot tub. It was very relaxing. The pool was a little too cold for us.

Location was perfect!! The front desk lady was so sweet! The tub in our bathroom was filthy!! Hair all over the tub and some kind of yellow liquid in the bottom.

Everything was easy, great, no problems. I was surprised by the set up with two doors, one "front" and one "back" into the room but it posed no problem.

Stayed for 1 night, two conjoined rooms were given to us at check in per request, which was much appreciated. Breakfast was warm, and filling.

Iy was fine, staff was very friendly The rooms needed a deep clean, the base of the toilets in both rooms we stayed in were covered in urine especially down the sides. That leaves me wondering just how clean were the seats before I sanitized them.

The property was in a great location to the fairgrounds. We had to make two trips to the front desk to ask for towels and linens. They knew we registered 3 people yet only one towel and no linens for sofa bed. No towels at the pool either

The staff was very helpful and overall the room met our needs. Overall it was adequate. The room was nice, but the mattresses were doubles and not queen size as described in the booking. The noise from the nearby interstate was impressive, sounded like ambulances every hour. The staff was very nice. The room was fine for the price.

We ended up staying here after leaving the Relax Inn. Overall property was far better than the Relax Inn; beds were super comfortable and rooms were clean. Our only problem was our room was double booked and wr had someone try to walk into our room at 11pm!

I made two errors…one checking online for a handicap room which I didn’t want and the other, I had the wrong date. Peggy changed the date and was very nice about it…but even though it looked like the place was not very busy, I still had to take the handicap room 125. The beds were very comfortable! What I didn’t like was the bathroom…it smelled like urine and the base of the toilet was nasty. The hair dryer was so filthy so I cleaned the horrible cord and the bathroom switches. The paint job in the bathroom also was bad. They didn’t even take off the light switch plate to paint under it…instead, they tried to paint around it with white paint which didn’t cover the edge that was previously tan. Also…there was some kind of bug in the bathtub that tried to climb out and when I tried to catch it, it crawled down the drain! I will not return.

A room for 4 people and they kept only leaving 2 towels, even though we hung all our towels they would take them all and only leave us 2, so repeated walks to get towels for our room

I took my grandson to Perry for livestock judging at the fairgrounds and chose to stay here as I have a few times before. It’s perfect. Right across the street.

The carpet was so dirty it was sticky on the bottom of our shoes, smelled musty, bathroom was moldy and when I pulled back the bedding there was pubic hair ALL OVER THE SHEETS!!! COMPLETELY UNEXCEPTABLE!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE to say the least!!!! We left we did NOT stay even to look at a different room!

Doors did not work, and they had outside entrance directly into the rooms - key worked for one door, not the other. And the door it did work for still didn’t open properly. The area was dirty, not a great neighborhood and felt very unsafe. I left, and my kids and I stayed elsewhere. We did not get offered any refund or help.

The room we stayed in was close to the laundry facility, ice and drink machines, pool, hot tub, sauna and the lobby and breakfast area. We stayed in a handicap accessible room.

Great value. Felt like a much more expensive hotel especially for the area. The price was great beds were cozy and clean. Access to your vehicle and to the lobby was convenient. Service was great. There were tenants having a party in the pool area which pretty much made it miserable for anyone else trying to unwind. The hostess took care of that even without me saying anything. Super friendly overall wonderful stay. Fair season next year will be booked asap this is the place to stay in perry for tirwd livestock exhibitors.

Noisy with a lot of kids but quieted down so we could sleep

The room was damp and smelled badly of mildew. I found a strip of fake eyelashes in my bed. I would have changed rooms at that point but my baby was already asleep for the night. I don’t know how this hotel has such good reviews.

Beds were good, clean and comfy. Room was ok, walls and ceiling had cracks, bathroom was ok but nothing fancy. Elevator seemed grimy, laundry machines were needing some updating, morning breakfast was decent, some staff were great and friendly but a couple were grouchy and miserable- not nice to talk/deal with.

their policy of not changing sheets for seven days was unacceptable. friends stated at the hampton and had their room cleaned every day, clean towels and sheets every two days, and was cheaper.

The staff was nice. We stayed in rm 111 and the mattress were worn out. One bed sunk in the middle while the other bed was lumpy.

The staff was very friendly and even reached out to me about check in when the event I attended ran late. The room was very clean and in good shape. I would recommend staying here when in the area!

Very friendly and allowed us an early check in.

Upon entering the room we were assigned, my husband noticed someone’s luggage & belongings were already in there. I called the front desk & we went back downstairs & was assigned another room. We went to the room to find a cup & what appeared to be food on the floor by the chair. Areas in the room, bathroom & right outside the bathroom hadn’t been dusted in what seems like forever!!!!! We’ve NEVER experienced anything like this😔 We ALWAYS pack cleaning/disinfectant supplies, bedbug spray, etc… Sooooo, I INSTANTLY began to clean/disinfect the room! Don’t think we’ll be returning.

Nice pool

The stay was great and very convenient to the fairgrounds. Room was cleaned everyday, breakfast was yummy and staff was friendly.

Nothing special. Quit and convenient

The wi-fi was tricky. I needed it to be on a meeting this morning and it was not working. I had to end up using my hotspot. Other than that, everything else was great!

The room was great with one exception. The toliets are to low for adults. They need to be higher or hand rails .

The best part about our stay was the fact that the beds were comfortable. The breakfast and pool are in need of major improvements. The pool water was very gross we didn't sleep well as the residents above were playing and stomping all night. Mentioned this to the front desk 2x with no changes.

The breakfast gal was the sweetest. The front desk ladies were great. The room cleaners were rude. Overall a great place to stay for Perry.

Closeness of restaurant

Hotel was very dated and needs remodeling. Had a very large dead roach by the couch. Would not stay here again.

There's an indoor pool

We had a great time and the staff is so helpful and kind. The off the lot access to the room was great. The pool is very nice and the sauna and gym are very clean too.

It was a good spot for one night on our drive. Clean and safe.

Easy to find close to the inter state. Our room wasn't very clean. There was mold on the bathroom shower, the lamp shade was cracked and falling off, the curtains had some kind of stain in the middle of them and one of the walls looked like there was soda running down it.

My family was traveling home from vacation. We stopped for the night! Warm welcome very clean and loved the indoor pool. Breakfast was wonderful and the sweet lady that morning of our departure was on top of everything to make sure breakfast was refilled and clean. She went above and beyond for the hotel’s breakfast guests! Thank you!!!

Easy to find and a quiet hotel

Property was clean, check in was quick, breakfast was good.

Room could have been cleaner.

Only issue was breakfast in the mornings. Both mornings the room was so crowded at various times with the same families in and out rotating seeming to take food out. I was unable to get breakfast. Plus there wasn’t monitoring for assistance or quality control. I was “outnumbered” and was actually told to move out of the way several times when trying to get a yogurt and trying to get to the plates. I wasn’t even able to get a cup of coffee! I was also told that children had priority with the waffle maker so was told, not asked, to move again. Then laughter by them while staring at me. Very uncomfortable environment. I went at different times to see if things were calmer but eventually had to leave for meetings.

Very comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. Only negative was at breakfast. Every morning there was something empty(eggs, coffee, milk). Make some minor adjustments to the breakfast set up and this place would be awesome!

It’s a hotel

Rooms were dirty had hair from past guests on bedding and in the shower, this hotel is old and they did a poor job trying to update it with lipstick, will never stay there again.

We just stayed for a brief overnight but the place was nice and clean.
