    Ya tenía pagado mi reservación y luego me dijeron que no aún con el recibo una trabajadora revisó y dijo que ya estaba pagado, pero el primero dijo que no , no aceptó que cometió un error, la otra persona tuvo que decir que no se cobró que hubo una declinación.     Loved the location. Near stores and restaurants. The hallways were steaming hot. Half of the hotel is getting renovated and that made it uncomfortable in the morning waking up to construction work. The bathrooms were not that clean. The hotel had an overall bad stench.

    I’m an easy going guy so take that into account when reading. I just needed a place for the fam to basically sleep while we attended athletic events for the weekend. Bad on me for looking at the reviews after I booked it upon seeing 3.5 / 5 stars on Google. However, there wasn’t any notice of the renovations anywhere I saw on Google (look to the reviews) or Hotels.com. So pool is closed, there’s stains galore in the rooms, caulking and tiles out of place, runny fixtures, etc. Staff are pleasant and I feel for them but…yeah. For me, we just grinned and bared it. The breakfast area is clean and best part of the stay.

    It looks like they are upgrading some sections of the hotel. Water pressure and temp for showers, amazing!! The rooms are looking a little run down but it looks like they are working on it. Staff was very friendly.

    The room was big and I liked that the sink was outside the bathroom, allowing it to be used when someone is taking a shower. This hotel has new owners and has some ongoing modifications. If the changes are made I feel like it could be a nice hotel. Right now, the fitness room, was lacking most of the dumbbells and the pool is out of order. Breakfast was adequate. It could use a place to refill water besides the drinking fountain. Rooms were nice and big!

    This hotel is in terrible shape. The sofa and carpet had stains. The ceiling had spackle that was put on an area that had leaked. The toilet didn't flush well. The tub had major signs of wear. I didn't stay the 2nd night and went to a Hilton.

    I walked in looked at the facility and the room and turned around.And asked for a cancellation of my stay. They confirmed that I would just be charged for the day but I would receive a refund for the rest of the days that were scheduled. I have not received my refund.I am very upset about that.Also, the hotel is under construction and the people that are doing work on the hotel are living there.There's plastic sheeting and dust everywhere.

    Check in was very quick. Staff person was extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel had strong odor of marijuana in halls and elevator. Room was spacious. Shower pressure was weak but rest of the room was ok. Did not partake in breakfast but it was stocked and had a nice variety. Quiet, near dining and shopping options. Good value for the price, especially in Peoria.

    The breakfast was good, sadly they were out of orange juice, but had apple juice. The fact that the hallways smelled of weed strongly, gave me a headache, not to mention my child was staying with me. The sheets and towels were stained, the pool was out of commission, the cable did not work, there was wall paper peeling away from the wall, beard hair all over the counter and sink, we found blood stains on the pillow cases, there was a huge crack in the ceiling above the shower head. The elevator which had mirrored walls was filled with smears and hand prints. And the bed was very uncomfortable. Sadly, I did not take any photos and I wish I had. We also saw lots of materials like they were in the process of renovating, which I hope they do.

    It looks like this hotel is “newish” as the outside sign is busted out and a small printed sign is hung at the front desk saying “The Peoria Hotel”. The guy at the desk seemed to be expecting us which was nice. The check-in process was quick. The decor was older. The beds did not have a covering over the box springs. The pull out sofa had some crumbs in it and no extra linen. The phone did not connect to the front desk so we had to go and get extra linen. This would be one reason why I would not recommend the hotel. If there was an emergency, there would be no way to call the front t desk for help. There is no housekeeping service which was a surprise. We had no refills of Kleenex or toilet paper during the stay. The breakfast was the same everyday. The ice machine on the first and second floor did not work. The only great thing about the hotel was the three guys who rotated at the front desk. They were extremely nice and promptly helped us. There did not seem to be a lot of people staying there as we were able to park close to the front door.

    Room refrigerator smelled like mold. Carpet stains everywhere. Stains on couch cushions. Beds largely uncomfortable...which we can deal with, it's always a mixed bag. I don't think they were actually queen beds. They seemed smaller than queens. I sleep on a queen at home, and this was definitely not a queen sized bed. I feel as if a corporate team were to come in, they would shut down the place based on our room. If it is corporates fault by not approving a budget, then shame on Marriott.

    First she said my reservation was cancelled she blamed Expedia for cancelling my reservation. Then she changed her story and said a staff cancelled my reservation. So I had to pay out of pocket for the room. Which was not a very nice room. The room was not cleaned at all and the desk agent gave me this room on purpose.

    Our stay was fine. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good.We had a room for 5 people. I wish there were extra blankets & pillow for the person sleeping on the couch. Some of the bedding had stains which probablyhars to avoid being white, but they were clean.The tissue box was already half emtpy and no extra available. The A/C was very loud. Can see some spots on the carpet that were damaged but didn't bother us.

    Property was easy to get to. Staff friendly and helpful. Lobby clean. Accommodations were clean but older. Beds could be upgraded. Floor tile in bathroom broken/uneven. Couch in Suite area older and needed replaced. Lights on the building next door flashed on and off all night! Windows should be tinted so you can't see that light at night. We felt like we were in an old disco. On and off, on and off all night.

    This was our second stay at this property. The rooms are spacious with 2 beds and a couch that folds out into a third bed, which works well for our family of 4. The rooms are nicely decorated and fairly well taken care of. It's not a new hotel, but we had no complaints. The breakfast was nice with a mix of cereals, bread products, breakfast sandwiches and waffles. The pool was closed while we were there, but that wasn't an issue for us.

    Lobby and staff were polite, but once we hit the elevator we knew something was wrong, it smelled strongly like urine. Pool was broken with no notice. Got into the room and it smelled of mildew. The couch had dirty stains on it as well as the carpet and the room was very out dated. We ended up leaving.

    The bathroom had been flooded at some ppoint and the floor was coming up. Tub wouldn't stop leaking and there was water spots all over the ceilings. Like bathroom.above has leaked before. Nothing actually fixed correctly. The pool was down for maintenance. They did offer 20 dollars off for that but it was a big disappointment.

    This is a hotel with many issues....took 10 minutes to find our reservations. Was told first could not find all 3 of our reservations. One in our group was in their room when someone else had a key and walked into their room. The front desk gave their room to someone else!!!! Not sure how you can even double book a room when someone is checked in already. Rooms were Very Very out dated and past updated timeline. This is a hotel that should be charging $80 a night not $180 night!!!

    Although there’s a letter in your room that states the hotel is under construction it’s more of a slum-reno. Pool was closed due to heating issues. Rooms were dirty, carpet stains, hairs on the bathroom floor, bedding was stained even after requesting new bedding that never came so I had to go down, couches were filthy, there was trash in the cupboards, bathtub had rust and peeling paint, elevators didn’t work, the entrance heater was being worked on, the list goes on. We were traveling for softball and there wasn’t breakfast being refilled so we had to go out to eat. Regardless, options didn’t seem too appealing. Pay the extra money and go to an American owned hotel that doesn’t try to cut cost at every angle.

    The location is convenient and the cleaning are good. But the pool was closed, they won't tell you on media. The breakfast was fine but the coffee machine does not work.

    The desk person was very nice and accommodating, the room was clean... didn't have an accessible bathroom and heat didn't work I was cold all night and was sick the next morning I didn't blame the desk person b/c he tried to fix it to no avail, all in all it was just ok...some things needed fixing but it was ok

    Genesi (im sorry if i misspelled her name) was at the front desk. My family and i were going to find another hotel because the pool was down. She was so kind and went so far above and beyond that we decided to stay without the pool.

    Room wasn’t what I reserved. Pools heater is broken. Not working. Cable tv didn’t work. Drove 7 hours to cancel at check in. Second location booked through Expedia that the pool is closed or under maintenance.
