We had a pleasant stay at Sense Canggu Hotel. It is a fairly basic, standard hotel, but it provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly lovely and helpful throughout our visit, especially the team at the swim-up pool bar, who were always friendly and welcoming. The location was good, with the beach within walking distance and plenty of nearby amenities. We chose to upgrade to the Honeymoon Suite; however, we found that the facilities and amenities were not noticeably different from those in the standard room, which was a little disappointing. On check-out, we were charged 225,000 IDR for a small can of Coca-Cola from the minibar. We felt this was an excessive amount and are not convinced it matched the price listed in the room. Unfortunately, as we paid by card, we did not notice the charge until after we had left. We would recommend that future guests carefully review their bill before checking out.

I loved everything about this property! The staff were so kind and welcoming, the room was spotless, and the swim-up pool was such a highlight. The build-your-own breakfast was a great touch, and we had so much fun relaxing by the pool and playing a few games of pool. Would definitely stay here again! Nothing

No hot water even already make a report but no action taken until i call many time to check the hot water. The mineral bottle have charge as i know hotel always provide for a free

The staff are super lovely and accommodating. Best massages and I highly recommend the happy breakfast! Hanging out by and in the pool was so satisfying :) The shower didn’t have the best water pressure, although really not a big deal.

The swimming pool right outside the room and great location to do everything by walk (10 minutes walk away from the beach, cute little cafes or pilates studio) I got disappointed with the music starting on as early as 9:30am sometimes when all I wanted was to quiet read by the beach. Sometimes the music was chill but sometimes a bit annoying.

The location was perfect. Within walking distance to our favourite restaurants, the beach & cafes for coffee. We especially loved the new upbeat vibe and feeling of the place. Wayan & Sinitya brought fun & friendly atmosphere and made our stay so memorable. We will return and hope to see them again. The bath towels could do with an upgrade.

The hotel had scooters you could hire direct which was much better than waiting for one to be delivered, and reasonable prices too. The spa was great, I had an excellent pedicure and massage. Really lovely service. Great having a 24/hr reception. Great laundry service ☺️ If you want to relax this likely isn’t the hotel for you. There is often loud music at the pool bar which is meant to close at 6pm but they were still shaking cocktails at 10.30pm Wednesday night and we had to repeatedly ask for them to turn the music down so that we could try to sleep. They do have a DJ by the pool 2pm-5pm Wednesday and Saturdays and acoustic night and karaoke on Friday nights 7-10pm, so it stays noisy if other guests keep the party going. More vegan options in the restaurant would be great. The sculptures above the bed haven’t been dusted for a long time and the aircon unit had black mould around it. Could do with some more chairs by the pool ☺️
