The room was clean and tidy. Staff was friendly. They also opened breakfast a little early for us since we needed to leave before they were planning on starting to serve breakfast. Nothing to not like in my opinion.

The parking lot has huge potholes that are difficult to avoid. The staff was very friendly and accommodating The property is old. The carpets and furniture need to be replaced It’s as clean as it can be considering how worn out everything is. The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable

I was pleasantly surprised by this property. The staff are super nice, the hotel and rooms are super clean. The breakfast spread is the best I've seen in a hotel lately, so many options and variety! Great location, lots of things nearby. My only real complaint is that there was only one vending machine in the whole hotel and it was out of order. But it didn't tell you it was out of order before scanning your card, so you had to wait to find out everything was "sold out" Their little snack shop is great, but didn't have a lot of options for beverages.

Clean comfortable room

We had a great stay! We were always greeted and helped with friendly staff. The room was clean and well stocked. The pool was perfect with warm water and supplied with fresh towels. Breakfast was well stocked with lots of options for a very quick meal like cereal, toast, or yogurt. If you’re looking for a decent “hot” breakfast you won’t find it here. Overall we had a very comfortable stay and would stay again!

Hreat hotel and service

It was a really nice experience and the staff were really friendly.

The service at this hotel was great, Zach at the front desk was awesome. Cedrick the shuttle driver was awesome as well and really looked after us after the concert last night with getting us there and back. Will book here again.

Of all the hotels on our trip, this was my favorite. I enjoyed the clean workout space, the friendliness of the staff, and the nice facilities. I'll look for this hotel brand in the future.

Lots of options for breakfast, but my daughter was excited for some pancakes, but the machine was not working, with no sign or indication it was inoperable.

Staff at this property deserve 5 stars! Can’t say enough good things about the management here. The location is clean & has a great location. Some things are a little dated (such as lighting) but bedding was great/very comfortable & carpet looked newer. We would stay here again!

The staff was friendly when we arrived. The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The entire place needs a remodel, as furniture is scuffed and a bit worn out. The carpet was pulling away from the floor in our room and had white stains on the edges. The negatives from our stay were twofold: we got a knock at the door a couple hours after we checked in asking if we were running water. “Well, yes…we have washed our hands and flushed the toilet.” But apparently there was water coming through the ceiling downstairs. I guess they had to investigate, but it was an odd exchange and felt like they were blaming us. Then, came the ants. We were traveling with two little ones, so it was easier to eat our pizza in the room. We wiped up one little with a washcloth and placed it in the bathroom. The next morning, there were hundreds of ants swarming under it! Granted, we put a towel with food stains in the floor, but they clearly have an ant infestation. When I told the front desk at checkout, he just stared at me and said, “I’ll let housekeeping know.” No apology, nothing. Again, it felt like he was saying this was our fault, rather than the hotel’s structural issues.

Our room was very clean, and staff responded quickly to requests. Some of the furnishings were worn.

We booked/stayed for the pool. However the pool is in need of some repair. The steps and the bottom of the pool are chipped and rough. No one cleaned it and there were all kinds of bugs in the pool in the morning. There were towels but the catch basket was removed. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast choices were good except for the orange juice, which was watery in the machine and nothing done about it. The knives needed to be replenished but were not until we were done eating. Strange meat choices to go with eggs...Canadian bacon, and when that ran out, summer sausage.

Always a nice spacious room, comfy bed (albeit a little soft for my taste, but just my personal opinion). Used the pool and hot tub, both are very worn and in need of refinishing. There was visible mold on the walls and one ceiling tile was black from it by the hot tub and right where the towels are. The place is great as long as you don’t go swimming.

We checked in on a Friday night and there must’ve been a young kid softball tournament. One of the elevators was not functioning. It did have an out of order sign on it. One of the children got stuck in the elevator as we were checking in the receptionist herself kept herself vary together. She was funny she was witty. She was tired, but she did great. I wish I would’ve caught her name, but the stay in general was wonderful!

No ‘Welcome to Wyngate’. No instruction on breakfast hours, pool hours, nor availability of addition food or necessity items in pantry. Office chair in room broken and does not adjust up/ down; thus sits at lowest level which makes difficult to use desk. Bed mattress worn with major sunken depression in center, creating difficulty to sleep properly. Room clean. Low Water pressure in sink.

The room was big and the bed super comfortable. The pool was a huge plus for my 2 children, and also the breakfast in the morning was hot and good.

Stayed there when a family member had a surgery. Very accommodating. Quiet and kind staff.

The shuttle was not available for early morning or late night flights. Shuttle runs from 7AM- 10PM so if your flight is before 8:30 AM and you’re counting on the shuttle it’s a $70 Uber ride. Website say free airport shuttle.

It was a nice hotel. Definitely getting a little worn out. Hot tub and pool were nice but water damage all over the ceiling. Room was nice but ever had that little bit of a run down look. Bed was comfortable. Great if your kid is playing at the Louisville Complex. As close at you can get pretty much.

I would have gave 5 stars. However ,At checkin after going to my room. I came back & asked why my room didn’t sleep 5 as I booked thru Expedia. His fix was for me to wait and talk to a manager on Monday evening. That wasn’t fixing my problem since my stay was fri-Mon. Then the next morning I spoke with the evening girl at the check in desk. She said, I will talk to the 7 am girl & see what we can do. She gave us a roll away bed. It was tight but worked out. My fault for booking without calling the hotel directly with questions. Expedia shouldn’t have stated I could accommodate 5 adults.

Hotel was nice and quiet except for the interstate. Our room was on the side by interstate and WOW it was LOUD. I even checked to make sure the window was closed because it was that loud, We turned the tv up in hopes of drowning out the noise, it kind of helped.

I think there is a lack of communication between housekeeping and front desk. My husband and I got our room key, and when we opened the room door, the room wasn’t cleaned. But the front desk gave us another room as we asked. No big issues.

Staff was amazing to our family during their stay this holiday season. The lobby had a set up for taking pictures which was cute. Staff recognized, acknowledged and engaged with us everytime they saw us.

The hotel was not clean at all. I brought my family there to celebrate NYE and my kids could swim and use the hot tub. There were big clumps of hair in the hot tub along with what looked like dirty water filled with what looked like water that had been sitting for weeks. There were used bandaids on the concrete area surrounding the pool, along with what looked like blood stain droplets. Absolute filth. The beds in the rooms were very uncomfortable. They felt like sleeping on an air mattress and we requested queen beds, they were more like full-size with no comforter or bed-spread just a sheet and a light blanket. Also had an issue with a loud party next door til 430am keeping us awake.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The property is very clean but showing signs of wear for sure. Biggest disappointment - the pool was closed and we specifically booked this room because of the pool. No mention of it was made at check-in. It wasn’t until we had suits on and got to the door of the pool that we found out we couldn’t swim. Big disappointment for the 3 year old grandson.

We had reservation problems with a different hotel. Found this hotel and the staff was very helpful. Very nice clean room. Enjoyed the happy hour at tne lounge. Free cookies in the lobby. They offered a free breakfast but we slept in and missed it. Woll stay there again.

Bugs crawling on ceiling. Front desk person came and looked- said they were lady bugs and stink bugs. I requested a new room, which she took care of promptly abd with her apologies. Thanks Kyra.

Even though the hotel was solidly booked with teenage ball players and a wedding, I did not hear a thing. Slept well. And they don't just cater to coffee drinkers. Black tea. Decaf. Herbal. Honey & lemon. Perfect!

I was very surprised to find this hotel in the condition it was in. My room was not very clean, dusty, carpet wasn’t very clean, both the toilet a tub was stopped up. I has to keep flushing the toilet and when running the shower the tub would fill up very fast. I then pulled the cover back and there was a bug crawling on the base mattress. I immediately left. Will not be staying at this hotel again.

Clean, efficient

We stayed there a week and plan to return next year. The staff was incredible! They certainly did everything they could to make their guests comfortable! One of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the jacuzzi! After the third day the jacuzzi went down but before the following morning it was up and running. A tasty breakfast was prepared every morning and the cook was most congenial. The room was delightful! It was more of a suite than a regular room and was delightful! My husband could sleep in the bed in total darkness while I read a book in another part of the room. The environment is quite lovely and a few mini-shopping centers were close by. We ate at a couple of enjoyable restaurants in those centers. I highly recommend this hotel!

The staff was wonderful. the Breakfast was mostly already prepared foods but was OK. It was very convenient to places that we needed to use. Not many great restaurants in that area and did not like trying to drive around Peoria. The room was very clean and quiet.

Water flow/pressure was irritatingly low in the bathroom sink. Worse than most low flow types. Shower was OK though. Beds were too soft and the breakfast was poor. Good variety of food but it felt like a low end gas station convenience store. Everything was off-brand prepackaged food. In this range of hotel it was a lesser overall value.

The best thing was the conversation I had with the lady working there. I didn't use the hot tub or pool, but they appeared very clean. Some of the furniture in the room were stained, including the chair and ottoman. Breakfast was okay. Again, the staff was fantastic!!

I have stayed here several times always liked because staff was wonderful, room always clean with no problems. Everything has gone downhill had to switch rooms twice first rm ac by bed didnt work stains on chair and sofa bed old very uncomfortable, second room couldnt get ac to turn on. Third rm ac worked in living area but hot air in rm tv was in living rm far away from bed couldnt see very well stauns on all furn. Exhausted didnt want to move all my stuff again. Girl at desk didnt give any options all sh3 would say is i dont know maintenence isnt here. Im dine with this place another of my list in Peoria

Fantastic staff and room. Best hotel stay we’ve experienced in a long time.

Downside: Terrible to no Wi-Fi reception on third floor and despite reporting it twice it was still the same when I left. Asked to barrow a dish for my salad from reception and kitchen. They refused to lend a dish or a plate. Otherwise good. Will return.

I come here often because of friendliness and cleansiness. This particular time i was given an upgraded room. I dont think the room was cleaned. Pillow cases had makeup, bed frame and night standas dusty, rug from bathroom to room was torn and i kept stepping on it with something poking in my foot. Air in room wouldnt stay on very long. I told a lady in morning, no apology she just said she was sending someone up to fix rug and house keeper to change sheets. She must be new because i never met her. I was there for 4 nights room was wonderful, i left came back that same night bad weather stayed 2 nights in dirty room.

Great location and facilities. We were surprised at the $75 pet fee that we didn’t know about until check in. We understand & expect to pay a pet fee but this seems a bit excessive.

We were in room 330. I liked the the extra room with the sofa. I would have given 5 stars for all the items but we noticed some black bugs around the window on our 3rd day. My husband swatted 10 of them. We reported it to the night desk person but he said he could ask housekeeping to vacuum the area. We had 2 days left of our stay and didn’t want to move.

The first appearance of the room was clean/nice, until I stepped into the bathroom. Very old toilet seat being used that was visibly chipped and badly stained. Also extremely noisy main a/c fan unit.

This could have been a 3 star with a little help. The walls are very thin and sleeping is difficult. The bathtub tile was in poor shape. Otherwise it would have been a decent choice (this area has very few 3.5 or 4 star hotels).

Unfortunately, a dead mouse was in my room.

I stayed at this hotel last year and it was really good. However, this year it was terrible. There was a cockroach on the bed, dead cockroaches on the floor, and the heating didn't work properly.

The lady at check in was fabulous and super kind! Quick and thorough.

Property was quiet and relatively clean. Check-in/out was easy and quick. Rooms are spacious. The things I did not like were that the sofas and chaise need to be cleaned. They had spots and stains on them. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable and the showerhead leaked when I ran a bath. The shower curtains are too short and lightweight. As a result, water gets on the floor. Staff was nice but did not give us a run-down of the property (i.e. time of breakfast, when the pool and gym close or their location, information about the shuttle bus, etc). I've stayed at this hotel a few times over the past 6 years but this is my first review.
